While visiting one store in Sam's Club, Sam's Club staff verbally attacked me in front of Sam's Club co-workers as they stood around and did nothing. I will caveat that two customers videotaped the incident with cell phones and presented their complaint/s to management but received only a callous response.

Order # 4258199913, specifically says items to be delivered on Dec 17. At 6 pm tonight my daughter in law called to tell us boxes were dumped by our gate. We found our boxes literally dumped 400 ft from our house.

No phone call or anything. Full of huge holes and sand. Chairs were exposed. I have stage 4 cancer and my husband is 72. We had to struggle to get them in the house as we couldn’t leave them overnight in that condition.

Our son is a firefighter and was on duty, so he was unable to help. So in the dark and cold this is how we spent our evening.... There is nothing to denote who delivered it, no paperwork etc..... We have been Samsclub members for years and this treatment is unacceptable.

I received poor / no service at the Southaven MS Sam Club Tire Department. ) a tire rotation on my 2012 Dodge Journey. On 12/3/19 I noticed that the tires that was on the rear before the rotation was still on the rear.

The tires had not being rotated (they had not being moved from front to back). On 12/3/19 I returned to the tire department and asked why my tires had not been rotated. I explained to the lady at the desk that the tires had not being moved from front to back.

I went to Sam's Club, 300 South in Salt Lake City, Utah in September 2019. I needed front tires and had the tires service put them on. When the service center was finished with my vehicle, I noticed that the new tires were on the rear of the vehicle and the old rear tires were on the front.

I thought that was ok. There started being a vibration in my vehicle. I noticed on November 30,2019, that there was a circular area in the center of the tire that was void of any tread. I felt the tire and the cords were separating.

These tires had at least 30,000 miles left on them, but because of the in-experience of the service technician at Sam's Club, these tires are worthless. 00 today for a new set of tires for the front of my van.

I have been trying to change my name on my Sam's account and it seams like is not going to happen , Since it took 1 hr over the phone just to try pay for a stupid membership and have someone so rude answering the phone. Every time I go to the store counter is a wait of 45 min with only one clerk and I always have to ask to get some help, is just wrong!!!!

My car was damaged in the parking lot at Sam’s in Ocala when a row of shopping carts dislodged and hit my car. We filed a complaint claim 891-9332 but never can get it resolved. It has been 2 months .

Your claim dept said they sent the check for damages they called us to enquire why we never cashed the check but we never received it. a form stating that we had not received the check but we never received a form.

We verified our address with them and we receive all our other mail. Every time I call I get transferred from one person to another. I want this resolved and I want to receive my check overnighted to my address.

Not once but twice in the same month my order was NOT ready. I first ordered cupcakes on Tuesday 11/19 to have picked up on 11/21 at 2:00 for my daughter class party. I got there at 4:00 on 11/21 and the order was no were to be found.

They made to order while I waited over 30 mins. They then found the order form which they placed in the WRONG order bin. The form clearly said 11/21 not 11/22. While there I placed an order to have picked up on 11/29/2019 at 2:00 for her home party.

I bought a phone at North Lake Sam club in illinois. The phone is defective and i went to return the phone, I was told there is a 14 day return policy and I was on day 15 due to the Thanksgiving Holiday and you was closed.

Needless to say you did not help me and sent me to ATT or Samsung for assistance. I spoke with the manager of the store and the cellular department. I was very upset and still have no results with the return of the phone.

Sam's Club and Walmart have been the worst, most difficult company I have ever dealt with. All I am trying to do is update my company's Safety Data Sheet (SDS) new online listing with all of the thousands of chemicals we have, and Walmart and Sam's Club customer service representatives did not even known what Safety Data Sheets are!

Also the automated responses hang up on me or say 'technical difficulties' when I try to get to SDS info. Neither company gives the SDS when product is purchased. AND its not like you can contact the company who actually made the product for the SDS because both Walmart and Sam's Club buy out the brand and then put their information on the back!!

Tried to order a tire after lengthy wait on phone, tire not available, had to order. Told it could come in next day. No call received. Wait a day and call them 3 times. No one answers phone, service desk connects me to meat dept.

Call tire dept back, finally get through to tire dept, guy puts me on hold for over 10 mins. I hung up. Tire needed urgently due to damage caused when forced off the road with a near head-on collision. Other party drove off.

Tire dept personnel notified of urgency in getting replacement as old tire slashed with loose piece of rubber hanging off causing tire to shimmy when driven (yes, I could use the sub-standard spare but they're not for long term use). Contacted other tire dealers, specific tire not readily available.

