I bought a Samsung Ao2 phone from Metro Pcs. it scrolled and typed all on its own. Metro would not help and told me to consult Samsung. So I did. I was told the phone is in warranty and to ship it and they will gladly repair it.

I NEVER EVEN USED THE THE PHONE. SO ANY DAMAGE IS A LIE. AS SOON AS I REALIZED IT WAS USELESS TO USE I PUT IT BACK IN ITS BOX. I RECENTLY DECIDED TO SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE AND THATS WHEN THIS FIASCO STARTED.

I have never been as livid as I am today. Last month I bought 2 new stoves. I plugged them in. after I wiped them down , as per instructions I tried to turn on the oven. Guess what, they do not work. The stove top works but not the oven. I went back to the store I bought them from. They told me that I have to contact Samsung customer service because this is an on going problem with this model.

I purchased a Samsung S22 on 8/18/22 and the visual voicemail has not rebooted after one of Samsung's network updates, I have been to my carrier (Xfinity) who insists it is a glitch in your system. Have spent hours at Xfinity with them working through the various steps and they have determined it is a glitch in your system.

As a hearing impaired person who teaches and relies on my phone to communicate with other teachers in the buildings, I purchased this phone because of the of visual voice mail option and it worked for approximately three months when a Samsung update wiped out my Comcast Xfinity email and my visual voice mail. Bought a Samsung washing machine from a local supplier with the understanding that if anything went wrong it was their shop that would sort it out but unfortunately this has not been the case!!! Told I had to contact Samsung Support when machine starting to malfunction after couple months.

Rang number given & finally got to speak with lady who had very little English but after an hour she told me I would be contacted shortly. Months later I’m no further on have never had a more frustrating experience with a company in my life.

When I finally get through to personnel with poor grasp of English language I’m given endless tasks to preform on machine & then cut off without any response & have to start all over again. At my wits end!!! I will never buy anything from Samsung ever again.

I’ve owned Samsung TVs for years. Brought a new one a year and a half ago. The picture went out today and then the sound. Called for support. He was horrible . I had to keep repeating the spelling of my name and model number.

He never trouble shoot anything . Told me to either fine someone local or buy a new tv. I asked to stay on the line so I could do the survey and was cut off. I will never buy another product again.

I purchased a new phone for my disabled son for his birthday. The phone worked for almost two weeks then locked up. I called to have the phone unlocked several times and the technicians said they couldn’t help for one reason or another. They finally sent another phone after several phone calls and hours on the phone just for them to say they couldn’t activate that phone. Now we had two dead phones. Person that tried to 'help' me was rude and abusive when I did not understand what he meant when he wanted me to open g something. Sigh. I stumbled along and after hanging up managed to fix the problem myself in spite of what I was told.

I opened up settings, tv size and fixed it! Tech told me problem was cable box and it was not. I did not appreciate his condescending abusive manner.

If I can rate 0 stars I will. I was advised on Samsung website to purchase a refrigerator filter that was not the correct part for my appliance. I wasted my coupon codes that discounted my parts to 2 cents.

I have called and spent 3 hours with Samsung support and e commerce. I spoke with over 8 people. One was a supervisor and one a manager. The manager failed to solve the issue so without warning transferred me back to technical support.

I asked to be sent back to the manager. The subordinate stated that I already spoke with her and that I am unable to speak with the manager. I am so angry. I am wondering what they are doing in the Philippines and what kind of customer service this is.

I wasted my time and money. This is terrible. This seriously makes me not want to touch another…

Hi, We have been on the phone for hours with Samsung representative about my z fold 3. It had been cracking for a week and the crease of the phone turned black. They are telling me it was physical damage.

There is a class action law suit in New York for the same problem I am having. I am from Iowa and we contacted our senator here in Iowa and he's in the phone with nightly news. I have read all the claims that people are having the same issues as I am having and Samsung won't honor their year warranty.

I spent $1,800 on this phone and it should last longer then 9 months. My name is Amy Hirschfeld and been buying Samsung products for years.

For nearly 2 weeks I have been trying to obtain a Shipping label so that I can return a defective Samsung product for service. I have spoken to 3 different support staff on 3 separate occasions in a futile attempt to arrange the receipt of this Label.

I have been promised an email containing the label on all 3 occasions. On the last communication I was asked to hang up because she needed to check on something before emailing me and she would call me back in 15 minutes.

Needless to say I never heard from her again. My Samsung account number is 390445 and the JOB O/N is 4362478029 I have spent 3 hours on the phone to support staff in the last fortnight trying to arrange a shipping label.

This is unbelievable for such a menial task. I have never, ever experienced such poor customer service…

I purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator four years ago and have had nothing but trouble with the icemaker. Luckily, we bought a warranty, and have had a service technician out here twice. The service we are getting from Samsung.

I have always been Samsung's biggest fan however I have had my X flip 3 for 11 months, used for around 9 months to find while watching Netflix a black circle appear at the top of the screen with a green line down the middle, at the place the black spot is it has left a tiny pin hole - Strange? I agree!

