M. Upon arriving at 5:30 with necessary papers I was informed about lug nuts. Employee (no name tag) that I had to have lug nuts replaced on vehicle before he could rotate tires. I was set back by this young mans attitude There was no one in the bays I was not the one that made the appointment He out and out refused to change or rotate tires unless I had my lug nuts replaced somewhere else I feel if you are a tire distributor that you would also carry lug nuts to sell which I would have gladly purchased.

I am a 78 year old person who was completely embarrassed and humiliated by this individual,however I am still in need of tires and lug nuts. I do a lot of driving and need these asap The wheels and tires on this vehicle have never been touched by any other distributor but Sam's Club.…

I received the kids POD tent in November 2019, after waiting a year b/c it became out of stock last year for my daughter's Xmas gift. So, I ordered the item during the one day sale and when it arrived the metal frame was scraped b/c the box was damaged and partially opened.

I called customer service (had to call the store for the # b/c it's not easily accessible on their site and the online chat is a WASTE OF TIME) to see if I could get a replacement or a partial refund for the inconvenience and the lady said it's no longer available and the system wont allow me to give you a gift card.

So, I knew how bad my daughter wanted this so I opened the box to see if any other parts of the poles were damaged and it wasn't. Fast forward to Xmas day and as I'm putting the tent together, several…

My business account was hacked, email changed, and no one really seems to care. Called last week and was "escalated" however, I have not heard back. Been on hold today for 57 minutes and counting...Had a woman who could not understand me and only wanted to change the email address back to what it was and have me change my password, without any concern about the hacking issue.

We have been trying to buy a Discovery Skyfort 2 for 2 week now. We drove 1 1/2 to North Charleston where we looked on line and it showed they had them in stock. We then called the store to verify it was in stock. They said yes.

We arrive and are told none are in stock. We look again and supposedly Pooler,GA they have 3 in stock. We turn around and drive 2 1/2 hours to that store. Guess what? They have a floor model and 2 others missing parts.

Neither manager has been able to tell me when they will receive a new shipment. I spent over 6 hours that first day just driving and talking to managers. Since then I have spent up to 45 minutes on hold at a time at least 8 times trying to get ahold of someone in charge.

00 more to get through Walmart just imagine our frustration. If nothing else…

1 cashier open when is the Holiday season lines are crazy & cashier decide to closed register after I was in line for a while , no manager to talk too when 4 manager where on the clock ? How nice maybe they were all having lunch at the same time.

Not even 1 employee on the floor to help me pick up case of water ,had to walk all store to find help today was rediculous. Very upset of today service even customer service didnt had enough employees I have a membership for over 21 yrs.

& I pay $100 /yr maybe its time to cancel & go somewhere else where customers are more appreciated. These happend at melbourne store today 12/15/19. 3:pm Im sure there will be more complaints.

00. After setting it up, realized it was damaged. Called and was told I could take it to local store for Replacement. 00. Now I had to pay $499. They had issued me a store credit. When I asked to have the store credit cancelled and out the amount back on my visa which was original method of payment I was told they can’t do that.

I placed a order on November 29, 2019 (order number -4097282554) 2 Jackson Power Theater Recliners (Brown). As of today I have not received my order. I have been calling since December 3, 2019 1-888-746-7726 all they did was incident report. I have talked to about 10 different people all of them say something different. I bought meat that looked really nice. When we opened the package to repackage it in the freezer the meat underneath was crappy. It was full of fat and bone. I called the customer service number and talked to a representative and explained to her that i could not go back to the store because i live an hour away.

She asked me what she could do for me and I told her that they need to talk to the meat supervisor. While I was talking to her she rudely HUNG UP ON ME !!!!! I am ready to CANCEL my subscription NOW !!!!

I have always been satisfied with the merchandise/food that I've purchased at Sam's Club. Every holiday, I buy the pies, because they're good,big and the prices are reasonable, but this year, the pumpkin pies were just terrible. The crust totally fell apart while I was cutting it.

When I picked out a pie, it took me a while to pick one, because the pumpkin part were all cracked. It looked like they were dropped. I know they didn't look like the same supplier that you bought them from before.

Needless to say, we didn't eat the whole pie, and it was thrown out. Normally the whole pie is gone. So please bring back the old supplier. Those were the BEST! (Unhappy Customer)

I have ordered a computer online to pickup at the Washington Pa store. I was very upset. We live an hour and twenty minutes away. When i called the store I was on hold for 20 minutes and nobody picked up.

I called back and spoke with a women. I had asked her if we could pick up the computer that day and she said no because our pickup date was for the next day. I did not pick the next day your website picked it for me.

I asked the lady how many they had she said 4 and the only way we could pick it up today was by canceling the order and repurchasing it. I did not want to do that for fear of not being able to get one and I told the women that so she said to me then you will have to wait until tomorrow.

however it's not in the membership terms and agreement. I would like to speak with someone about these policies, their effectiveness, and the problems that they are creating. My complaint is that in Farmington, NM, you have become the most customer unfriendly business that I have had to deal with. I am a Christian woman and the Church that I go to has a dinner for their community every Monday night.