On 11/27/2019, my daughters and wife went to Sam's Club on Pellicano Dr in El Paso, Texas, to do some last-minute Thanksgiving shopping. As my family and I were checking out at the self-check, a young man approached my wife and me and indicated that she (my eldest daughter) was underage and could not scan the wine bottles (we understand rules!). She scanned the food and other items, and when done, I (father) scanned the wine bottles. I have been a loyal customer of Sams Club for over 20 years. This review is specifically about online ordering from Sams Club. DONT DO IT IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN YOUR SANITY. I placed an order November 9 which got lost by Fed Ex.

A replacement order was shipped which also got lost by Fed Ex. A third replacement order has now been lost by SAMS! It has now been 3 weeks with no delivery and I’ve been told it will take another few day’s to investigate.

What makes this so exasperating is the total incompetence of the outsourced help phone lines and chats. The people employed have no ability to actually solve the problem. All they do is constantly apologize obviously adhering to a script. When asked to speak to supervisor I was put on hold for an hour before I gave up.

Order a dining room set online. Was to be delivered on 11/22/19. Was received at the warehouse on 11/19/19. Was told someone would contact me within 48 hours for delivery set up. I heard nothing until 11/24/19 they said they would deliver on 11/25/19 between ten and two.

Why did Sams Warehouse replace the grocery carts? The carts are too high & hard to turn. Did anyone try them out first. 3 “ of average height & after putting items on the child sitting, I could not see over the cart.

My husband and I have been members of Sam's Club since the early 1990s, and had a business/plus membership for more than a decade. This was the worst experience ever! I cancelled an auction order but it still shipped along with the auction order I did want. I have now been on the phone with them 3 times today as the representative cancelled the wrong item!!!

The diesel pump is extremely slow. The attendant showed me that you have to lift the hose and nozzle above your head to remove an air lock, then it pumps like it should. This has been going on for months and it makes me question why it isn't fixed.

I am certain Sam's Club exec's do not want customers lifting fuel hoses and nozzles over their head before they can pump fuel. The attendant was courteous. I hope he reported this issue so it can be handled professionally. I can only imagine how many customers have gone elsewhere.

Ordered a Christmas tree 12 foot. Came in 2 boxes and it should have been 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 on the boxes. Unfortunately, that's where the debacle begins. I received 2- 1 of 2 and not a 2 of 2.

Instead of sending one of them back they wanted to have them both sent back and send in a complete replacement. So this was suppose to be initiated and the other picked up. But there was not a pick up so I called and they said they would pick it the next day.

For the past two and a half months I have been totally dissatisfied with Sam's Club which up until now has been one of my favorite and most frequented stores. I lost my Sam's Club Plus charge and immediately placed a call to customer service advising it had been lost.

I was then advised a new replacement card would be issued withing 2 weeks. Two weeks went by with no receipt of a new card . I then called again and the customer service representative apologized and sent d the card would be sent immediately.

I purchased gas and the next day I found out that there was a $200 hold on my card. Which meant that $167nwas and is being withheld from my account. Only the amount of the purchase, Ie...gas, chould be taken out. Now I am without that money which I severely need. I have been trying to replace a severely damaged order placed 10/25/19 and have instead received a replacement more damaged than the first one! I have spoken to service reps who have either been inexperienced or could not understand me properly.

I have taken pictures of both orders. I am now on hold with your service rep and have been ON HOLD for the past 20 minutes. I HAVE PICTURES OF BOTH OF THESE UNBELIEVABLY DAMAGED SHIPMENTS, I AM EXTREMELY OUTRAGED AND APPALLED AT THIS coming from a reputable company such as yours and wary about renewing my membership.

November 18, 2019 Dear Customer service for Sam’s Club tire and battery shop, 904 Pleasant Grove Blvd, Roseville, Ca. I had just dropped my wife off at Sam’s Club and I went to your gasoline area for fuel. I did get my fuel but unfortunately my car battery went dead; I was able to start my car with the help of another customer.

You probably know that the attendees at the gas area to not have anyway other than call a tow truck to assist. I telephoned Sam’s club and asked if the garage area installs batteries, I was told YES. I drove the one minute to get to the garage.

There I spoke with a young woman, I told her my car battery is dead and asked if someone there could install a new battery. She seemed to have a very difficult time answering my question…

Your clothing selection sucks!! I used to buy all of my clothes here. Now there’s nothing for the business women in your council bluffs store. I’m forced to travel 2+ hours just to find women’s clothing in a sams club.
