The club in S. Huntsville Al used to ask to see membership card, then they stopped. One day after months they were stopping people at the door checking cards. The next time I came in I had my card ready and they didn’t need it for a couple months.

Today they wanted to check cards again and I asked the lady checking them about the inconsistency and she just kept pointing to the sign saying it has been posted for a week on the door, instead of saying I understand, sorry about that. I don’t mind showing the card but I don’t want to dig it out of my purse and put it back if it is not necessary.

Just get your act together.

I am very upset that you are eliminating the photo department. I only purchased a membership with this company to have the photo services. This sucks! Some of us still like to walk into a store and see a face and receive support if needed. Yet more jobs lost!

I purchased a car battery back in August of this year and it has a 3 year replacement warranty Well today 10/26/19 i took this car battery back to the SAMS Club that I purchased it at with the receipt, and was refused replacement.

First of all the employee that was working the counter was very unprofessional and slouchy looking (shirt untucked, plants sagging) I explained to him that the battery has a dead cell, so I'm using the warranty to replace the battery . Abilene Sam’s Club quit carrying Fat Free Milk. They carried and would come in and they would have it. The next time they didn’t and so forth. I didn’t get milk at the store since I was getting at Sam’s and low and behold they did t have it and said they would not carry it any longer.

Now I have to go back into town to the store to get some since I am out.

We buy boneless chicken from Sam's at least once a week, we love it. I've never had any issues with it until this batch. We bought it last week from the roseville michigan store. One of the pieces had a quite large bone in it.

People be aware, the Samsclub's tire department located at 7400 Youree Dr, Shreveport LA I believe they are making customer believe that they are doing the tire rotation, but they are not, i always put a white mark on the tires before rotation be done just in case. After more then two hours of supposedly working on my van they call me to tell me the work was done.

I went to the van to make sure that was true but they lied, they didn't even touched the tires and the tires were exactly in the same position as before.

We have shopped at Sam's Club for many years and have not had any problems until recently. Our problem is as follows:It seems more and more name brand products are being replaced with Member's Mark products. For example: Chobanis' Greek yogurt has been replaced by Member's Mark Greek yogurt and Philadelphia cream cheese is being replaced by Member's Mark cream cheese. This leaves us no option but to purchase the Member's mark products which in my perception are inferior in quality and taste. (The Member's Mark cream cheese we purchased today was awful, so we returned it which was inconvenient and time consuming.)

I would appreciate Sam's Club offering name brand products again in the dairy department. Costco is coming to town and this may weigh in my decision to keep my membership in…

I have worked at sams club for about three years. Though out the three years i have been in college. After Two years I was promoted to an Optician. I informed the manager that I would be attending nursing school and she still was interested in me for the position.

After a year the job worked with my schedule with no problems. I would always work when i can and at one point i trainer every new person that is currently there. I spoke with my manager about going PRN and working sundays.

She agree, after a week i was no longer in the schedule. I told the manager about this misunderstanding and she has not spoken or replied me since. It was pouring rain and I had a four year old and a ten week old and so I had my daughter drop me off under the cover and went into the out door because it was pouring and didn’t want to get the baby wet. I walked in and was asked to see my membership card and I have never been asked to see my card she was very rude.

Then the whole time I was in the store they had someone on a fork lift who was using it and it beeped the entire time I was inside very loudly about 30 minutes. Then when I exited and they went to check my items the lady(the same one who asked for my card when I walked in) was once again very rude while doing it.

My complaint is with your customer service. I ordered several items online. It came in 3 packages. One of which was delivered to the wrong house. When I contacted Sam's by email about the lost package I never received any acknowledgement or response to my email.

The package was delivered to a house several miles away. I got my package but only because that homeowner tracked me down. I had to pick my own package up. I then emailed a complaint about your service. I have never heard from either email.

Needless to say I will never use your online service again. Not will I recommend it to anyone else.

