dari awal perbaikan 2 minggu pertama perbaikan hanya dingin 2 hari,perbaikan lagi cuma dingin sehari,datang lagi perbaikan dingin gak sampai sehaari,dan unit kulkas di bawa ke kantor cabang samsung terdekat(kota binjai)udah 1 minggu tidak selesai juga. dan do total dari awal perbaikan sampai sekarang 1 bulan lebih.

I bought a Samsung TV around 2 months ago. The stand was weak and the tv fell forward and broke the screen. I called them the same day and sent pictures. The first person I spoke to said it would be taken care of and that I wouldn't have to worry or pay any fees.

Then the next person from Samsung called me a day or two later I can't remember and said the same thing. Then a third person called and said it wouldn't be covered on top of the face she was rude. This has been a nightmare.

I have sent pictures to everyone who asked and 2 people said. Then I get a rude lady saying otherwise. Even though I told her they all got pictures and they could look up the call log. I was lied to and I'm highly upset this is been a huge stressor for me.

We purchased a washer/dryer combo with pedestals on 9/13. Our FIRST delivery was 9/19. The washer was installed with not problems. The dryer and both pedestals were badly damaged. Our SECOND delivery date was 9/25. Only one pedestal was on thevthe truck and both it AND the dryer were badly damaged.

Samsung was to upgrade my damaged phone with a rebate savings of $600, then upgrade the device to the latest Galaxy Z5 flip within 72hrs. When I hit the purchase button in the email the night of 48hr the price changed with my 72hr window agreement to $1100 out of pocket for a $100 dollar device - verses the agreed out of pocket cost for me of $482.49 with $600 trade in value for my phone.

We purchased a samsung fridge from best buy last year for $2800ish and the fridge was delivered on 9/21/2022. on 9/15/2023, when it is still under warranty, the fridge stopped cooling completely in all compartments. We contacted samsung and someone from Tekniton was scheduled to come for a check on 9/19/2023. com was incorrectly labeled.

To whom this may concern,

It's been over four months (June 4, 2023) since I return my tablet for replacement/refund. I spoke to several supervisors in the exchange and refund department with no luck in getting citi bank to text or email me a link to retrieve refund. Everything was provided on August 4, 2023 ish to be refunded. Not sure why I was ask to provide the same information for refund over and over again since Aug 4th. Today was the second final day (last week Wednesday aug 30th was the first final day) to get a citi bank link to send refund link.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Samsung over the last month has been absolutely horrendous and I will never buy another Samsung product ever again. My husband’s Samsung galaxy flip 4 broke TWICE under warranty in a span of 3 months.

From nothing we did, the screen and hinge literally just stopped working when it folds. He has had the phone for less than a year, and the 2nd time it broke, the screen stopped responding. After waiting several days for a part to come in to fix it, the authorized Samsung tech couldn’t get it to pass tests.

Samsung claimed the only option then was to mail in the phone, which takes 5-7 business days, plus 2-day shipping on either end. My husband was going out of the COUNTRY, we have a NEWBORN, run our entire business through our PHONE…

After 2 weeks, sending my 3 MONTH OLD phone in for service twice, traveling 200 miles to service centers, sending phone in again, phone is not fixed. Samsung phone staff is taught to talk in circles. They do not help you, you talk to someone out of the US, while your phone is actually in the TX, USA service center.

We have been led around in circles 2 weeks. The people that answer the phone are not able to understand, or not allowed to understand what you are talking about. They are only allowed to talk the party line in circles.

They are taught not to help you. Bottom line is that the phone is not fixed or replaced after 2 weeks. Two Samsung authorized service centers said the motherboard was shot. They will not replace the phone or even fix it.

Your repair service department is by far the worst I have ever dealt with, I mean it is a complete joke, absolutely worthless. The people I spoke with were all very nice but somewhere in your organization there has been a complete failure with me getting my product back to the original working order. Just purchased a brand new Samsung Note 10+ via Amazon (updating my old Samsung Note S8). And I am having a terrible echo problem that is happening to the call receiver. I have researched this online, for remedies, and it is apparent that this echo issue is happening to many of the Samsung phones up to the 21 version.

So many people having the same problem with no way to fix it. I have contacted my carrier service and we were not able to fix the problem. I contacted Samsung online, via online chat, and they recommended I should be aware of how close I am to walls, and having the call receiver turn down their volume. This is crazy.

My sons phone got so hot it burned him as the screen went black. Samsung told us to see authorized repair store, ubreakifix let us know its not the screen and it is the motherboard. I packaged the phone in bubble wrap, wrapped in bubble wrap to send to address provided by Samsung representative to have them tell me its the screen.

Samsung customer service and repair are the worst. I have a Galaxy Z Fold 4 that is still under warranty. The protective film on the main LCD screen was coming up so I called them because the phone is still under warranty.

I have insurance through my carrier. But I did as Samsung instructed after they troubleshot the phone. The phone was working fine and in mint condition prior to my mail and was confirmed by Samsung agents. I took it uBreakiFix by Asurion as Samsung recommended.

While there the technician said they could put a new film back on the phone but was hesitant because the phone was not folding out properly. He was hesitant because the "presser" they put the phone under may snap the phone.

I needed an insurance claim, I've filed many before and have never had much of a problem. Recently, I had to have screen repaired thru authorized retailer. They didnt do a good job, and i had noticed dust collecting in a small crack on top of screen where the front glass meets the top of phone. I bring this up because my phone somehow got water damaged while floating on a river that is never over 6 feet deep (this phone should be water proof in less than 25 ft of water for under 30 minutes. Despite this , my phone got water in it (undoubtedly due to sub-par repairing from U-Break-I-Fix.

