I have been a member at SAMs club for many years, I have NEVER been treated as badly as I was treated this past Saturday! The cashier was obnoxious, rude and extremely racist this includes the Manager for the cashier's in charge!!

When I first approached the cashier register there was a black gentleman before me. The Cashier asked him if he wanted to donate to the children's fund. He kindly said no. She didn't say anything, finished his purchase and saw him off.

When me and my son approached the cashier, she scanned my Sam's card, proceeded with his purchase first. After completion, she immediately said "I will give you $45 dollars for your purchase because you have been pre-approved for credit". I already knew she was talking about a credit card.

As a result I am out $300 and my iPhone 6s. I was assured that I qualified for a $300 promotion for trading in my 6s after my AT&T account was verified. After thinking it over, I returned to the kiosk and questioned the validity of the promotion.

As a result, I purchased a iPhone 11. About a week later, I was in Sam's and asked again because I could not find any information online regarding this promotion. I was assured that I would be receiving a check from AT&T for $300.

I was accompanied by my daughter all three times. I have just received the grand total of $35 for my iPhone 6s and I would never have let it go for that. I am beyond angry. I failed to reach a manager at Sam's today but will try again tomorrow.

This deception is too egregious to be ignored.

9 electric stove to be delivered on June 15 never came they stated on the phone it would come on June 17 never came I call again and they couldn't figure out how to have it delivered but gave me the number of the company that Sam purchase it through I call them and had to set up the delivery my self.

So the people working for Sam's club setting up deliveries don't have the ability to do their job. This wasn't hard a child could have done this. The first ref no I got was 200615_028451 6-15-2020 the second ref no I got was 200617-018745 6-17-2020 and the third time I got the company number to set up the delivery myself. Very unprofessional.

This past week we went to our local Sam's Club located at 4385 Venetucci Blvd., here in Colorado Springs, CO.

I was appalled to see store workers with either no face mask or their face mask was hanging down by their chin, thereby making it ineffective for stopping the transmission of virus. I asked one young lady working in the car parts area if she knew that by not covering her nose too that wearing that mask did virtually nothing. Her response was the it was too uncomfortable.

I asked for her supervisor and asked her why she was allowed to wear her mask that way. She told me that they were not required to wear face masks if they weren't "on the floor." I found this to be unacceptable. She WAS on the floor working in the auto area of the store!

I attempted to get my RN daughter wipes and alcohol on her membership card and I had my own. The customer service told me no. I told her it was for my daughter and she couldn’t come, for she just had a baby.

The CS rep asked me where was her husband and why he couldn’t come. I felt like she racially profiled me and had no right to say that to me. I asked for the manager and he was of no help.

It was very embarrassing and she just took the wipes and alcohol out of my buggy. I was very hurt by this and my daughter really needed the items for her newborn baby that’s a week old. I had purchased my items on my card.

There were two other witnesses to the conversation.

Today while shopping at Sam club Mentor, I was in line and practicing social distances by the markers indicated on the floor, a Sams Club worker attempted to take my cart and move it where she wanted I had (2) Items a gift for my grandson and a lemon bundt cake It appear to me that this worker did not notice that I had only 2 items however she seem to want to push me or rush my cart up which made me feel extremely uncomfortable if you could review the situation you would see that the young lady worker was taking items out of a rather full cart so

While checking out at my local Sams Club, an associate came over to key in something on the screen, I had an item that I wanted removed. The item was sitting in plain sight on the belt. The associate, Anne, proceeded to count all of the items in my very full cart.

When I asked her what she was doing, she told me that is what she had to do if she removes something from my order. A complete lie, and I was so disgusted and disrespected.

I just became aware of a statement made by one of your employees, Wendy Jo Brimhall, Assistant Manager in Elizabethtown KY. She posted on her Facebook page, what I as a customer feel, excuse me, I know is very rude, offensive & racist comment regarding the current protesters against police brutality. Her comments describing your customers using derogatory names and her lack of understanding of the current situation is shameful.

As a customer of yours, I will not support any organization that allows for such behavior by its employees. I hope as a representative of your company that this is not something that will be tolerated by your organization and that this matter will be given your full & immediate attention that it deserves. One of your service providers was spraying down the cart handles and handing people towels to wipe them down. " What a Inappropriate response. Needless to say I didn’t and walked past her. If this is how Sam’s club employees react to them doing their jobs maybe it time to look for new employees.