As far as I can tell the pixels have gone wappy and burnt a hole through the screen. I sent the phone off to be basically told I caused the damage. This was very upsetting so I tried to raise a complaint to be told that would be a waste of time.

The person I spoke to told me my best option would be to contact ofcom to tell them I have been sold a phone via Tesco that's not fit for purpose? I also have to sell Samsung products and feel an integrity issue when doing so.

I bought a brand new washer and dryer set and within a month it destroyed itself and a technician took 2 days to come out and look at it 2 days to get back to me about it and then it's gonna take another like 20 days for me to get a replacement how am I supposed to wash and dry my clothes.

And they don't offer anything for the fact that I have to go to a laundromat or take time off work for this to get fixed. I will never buy Samsung again.

In March of this year, I upgraded to the Samsung 21 FE. The phone App started saying camera failed almost immediately. I consulted with my service provider, who recommended numerous ways to troubleshoot the problem. None of these have worked, so, as a last resort, I tried a factory reset.

Well, that didn't work either. I called Samsung support, who then recommended all of the troubleshooting fixes I had already tried. When I told them none of them worked, they said to take it to their authorized service provider for repair, which I did.

India support has run me around on my phone which developed a dead pixel after trade on my Fold3 in Oct. They maintain after IbreakUfix could complete a replacement screen I must mail to Samsung in Texas. Spent two and a half hours on 3 separate calls and then the texting began for 3 days.

1 of the printers has been out of cartridges for the whole month and nothing is been done about it to date. My second one had a paper jam and was told we "deliberately" broke the printer. Up until I requested they come check their printer, after checking there's nothing wrong with it.

The company isn't taking my calls or responding to my emails. Up until I requested to cancel the contract,due to the sick service I'm getting. I am honestly not happy as is we sitting with a printer that isn't working.

I have a Samsung oven just 3 years old. This October whilst baking a cake at 350 I smelled burning and saw that the broiler of the oven had come on and the temperature read 600 degrees - I tried to switch it off and couldn't. In the end I had to cut the power to the whole house to switch it off. This has happened 4 times since and I am now afraid to leave the kitchen whilst cooking in case the broiler suddenly comes on and and could cause the unit to burst into flames.

I have been called Samsung to let them know that this unit is dangerous and I need it replaced or have someone fix it - Apparently the part is hard to get (the control panel) and Samsung have left me high and dry with a dangerous appliance in the house - I am disgusted!

One of the worst experiences with Samsung Egypt agent. I bought the twin Cooling refrigerator model “RSG5KURS”, Serial number “D83043BD200023W” 9 years ago, and it was and still the most expensive type of Samsung they produce and the highest category, and now it has reached 60,000 EGP!!!!

Can't book a repair. Called in 3 times and did a live chat. You get asked the same questions over and over. Haven't been able to use my machine in 6 weeks as it floods my kitchen. I've tried all the trouble shooting solutions and none work.... absolute disgraceful service.

We have been a loyal Samsung family for many years and decided to equip our new home and in-law guest home with all Samsung appliances and televisions. All units installed in OCT, we moved in NOV and washing machine tub stopped turning after 6 loads of laundry.

No service in Montana, so "accommodation" is a refund. so after our unit refund it will cost us an additional $794 for a new washer! This is unacceptable and Samsung staff could care less. My range motherboard is not good and a private repair supplier service my range because it happened the day BEFORE Thanksgiving. Leaving me with having to cook our families Thanksgiving dinner 2 hours away. Now, since Friday 11/25/2022, I have spoken to your call center staff at Dominican Republic 6 times and the Quick Center 3 times.

Let me start off by saying that I love the Samsung products. I have had only Samsung cell phones since the Samsung Galaxy S III. For years I have told everyone I know that they need to have Samsung. I've told them that the Android operating system is better and more user friendly than IOS.

First knob broke on 2/21/21. unable to find at this time. Then three more cracked . Thanksgiving dinner was a sketchy situation using one knob and praying not to break it. These inferior made knobs should be recalled and replaced by SAMSUNG! No if,ands or buts.

This company has the worst customer care ever! I have to keep calling to get an update on my replacement for the dishwasher that they installed that wasn’t even working. Once they finally confirmed the replacement (which took 5 calls and multiple transfers and requesting a manager, then they finally confirmed it).

Now I am having an issue having it delivered and it took 2 months since the replacement was confirmed!!!! When I call, they keep transferring me more than 6 times each call and then I keep waiting then they send me to the survey and they hang up!

I got an email as well confirming my address for the delivery and they never answered back after 2 weeks!!! Terrible terrible customer service.

My One Connect for my Samsung TV QN75QN800AFXZA is need of a back up. I have called J&J (800 627 4368). They did not have inventory and directed me to call Samsung 855 726 8721 which intern told me call Home Electronic at 800 726 7864. None of the calls were fruitful. I spent the morning on the phone with Samsung. The reason I need a back up is that I purchase the Curve model,UN65HU9000, sometime back. Therefore I was on the hook for an expensive TV and could not get replacement part. To avoid Samsung stop production of the BN96-52966A, I would like to order now. Pls let me know how to do this and or a possible substitute.