I am the purchaser for our pantry, which provides paper products, condiments, meat, etc.... 00 per week to purchase additional items for the dinner they are cooking for. I am also one of those cooks. I have been having problems with Sam's Club since you made us start purchasing online.

Your online website leaves a lot to be desired. I can't get napkins, plates or a number of other things that are unusable. I have had the experience with your online shopping that they have to be "shipped" because the store is "out of stock".

Ordered 4 new tires for pickup on Nov 26th, and made appointment the same day to have them put on Dec 14th. Get there, wait in line to check in, only to find out the tires that I ordered were sold out. Another customer got them.

Manager was called over and basically nothing she could due. What should of happened, was give him another set of tires, even if they were more expensive and Sam's should of ate the cost, or give him a price break on the next set he orders. But NO..

i purchased a 75inch tv for black Friday, i was given a del date of 12-11. That day came no delivery aft waiting all day. 00. 00 and told it w/b by Saturday. Called in Friday and was told the tv was missing and they'd called me to schedule a day for delivery.

I received an email this morning regarding a 1 day event sale. I went in to purchase Pellegrino mineral water on sale for $13.44 (normally $17.98). I love to get burgers at snack bar. EVERY EVERY EVERY time we want a burger they say they are out. I have talked to different managers MANY times and STILL this is happening. Today I wanted burgers and again we are out.

I spoke to a manager Quincy she inquired why and proceeded to tell me that they sell fast and if I want burgers I have to buy them before 2pm. Well excuse me but my boss said I cant leave work to get my burgers. This answer is absured!!!!

If this is the case post on menu only till 2pm. I got some hot dogs and soda. There was no ice at any machine, relish was empty. I did some shopping and wanted a brownie sundae. I could only have carmel and ice cream they were out of brownies.

Worst customer service ever. They sent me the wrong mattress, I called they said they would send someone to pick it up. Well that’s been over 10 days and still have it. Called back to find out why and when they’re going to pick it up and the so-called customer service rep told me to hold on let her check it and I spent 40 minutes on the phone waiting for her and she never came back. Worst customer service ever.

I parked my vehicle near the automotive garage not blocking any bay or door. I chose this spot because it was raining and the parking lot has inadequate drainage causing standing water throughout the lot. I parked between two other existing vehicles and exited to go renew my membership.

The Tire Center at Store 8117 in Oklahoma City is a complete joke. I ordered 4 tires. They never called that they came in. I called and was told they had come in. I came in and a foul attitude attendant said they were not in.

He went back and found them. I came back later to have them installed. A different foul attitude attendant almost put the wrong tires on my truck. I waited both times at the tire counter for a long time even after having someone call them.

So I walked around to the garage and 3 guys were standing around doing nothing. They didn’t even come to the counter after being called. I will never buy tires from Sams Club again. Wish I had gone to Costco.

This is the second time that I am lodging a complaint so far I have been ignored. My complaint is i tried to return 2 pair of sheets I purchased in the Port Huron store. They would not take them back even they were in the time period and I would like to get my money back The sheets were very substandard and 1 pair actually developed holes in the bottom sheet not one but three.

I sat and waited 3 hours and a half to get tires installed. Mind you the guy first told me he would not put them on after waiting 30 minutes for someone to come to service desk. I came back 2 to 3 weeks later to only be sitting here for another 3 hours for a simple nail in my tire this place sucks.

Do not buy tires from Sams club. Not only are they rude also have no respect for other people’s time it does not take 3 hours to place a set of tires much les take out a screw. Associate makayla at Sam's club in wilmington, nc was really nasty, does not wear a name tag. I'm handicap with bad needs, was entering the exit door to go to pharmacy & she was very was very nasty about it, refused to let me come in.

Your Sam’s Club in canyon country, Ca is unbelievably slow, so slow in processing customers that I had the hardest and longest time not only to purchase over $600 worth of merchandise but to re-new my Sam’s Club card! One frickin customer service cashier and over 8 customers waiting, all of them angry...I threw my card on the counter and told them I am done with them and Sam’s Club altogether...never will I renew or return to any Sam’s Club. on Dec 8 i had an accident inside sams club bathroom In houston tix fuqua office. the commode seat was loose and when i transferred from wheelchair unto said commode i fell off and injured thigh and hip. This is the second time this happens i was there on Nov 15 ( this is my closest club). I was not injured at that time but reported to management immediately and assumed it was repaired. My complaint is simple. I tried to do the right thing and your customer service agent Kristy, she would not give me any other info than that, was rude and pretty much hung up on me. A package was delivered in error and I called and gave all the info from the shipping label so FED EX could pick up & this could be delivered to the CORRECT customer.

There are two handicap stalls in the women's restroom at Sioux Falls Sam's Club. The one I can walk into with my walker has had a broken lock on the door for months, and Saturday night it was missing completely.