I have called Sam's Club in Doral several times and they are not picking up the phone. I am a club member as well as family and friends and we all have the same issue with not picking up the phone. Went to Sam s club at 1:30 ish pm. I'm 72 years old. Had my service dog in a stroller. i was the 1st person stopped at the door by a rude person said stop. Then told me to "wait behind the orange cone" very rude..

while watching people walking past her from the parking lot. Now there was a guy said he had a pick up n showed his cell to her. But others just walked in.. A guy picking up trash n boxes was there.

I ask to talk to the manager.. A young man came out and told me that they could only let 300 people in and that there were 240 in there now.. That's 60 people that could be let in. Right?

sams club is doing a well job at social distancing at the checkout but when you try to leave with your purchases they stop and hold everyone at the door violating my 6 foot distancing. Just to rescan everything I purchased.

Is a large company like sams club more worried about if I paid for everything or for there customers safety? Sams club needs to rethink about customers safety then to have 10 people gathered around close to each other with shopping carts trying to leave.

Holding back 10 people together. Grocery stores don't do this neither does menards. Makes people think that sams club don't care and just puts up a good show just to stay open. Just my thoughts I probably won't go to Sam's club again.

Truck battery purchased on 8/09/19. Upon completion of income tax on 4/28/20 ,I realized I never returned truck battery for core charge. Upon visiting store with old battery, and receipt, I was told the core charge of $18 would not be refundable because it was over 30 days. I feel that a return of a core battery should not be treated as though someone was returning an item they purchased. Though 8 months is longer than Sam's return policy, a core charge is charged to the customer and should be returned to the customer when the core battery is returned. The receipt does not say the battery core must be returned by a certain date.

Thank you for reading my complaint and I am looking forward to a resolution of this matter.

I am a plus member who ordered an order from online yesterday 4/26/2020 was charged shipping. no more early shopping at the Jonesboro Ark store so what is the benefit of having a plus membership a lot of the employees in the store are rude. if they are going to wear a mask teach and enforce the proper way

I can't believe you guys are still making people stand in line to have receipts checked during a pandemic. Waited 10 minutes to get out of line and away from people when I had already waited in line to make my purchases. Ridiculous.

Common sense says to let people get the heck out of your store as soon as possible after making their purchases, no matter what your rationale is for checking receipts during non-pandemic times.

never happen. I have gone in the back of your Sams Club card for help. I hate talking to a recorder which did not help me at all. The recorder gives me answers that does address my problem. You cant beat the old way.

Talking to a real person who can help me 100% better and resolving my problem much faster. This is the second time I had important issues with Sams Club. If this keeps up I will cancel my card with you and Stay with Costco.

The early hours assigned for seniors is not serving the at risk population during this covid19 pandemic. Attempted to use the early opening this Tuesday morning, however upon arrival the line was over a half mile long at 6:50am with mostly customers under 50 years of age and younger.

I am 72 with two artificial knees and find this policy if not enforceable by your employees as notified, than how is the need of seniors really being addressed by your company. I am very disappointed by the non application of these restricted hours for your senior customers...

Online shopping for instore pick-up. Online orders made for instore pick-up with a specified pick-up window should be ready within that window. If you cannot do this, the service should not be available. And lets not go into the "help" services that merely quote your policies and do nothing to help the customer.

"If the order is not picked up within 48 hours you will not be charged" This is not helpful when trying to cancel an order, especially if that order is food.

I want to put a complain about your store in Bowling Green KY. We went and tried to do shopping for a house and for a company. I know this virus situation ask to follow certain rules, but some of your rules are wrong or apply wrong.

We were told just one of us could be inside. Yes, we are the same card but we are buying for 2 different purposes. I buy for my house and my husband for the company. They did not let us go inside for being the same family.

Yet they will let mothers go inside with 2 or 3 kids just because they are minors (ages 15-17), this minors should be at home not on the street doing shopping. It doesn’t matter if they are minors, those are 3 members of the same family.

This store has Senior hours at 7am my mother Lorraine Mexicotte went twice at Senior store hours and there was no meat, cheese or cleaners stocked on the shelf. She was able to get her prescriptions with no issue.

I know that the store said they are doing their best at this time BUT I went last week at noon to Sams club and they had everything stocked no cleaning products!! Senior only hours are for a purpose if this store cannot handle the purpose of being stocked for the seniors then why have them??!

Its already difficult that they need to stand in line and wait. This is not acceptable...the store has meats and cheeses at noon time? My son is a essential employee please dont insult me with a apology letter. Sams club is a huge successful company...there is no excuse…

On the 12th of March 2020 I visited my local Sam's Club @ 10735 W Florissant Ave. 63136 phone (314)521-3800. I entered the parking lot and I thought it was Christmas because was so full, I had been to work(Healthcare Field) that day unaware of the events that were occurring; that the government was going to shut down as I was told by a customer.

