I frequent the Sam's Club in Nicholasville, KY. My complaint stems from the poor decision someone made to have them checking for the Sam's Club card at the door. This was a common practice some years back but was wisely abandoned until just recently.

Understand, and I believe this to be true for many of your shoppers, when I enter the door I only carry my phone. Why, because that's all you need if you use the Sam's Club app. The last time I was in there I was asked for my card at the door, I guess the look on my face gave away my initial shock that someone had made the poor decision to again begin to ask for the card.

The attendant immediately professed, " I know people hate having to dig it out" and that "I just got stuck with the dirty job of asking". Well, I didn't have it as I cited…

Management in this store has dropped to an all time low. I have been a member there for the last 25 years. Since the last manager left the store has went down a slippery slope. I call to check on an item get put on hold and totally forgotten about.

I have to hang up and call back after being on hold for more than five minutes. I used to do all my shopping there now I have to look elsewhere they never have half the items I used to buy.

When asked I get sorry we don’t have that any more and I can see the item in the open back area

I purchased a set of 4 tires from Sams approx 10 months ago and brought my truck in on Oct 10th at 9:45 am due to a screw in my tire which created a flat. It was unscheduled and I was needing to catch a flight for work at 11:45 but did not want to come home on Sunday to a flat tire at the airport.

However, I was told that because I was not a plus member that I had to wait until 10am in order to be checked in unless I wanted to pay the difference between my current membership and the plus membership. I declined since the difference was $50 and all I needed was a tire patched, which is free since I purchased the tires from Sams.

Instead of being serviced I had to watch 3 additional parties get checked in while I stood at the counter for 15 mins arbitrarily waiting until 10am. 5 hour wait…

When visiting Sam's Club pump at 2901 Clairmont Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329, when inserting a sam;s club gift card, the pump displayed an Invalid card message, I tried again and this time it displayed a message saying that the Card had been Locked and therefore I could not use the 287 dlls balance on it.

I immediately went inside the store to talk to the Customer Service Manager who told me that she could not do anything because the problem was at the pump and not inside the store , and that i could call the number on the back of the card, She then turned around and left me standing there.

Realizing she would not do anything to help me, I decided to call up customer service at the number on the back of the card. I spoke with three different representatives who kept on passing me around because…

Hi! I go to the San Marcos store almost every weekend, but I’ve noticed that the GM has been very rude or snarky when it came down to the employees. Every experience that I’ve had with them has been nothing but sweet and respectful.

I overheard him name calling his employees and I didn’t think that was right. Other than that, I’ve enjoyed the store.

On October 9, 2019 I placed an online order to be picked up same day at the Sharpsburg, Ga store. It was placed at 12:52pm. I did NOT request my order to be picked up between 7-8pm. But it states that on the email confirmation.

At 7:15pm, I called the Sharpsburg, Ga store to check on my order. The phone rang and rang for a good 15 mins.

Finally a lady answered and I asked about my order. She put me on hold and kept me on hold for 15 mins never coming back. I called again and again it rang for 15 mins. She answered again and asked me what was on my order.

Preface: I am a Korean Veteran. I have been shopping at your stores every since they came into our areas. Enumerable relatives and friends shop at stores on a daily basis.

1. The service rendered at the tire department was superb. It is always good. This experience is rated with a 5.

2. The concerns as handled by a Supervisor by the name of JENN was not in keeping with protocol. I asked why were no chairs (in place) for the customers who would be waiting for their vehicles to served. Just by chance I always carry my hunting chair in my car. I was seated on my personal folding hunting chair and for some reason she continued to ask me if I needed a chair in which to sit. I was going to get a sundae from cafe when the girl behind the counter was politely telling the lady ahead of me that she was sorry that she did not know how to make a certain item that she had been asking for. She had told her that she was placed back there due to short staffing and the lady was very upset with her and had told her that she was being very disrespectful, and the girl with the scarf who was working cafe had left the counter very upset.

If you are going to place someone back there I personally think that you should have someone teach them what to do so this doesn't happen. She was doing the best that she could and someone was yelling at her because she wasn't properly trained

Scan and go app leaked my debit and credit card information. Between both cards, 11 transactions were made. When I called to make them aware the customer service rep kept back tracking saying their website was experiencing issues and they know they’ve been hacked, but then saying, ‘I mean, we are aware for a possible issue’.

I started a new job with this huge company ( Sams club)... went for orientation had to sit and wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for a manager to ever get with me.. then was put in front a TV and watched videos for another hour.

