i purchased a Sam’s club annual membership a year ago through a groupon promotion. I made one purchase online last year during a Black Friday sale using my credit card. I have moved and no longer live close enough to a Sam’s club so I had no intention on renewing.

Today I received notification from my credit card that I was charged $45 doing my research I found out it was for the renewal of the membership. My first call to the 800 number listed on the Sam’s website was to explain and to get a refund where the person confirmed I wasn’t even on autopay.

I was placed on hold for 15 mins and hung up.

Second call I asked to speak directly to a supervisor again placed on hold. 3rd time was reassured and promised no hold and again placed on hold. Never did get anything disputed and realized I…

I have been a Sam's Club member for 20 years. All of a sudden they are charging me for shipping. I am a PLUS member and should NOT be charged for shipping. I have contacted customer service on 5 occasions and this problem has still not been resolved.

Everytime I call they tell me it has been fixed but it has not. I have also sent several emails and all they do is refer me to the 800 number. I am thoroughly disappointed in Sam's Club. I am to the point where I am going to cancel my membership and join Costco instead.

We went to the store the following day for the repair or replacement of the tire and they told us we would have to drive all the way to the store in Hatillo store #6270 for that claim,since the tire center at Mayaguez was shut down. I explained that I cannot drive that distance (2 hrs) because I am 68 yrs.

old, suffer from a few health conditions and also if I could it would be at the risk of traveling without a spare tire. I was denied this option by one of the store managers. Only option is to drive 2 hrs.

I live about 30/45 minutes away from two different locations. I have used the store pick up twice in a week at two different locations. Both have been terrible!! Friday Nov 1st scheduled pick up time 5-6 in Athens GA.

I had plans at 7. I arrived at 5:15 waited in my car until 5:45 when I called. They had not pulled my order but I was told it would be ready at 6. Waited in the car until 6:10.

No one helped me until 6:30 and was told it was not done and I had about 20 more minutes to wait on an order that I should have been able to pick up at 5. I had to cancel my order due to plans which I was 30 minutes late to due to my wonderful Sam's experience!

I have been shopping at Sams Club many many years. You Closed the Natomas California Store so I moved my shopping to Sacramento on ElCamino until you closed that store, so now I drive 15 miles through horrendously congested local roadways to still shop Sams.

I turned to online help. I ordered several times successfully.

However, when I do need to call a snotty csr named Samantha is disrespectful to your brand. The tone she takes for one, and she almost always fetches a manager because she thinks Im stupid and she shouldnt have to deal with me.

But the straw that broke this camels back was she actually gawffing at me. I can hear the snotty tone and then she gawffed before she put me on hold. She is always pleasant in answering the phone but then if its help I need forget it.

We inadvertently ordered the same item twice. After 6 separate attempts to cancel one of them our last resort was to cancel a credit card so that we would not receive the item twice. Your online customer service is horrible.

We could never understand what your hired “representatives” said. You should be ashamed of the treatment you give to your members. After this experience we will no longer shop with you. If you care to look up duplicate orders 39808972307 and 3980972708.

I used my credit card to get gas on Sunday, my card got locked in the gas pump and it took them until tuesday to get it out and they gave it back to me in chunks, when I went to get it all they said was here is your card. I refuse to even renew my membership

I no longer carry my Sam's Club card because it was no longer needed to enter the store. I use the Sam's app to scan my products and pay so no need to have it. Today I try to enter Sams and I am asked for my card.

I told them I don't have it so I can't even enter the store. So as a business you need to decide what your policy is going to be and stop flip flopping like a political candidate. Why do you need to see the card to walk in the door when you have to have it to go through a register?

I was so happy with your store last year at Christmas because your employees said Merry Christmas now you can't figure out what your policies are going to be. I went to Target and bought my stuff.

Today I had I job interview @ Sam’s Club in Calumet City Illinois my interview was at 9:30 today no one came to see me until 10:00 and they tell me they weren’t hiring anymore and didn’t know anything about my interview said it was a system error for one that was very unprofessional to me, I took off from my other job to hear this I think they should have had a better system than this very disappointed in this procedure someone need to look into this matter, but in my opinion no one will.

Forgot password tried calling the 1-888 number to resolve. The system apparently did not recognize my Email address which has never changed. Never worked the lady miss understood me and was talking about reward credits all I wanted was my balance on my consumer credit account.

After 1 hour on the phone and approx 15 to 20 minutes on hold I have not been able to determine my balance. I am currently on hold and I have been on hold for 15 min apparently customers are not important to Sam’s Club.

If I hang up I will have to go through this whole fiasco again it seems.

On Friday, November 1,2019 I received horrible customer service at store #8175. I planned to purchase a LG tv which according to the Sam’s Club website the product was available online and low stock in the club. I wanted to verify if the item was available; however no one at the Members Service desk was willing to check inventory.

