00 dollars, it is incredibly upsetting that both these companies would not take responsibility for the way they do business and victimize the consumer. My story is I purchased a phone directly through Samsung, the phone was shipped to by their shipping partner FedEx, on Nov.

15th, FedEx sent me notification that my package has been delivered, there was no package at my front door (there is a security camera that did not capture anyone coming to my door at the said time of delivery). My z4 flip only 2 months old the screen split and broke u can clearly see it's where it folds that the screen broke. The authorised samsung dealer has assessed the phone and r saying that the phone has a couple of scratches on the back that weren't there when I dropped the phone off they r clearly bias with Samsung to rip people off that r trying to claim repairs under warranty. I bought a Samsung phone (Galaxy A33). A representative in Samsung Bahrain called (Calender) called trying to convince me that the phone is not very hot and the battery drain is OK.. my experience with Samsung was different with all previous and even my other new phone. I felt the product faulty, slow and convenient with its current battery situation.

The agent in Bahrain tries not professional in the way he talk and the depth of understanding the problem.

Previously absolute loyal Samsung customer. Bought the Zflip in rose gold for $1300. ) Touchscreen wouldn't work properly. Used my insurance to get a replacement device. So I'm still paying every month for the new phone that I got but I'm used a reconditioned phone in black, not the rose gold I purchased.

The replacement device, less than 3 months later, started having the same issues with the touchscreen. Called the insurance back and was told that I needed to go through AT&T. AT&T sent me back to the insurance people.

Finally someone sent me to Samsung bc the phone is still under warranty. Although to use that warranty I have to send my phone to Texas. My only phone, I have no home phone. It has to be sent because there isn't a local Samsung repair place.

I would like to start off by saying my entire experience with purchasing my new Bespoke washer and dryer has been horrible. Purchasing issues with trying to place the order and make sure I had everything required. Constant delays with delivery including them rescheduling less than 1hr prior to delivery time.

The inconvenience of being without a washer and dryer for almost of month was ridiculous. When they finally delivered the units, we told them they would need to be stacked they told us they couldn't because the stacking kit wasn't included.

So again had to contact customer care for a 4th time to get a resolution. After 3 days I was finally able to order the kit, which didn't arrive until the following Wednesday 11/16. Had to call customer care again to ensure the installation team…

My remote for brand new tv stopped working. A remote request (Remote Control request # 4167399113) was created 9/16/2022 - and remote control was said to be shipped 9/20/2022 TAT, and was to be received in 10-20 bus days. After a month passed, and I the remote was not received, I contacted Samsung again to make another request.

I have been a loyal Samsung user for many years now, never wanted to change, love everything about the brand. I recently bought a new phone, much needed for at least a year or more. Get my new phone... it literally comes with nothing anymore, no charging block (unless additional purchased) no ear buds, wireless or not(without additional purchase) no deals to bundle such accessories even. Cases have went up 25% (not surprised cause so has everything else)

I understand that's sacrifices need to be made but when your paying over 1,000$ for a phone it shouldn't be just a phone. IPhone offers free premium ear buds, a wireless charger, depending on the plan a free watch or iPad, and free tv/app (Disney, hulu, Netflix, Amazon ect) for 6 months.

Samsung Products doesn't live up to its name. The TV's washers dryers,Refrigerators are worthless from my exoerience if they last a year it would be a miracle. My daughter is a diable ceteran and she loves Samsung the 65 inch TV she just purchase 1 year a 1 month ago just went out.

She did not get a stire warranty and were advise to contact Samsung we were told that she qualified for a board and since they did not have a board they gave her an exchange ticket that didn't last long . Got Z Fold. Have had it for 7 months. Interior screen has split and failed. Called Samsung, had to fight with them for over and hour to get anywhere. Finally was sent a text message from Samsung with the address to go to. An Authorized Samsung repair shop. Once I arrived, as it was close and I STILL HAD the representative form Samsung on the phone, the authorized repair shop stated 2 things to both me AND DIRECTLY to the Samsung Rep. If you’re thinking of filing a complaint with Samsung don’t waste your time. Several years ago I purchased the most expensive 32 inch color television offered in the United States the suggested retail was approximately $2499.99.

Strike one. I am a dedicated channel surfer as soon as the pharmaceutical commercials start I jump to a new channel. When I did this the Samsung Tv would lose sound. Yes the Samsung TV lost the sound. I called the Samsung Service Center at 800 we don’t care. They told me I was the first to report it. I wish there was -0 because I would prefer to give Samsung under 0 for their customers service. The worse customer service from Samsung which I never expected it, especially big company as them. Samsung CANNOT support or provide their customers with the accurate information with their products and zero care factor.

Absolutely disappointing service, I had to wait 3 weeks for someone to fix my TV which stopped working the first day. Without Tv for 3 weeks and I had to involve consumer affairs for a TV unavailable.

My tv has a black screen. Reported this and got a one time accommodation. It could not be fixed. Needs a panel. So now my ticket # 4168093495 has been canceled. I bought my tv 3/31/2021. Not very old and it doesn’t work. They won’t replace it.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator four years ago from Lowes. The refrigerator is four years old. The ice maker stopped working four months again. The freezer stopped working three days ago and now the refrigerator is not working. I lost all my food.

Called Samsung for repairs and because the refrigerator was manufactured in 2017 and I purchased it on 2018 they will not come to service my appliance. I have been on the phone for three day and multiple hours to just get this fine piece of information.

