I had a interview at 6373 Youngerman Cir, Jacksonville, FL 32244 for 2 positions, member assistant and member team lead. I arrived at the store at 445 pm. At 700 pm I went up to Autum a lead and asked her is anyone going to come get me.

She called around and some guy named Frank approached me and said that both of the potions I applied for have already been filled with current employees and that the hiring manger is on vacation until monday. This is absolutely unprofessional and distasteful.

I waited for over 2 and 1/2 hours to not even have a manger even talk to me. I am very upset and would appreciate it if someone from human resources contacted me.

Mindy Lester-over the top rude as I tried to fill a script. I was working with a pharmacy tech as I had just left doc and was waiting for script to come through digitally. Her first comment suggested Dr wouldn’t call in script before end of day.

Of course, I was working with Tech and knew she didn’t realize, but called Doc to check. While on phone, tech realizes script has arrived. As soon as mindy hears this, she begins screaming over tech from back of pharmacy that it will take at least 20 minutes...

then 20 min or more as she details her workload ahead of me. 1. ) I have no idea why she felt the need to yell over her tech who was kindly also telling me the wait was 20-30 minutes.

I use this pharmacy often and Carol DeMerssemen is the best... but I will avoid Mindy Lester at all cost!

2537 s saunders st Raleigh nc. One gas station attendant sets on stool you haft to walk to booth get him for help. Would think they be outside ready to help members. I asked why someone said suppose to be outside 98% of the time. Poor management.

Good evening went to the Sams Club here in Rocky Mount, NC and took a donation letter for Cedarbrook Community event, which I took the letter over a month ago and then when I turn it in by customer service employee told me I needed our tax number on the letter.

So, I went home and put the number on the letter and came right back and gave it to the same employee. I had not heard anything from the store, so when I went into the store to purchase items for the event, I went to customer service and asked about the donation come to fine out that the employee put the letter in the wrong place.

Glad we had a back up, our community shop there very much and this was for National Night Out a crime prevention event. I was very up set because no one had called or did anything. I myself am a loyal…

Do not buy any furniture from Sams Club. I did and it has been a nightmare. The shipment company that they are using is horrible and the customer service in Sams its just as bad or worst. I spend more than two hours on the phone on hold then I was hung up.

Called them back asked to talked to a supervisor was put on hold and the supervisor never replied. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM SAMS. BUYER BEWARE.

I have business and attempted to enter Wheatland Rd. Store , Dallas,Texas and was not allowed to shop . Informed person that I have a business card and was told that they no longer accept business cards and I needed to upgrade before I would be allowed to shop.

I wasn't notified that the store would no longer accept my business card and feel that Sam's doesn't need my business! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ONE OF THE WORST MANAGED STORES IN METROPLEX!!!! WILL NOT RENEW MEMBERSHIP!!!

I don’t think you are being very fair or legal when our Business Status has to change to Sams Plus in order to come in early plus you are charging double the membership. I am in the middle of my renewal and I was told that business status could come early and now in middle of my time you want to change the membership so you can get more money.

Seems you are breaching your contracts with a lot of people. Well I will still use my membership until renewal but I won’t renew my membership it doesn’t save me that much money anyway. I know several others that are not going to renew.

Just the greedy get greedier. They said they were getting complaints from business owners well I am one of them and I don’t complain because how do they know what membership I have just your answer to it all.

I had an interview a week prior from today (last Monday) and it went pretty well and I had 2 interviews. The manager asked me if I could stick around for the other manager to come into work and I did and I was brought up stairs to proceed with my second interview. That went very well.

They then told me I was hired and that “ I would be receiving a phone call PROBABLY WEDNESDAY”. They couldn’t even give me an for sure day that they would call me for orientation but yet I’m “hired” they told me they have my information and that they would be calling me .

I went to Sam's today to make some purchases. I was at the Clairmont Rd store in Atlanta, GA. I walked in and a tv provider guy hailed me down, no. Then as I am exiting 2 home improvement guys hailed me down.

Then outside at the door, 2 men in orange shirts selling something hailed me down. STOP STOP STOP these salesmen are annoying and will cause me to just shop at Costco. Costco does not have 5 attack salemen chase you down in 10 minutes.

If I want new windows, a roof or doors, I will call Sam's. Please do not allow salesmen in your stores. They are awful. I do not want to be approached by anyone. They become offended if you don't want to hear their sales pitch. STOP, I am shopping.

I have been a member of Sam's club many years and never a complaint until now. The club I am speaking of is Lady Lake, FL . Since the new manager took over this club, it has gone down hill.

I am referring to customer service at the registers. All the new cashiers will not even greet you hello or even say have a good day. When the store opens many isles are blocked off with yellow caution tape to let big machines drive around the area.