Instead I was told I had to track down a person in a green vest to have them check on electronics availability. Unfortunately, the first person in a green vest had no idea about electronics, he was just walking through the area.

We had purchased 3 pairs of pants on Saturday 11/2. You do not have dressing rooms and when we got home, they did not fit correctly. Your stores have 20 self check-out lanes and only a couple of lanes actually worked by a human.

I, as many others, are frustrated with the fewer amount of cashiers. There are becoming more self checkout stations (and that's fine if someone wants to do that), but when there are only 2 cashiers on a busy Saturday afternoon, both having long lines, it gives people a feeling of having to check themselves out.

I know I'm not alone in getting tired of paying for a service (membership $) and then I have to check myself out as well. Please remember BIG CORPORATION, if you do not have members, your sales go down. At least have some cashiers to check more people out.

Not only did we encounter the slowest cashier in history, the food service by far was the worst. We grabbed 2 salads, Miss marked, the cashier started screaming they were miss marked and we needed to go somewhere else to figure it out, she was literally screaming at us.

Tried to speak to a manager finally gave up, we will not renew. This is the difference with Sams and Costco, customers, Costco cares, Sams does not.

I received a Sam's club instant savings magazine dated 10/30/19 to 12/1/19. I wanted to purchase the Lifetime 8 commercial grade folding table and chair combo which includes( 4) 8 inch folding tables and 32 folding chairs available in white black or granite.

The folks at this store became very argumentative over these Pepsi that I guess was put in wrong locations. 28, but they would not honor this price insisting that the Shasta was there as well which clearly they was not!

Several staff walked back snapping pics on phones and arguing with me that it would not be honored. And never once went to take the sign down or have the product removed to proper location. I feel as if this was terrible customer service.

I have not received acknowledgement from my email on Wednesday so I am writing to you again to ensure you received it. I went shopping Wednesday 10/30/19 for specific items in the instant saving book (along with other items) and was told at the pharmacy by the pharmacy manager that the Mucinex in the Instant Savings ad did not include the one kept behind the counter.

That one is Mucinex D and is kept there because it is government regulated because of an ingredient, not because it is prescription. The ad says ANY Mucinex not just the ones on the floor. There is a number 1 after the Mucinex which states "Applies to OTC items.

Like many others, I just found out that my Business Membership is no longer good for early shopping hours. I have both Sams and Costco memberships. I find that Sams inventory is no where as good as Costco as far as variety and my main reason for keeping the Sams club membership was the convenience of early shopping.

My recourse now is to shop at Costco and get more choice on products. Sams should concentrate on customer service and quit trying to squeeze every dime from it's members.

Last week we received a brochure from Sams Club advertising instant discounts on products during the period 10/30 - 12/1. I went to purchase an item that was listed on the instant savings book and the listed price was not showing up correctly. The item is the lifetime table and chairs which is shown on page 21 of the October book for $499. Upon contacting a customer service agent I was told that the price was a typo and couldn’t be honored. As a customer and member for many year I am extremely disappointed. I can’t believe that the price wouldn’t be honored as that is false advertisement. I really don’t think thy the customer should suffer and be lied to with false advertisement. This just doesn’t make sense to me because at the store if an item is mispriced the manger will honor the price labeled. This is truly an upsetting manner and I am very disappointed with the lack satisfaction.

I am disabled and every time I attempt to shop at my local Sams Club store there are no electronic carts available. I was informed they have a few carts available if and when they are working. The last time I visited this store I took someone with me just in case there were no carts available and of course there were none.

I went into the store with my friend who transported me via my own wheelchair. I spoke to the manager who was very nice and told her about my frustration regarding the scarce number of carts available. NO CARTS AVAILABLE to shop with when they arrive.

The disabled population should have the ability to shop just as much as anyone else. I hope to see this problem rectified and if not I will make a formal complaint with the states disability association.

I recieved an online order today and was shipped the wrong item.

I thought no big deal and called customer service to try to get it resolved.

Not only do I not have the correct item but I spent 31 minutes and 21 seconds on the phone this morning trying to get the issue resolved. I spent the majority of that time on hold.

There was a major language barrier so I was having an incredibly difficult time trying to understand the gentleman who was politely trying to assist me.

He is shipping out the correct item however it appears we are being charged for that item a 2nd time. There was also some confusion about how I am suppose to return the item Sam's shipped to me incorrectly - which is an inconvenience in itself.

today was my second TERRIBLE experience with picking up an order. I shop for personal use as well as shop for our church. Through our church we use pick up service and place an order at least once a month.

The last two times I have placed an order with Sams and been there at the time allotted the order was not ready for pick up. Both times they had not even started to gather my order. I waited an excess of 30 min both times.