Do Not Buy Samsung unless you want a bunch of problems when it stops working. No one local works on this product.

If I could give a negative star I would! Samsung warranty and customer support is absolutely horrible! I sent my phone in for repair under manufacture warranty. It took a while to get there (I am not sure why) and they cancelled my ticket before it even got there.

I had to tell them it was on the way and to reopen the ticket. I received an email a while later stating that it would not be covered under warranty because it was a hinge issue. I called to dispute this as if the hinge was defective it should be covered.

Possible it had a crack in it from manufacture that finally gave out? I am not sure, but I always take good care pf my phone and it’s in a case because they are expensive. When I called to dispute this I asked to speak to a manager.

My Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G was sent in to the Samsung facility (ticket number 4168230514) for a warranty screen protector replacement and without asking me or my approval, it was reset to factory default after the replacement of the screen protection film. I lost all my pics, docs, apps and passwords. I don't backup to any clouds or storage areas except my phone and eventually my computer. I find it unacceptable that nobody mentioned to me the phone will be reset, so I can save my settings and files. I am very unhappy with this because I can't remember all the passwords and accounts. Please address my concern with the lost data. The customer service specialists could not help with that.

Over two hours on the ‘phone to Samsung to ask how to arrange for a reversible door on a fridge ordered can be arranged. No one able to tell me how to do that or how much it would cost.

Bought new refrigerator on 10/11/2022 for my granddaughter. Put in new house on 10/24/22. Refrigerator froze everything in it by morning of 10/25. Samsung sent Ross Tech Soulations in Bakersfield, Ca. to check it out on 10/26 and he determined it was problem with control board.

Tech said they had to order new control board but it was on back order and they did not know when it would be in. Samsung people kept telling me it was in but Tech company kept saying it was not.

This is the worse company I’ve ever done business with. Samsung is the worse! I called to schedule a service appointment for a gas stove that I’ve been having issues with. They schedule my appointment and after a week the day before the appointment they canceled it because they order a part that hadn’t arrived.

They order a part without coming to see the stove first and without consulting me on the price of the part. I wanted a tech to come see the stove first and let me know how much it would cost for the part not just order it without my authorization.

When I called to keep my appointment for the tech to come see the stove they said I had to reschedule two weeks out because they had no more appointments. I mean the worse experience, the worse customer service. The worst company ever

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 in December 2021 as a Christmas gift. In September My screen internally started turning black whenever I pressed a number, etc. I took my phone back to AT&T and I was informed it was a manufacturer defect with the screen as my phone had no other physical damage and I need to send it back to Samsung for repair.

i purchased a Samsung zfold 3 5g in April 2022 for $1400 - by october the middle of the screen has begun to buckle making it hard to see and type on. I contacted Samsung who told me i had to take it to Best Buy to fix it which is over an hour away.

I did and they told me they cannot fix it and this will only get worse. Said they do not have the parts to fix it and Samsung has not been sending them. I contacted Samusung again and they said i would have to ship my phone to them and would not have it back for 2 weeks - i asked for a replacement or one i could borrow as i work and that is the only phone i have.

I have many Samsung products in my home. I have owned a refrigerator for over ten years. It started leaking my floor. I called repair. Over the course of three months, three separate repair persons came to fix it, all the while leaking all over the dining room and kitchen floor.

They finally determined it was not repairable. 00. Samsung sent me a coupon code for the refund. com and use the coupon. I spend over three (3) hours today on the phone with Samsung, getting transferred all over the place, getting cut off on three separate occasions.

A nice lady offered to help me find a new refer. I went on line and sent over a dozen possible choices, one at a time. On every single request, the response was "not available in your area". I was not able to order a new refer.

I want to raise a complaint . I bought Samsung uhd tv - model tu7000 on 25 sept 2022. Within a month the tv is not able to play any high definition video on any app or browser or even while casting from phone or roku.

When I call customer care they talk for hours and made me do steps like resetting the tv and other things . Then disconnected the call . No one called me back . Then I tried connecting with message support.

I have always thought s amsung phones were the best. I have told so many people to buy Samsung phone because the customer teck Suport was so great. Tonight I had a series of tecks who were rude and did not want to help.

The manager Ramsel was the worst. So rude.

Also, she sent me a map to find help. Anyone from greater Boston would think it was nuts. All that greater Boston traffic. It would take so many hours to get to those places and back. She needs to be retrained and demoted at best.

When I received my Samsung dishwasher, the kick plate was bent (almost 2 years ago). They sent me a replacement part, but it came without the screws. I called them and complained and was assured that they would expedite my order. Of course it was never expedited. But when I finally received the order, they sent me another plate MINUS THE SCREWS again. This has happened a number of times.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

I’m having issues with a washer that I bought on August 1,2022, it never finishes a cycle, keeps rinsing and wasting water nonstop, does not spin and if it does it never finishes. I tried doing all the troubleshooting and nothing works.

I asked for personal to come look at it and it says there’s no service in my area. What the hell? They should have told me since the beginning they couldn’t come out here. I want my money back

My refrigerator stopped working. I tried to get it repaired multiple times by PC Richards using the extended warranty. They could not repair it so I was given the option of replacing the refrigerator. Given that the refrigerator was broken, my food went bad.

I was told i had to contact Samsung for a refund towards the food. Every single time I called I was given different information. No one has record of my previous calls or conversations. I feel like I’m not even talking to real people.

Then I tried to get a supervisor on the line and they wouldn’t allow that either. My whole experience with Samsung customer service has been a nightmare!!!!