Do not purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phones. They are defected and Samsung is not willing to compensate or offer any solutions. Verizon has just sent me a third phone due to the Flip4 being defected. It has not been dropped or physically damaged.

Since the phone has not been paid in full, I cannot exchange it for another phone. Samsung is the maker of the phone and refuses to help. I've been purchasing Samsung products for over 10 years, but this will be my last one.

For this company to be so large and productive, it does not offer proper customer support. I've spoken to two agents. The first agent was inexperienced and had no clue on how to help me. The second agent hung up.

I purchased a cell phone from Samsung using their electronics trade in offer. I shipped my ipad V1 that they valued at $120.00 on Wednesday, 06/07/2023 at 1pm. On Friday the 9th Samsung disabled and locked my phone. I am 63 years old, type 2 diabetic, who had my lower left leg amputated a year ago.

Hi . I had my refrigerator since 2012. I had no problems with it, untill 2021, my refrigerator started having problems. Now my recent problem is that it got clogged, the water is not flushing out (dripping). When I installed a cable to drain the water it reached to a certain place it stopped reaching to the clogged spot.

I purchased a Galaxy Z Flip 4 phone that had an LED malfunction and stopped operating 2 day after receipt. This first of two which malfunctioned, The second malfunctioned at about the 60 day mark, again same exact symptoms, LED stopped working and a line of dead pixels is evident at mid screen where the "fold" is located.

I was told I would need to change types of phones and my third option was an S23 which I was allowed a $350 instant discount. Now my Samsung Finance balance reflects not only my latest phone at $509+tax, but a balance of $1,006 on the last Flip 4 phone.

So now I owe approx. $1500 on my new S23, my understanding was the previous debt on the malfunctioning Flip 4 would be erased, with the new debt and the discount of $350 taken in its place. I did not receive the Flip 4…

Purchased a complete set of Samsung kitchen appliances including a $2,500 electric induction range. Range failed about 3 month after the warranty expired when running self-cleaning cycle which caused the primary PCB to overheat and caused its failure. Samsung offered a "one-time" exception and covered the repair.

All good (if you don't count that that range self destructs from running a standard self clean); except 6 months later the range has failed again with the PCB having another critical failure that melted the board and the attached wiring harness. Samsung cited that they already provided the 'one time' warranty exception and informed me that any further repairs would have to be out of pocket.

Firstly, I bought a Samsung Washing machine from Lowes in July of 2022. It is now only April and their customer service rep at the store cannot even generate a receipt or find my purchase. I found it on Amex's website just fine. Very poor system.

I will never make a large purchase there again. While I was away, my wife called and told me that the WM was banging? She called our local repairman and he fixed it. Now it would have been nice that I remembered that I just bought it in July.

Nonetheless, I paid nearly $500 for a repair. It was broken weight?! the repairman had said he never saw this and that this part was a "bestseller" on his part system. Anyway Samsung will not even entertain reimbursement for my money spent.

My washer has not been working since February 5th. Ticket # 4169780318. Many technicians were sent out. Many parts were ordered. Many days off to accommodate the technicians. Still not working. The last tech Avery said he fixed it. Not fixed.

I purchased a new free standing Samsung range on 12/10/2022. I found some scratches on the cook top shortly after I received it but really did not think it could be a scratch. When I figured it out I contacted Lowe’s,was told to contact my service company,but since it was only 4 months old it fell under Samsung.

They refused to send a power supply with a product that required one. Then after complaining they are sending one but taking a month to get it to me. They said it was in stock but it wasn't. They said it would most likely get to me sooner than the shipping date stated.

They pushed back the shipping two times. They insist they can not expedite the product or a similar product that is in stock. They lied to me multiple times and their policies prevent them from putting me in contact with an upper manager.

Don’t buy their SMART TV. I purchased in July 2022 and in Sept. the sound went out. They repairman came as supposedly fixed it. 1 hour later it did the same thing. I took video. They came back and said well it’s your streaming company.

Uh no it’s not I have 6 TV’s and none do this and they are also streaming. I have called 15 times and get the run around. I uploaded 6 videos and my receipt as they requested and the customer service keeps telling me they have to order repair.

Yet no one ever calls me. Then they tell me they are escalating it to resolve the issue and replace it and again no one ever calls me and when I call we are back to square one. I’m throwing this piece of garbage in the trash and never ever buying another one of their products to again. BUYER BEWARE!

I am Robert Quintano DDS. I am a long time Samsung fan and customer, touting Samsungs’ praises for most of my life. I have several Samsung tvs, a Samsung refrigerator and many Samsung products in my dental practice. Recently I tipped my 9 year old, 65” Samsung tv and broke the screen. : 0BF73CDT502895V.

Within 3 months the tv began to malfunction, light to dark every few second wit h the info banner coming and going as well. I called Samsung and RS Electric came, took all the circuit board out and replaced them.

This took quite a while, the service tech. took over the whole living room and was quite an inconvenience. A month after that the tv started changing channels independently, apps were turning on as if a ghost were working the remote..

Refrigerator Model: Samsung RF23HCEDBSR-AA

On 2018 Oct, I purchased a brand-new house for us and with that we bought all fixtures and appliances. Almost all are from Samsung made – TV, Oven/Gas Range, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washing Machine & Dryer, Microwave. I chose Samsung as I was impressed with its electronics products earlier.

Everything was fine for few years, then Oven/Gas Range started behaving funny as its electronics buttons started freezing (not responding) for a while, until I power off the unit and bring it back again. This issue is still tolerable and manageable. I wish to get an easy solution but it’s not a priority over the bigger issue mentioned below.

Our most frequently used and popular Ice-Maker system of the refrigerator started misbehaving, too and made my life…