Had to go find a manager and they forgot I was even there. I was asked to return 2 days later to repeat orientation. Sooo I did. Waiting only 50 minutes this time. I was then put on a computer to do training for 6 hours, not once did anyone acknowledge me.

I had to find a manager to find out next steps... they had no clue what was going on and extremely verbally abusive to all employees. I was ask to work on Saturday with NO TRAINING.. didn’t really know to much but none of employees did and they had been there for years.

Watched all customer service videos but not one…

I have had trouble renewing my card from day one here in Lafayette because I have a free membership as a charter associate. I am told that renewal has to be done online but there is no option to renew at no charge. I have asked for help repeatedly and get same answers, well I am sick of not getting any help.

We were at the Sams store on MacArthur south of 1-40 in Oklahoma City. There were long lines with only Two open registers. My husband tried to get the customer service to check us out. The clerk was rude and then announced on the loud speaker there was a belligerent customer.

My husband was not belligerent but became upset when he was called that. Worse store experience ever. Going to start going to Costco.

I am beyond upset at the service I have received regarding an online order I placed on 9/26/2019, Order number 3652192818 was placed on 9/26/2019. It showed that it would get delivered on 9/28. after not receiving it, I called customer service to inquire about the order and was told that it was stuck in "order created status" and that someone from the back office would call me back.

I am Sam club pus I pay extra to shop before 10. I have to go 15 miles out of my way because you closed utmost of the in Az. I go in at 7 am and shop then I get to the counter to pay and they refuse me because I'm buying food.

So I leave and a guy with 10 carton of cigarette is leaving so he can buy cigarettes but I can't buy food. So he can go down to the school yard and sell cigarettes but I can't buy gorgeicy.

I pay extra to buy gorgicey before 10. I work nights but the doesn't matter I pay extra to buy before 10. Well I will not renew after Jan. Beside you also took alczeler plus off your shelves. You guy suck and rip people off.

On 10/7/2019 I was shopping at your sams club outlet in Pearl City, HI 96782. At around 1530 I was at the register to pay for my items and I advised Michelle/cashier to place my items back into the shopping cart I’ll charge it and I’ll pay off the charge with my personal check. She then replied with raised voice “you already paid!” But I explained to her that the charge I just paid I’ll pay off with my check. Michelle then said you already paid but again I said I’ll pay off the charge with my personal check. Michelle then used hand jester and said “go away.” A female supervisor in blue jacket heard what was going on and told me that I was embarrassing her and I’m making her nervous. I in turn told her “she is embarrassing me!”

The Sams.com online experience continues to be a terrible experience every time my business place an online order. 2 issues are continuing to happen:

1) My current address is defaulting for delivery to my residential address instead of my business. I have tried and tried to correct this issue. It continues to default to my residential address. The customer service agents have changed it as well 2) Order # 3738931105 - This order automatically charged the incorrect account. It did not give me an option to choose one of my credit cards on file. Tt has repeatedly did this. I called immediately after the order was placed. Sat there was LG Dishwasher advertised in front of store for $399. I purchased it with Scan and Go with the help of an associate then we went to pick up we were told must be purchased online but online price was 550 so they wanted me to pay difference and they would give me a gift card!!!!!!

I wanted to curbside pick up at sam's on memorial okc. I checked in and no one came. I called the store and no one answered. I sent I was in the store via txt. When I got to the service desk I was informed they don't have the check in to know anyone has arrived.

The pickers have those only. So I had to wait while they found my info and went for my order. When they brought me my order it had a mistake in the order. I ordered and was charged for 2 yogurts but only one was in basket.

I waited again while they went and completed my order. I asked why no one delivered this to my car. She said no one wants to work that part. I was very annoyed. I said so don't advertise you have it if you aren't working it.

At the Roswell Sam's, we had been told in the past that being regular club members, we could not check out before 9 am. This past Saturday, 10.5.19, we went to shop at Sam's and we were checking out at 9:40 am. We were offered a + account, but we don't need the added expense nor the services offered for the + account, so we declined it. We were told we could not check out until after 10 am. When we asked the store manager and showed him the sign that stated that regular members can shop at 9 am, he told us that he couldn't do anything it.

Asking for our membership card at the door again is an inconvenience. I didn’t have mine on me so my husband had to find him somewhere in his wallet. We have been using the app which allows you to scan all your items pay and go so the membership card is no longer necessary.

I bought my Sams Club membership Nov 2018. Around June 2019 I started to have problems with the auto pay feature. It was kept trying to pay the full balance WITHOUT my authority. I continuosly had to go in and make sure that I set the amount.

