No notice received that my card expired on 9/15/2019. Never received a bill which was always the way to let me know. On Friday, 9/20/19 I was at the Maple Grove, MN Sam's Club gas station. The sale would not record my new card at the pump.

I got in my car & drove over to the store & was told my card expired on 9/15/19. It was truly an embarrassing time for me. I did pay the membership fee at that time. I was in the store on 8/19/19 & bought meat but the automatic reader would not read my card.

I have let my daughter use her card a few times so we can get going home. One day after that I had some time so I stopped in the store to get a new card. I was never told about my card coming up for renewal.

Cold refrigeration area for produce. Who wants to shop in a freezer and loud blowing fans? Who wants to shop for cheese for e example and then the cheese you want is in the egg Department? Who wants to shop the isles when it is very sketchy on the isle sign as what is in the isle?

Who wants to enter the store where now we go thru 3 rows of candy instead of food? The new arrangement of the store is awful not alone the freezer experience! Stop the shopper check out and employee people to check our purchases! Hire Americans! Employee Americans.

Costco is looking better and better. Can’t ever find an employee to ask where to find something. Our time is valuable and Sam’s wastes our time running around to try to find things. Get organized. Keep same items together and fix the freezer!

I ordered a half sheet Birthday cake and specifically wrote on the form whipped icing. When serving the cake realized it was buttered cream. More than half of my family and friend did not eat it including the birthday boy. Very unsatisfied customer.

I did a predorder on iPhone 11 on Sep 13th 2019. Sams club said you will get the iPhone on 20th 2019. But as of now I haven't received the phone. I went on Friday(Sep 20) said to come on Saturday, went on Saturday(09/21) said to come on Sunday, went on Sunday(09/22) said to come on Wednesday(09/25).

Sunshine has not been able to place an order for almost two month!!! We spend thousands of dollars a year and place orders two to three times a week for our Family Care Homes. I have spoken more than several times with customer service, direct account and went to the store personally and still no fix!!!

I am told to wait or it should work now, or the other department is responsible. I am at my wits end!!!

We have 2 Sams clubs in our area. Wildwood and Hoover Alabama. Wildwood never has enough cashiers and on Sundays they are out of a lot of stock. Hoover has stock but poor staffing. I go to Sam’s weekly and it is consistent poor service.

It is so frustrating to wait in a long line, be asked to check your self out and then wait in a long line for someone to scan something in my buggy. I am so tired of working for Walmart and them being disrespectful of my time. Please please fix this!!!!!

I just walk out of Sam Clubs Canton Michigan and my food stamp card would not swipe for nothing. The Cashier said there nothing I can do you cant type it in at the card swipe thing and I cannot type it in here.

I had to go to customer service desk. Ok not a problem. Got up there and the lady Rita said we can't do it. They turn me away and I had to walk out with nothing. I ask the lady Rita to write down the corpet number and she said it's 1800-Walmart.

I was in Sam’s Club Cedar Rapids on Thursday, September 5, 2019. On my way home the night before I picked up a nail in my rear passenger tire. My husband was able to change the tire and put the doughnut on by hand.

He screwed each lug nut on by hand until it was all the way on and then tightened it with our hand wrench. I took the flat into Sam’s Club Cedar Rapids the next day. I asked them to fix or replace the flat tire and put the repaired or new tire on instead of the doughnut tire.

They said they could not repair the tire and so gave me a new one at a prorated charge. When they went to take the doughnut off they were able to get 3 lug nuts off but they took two off crooked and they were then stuck.

When I checked out, it came up as "Charles" and it was printed out on my receipt. I took it to the counter and she took my card and threw it away and gave me a blank card.. She acknowledged it was bizarre.

She gave me the names of the "apparent cardholders family" but I was caught off guard, and I should have asked for it back. we use it for 4 vehicles for gassing up at the station and purchases. It seemed very intentful to get rid of my card.

I've called twice on the help line well before they closed and was asked for my number so they could call me back. that didn't happen. No way to reach them on line or by the phone. I even tried by their "chatting" on line and was dropped.

No luck on line trying to pursue why my card was linked to an entire different family. I don't know how long…

Sams club on intersection of 8250 Power Inn Rd, Sacramento and Calvine Blvd Elk Grove may be in violation of required parking spaces for Disabled persons.

They have relocated the combined disabled parking spaces to one side SW section of the parking lot and reduced the quantity of disabled parking spaces, where the previous disabled parking spaces were partially on the SW and NE areas adjacent to the entrance/exit.

Disabled parking is now farther away from the entrance than previously identified disabled parking spaces.

Also,I they have allowed a 3rd party popcorn vendor to park a large vending trailer blocking a portion of the sloping ramp from the store exit to the NE parking area, causing customers to drive their fully loaded carts over the curb to their cars. Not sure why Sams clubs…

I have to tell you that I will no longer use the Sams club #2567 in Baton Rouge La. The store is so miss managed and the employees ( for the most part are lazy and pass you off to other people for help ) by the time I leave the store I want to scream !

I have been a member of Sams since 1993 and today was the so called straw that broke the Camels back . It has become a sorry place to shop !!!!!!! I will be joining Costco for future shopping !

Lately every time I check out at the Sams club at Tulsa 41st and sheridan I have to wait in line to self checkout, which is somewhat understandable, but to wait in line for 10-15min again for someone to check my receipt is absolutely BULLSHIT. I flat refuse for now on, and I simply walk past them, and when they try and stop me I explain my frustration and the fact I follow the law and not required to follow your policy, and no, they can't search my stuff.

