My complaint is with Wake Forest NC tire service. Because you are asking for a stars experience I would have like to have given a grade which is (AAA) F I arrived at your tire center at 9:30 AM 11/16/2019.

I spoke to the service manager and explained I had a nail in my tire in the first row of tread close to the outside rim. Check to see if it can be patched or let me know if I needed a tire if so I would want to replace both front tires.

He said they where busy and it would be 3 hours. I told him OK contact me. My daughter picked me up later we decided to go to lunch at 2:00 I contacted the department for progress. He stated they where just getting to it.

At 3:20 as i didn't hear anything I called again A different person answered the phone and again said they where just getting to it.…

Stood in line over 30 minutes with one cashier open at the Sam's in Hoover Al. Had at least ten people behind me. After checking out spoke with the manager who had a I could care less attitude. He said 'corporate only let's him have one cashier' and none of this is 'his fault he is only doing what corporate let's him do".

Employees at the service desk were so nice and caring and were just discussed. Just shaking their head every time this guy opened his mouth. With this guy in charge, I bet you it want be long until you'll have good employees quiting. Montgomery Al.

Seems to be impossible to cancel an order in a timely manner after winning an item in your Auction. When I was bidding on an item the shipping price was shown as $0 (free). 75. I wanted to cancel the order.

In using the "Chat" feature to talk to a Sams Club rep, it was explained to me that I could not cancel while the order status was "Shipping: In Progress" and that I could cancel after receiving an email from the delivery service. Or worst case, I could refuse the delivery if it was shipped.

So now I need to monitor my emails and/or be home when it is shipped to refuse it, when a whole lot of work by Sams Club, the shipper, and myself could be avoided by just cancelling the order. com 719 761-6251

I was shopping at the Coit road location and purchased the metallic plasticware that you had on instant savings. The instant savings failed to post when I was checking myself out. I asked the attendant for help and she stated that I needed to complete the transaction and go to customer service to have it corrected.

I said NO and she needed to get a Manager. She called and Markell came over. He was about as condescending as he could be. He accused me of purchasing the flatware at another time and that I was limited to two on my membership.

When I told him that I had not, he asked who else was on my membership, which is my husband, who was right there. He had not purchased any either. Markell then used his tablet to check my account – like I was lying.

I purchased Members Mark Metallic Plastic Cutlery at the Coit Road location that was marked "Instant Savings". When checking out the instant savings were not posting, I used the self checkout as there was only 2 registers with cashiers operational.

When I asked the employee offering assistance in the self checkout area for help, she stated that I needed to complete my transaction and then go to customer service for resolution. I said NO and to get a manager. Markell arrived.

He was very rude and condescending. He indicated that I could only get the discount if I had purchased the same item on a previous visit and then went on to ask who else was on my account, maybe they purchased the item.

We went in on 11/16/19 at 1:30pm to have the four tires we ordered online installed. They were too busy to install them so we made an appointment for 11/17/19 at 2:00pm. When I arrived, an employee stated they were running behind and it would be 2 to 3 hours for a tire install, after saying he couldn't find my appointment.

I let him know that I would be waiting in the store. After 2 1/2 hours I went to the counter I was sitting next too, so I could get a status update. The employee said it's been done, have you been waiting here this whole time.

Needless to say next time I will pay more for quality service elsewhere and would not reccomendation the sams club repair department in Bakersfield, CA.

Today I went to Sam’s club in Fairlawn, Ohio at 10:30am. I had a question about the hours so I went to customer service. ” So I asked what the hours were for business club members. She said they don’t exist anymore and you have to be a plus member to be let in at 7am Monday through Saturday.

I thought the sign outside said Sunday’s also, which I was mistaken. She was very very very rude and was argumentative and unprofessional I was very embarrassed in front of other customers. When I went to pay, I mentioned this and they all knew who I was talking about.

My family was interested in signing up for new cellular service. We were bringing 3 lines from Sprint to US Cellular. We showed up for the Sam's Club one-day promotion ($400 gift card per line). We were told they were too busy so we should come back in and they would honor the promotion.

com - I have had online chats with at least 3 associates - I have tried every suggestion presented to me. Still cannot place order online. I called the Yuma store and asked if someone could place the order for me - no luck.

I went back to SAMs that date and was tod by customer service that Lisa would have to look at the security camera and would call me.

Lisa has not called me and today is 11/16/19. I called the store on Thursday and Friday (11/14/19-11/15/19 and was told Lisa would call me. I requested to talk to the manager and was put on hold for 15 minutes on Friday and Saturday.

