I frequent the Sam's Club in Nicholasville, KY. My complaint stems from the poor decision someone made to have them checking for the Sam's Club card at the door. This was a common practice some years back but was wisely abandoned until just recently.
Understand, and I believe this to be true for many of your shoppers, when I enter the door I only carry my phone. Why, because that's all you need if you use the Sam's Club app. The last time I was in there I was asked for my card at the door, I guess the look on my face gave away my initial shock that someone had made the poor decision to again begin to ask for the card.
