S 22 overheats constantly and has to be turned off. Won't make phone calls or texts. Says not connected to any network. Have to turn it off and on constantly to use it. Husband and 2 best friends with IPhone never have issues and can keep phones on 24/7.

I am not nearby a Samsung repair place and won't send my phone in for repair because I'm elderly and can't be without a phone. I've had Samsung phones my whole life and this is a lemon.

2019 worth Rs 26000/- startedmalfunctiong during working and a complaint was registered with claim no. 2023. and it was picked by service person. Today he informed that shaft is broken and demanded Rs 5000/ for repairing. This product was purchased being SAMSUNG a reputed company.

Eventhough it was used with utmost care it's shaft was broken just on completion of 3 years only due to its manufacturing defect. This huge amount is unbearable and not reasonable. The company is responsible to rectify the defect and levying the customer with huge amont is not at all justifiable for a manufacturing defect.

This isn't the first time with the same problem with Samsung appliances. I purchased stove microwave refrigerator 4 yrs ago. I keep my purchases clean and take care of them, I'm a bit ocd with that.

However as the first time I bought appliances from Samsung they started early on to break as the ice maker which from what I've researched it's a nation wide problem. They sent someone to fix stayed the same. All the door plastics have cracked with just holding mayo, mustard katsup etc nothing extreme.

They are black stainless steel also a problem it's peeling everywhere it looks like abandoned appliances the microwave keypad also peeled.

Also my large outer heating element stopped working and had to pay to fix. My hot light now never turns off. I've reached out in the beginning no one would…

Recently purchased new Samsung galaxy taba7lite I received it on 1-20-23. I have always used Samsung devices. I have (3) Samsung tablets and (2) Samsung phones. My most recent purchase the tabA7 lite having problems with zuming and close sum apps.

I have the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G phone which was purchased through my cell provider. 2021.

December 30 2022 I tried to get into my phone using the pattern I've been using since I got the phone. It said it was incorrect? The phone locked on me and was unable to unlock. I tried your find a phone to unlock, it could not find my phone. I was desperate and needed my phone for work took it to a cell phone repair place, where he preformd a hard factory reset, causing my apps etc to be wiped out.

I called two times and was on hold for 20 minutes and then 23 minutes for the second one the first call he did not state his name and when I kept asking him if I could just tell him the whole monitor description because I did not have the model number he kept denying and denying it would not help me in any other way, and then he fucking hung up on me the second one I had to search for this fucking model number because it’s not listed and

My one year old Samsung washing machine is not working ; i contacted Samsung Egypt maintenece and made a request for repair, was told the technician will contact me to set an appointment within one day. After 5 days no one called.

I contacted Samsung again and was told the technician cancelled the order because he called but my phone was busy. I asekd them to send a technician today as i have a huge pile of laundry and this is theor fault, and they said i need to wait again and take my turn in assigning an appointment as my order was cancelled!! I had purchased the samsung tri charger from th e local ATT store in FOley. I had contacted Samsung and they senst me a return label. This product was retruned and I have received a notifcuation of the returned document.. I have been a samsung ATT customer for 20 + years and this is the worst service on my ever contacting the Samsung service department.

Its now been 4 weeks since the return of the product # 4169780770 ; and I have had nothing but the run a round gorm the return department.

Please address this asap with teh return department.

A brand new Samsung dryer. The belt broke. I spoke with service multiple times, a technician came out four times, I completed a live chat for video support and went through check. They said they would send a technician —- never showed up. I called multiple times and always got…yes we have to see what the triage team can do. It has been a nightmare! Still my extremely expensive dryer does not work I will never buy anything Samsung. Service is circular always saying the same thing. Our 2 year old 70” tv has just stopped working. After multiple calls w Samsung and two different associates telling me that Samsung would not only cover the price of parts but a replacement tv if needed, I was finally told that the company would not honor the promise.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Samsung's customer service. On February 13th, I tried to make a $29 Samsung Care+ screen repair claim, and I was highly disappointed with the level of service I received.

I spoke with several agents who kept transferring me between departments, resulting in me spending numerous cumulative hours on hold and talking with them. I also attempted to resolve the issue online using different methods such as various phone numbers, chats with representatives, emails, and customer service surveys.

Samsung is teaming up with T-mobile to offer the $1,000 off with a trade-in for customers using the account type MAGENTA MAX. com. WHY?? They are the SAME thing as if I was a civilian the only difference is "military" at the end.

I have had my Samsung phone for less than a year. I Now have had to fix my phone for the 3rd time period I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. I have spoke to other people and they claim to have the same issue I paid a lot of money for this phone and now I'm having to pay to repair it once again Nobody seems to care.

Samsung does not even deserve a 1 star ratiing. I have been lied to many times by the phone reps, and now they have denied me a refund for a 43" TV that did not last 2 months. Bought it on 11/15/2022 and on 1/20/23 when I turned it on, the screen was black.