I shopped in the Newington CT club today and wanted to buy Mucinex D. The instant savings book says ALL Mucinex is $6 off. The pharmacist told me not the Mucinex D because they store it behind the counter. Your ad says ALL Mucinex and the disclaimer is "Applies to OTC items.

Does not apply pursuant to a prescription or insurance at pharmacy". Mucinex D is not prescription. It is government regulated due to an ingredient that you have to show your license for but it is an OTC product. You do not need a doctor to write a prescription for it.

I have been going to Sam's Club for many years now, especially the one on 11920 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32832 store number 4828. Ever since it opened closer to home. I even grown to have a relationship with some of the employees such as Ana Burgos.

My complaint is towards the hiring managers or whoever is in charge of making the schedule for the employees. It is like they do not know what they are doing when it comes to their employees and do not know how to manage.

We moved to an area where there is not a Sam's Club, I closed our credit card and our membership (I thought) as well. I received a bill ON THAT CREDIT CARD for membership renewal. I tried to called Sam's membership twice waiting on hold for long periods of time.

The first time the representative was rude, didn't tell me they were transferring and then disconnected me. When I called the second time, I was talking to someone in a foreign country, asked for the direct number to customer service and was told they couldn't give it to me.

We have four vehicles, all have Michelin tires - all purchased at Sam's Club, all with the $15 per tire road hazard warranty. We are now Plus members and we understand that this is now included in Plus memberships, so as it stands we paid $60 more when we originally purchased the tires.

I bought a Hitachi TV from Sam's Fresno, Ca along with the warranty from Square Trade. After 2 years the sound went out and I contacted Square Trade (this is the second time a Hitachi Tv went out on me, thinking it was just a fluke I purchased another, this time with a warranty). I went to the Slidell, Louisiana sams club on October 14th. I purchased a 14k gold rope chain for $399. ” She continued on to say how they double check and verify all of the jewelry before putting it on display.

I am a member of the sams club in great falls, MT. I am so dissapointed in the customer service and the lack of services. The biggest reason for my membership was the photo department. That has been removed!!!! Now it takes 2 weeks to get photos.

The check out system is ridiculous, the self check outs do not take cash and the checker lines are backed up because they are wasting employees having 2 workers per lane. The member service desk has 1 checker. This store has went down hill instead of becoming bigger and better.

I need to explain to a dot com supervisor after speaking with a representative about returning momentum cori security cameras. I received the cameras on July 10, 2019. The cameras were offline a lot. The manufacturer was extremely slow responding to complaints, and then only to blame my wifi. Well my wifi works just fine with my other cameras.

I only want to explain this to a supervisor, but instead I was kept waiting on hold for one hour and 25 minutes. I don't know if anyone ever picked up the line.

Because we are talking about security, I want to return these cameras and order the Samsung cameras in hopes of getting a better service.

good morning, im writing this letter to tell my horrible and disrespectful experience at the sams club by sawgrass mills. I went yesterday 10/27 at 530 pm and went on line to make my purchase , there was no one there first off to help me put all the things I had in the cart while im struggling with my baby as I'm trying to pay.

I took out my cash and card to make my transaction and I handed the money with the cashier , and she was having a hard time counting the money as well and we tried to count together while I could dealing with my son and it was 82 dollars , she then proceeded and took the rest of the amount on my debit card and

I was buying groceries for the daycare. The worker checked me out just fine. Not a problem, after she checked me out, she left my groceries on the line and started checking out someone else and put their groceries in their buggy.

After a while, the mail customer came over to me and asked if he could help me put my groceries in the buggy. I said no, I was waiting on the checker. She called a worker over and tried to say she had several people in line. She was lying.

The supervisor put my groceries in the basket. I never said a word and the man witnessed that I did not say one word. I spend on the average of a $1000 a month at Sam's in Texarkana and have never been treated this way.

I made to trips in shopping yesterday. Please find attached a copy of proof of my purchases in one day.…

I am writing this email to share with you a personal experience today, October 27, 2019, at the Jackson, Tennessee Sam’s Club Warehouse.

The wife and I received an offer from Groupon for a 1-Year Sam’s Club Membership via email. We traveled over 1 hour to the Jackson, TN Sam’s Club to determine whether we would be interested in purchasing the 1-Year membership. After arriving, we made our way to the entry and were stopped by an associate employee and asked to provide credentials to enter the store. I told the employee that we were there to look at the store to determine if we wanted to purchase a membership. I just left the Pensacola, Florida store 1250 Airport Blvd 32404 and was treated with disrespect to me and my daughter, by an employee named Lyra or lira on October 27, 2019, between the hours of 4:00 and 5:00 pm CST. She was argumental, yelling and hollering at both of us .