No one came to the phone. Lisa is not doing her job and the Harvey store is being run by the customer service department and they don't care. I would like a credit issued to my account.

I have been assured by a manager at the Harker Heights, TX Sam's Club that you do respond to inquiries. Mine is this: Now that I understand the reason for reinstituting the "show your card" policy when entering a Sam's Club store--viz., to keep "non-Plus members" from shopping during Plus member hours--why is it necessary for shoppers to continue to have to show their cards AFTER the exclusive, Plus-shoppers' hours have expired? I bought 4 tires & the service connected with the purchase, tire, balance & rotation, etc. in your store located in Plattsburgh, NY. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone or in the store to schedule this service for months, regardless of all efforts to that end. They are understaffed.

Now, I have a 700 mile trip to make for both pleasure & medical reasons & have been told they are scheduling into late December. I leave the day after Thanksgiving 2019. My tire sensor light is on & the service I paid for is unavailable.

I went to order Seville Classics UltraHD Rolling Workbench to be delivered. I was not able to have it delivered, so I ordered it for in store pickup. I received a confirmation message regarding the order being ready for pick up without any time limit on pickup. Since Walmart has a 7 day hold, I felt that since there was no comment on pickup time, I had at least 7 days. The order was cancelled after 3 days!!!!!!!! We purchased Chocolate Chips that were on sale for $8.98 , we wanted two, the girl said since we have a business card we not allowed to buy this. I have one with Sam's Club, in ,Augusta, Me. I did a click and pull because I was in the area for a family funeral. It wasn't a pleasant experien, especially customer service associates, you need to wait in club pick up line, wait until associate walked back to the back of the club get my order and walk back to front.

Wait in line again to pay for it. Very inefficient. 1 register 4 computers 3 lines (people going in both ends of line). so for a club pick up that took 20-25 minutes should of only taken 5 minutes like my local club.

On Monday, November 11, 2019 as I was leaving town, I could not locate my Sam's Mastercard. This was 10:55am. I called that club. Customer service desk kept ring, finally a gentlemen answered. I said hello and he disconnected me.

the fact that i place orders that seem to frequently be stuck in service and it takes forever to get them. so i end up running out and have to go to a regular store. today i talked with 3 different "chat" people.

2 disconnected me after saying they were looking into the problem. the third on is still arguing with me that my order might not be stuck in processing. and i have been on hold for over 16 minutes with someone on the phone-alatia or something like that.

and she argued with me and then has me on hold and won't answer. carlos on chat has just said he is going to escalate it so we will see how that goes. this seems to happen about once a month and is very inconvenient trying to get it worked out.

July 2019 we purchased 1100 gift cards online for employee recognition give aways. Out of 1100 gift cards there are still to this day 13 gift cards. There first line customer service is robotic with no common sense. Their escalation is just a bad. i'm reaching out to our financial institution to dispute the charges for the 13 inactive gift cards.

Order #4093311244 Placed order for 4 new tires and installation on the internet 11/09/2019 Last Saturday was in the tire store to check on my order. Never got to the sale desk as line was as least an hour wait and growing.

Order said to pay in club at the final cost price but NOTHING about having to pay that day. Order said they were sold out of the tires and had to be ordered. 00. I was recently shopping at Sam's In Joplin Mo this past Saturday November 9,2019 and came across a table set up for electronics. My very first time in a Sam's Club was last Friday I got my 1-day pass and was told that I had to pay 10% more because I was not a member that works fine after spending $400 in 2 hours something was wrong with the card where it wouldn't let me do it until the next day I don't know what happened there so very next day we go back we get a one day pass I was not told about the 10% that day but I already knew it after spending $400 in 2 hours I was been told that I had to pay the 10% with cash not my food stamps so

Purchased $700 in snow tires after waiting in line for 45 mins just to be told after the sale was completed that it would be a month before the snow tires can be put on. Really a month. By the way this is just after the associated told everyone in line that they were not taking any walk ins and you lost 5 customers.

This was due to only having two technicians. If Sams Club wants to keep loyal customers maybe you should have the staffing to handle the volume of sales. I’m sorry is not what we wanted to hear. Ps we spent $500 two weeks ago on tires.