I waited for the other stall which I can back my walker into, and after several minutes, out be-bops a young Sam's worker!!!! This is so wrong in so many ways.

First, I have complained about the lock every time I have gone in there, and WHY was a perfectly healthy worker using the only other handicap stall when there were others open. How Rude!!!!!!!!!!!!

My opinion: Sam's buys some stuff that can't be sold anyplace else so you pawn off the junk on your customers! I usually buy my Fixodent Denture Adhesive at Sams but cannot because you have started selling a product that is just absolute crap.

The Fixodent Ultra does not hold and just melts and drains down your throat. Sick stuff! I try to trade at your Clarksville Tennessee Store. They have removed the good Kabocha Variety pack and are selling something that resembles, in taste, what skunk pis smells like.

On December 9, 2019 @ 8:21p I called Sam’s Club on Northlake ph# 708-531-0807 to ask about the gas station hours. A lady by the name of Maria answered. I asked “what time does your gas station close” she said “the pumps shut down at 8:30p”!

I then asked “so if I get there at 9:15p am I still safe” just to be sure as I didn’t want to waste my time. She didn’t respond to my question she said “ok” as if she ignored my second question.

But, I asked again and she replied “if I told you the pump closes at 9:30p then yes you will have 15 mins, I said Thank you”. She was very exasperated and extremely rude so me. I was very kind and professional with her inspite of her curt behavior.

I'm Gainesville, FL Sam's Club #8155 member since 2000 but never feel so upset and humiliated like 11/8/2019 about 10:00 AM.

A day before I've purchased a car battery online and next day get to the club to pick it up. An employee in pick up section by name Taborus had no idea about the battery core fee and Sam's policy to waive that in case old battery returned. He called for another employee who after my explanations was able to make a core fee refund.

Taborus charged my credit card, gave me a receipt and began to serve another customer. I was expecting to receive my purchase here, on spot, where many carts with other order been placed, but that did not happen. Instead, I stand next to a registry while Taborus absolutely ignored my presence.

my daughter and I ordered Christmas cards from Sams club in Orlando, Florida Order number 284760998 We paid for overnight shipping, which was 9.99 extra. One set of cards arrived in three days and the other set arrived one week later. The cards were of poor quality and we did not receive enough envelopes for the cards. We have ordered cards from Sams Club every year for Christmas, and have never had this problem before. We are very unhappy with the quality of the cards and the service this year. I would like to get compensated for our trouble either with a refund or a gift card.

I am disabled and my caregiver picks up groceries for me. I have been a member of Sam's club for 2 years. I have a Sam's Club credit card. In oct I ordered groceries for pick up at the Champaign Il Sams club.

When Karen, my caregiver got there, they had no record of the order. They offered to get it together (she had a copy of the email confirmation) but she would have to pay for it. She could not afford to do that.

Later my online account showed that Sam's Club had cancelled the order. I called the toll free number and was told they had no record of the order, but I should order again. I was angry and did not until last week (Dec 3).

Good morning, dear Sirs: On Black Friday I visited the Sam's Club located in Laurel, Maryland as I've been doing it for the past years. I moved to Maryland recently from Puerto Rico and I was expecting to have a similar byuing experience.

A lady near the entrance (Sarah) invited us (me and my husband) for a free coffee and we gladly accepted it. I noticed that it was too much coffee for only me, so I wanted to share it with my husband on a different cup.

The customer service call center is in the Phillipeans. The connection is terrible, kept cutting out and the whole call was muffled. You can’t hardly understand the reps I spoke to because of thick accent. And most importantly, why are you outsourcing jobs that could be American’s jobs!!!!!

In late October, Corporate sent down a new planogram (the layout of how stores are to be stocked). a call center in the Philippines, who hasn't gotten a back to him with a response to my complaint. Every so often I get email saying that if they don't hear back within 48 hours they will consider the matter resolved and close the ticket.

So I send back mail saying "Resolved? " He finally sent me mail yesterday with the number for corporate 888--746-7726 -- which is not the number listed on here, BTW. I've spent over an hour on the phone -- and now on hold a THIRD time.

First to get someone, then to get a manager who was COMPLETELY useless, and now SHE'S put me on hold because I kept asking to speak to a senior manager when she kept telling me "It's a club matter, and I have to have you…

My complaint is the service at sams club oak traffic way Kansas City. I was checking out and I told the 2 people who were checking me out I wanted 2 different bills. They charged me for everything on one bill and when I told them I wanted 2 bills they started rolling their eyes at me and arguing.

I told them I do t want to argue I just wanted 2 bills they said you want 2 bills do more shopping then said next so the next people come over.

Yesterday paid $45 ,,for Sam's membership and according to my ad was suppose to get $45 back on my grocery bill. Customer service said it would come off my bill. At register questioned cashier. Credit was not there. She knew nothing about a credit for $45 wanted me to go back to customer service. What's going on.

Call corporate and get India and cant understand the person. HELP. WHERES MY REFUND FOR JOINING?