Also, the floors were unsafe with pallets piled down various isles. I was going to ask for the manager Milicent Scott, but I decided not to. I have talked to other club members in reference to my complaint and some are aware of the matter. Thank You Tyrone Woods

While checking out, the 2 cashiers were so disrespectful and rude. They woman ringing us up threw our items in the cart. The second woman who is a red head with hickeys absolutely refused to talk to us. We have shopped there for many years and have never had such a bad experience.

We even told the woman who checked our receipts at the door and all she had to say was hope your next visit is better.

1. I hate that I have to show my members card when entering store always a line plus have to dig it out and put it back 2. Every time I need customer service I have a long wait even though it msyone be one person in front of me.

Today I returned a pair of shoes that had different size plus different then what box said I ask if they could check to see if they had some in back maybe someone else had the same problem the gal said oh there is plenty on the floor even though I told her these were clearance she just didn’t want to be bothered.

I went to the Sams club in Arvada Co and was jumped at the door by a rude lady wanting to see my membership card. I haven’t had to show it for 3 years and can not believe they want it now.

She told me I couldn’t buy anything if I didn’t show my card. I didn’t show my card and was able to buy when I went in anyway. My card was read with no problem. I have been a member for 34 years and have never run into any one like this at a Sams Club

I have been a business member since Sams club came to Peoria Illinois. I enjoy the early hours shopping. I went there on Saturday September 28 at 7:30 am. The man at the door asked to see my card and I showed it to him.

4 weeks ago, on my way out of town my wife and I stopped here for supplies for our trip to Indiana, where we had just moved. We were planning on upgrading our phones anyway and I figured why not here. Lived here 48 years.

Spent over 2 hours waiting and looking. Decided on the Note 10+. Another 15 minutes to find out he doesn't have any. But the regular Note 10 is just as good, same exact phone except its smaller, has a little slower processor and a smaller battery.

I asked about the micro sd card slot. Looked me in the eye and assured me it did. It doesn't. I learned this after going next door to buy a new sd card. Couldn't install it and now they were closed.

There are many items being sold at Walmart for less than Sams Club pricing! Walmart & Sams are sister companies right, why would Sams charge more for bulk items in addition to a yearly membership fee for items that cost less @ Walmart?

Sams is a bulk warehouse club & ALL items should be discounted for bulk, not cost more that Walmart which doesn't even sell bulk nor charge a membership fee. This URGENTLY needs to be corrected, these kind of issues effects ones decision to renew / have a membership with you.

My husband opened a charge card at Sam’s in Nicholasville. We have had fraudulent charges. We have canceled two cards and we told them that we didn’t want anymore, but yet they open the third account and they won’t close it.

If I ever get this closed I will never and I mean never have another card from the Sam’s Club. I want to know what’s wrong with those people that they open the account without our permission. In fact they were told not to open an account.

On September 24, 2019 I shopped at the Sams Club in Brooksville, Florida. 75 from the fresh meat case. Upon separating the meat at home, I found the top layer of meat was lean and cut in nice pieces.

However, the layer underneath was absolutely disgusting!! More grizzle them meat. In my book, that's extremely poor customer service.

Went into the store on September 24, 2019 to pick up a cake that I ordered on September 17, 2019. I got there at 5:05 and by the time the employee found out that the cake had not been made, it was 5:20. She states that the paperwork was put in the box for Saturday versus Tuesday. She stated that since the cake was not supposed to be picked up until 5:30 the lady would start on it now. It is 5:20, even if I had gotten there at 7:00 the cake would not have been ready. We went to Sams today and bought son hamburger meat. Looked nice & fresh till I got it home. The inside had to be older meat because the outside looked fresh, but the inside was dark like older meat. 19 dollars worth of 90% fat free, and when i started separating it the inside was dark, like older meat.

On 9/25/19, I scheduled an appointment at 9:00 AM to have 4 tires installed on my vehicle. I arrived at 8:50 AM and waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get a club associate to begin the process of payment and installation of my on-line tire purchase.

There were two newly hired tire & battery technicians available at the time. One of the technicians to the best of his ability was trying to provide assistant to the customer ahead of me. It was evident that he did not receive, or had limited training or proper instruction in direct interaction with customer transactions.

He also did not have computer access codes required to receive payments. He did call for a supervisor but none was available to come to the Tire Department immediately. I subsequently left without my tires…

Being a member for over a decade, my Sams club Batavia, IL had wonderful, helpful, friendly service people around all the time. Charles, very close to my home, but I continued to stay with SamsClub and drive further to South Elgin, IL for years. This coming Dec.

my membership expires and I will NOT return to your store. I have put up with the same VERY nasty employees at that store for too many years. I have told others about these few employees and no one seems to care.

I am frustrated and really cannot stand to do my usual shopping for my business at your store twice a week. Your door greeters, if that is what you call them, are the MOST rude and nasty people you could have possible hired.