I understand it is your policy, but I am not employed by Sam's club and your policy is horseshit and doesn't apply to me. I own all items in my basket once I check out, and unfortunately you have no legal right to search myself or any of my belongings.

Hi there to whom ever reads this thank you letter. I have been a Pace Warehouse than Sam's Club member for about 30 years and I have always rated Sam's second only to Price Club/Costco warehouse. But Sam's surpassed Costco for various moments in time and this was one of those moments.

My wife, grandson and myself went to the DC Zoo Saturday (9-7-19) and couldn't get in due to all the parking lots being full. So, we rode around DC a little and headed home. I do a lot of business with the photography dept. in store # 6335. I live 50 miles away. It is nearly Impossible to contact them via phone to see if my order is ready for in-store pickup. When I call I wait until the phone stops ringing. A recording comes on that I am to be transferred to an agent. That does not happen. Eventually the phone disconnects. I have tried calliong a manager (352-873-0500) nearly always without making contact. The one time that I spoke with a "manager" - she was rude and uncooperative. I can not risk driving 100 miles round trip if my order is not there. My clients suffer and therefore so does my business. Please help me.

I am a Field Engineer for Century Link and was trying to conduct a site survey at store #4938. I was appointed to a managers office where I was met with a repulsive amount of disrespect and denial of access to continue my work.

On September 7th I ordered tires on order #2890538195. It was supposed to be a 3-5 day delivery. I checked with my Woodbridge, VA store several times to see where order was. I even inquired while in the store shopping 7 days after order.

The store told me they could not help me at all since I ordered online and not at the store. I was given the customer service number to call to fix the issue. I spoke with Raven in the escalation department on 9/16.

i came to the store at 1200 E spring Creek Plano TX 75074 to get gas and hit a pothole upon entering the parking lot. I looked for an attendant to report the problem but there was none there. So I dialed the store, let the phone ring for 4 minutes while I pulled into their parking lot and went to customer service.

I have bought my tires from Sam's several times for all my cars. I need to replace and needed a Tire Sensor for 2 tires. The person that helped me on Friday, September 13th was "extremely helpful" but they weren't busy.

I needed 2 sensors but he did not have any in stock. He told me to call on Tuesday to put 2 on hold "if" they came in. I tried calling for over 2 hrs. I would call the tire center and then the membership desk.

The membership desk would answer and just send my call back to the tire center!!!!! I called back and told 2 different people that nobody answered. I WENT IN TO HAVE A TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR REPLACED DUE TO A READ OUT ON THE CARS COMPUTER SHOWING ONE SENSOR WAS BAD. I HAD TESTED ALL TIRES BEFORE GOING WITH A TIRE GAUGE AND AIR COMPRESSOR LETTING AIR IN AND OUT TO VERIFY WHICH SENSOR WAS NOT REGISTERING ON THE COMPUTER.

I have been shopping at Sam’s Club for many years and have not had any issues with returns until today. I purchased a new printer on 7/31/19 and retuned it today with the receipt on 9/17/19. When I purchased it I also purchased a 3 year warranty for $29.99 plus tax. Today when I returned the printer I also let the employee know that I needed a refund on the warranty as well. Order # 3533769976 I placed an order yesterday, to be picked up today between 10-11am, order was received and confirmed. I received an email Confirming my order and pickup time. I never got anything that my order was ready or not.

My wife and I would like to file a complaint regarding the Poor treatment and Service we received September 6th of this year at you Sams Club Store No. 4783, 5150 North Garland Ave in Garland, Texas 75040. Since Sams open in San Juan PR we have been buying the FETA cheese in a BLOCK. Now i found out that they are not bringing it no more. I used to buy 1 or 2 blocks of cheese and believe me that someone else was buying the rest.

I made 3 calls to the Atlanta GA store this evening. I was left on hold for a total of over 1 hour. I called the corporate number, and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. The store has been out of Quilted Northern Tissue (blue and pink wrapping) for over 1 week.

I finally received a call back from the corporate office and she said I would have to speak to the escalation team, which would require more on hold time. Forget it, Sam's Club! Worst customer service EVER!!!

I am a disabled 71 year-old woman so ordering groceries and picking them up is much easier for me than having to get a mobility scooter and pick them out for myself. I was really glad when Sam's Club started offering order pickup.

The Lenexa store was the first club store I attempted to order and pick up. That didn't work out so well. Turns out you still have to go inside the store to get your order. " ??? He said that the Overland Park store has pickup orders brought to your car so I tried that next.

The first time I picked up an order I had to wait more than ten minutes for them to bring out my order. I figured it wasn't great but was still do-able. Yesterday I went to pick up my order and it was only about a 5-minute wait.

Supervisor Anna Jackson was not helpful in an already frustrating issue. We have a claims number and have been trying to get issue resolved. She refused to assist and stated she was the only supervisor to assist and no one was above her.

She is completely rude, unprofessional , and condescending. I choose to file a formal complaint on her and this overall experience. I would like to discuss this in full detail.

Missing packages and very very long waits on hold to Sams club custormer service ... Fed x 581542570065916... Fed x can't find this tracking number to give info on. Where are my London Fog 6 piece sheet set. still on hold 21 minutes later.