Upon entering the store you were handed a wipe to clean the cart. This was a good thing. I was actually able to find paper towels but no toilet paper but what I saw when I entered the meat department was beyond disturbing!!!

When you break protocol you have a big problem. There were two refrigerated cases joined on opposite sides of each other and a man was seen in side the case with his work boots on. I was unsure if he was a stupid unconcerned…

I have been unable to log-in to my on-line account with Sam's Club for a week. I have spent HOURS on hold and waiting for on-line chat. When a finally reached a representative she promised that I would receive help via email within 24-48 hours.

That was 3 days ago. I am canceling my Sam's Cub Plus membership and will use only my Costco membership in the future.

The business I work for, we order online 5 times a week, to pick up 5 times a week. " Online ordering is down and cant be processed. This is truly unacceptable! Costco is looking real good, maybe they'll have the same issues as Sam's club is having but at least if we have those issues with Costco it won't hurt as bad, knowing we haven't been their customer for over 20 years.

I purchased a set of 4 Tires for my 2018 Ford Edge on 23 Feb 2020, due to the auto shop closing soon, I set up an appointment for that Thursday, 27 Feb 20 at 5:00pm. When I showed up at 4:40, I was told by Brandon, the guy running the Tire Shop that there would be a 1-2 hour wait for my tires.

I asked why did I have to make an appointment if there was going to be such a wait. He apologized several times. I told him, I took leave from work to get there in time for my appointment, he again apologized and said there wasn't anything he could do about it, since he had limited personnel to do the job while he maintained the Tire Center desk.

I was frustrated, told him to go ahead and get started as quickly as possible, he then stated I would be next. I then started walking around the store…

ON March 15, 2020 at approximately 1:oopm I visited the Sam Club Locate in Tucker Georgia. I found a long line of customers, which put people at risk of being infected with COD 19 virus. There was not social distance as indicated by the CDC. The staff closed the entrance door and limited access to the store making the shoppers be in top of each other and shopping more complicated. I am disable so I used an electrical chair and drove a 1/4 of mile to get in the line. The people was on top of each other. This did not make any sense. I do not understand what the staff at this store was trying to do but I made a choice to go to the store but SAM Club should have a better plan to keep their customer safe.

I applied for a Sams Club membership and Same Club Mastercard in January 2020 online. There was a $45 promotion at that time. I did not understand how I could make a purchase the same day as I applied, since I didn't have the card or credit card number yet.

I spoke with a customer service person at Sams Club who said she understands the issue and would make a note on my account so that the credit would be issued when I received the card and used it at Same Club.. Since I never received the credit, I called today (March 14) and spoke to a supervisor at Synchrony bank.

She would not approve the $45 credit because I used the card for the first purchase at a restaurant. I was unaware that the first use of the card had to be at Sams Club. I find this unacceptable and a poor reflection on both…

WORKERS give a # 5 star in Customer Service, yet orders from Headquarters keeps moving their stations of location. It is totally unreasonable to have moved THE BILL PAYMENT and PRODUCTS RETURN station @ the ENTRANCE DOOR. It is cold and crowded here! The Sam's Club on 8 mile in Southfield MI is THE worst! I ordered online for outside pickup 2 times. The 1st time it wasn't ready even with a text and email. I had to go inside and wait 45 mins.

Today my husband went for pickup after a text and email. A young man came out after 15 mins and said he didn't know anything about my order. When I called the store, a lady was rude to me and said its on its way out.

I said my husband has been waiting for 20mins now. The lady said, what do you want to speak to the manager , very rudely to my. I should not have to wait over 30 mins each time I order.

The reason I order online instead if going into the store is because of the terrible unprofessional customer service in that store. I was so mad today that I am considering cancelling my membership…

Total 0. Went to store in great falls MT about 145 pm Sunday March 1. Had two empty water bottles to exchange. Person at door too busy doing exchanges to help. Just needed card to exchange. waited ten minutes with no acknowledgement.

I recently placed my order at the local Lewisville club for pickup. I got the notification that my order was ready. When I arrived to get it, the store manager refused to give me my order that I pre-paid online.

The money has been taken out of my account and my order is being withheld from us. They are telling me that my wife needs to leave her work to come get the order because her name is on the pickup order.