Called to make claim, and because there's no service facility in my area, I was told it would be handled digitally. Rep told me on 1/16 to take the sticker off back of tv and send him a picture (after store receipt was sent in).

I have the samsung flip 4 I've had it less than 6 months and the hinge is broken. I have been unable through Verizon and Samsung to get the phone fixed without exsessive repair or replacement fees. After searching for ways to fix my phone online there is a large number of people experiencing the same problem I have.

If I had known that the flip 4 has a design flaw in the hinge I would not have made the purchase. I am now in a position where I need to purchase a new phone. What is Samsung doing to compensate customers in my position.

My Samsung TV was purchased November 2021 so warranty expired November 2022 Beginning in December I began having problems with TV picture. I called Samsung and sent multiple pictures of the screen so they could determine the problem. I was told it need a new panel.

I purchased the Samsung Watch4 on Feb 18 2022 via Amazon, it was shipped on Feb 25 2022. Today is Feb 03 2023 but Samsung states that the watch was mfg in Oct 2021 and it is now out of warranty.

If I could give the product a zero, I would. We purchased a Samsung Microwave August 23 and four months later it completely stopped popping pop corn and would not get hot unless you triple the time on it. After contacting Samsung they gave me a ticket number to come out and repair it, but on the day they were suppose to come out they didn't.

I called them and a Samsung associate called the repair people but could not get an answer. He then told me that he emailed them and that if they did not contact me, I should call him back. The associate was very nice, and if they do fix it that would be great, but I have never had a microwave to quit is just four months.

27th I shipped the phone to Samsung for repair. 79 stating that the warrant was not honored based on scratches after being inspected. This is complete unacceptable reason for the phone not opening fully. This is a hinge problem and this is an excuse to get out of repairing the phone under warranty.

I bought a Frame Art TV 65 inch in June 2022. It stopped working in October 2022. I contacted Samsung, they said they will repair it. They outsourced repairs to a third party. 1. Samsung Galaxy: In 2021, I purchased the new Samsung Galaxy. Within 2 months of using the phone, the screen blacked out for absolutely no reason. Upon trouble shooting, the phone was still on, but the screen was not working. This was due to a hardware issue. Luckily, I was able to replace it with warranty but I had to pay a small fee.

Aside from the many times I have contacted customer support, I am contacting your office, AGAIN, regarding a refund I was promised in November, 2022 for a defective washer I purchased from a local store. This washer came with a year factory warranty and I also purchased a three year extended warranty.

I lived alone and this washer was only used approximately once a week for a short period of eight months and it malfunctioned. A repair man tried to service it and it was deemed unrepairable for less money than it was purchased for.

I purchased a electric glass top range on or about November 2021. On August 6th 2022 my house burnt due to the knobs on the front of the stove being to easy to turn on, you did not have to push in to turn or nothing.

The Fire Marshall stated that the cause of the fire was the knobs on the front of the stove was able to be turned on by my 13 yr old Lab, Remi. The fire marshal stated the knob was in the on position. See in photo attached.

and i was not home at the time of the fire. This is a safety issue not just with animals but also children. In this fire i have lost my dog all of my personal belongings, as the insurance policy on my house didn't not cover my personal property.

com on Nov. 23rd 2022. Today is Jan. 19th and almost 3 months later my dryer has not been delivered. It has been sitting at XPO Logistics in Nashville, TN this whole time. When I call XPO, they say they don't have enough drivers.

My wife and I purchased a 75 inch Samsung tv from Sam's Club. It lasted 1year and 1 month until the tv screen went black with flashing white lights in 2 corners. This TV was replacing a Samsung tv that went out 2 years earlier.

And that one was replace because the other 65 inch tv went black. We could not get parts because of supply chain shortages. My wife and I are tired of the problem of having to replace tvs every other year.

We don't have a lot of money,we work then go home and relax watching tv. Every time the tv goes out, we have to wait almost 2 months to get the situation resolved. With all the problems we have had a third time, we are done with Samsung.

1. Bad product quality Bought a Samsung TV from Costco in June and it's broken after only 4 month use in Oct (missed Costco's 3 month return window, had to deal with Samsung tech support and customer service)

2. Bad tech support and customer service Contacted Samsung tech support, waited for more than 2 weeks to have a technician to come for a repair. It was determined that not repairable and a refund should be issued. Waited for more than one month, the refund is still NOT issued. After numerous calls to your call center a repair ticket was finally issued. A Samsung technician came to my house to look at it and told me the “panel” had ‘gone’. He charged me $200 for this visit but indicated that this charge would go towards any repair. However there is no repair. $200 lost…. The tv ($650) the pull-out bracket, and the power bridge kit to hide the wires, cost a total $1050 and with the $200 service visit charge, a complete total of $1250.