In August 2019 I recieved a letter saying my account was closed due to 3 MONTHS of returned payements. YOUR website continued to try and draw the full balance AND TOOK the amount I set in there every single month.

I have 31 credit cards with a flawless status. I called customer service and EVEN though they said they can see that it was not my fault they still closed the account and PUNISHED me for YOUR mistake and problem.

I just tried to go back in and look at the remaining balance and the ISSUE IS STILL HAPPENING!!! This is the absolutely worst…

While getting gas at Sams Club in LaMarque, TX. at 3:15pm, I was approched by a male wearing a yellow vest saying "my I look at your windshield. I told him to backup! He had no cards, flyers, nothing! It frightened me! And several other ladies.

I realize he was talking about my car. And told he he wasn't doing his approach properly. I think he was enjoying the reactions he was getting, he did not give name nor had any ID. I won't be coming back to this location!

We were in the club today and it is getting worse every time I go , they put in machines to do self checkout that only take cards NOT CASH they were all open with no one in them and only ONE register open for cash paying customers with about thirty people waiting to check out.

Sams used to be a place to go where you got good service, and now it is just annoying not sure if I am going to renew my membership at this point it takes forever to get anything done in the store and don;t even think about trying to call that is a nightmare.

I was just there at 5:15pm and the Sam’s Gas Club Attendant (20 something Hispanic with glasses, long hair, cap) I didn’t get his name got in my face & demanded to know if I had switched lanes to pump gas! I told him to not be rude and please get out of my face as I felt threatened by his sudden intrusion into my personal space and his unfriendly demeanor.

Sam's club at 950 N. , Coral Springs, FL on Oct. 4. I went there for tire service. I want two managers to get fire: 1) Manager Ellie: did not care about customer. She did not solve the problem when I complained.

The customer service here is a -5! They are under staffed always! Today I had a order to pick up. When arriving I had to wait awhile just to find someone available to get my order. Then the guy said ok just sign here, and here you go.

My items were large heavy bulk items. I’m currently disabled, just had back surgery in September. All this from being hit by a unlicensed, uninsured drunk driver a year ago. When I asked if he was going to take it out for me, the look on his face was ridiculous.

I used the pick up service for the second time and both times were very disappointing. This time I waited over 40 minutes for my order. My pick up time was between 5-6pm I arrived at 5:11 as that’s the time I passed through there on my way home from work.

I hadn’t received a email that my order was ready but thought it had to be or would be soon. I waited at the pick up counter for at least 10 minutes until someone came over to even wait on me as there was only 1 other worker at the whole service counter.

Then she said if I didn’t receive an email it wasn’t ready. I said it should be ready during that time frame she then called someone to pull my order he came and went to go get my ordered items.

Club pickup service in Miramar, FL and Doral, Fl are HORRIBLE!!! My most recent experience was yesterday, October 2, 2019 in Miramar, FL. I placed an order for three (3) items. I received the e-mail and text that my order was ready. When I arrived at the club, I then had to wait, along with two (2) other members, for the employee to arrive. After 10 minutes, the young lady found my paper order and proceeded to tell me that two (2) of the items were NOT found and that she only found the six (6) bags of ice and that I needed to find a cart.

Other instances include the personnel telling me that they could not find my items and that I could find them myself. At the Doral, FL club, I had to wait two (2) hours for them to fill my order.

m. Had to park at the tire center (which no longer allows customers to enter the door there) and walk all the way around to the entrance then all the way back to the tire center. Explained to the nice man at the counter, "took my truck to FORD for repairs and asked them to keep my tire with a nail in it aired up and that I would have it fixed at Sam's Club.

They plugged the tire without asking me and without my permission. Now the tire is leaking again. Don't know if it's the plug or another nail". The nice man looks for my former Sam's Club card info but couldn't locate it.

Seems when purchased Sam’s club membership for business you had privilege to come in earlier than Public. Had no problem for years went in today and they refused to honor my membership card that always used. Said I needed to purchase a premium membership now to come in earlier than public.

Asked when did they start that, they said about 2 years ago. Asked them when a purchased my commercial card it was for that reason. And if they had changed it why did they not notify me of any changes.

They said they have a right to change anytime they want without notifying anyone. Told them I had already paid for that kind of membership when got my card from them and paid extra for it. Told them if they can cancel my card for a service I had already paid for then why I I want to pay for a new card…

we are members at Mentor, ohio club, we will not be renewing our membership any more due to the constant harassment at checkout with badgering about upgrade membership even after I have said not interested, no hi , how are you , thank you.. just badgering about the stupid membership we do not need . cancel membership # 3410476835640 so we never need to be badgered again !!!