68. 82. As I needed the medication, I paid with my Sam's Business Card, figuring I could get this straightened out later. It is impossible to get this straightened out with the W. Tropical pharmacy personnel. I repeatedly asked to have the pharmacy manager, then the store manager call me but never received a call-back!

I’m Contacting you about Christmas decorations That I purchased online. This is now the second item I’ve received from Sam’s Club online purchase that was delivered to me as a used item. I can see that the box was re-taped not glued the way it normally comes.

I went to get peanuts in the shell and you usually have 5 lb. bags of unsalted peanuts and last 2 times I went no peanuts in the shell at all. You go to Costco and they have 5lb bags of unsalted and salted peanuts in the shell always and they are cheaper.

I live in Castle Rock, CO now so joined Sams Club and it really has been a disappointment compared to Costco. I am a weightlifter also and take protein to rebuild after a workout and instead of having great brands like Costco has like Optimum Nutrition you carry higher fat and cholesterol brands and the prices are high.

They go on sale a lot at Costco also so I can save some money. You guys don't have nearly the traffic Costco gets and these are just some of the reasons why.

I was at the St. Clairsville store with a full cart went to the checkout only 1 cashier and just self checkouts open I picked up candy for trick or treat and left the remaining items, I wanted to pay cash but

I am a longtime business owner of 28 years. I have been ordering from Sams as long as I have been in business. My business name is Crumpy's Hotwings in Memphis. I have a couple of major complaints. I order every week 75 cases of wings.

In order for me to run my business, I depend on Sams having my product. For the past year Sams have had a shortage on wings. I really would like to keep odering from Sams but I don't know if they are going them day by day. This is a problem!

I went into the store today and they have wings but the expiration date is tomorrow . 00 per case , which is ridiculous if they are going to go bad the next day. I'm going to take my business else where if this don't change. Please help!!!

No answer or contact from Sams Club, on Incident #191016-000063 concerning men’s restrooms.

The men’s rest rooms in both Sams Club stores are a health hazard due to lack of finding a sink that water comes out of. One has to go from sink to sink to find one that works if thats even possible. Upon mentioning this issue to the Service Department several times at both locations nothing changes. Many times I see men NOT being able to wash their hands and just leave the rest room. When this gets mentioned at the service desk other female guests come up and say it’s the same in the ladies restroom. I find it strange that a disinfectant tissue is available at the entry door so people can supposedly clean their hands upon entering but none available in the rest rooms. I suspect if the same…

I keep wondering why we pay 45 dollars a year to shop here for the stuff we like. Such as pork country style ribs, chuck steak. But it seems those are 2 of items we buy or use to buy here because corporate said no more.

On Oct 16, 2019, an order was placed to be picked up on Oct 18, 2019. Upon picking up the items it was stated the Black Bean Burgers were out of stock. That was determined to be incorrect, After arriving home I looked at the online invoice that was emailed to me and there was a charge for the burgers and not the Black bean Salsa. I contacted the store and spoke with the representative and she continued to tell me the burgers were out of stock. Although the staff waited on us were very courteous, they were totally not helpful. I am severely disappointed in Sam's Club return policy.

The original lift chair was purchased in October 2015, by February 2018 it quit working. Upon going to the store in Jefferson City, we were given an exchange. The original chair was no longer in stock so a substitution was made. We now have Hampton Powerlift chair. There is supposed to be a seven year warranty. Well, the lift mechanism quit this month, October 2019. My elderly, 92 year old father needs that lift mechansm. I received an email dated 9/18/2019 from Sam's Club stating that I needed to update my membership and that if I made an on line purchase by 10/20/2019 I would receive a $15 credit. I can send you the email if you give me an email address to send it to.

However your website also refers to this offer. I renewed my membership- in fact upgraded to Plus - and subsequently made the purchase on Monday 10/14/2019. Order number 3592999033 refers. Whilst doing the order I saw that the credit was not reflecting so called customer service.