I do not like being stopped at the entrance and ask to produce my membership card. I have to have it to check out. I should not have to pull it out at the door. You don’t even have to have a card to buy liquor or something from the deli.

I was told it was because some people forget their card. That is not my problem. Maybe the computers need to be equipped to manually look up an ID for those few folks that FORGET their card. Stop harassing me!

Goodday, I went over to your store in Ormond Beach, Florida and I purchased a iron at the Daytona Beach, Florida that closed, so I to return it to the new store and because, they no longer sold irons at this location, they were so rude and disrespectful about me returning to exchange it for another iron in there store, I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life about a exchange so I can just go and iron my clothes. Today I was trying to apply for a new membership card and the lady who took care of me was unacceptably rude. This club is located in Mckinney Tx and her name is tana. She clearly seemed to be racist against me and my husband since we are hispanics.

We saw a promotion online about getting a new membership and getting a $20 gift card and we nicely asked her about it and she just started raising her voice and said she didn’t knew of that offer that we should have told her before. She also threw my husbands ID at him and didn’t even handed back in his hand.

I’m preganant and I even cried out of anger of her treatment. This kind of service is unacceptable for such prestigious club specially for a new member, with hiring people like this this club will soon go down.

I purchased 2 pair of sheets from the Sam,s club. One pair was the size of a tent for a train. To large for a senior to handle. The other pair developed holes after the first wash. I took them back for a refund, the clerk could not find the sheets on my computer account, Then, kept the receipt, refused to give me my money back.

September 24, 2019. I left two ophthalmic prescriptions for my wife at local Sam's Club pharmacy in Grand Junction, CO and proceeded to shop. I returned to pick up prescriptions and saw the price had more than doubled for one of the scripts.

No other customers were present at that time. I had previously checked on GoodRx for pricing and knew what to expect. I know I cannot use coupons at this pharmacy, but the prices have always proven to be accurate on GoodRx.

The price quoted by GoodRx indicated the prescription was $10 . I questioned the accuracy of the amount. The clerk and then the pharmacist insisted that the price for my wife's prescription was more than twice the amount I indicated and they would not listen and find out why there was a discrepancy.

I was at the Sam’s Club In York, Pa today, September 24, 2019 around 2:pm. I don’t know who is running this store, but they have the rudest employees I’ve ever seen! No one smiles at you, everyone looks like they rather not be there, and God forbid you ask them a question!

I checked out at “self checkout “ and bought a cup for a slushy. I went to the counter to get my slushy, and the lady told me I couldn’t get a slushy with that cup (styrofoam). I said ok, but why don’t y’all use the styrofoam like the other Sam’s Club?

So i am an applicant to try to work at the Tulsa Sam's Club on 71st and Mingo. I had an interview on the 16th of September and i didnt get an email within 2 or 3 days so ive decided to call up there for the second time today to check on my application/interview process.

i choose to call the member sales associates area because every other area had to do with food or grocery. The first time i called was on a Saturday and the lady that answered seemed really rude and in a rush to get off the phone.

I have been a plus member at Sam's Club for years. I have also complained to my local Sam's Club a number of times about the long lines for those paying cash for their purchases. I have received a response for the local store manager who promised that things would improve by June 2019.

As you can see by this complaint that things have not improved. 80% of the time, I wait 15-20 minutes to go through the register line. Only ONE register is ever open (even on busy days) for those who prefer to pay cash, while numerous lanes are open for self check out, which have very few people.

I prefer to pay cash as a budgeting tool, which allows me to control my credit card bills. I do have a Costco ten minutes up the road and have only stayed with Sam's due to the convenience since it is only a mile…

On Sept. 17, 2019, I pirchased a bottlr of Jack Daniel from store # 4998, Lady Lake, Fl. 32159. I place the bottle down on the back seat of my 2014 Kia Serrento. When I got home the bottle of Jack Daniel was empty and my car was soaked and smelt like Jack Daniels.

I took the bottle inside the house and undid the seal. I found the cap was cracked causing the Jack Daniel liquid to leak out. The next day i took the bottle back the Sam's Club Customer Service and was told I needed the receipt.

I was at your Hoover Al store to pickup my daughters contacts. I was there 2 days in a row and they have a sign up gone on break. I work retail and dont understand why thers no one to cover department while on break.

Ask for manager a man came over and said he couldn't help me it was Hepa Law. I have already made 2 trips there and still have no contacts.

This is regarding the tobacco counter only for the Sam's Club in Belmeade, TX.

There should be an online appointment scheduler for the tobacco counter. Every time I go there there's a customer ahead of me that appears to be buying tobacco products for a small country. I mean they'll have one of those heavy duty flat bed carts filled up with case after case after case of a variety of tobacco products and they're still reading off more and more from a multi page list. It's taking the clerk a while because she's fresh out of high school and has never heard of Newport Menthol 100s or Red Man Golden Blend and doesn't even know what to look for.