My family and I went to our sams club in sioux city ia. We went to take advantage of the promotion of $400 gift card per cell phone that we would upgrade (we had 4 that we were upgrading) we waited in line for an hour early in the morning was helped by two different associates and

ended up setting an appointment for today to activate the phones. when we went to get the phones today we were told that this sams club does not do sprint phones? everything that was advertised shows sprint phones were part of the deal.

The St Louis club location on West Florissant Road, 314-521-3800, has to be one of your worst run locations! Yesterday, 11/9/19 shortly before 6:00 PM, I attempted to contact the Members Services Desk at that location at least 7-8 times and the phone was never answered once!

However, the extremely unprofessional associates working there repeatedly terminated the call by simply hanging up! Today, I am currently on hold for 23+ minutes waiting for a store manager to come to the phone (which only underscores why this is such a horribly managed club location)!

We have been members of Sams Club for many years here in Lafayette,LA. We have recently purchased a set of tires for one our our vehicles. We have been trying to make an appointment to have the tires rotated and balanced.

m. I ordered a Deluxe Pizza and was told it would take about 40 minutes. m. and noticed other people that ordered a full size pizza after me got their's before me. I walked up to the counter and asked if my pizza was ready yet.

It was sitting on top of the oven getting cold. I asked why no one called my name because I was sitting close enough to hear them call me. The person I talked to turned his back to me and walked away and did not say I am sorry or anything else.

My Sam's Club card was compromised on Monday. I was told another card would be sent out immediately. I waited until Thursday to call about the new card. I was told it had never been sent out. Had I not called I guess the waiting would have continued for an unknown time.

I ordered an online order to be picked up from the store. When I arrived the text message stated it was pick up outside sure and that a rep will bring items shortly. I waited 30 minutes then called the store.

I was told by the rude people who work there that they don't do that right now because they are short staffed. I placed an incident report because I was physically unable to go into the store so items were not picked up. My card was charged.

I have been calling customer service since 10/17/2019 and have gotten no where. They want me to go back to the store in order to get refund. Now when i called the store the manager was so rude and stated that my paperwork had been thrown away so why am I having to go back a store that is so very rude and respectful.. My name is Brenda Weis. I am a Sam’s Club Plus member (#855314100). 1, 2019, I purchased a 65” Samsung TV at Sam’s in South Point, Oh. As we are elderly in our ‘70’s, I needed to have the TV delivered and set up.

To get this benefit we had to purchase the extra 3 yr. 00 to get the delivery and set-up. The warranty plan was of no use to us since the TV has a 5 year Mfg. warranty. The store representative tried for over one hour for someone at the NAL group to answer her call in order to schedule our delivery.

6, from 8:00 am to 11:59 am. We made plans for this day and time and then on Nov. 5, we were notified by e-mail that they were changing the delivery day to Nov. 7, from 12:00 pm to 4:59 pm.

My husband called the NAL group to inform them he had medical appointments in the afternoon…

Today I tried to place an order for pickup at the North Richland Hills Store. I used the search button for the item I bought last month for Parliament White 100 box cigarettes. The item number was 953133, it shows online for ordering to be 796654.

I spoke to the tobacco dept. and the item number is 953133 not 796654. They also have them in stock however the website says out of stock probably because the item number is wrong. com to get it corrected. com tells me to call the North Richland Hills store.

Come on folks fix the problem so I can place an order for pickup. This is ridiculous that a customer is telling you the problem and no one wants to fix it. I’ve enclosed a picture of the item number my completed order last month…

I placed order #4086417329 now it's about a half an hour ago. I was charged shipping on this order. What was the point of spending $100.00 months ago for free shipping if I don't get it?

My husband called Muncy PA site to inquire about tires today. The tire automotive representative interrupted him constantly, held 2 other conversations with someone else. When my husband asked him not to interrupt him, the Sam’s Club employee interrupted him and told him he was being rude.

Needless to say, we can buy tires elsewhere now.

I purchased hearing aids through Sam’s in Monroe, LA. I paid approx. $5,000. I was pleased. I recently moved to SouthWest Utah. The nearest Sam’s club is 2 1/2 hours away in Provo, Utah. I have a daughter that lives in the Provo area so it isn’t difficult to be in Sam’s near monthly.

In some 10 months I’ve tried nearly a dozen times to get service from the hearing desk. I have never found anyone at the desk. I have tried several different days and times. The local store personnel and help desk are completely worthless. Both their attitude and and desire to help stink.

My hearing aids need service and I can’t get it. The aids are locked out for any other hearing service company to provide help. My $5,000 purchase has been a complete waste. I would like live person help please.