I called Sam's Club, Tinley Park, Monday morning 10/14/2019 to see if I could buy 4 tires, and have them installed. They gave me a 1:00 pm appointment. I got there approx. 12:30 pm. My Sam's Club card was active and in good standing, but would not register in the other system that the Tire Dept.

Just Absurb in order for one to shop as a member before 10 they have to upgrade to the plus. I have tried that plus membership before did not benefit from it's use. Sad Sam Club is lossing money due to an add on of a plus membership. Not getting the membership today cost you 50.00 plus dollars of shopping. You may want to rethink how you are treating your memebers who has declined your plus membership to their card. Plus I am a credit card holder. I may consider during away with your credit card and your membership card and use Costco or another warehouse in my area.

I have been a business Member since you opened your Latham, NY location. I have always been a big supporter of your Store, however, recent changes and now hours changes I No Longer a FAN !

First, as a supplier for Business/Restaurants You no longer sell any Frozen Eggplant at all! You no longer sell the pre -cooked chicken fingers or the Tyson Chicken frozen patties ( no breading ) You no longer sell Slenda in large size bags, just box of individual packets!

This Sams club has long had customer service issues, from manager to manager it doesn't change much. In particular you have several areas (Pharmacy, Photo, Optical and Automotive) in your store that SHOULD have associates trained in that area with good customer service skills because these associates have more personal interaction than other areas.

The one that is ALWAYS lacking in this store is Photo. The two assigned associates do pretty good. The problems is it is never manned. Their hours are cut or they assign them to another area across the store. I guess the opinion is that it is a low skill area and that the machine does it all and that is simply not true.

I went to Sam's Club on SE 29th in Oklahoma City yesterday, Oct 15, 2019. 00 bill. We got our 62 cents change. When we got to the door my daughter showed the receipt to exit then when we got through the door she said look at this receipt. 62.

On October 14, 2019 I went to your Battle Creek Michigan store (12737 6 mile Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49014) with intentions of purchasing a membership. I was the only person in the members services line and there were two employees on the outside of the customer service desk and one behind the desk.

I have paid for a plus membership so I could enter Sams Club at 7 am. Now I am being told that I can no longer enter until after 9 am so the online purchases can come in from 7-9.

Why am I paying the extra money if I can’t enter. Are you online purchases paying the extra money to enter early? I do believe that everyone who has paid for the plus and business memberships should be refunded their money.

I went into the Evanston, Illinois sams store ordered four tires. After ordering the tires they said it would take seven days for the tires to come. Eight days later, When I showed up for my appointment no one knew where the tires were.

Eventually, the workers realized there were only three tires delivered. No one called to tell me the tires did not come in. I spoke to Pallo the bill was 1200. I was refunded the installation fee (60) and set a new appointment.

then the new appointment comes and I am there to drop the car off and a team member named Honaz was very rude. He helped everyone else except me. I ended up getting my tires three weeks after the order.

I am very dissatisfied because I spent 1200 and was mistreated.

Hi, I purchased string lights online and decided to return them since I was about to move and wasn't sure I'd be able to utilize them at my new house. I never even opened the item. I went to print out the label before I moved and my printer was out of ink so I decided to take them to a store instead.

My new house isn't ready yet so I'm staying at an Airbnb and I don't have a printer. I went to the Warehouse at 17099 Brookhurst St. Fountain Valley, California 92708 Thursday evening at approximately 7:15 pm. The first young lady Elaine was very kind and professional trying to help me since the computer system was saying that it was already returned since I originally opted to do so online.

I showed her my emails and credit card account so she could see I hadn't and explained the situation..…

Hello Sam's Club, My account was setup on Auto-pay. 00 on 9/28/2019. I was forced to renew again in the store on 10/09/2019. 00 again. Then I spent over an hour to "attempt" to resolve the issue online and by phone. Not a happy customer!! Kevin Anderson