Then they told me to download the Sam's Club App to add myself to the order. In the app it clearly shows the order I placed. I had to sign into the app with my user ID and password to access my order on our Sam's club membership.

Hardly a company making an effort to help a disabled customer. I needed some storage totes. They are out of stock on line with no dates to establish when they will be in stock again. I was informed they are in stock at local store.

My problem is I can’t pick them up. I need 40 of them. I asked if they would deliver since I paid the Plus membership. They refused. I have made about six calls. Very very disappointed and upset. No effort was made to help me. Yuck!

I purchased 2 pair of King size sheets the Egyptian sheets shredded with in 2 washing I paid 69.99 plus tax the second pair were king size hotel sheets, just to try them out, Well they were worse than the first pair they fit like a big bag and were always all over the place and unusable. 79.99 plus tax. Had an eye doctors appointment Friday Feb 14, 2020 for my brother, Donald Dreher, with Dr. Austin White. I asked the doctor if I could come in the exam room with my brother, 68, cause he had a stroke in December and his eye sight has been affected terribly.

He stood outside the exam room saying “ oh, I’m not equipped to examine him. He needs to see a colleague of mine. My stuff is packed away on a shelf somewhere. I said He really needs glasses to help him see, he has come so far in his recovery.

Dr white said hey, if you want to pay me and then someone else, that’s fine. At that point it was obvious he didn’t want to examine him. I told him we waited 2 weeks for this appointment and Dr White huffed saying “I doubt that, I’m not booked that far out”.

I was in Sam's club Sunday February 9th 2020. I was ask if I wanted to upgrade my card I told the associate no he upgrade it anyway. I don't appreciate him doing that. I had to drive back 50 miles to Sam's for them to take it off my debit card.If this happen again I will cancel my card.

Jan 31 Shopping for glasses. Kevin was on duty for the optical center. It was made clear the budget for the glasses was a fixed amount. He was not listening. Being a prime card customer he had the opinion of himself to sell more than what was required and became rude stating he didn't feel he could help with my purchase.

I asked who his supervisor was and the reply was he was his own supervisor. I was able to speak with someone briefly about the situation and was assured the matter would be looked into as well as the proper manager would be notified.

To tell a customer you won't help them and lie about a supervisor or manager is unprofessional and unacceptable.

FHIA home improvement company are allowed to sell the services in the Sam;s Club stores. I got connected with them in the Port Charlotte Fla. store. They claim that Sam's Club chose their company because of the excellent service and the club members get a discount.

I got hurricane windows installed in my 2 bedrooms the price tag was $5,000 with the discount. They sent a Hispanic man who spoke very little English and he installed 200 lbs windows by himself. I wonder if that employee or independent contractor is legally in this country.

The salesman name is Peter Rao. He talked us into getting windows and a new door in our Lanai. A $9,400 price tag. BUT they do not do the wall re- enforcement to subtain the hurricane windows. We had trouble finding a contractor to o the wall only so Peter…

I have been a customer and member for many years. I really do not think you like your customers and you go out of your way to annoy and provide as little service as possible. Apparently NONE of senior management has ever shopped at any of your facilities so I will try and help them if you will send this message to them.

1. I do not need to be stopped when I enter one of your stores to ensure I have a club membership card. I HAVE to have it to CHECK OUT. So unless you have a problem with people wandering about window shopping, STOP CHECKING CLUB CARDS WHEN I ENTER A STORE THAT I PAY GOOD MONEY TO BE IN. That is very annoying. Not even a pick up to say "I am with another customer please hold" I have called the pharmacy and asked to be transferred to the managers office, and no one EVER answers either! This location has the worst customer service I have ever seen and do not represent Sam's Club in a positive way at all!

98 a pound. I called ahead of time the man in the butcher shop said they put an order in for some from the warehouse and would be in by Saturday 1/4/20. We live a few towns away from our Sam's Club and went down there on Saturday and there were not any and there was no sign for the sale.

I had a printed out page from the website for our particular store with the price. I asked the butcher who came out about it and he said Sam's Club does not have those kind of prices on that kind of meat and I was wrong.

I pulled out the printed page from the website and he proceeded to tell me no that was the wrong price and still in yet did not have any. After 10 minutes having a conversation with him my husband and I asked for a store manager and said he was out for the day and found us an assistant…

They delivered two damage tv 2 months ago. They were never replaced and I never received a refund. Every customer service representative I've talked to have lied and no one have came through yet. On new year eve the manager from sam club in Gurnee Illinois contacted them and they promise they would follow up.
