15th, FedEx sent me notification that my package has been delivered, there was no package at my front door (there is a security camera that did not capture anyone coming to my door at the said time of delivery). I contacted Samsung and FedEx and explained my package was not delivered, Samsung customer serviced requested a police report be made indicating package was stolen, I advised package was not stolen is was misdelivered by their shipping partner FedEx and
