00 we had to pay for the appointment was not refunded either, was told the ticket was cancelled and the refund would be issued called on October 17th, was told the refund was not issued and someone would call in 10 minutes, but no one could explain to me why.

an hour passed so I called Samsung Smart Care back. asked to speak to the person who keeps telling another person a refund would be issued, the person, got on the phone, was very rude to me and hung up on me.

On Sept. 23, 2022 I called technical support for help connecting my older Samsung Smart TV to my wi-fi. Agent was very helpful, got it connected and updated. I explained I intended to drop cable and use YouTube TV. She said my TY was too old to support YouTube and suggested I purchase a new TV and that there was a 43" 2022 on a promotion with free shipping and installation.

I told her it needed to be able to attach to a wall. She this one was attachable and that it was a frame TV. I ordered it thru her, putting in my payment info. com. 99. The TV was delivered on Sept. 27th.

We purchased a 65" Samsung model QN65QN85BDF television on 9/15/22 from Sams Club online and it was delivered on 9/19. We unpacked it and set it up according to the instructions and started watching it right away. After 30 minutes the screen went dark.

We immediately contacted Samsung tech support and they were able to diagnose the problem and order the replacement parts. We were scheduled to have the tv repaired on 9/29 (service order #4167433393), but we received a call that day to cancel the repair because the parts had not arrived.

Then, when the parts finally did arrive, we were scheduled to have the tv repaired on 10/13. But we received a call again (same day, during the time the technician was supposed to be at our house) that they had to cancel because the technician could not…

When I bought this product I picked Samsung.com because delivery was scheduled for 10/10. I received a confirmation e-mail for 10/10. However no one showed up. I called XPO and had it rescheduled for 10/12 and received a confirmation e-mail. I called Samsung and they are supposed to be giving me a $200 credit for the 2 day delay (haven't received). The Samsung Galaxy S22 plus is not a very good phone. My S10 plus was better. And that was a POS. The S22 plus has a better camera yes. What did you do Polish the S10 plus camera. It's not that much better. This phone keeps crashing.

I keep calling Verizon for issues and problems with this phone they don't want to acknowledge it. The battery dies in 5 hours. When I don't even really use it. My S10 plus lasted all day. Samsung refrigerator refund not being processed. Has been on going issues since September 9th 2022. I was advised that my broken refrigerator will be pro rated for a refund and I have been following up every day and weeks and still no answer.

No one is taking action, this is getting ridiculous. Customer services tram and even warranty management department is giving me a run around and still have no answer. My microwave that was also damage has been processed for refund but it's my refrigerator is what's more important.

I went Samsung's moblile phone service center(Shatabdi tower, 586/3 Begum Rokeya Sarani,Shwerapara,Bangladesh ) for better service as i faced trouble in my phone suddenly. But when i Showed my phone to one of the personnel of customer care centre they just saw my phone but didn’t try to find out the actual problem.

He told me that ''Your phone's motherboard has gone,no way to recover,you should buy a new one '' Then i went to a local mobile service shop,they Solved the mobile phone problem with some software easily. My question is that " How can a local service shop can solve the problem?

Tv 65 in. quit working after 1 day, call for service, and was informed no service centers in the area, was approved for a replacement, but have yet to receive it. Every time I call I am told it will be 7 to 10 days then 7 to 14 days for the fright co.

I have been a Verizon Samsung user for many years. The best Samsung phone I ever owned was the Galaxy S6. I went from that to an S20 Ultra. JUNK. Now I have an S22 Ultra. I am on the second one.

The first one got smashed but it was JUNK as well. Got the second one. Guess what? It is a piece of JUNK too. The definition of JUNK? No signal most of the time. Pages loading slowly. Calls being dropped.

Emergency calls only popping up far too often. I travel 13 mi to and from work. Hardly any signal in my house, on the road or at work. Samsung phones are getting more computerized every year and the quality of a good PHONE that WORKS continues to go go downhill.

Samsung repair technicians state my Galaxy Watch 4 is out of warranty due to water damage. Samsung warranty claims the water is water resistant. My question is how can there be water damage from washing your hands? The watch was never in a shower or taken swimming under water. After 4 phone calls to Samsung, they remain firm and refuse to waive the repair costs of $174.00. I feel there was a defect in the watch that caused the water intrusion and the repair charge should be waived.

Purchased a Samsung a dishwasher which literally feel apart and spilled ball bearings into the main compartment. The refused to replace the machine and their local service center policy is anytime during a 7 hour period with possible but no commitment to prior communication during that period.

I mean, are they trying to dethrone AT&T...? You may get a person genuinely trying to help you but it's a crap shoot and the usual stonewalling seems the norm. Good luck if you have problems; I'm not seeing any indication of genuine intent to resolve my never-functional dishwasher.

After a year and half using my Samsung 21+ cell phone the screen display has gone dark. 00 a month to insure that the product line it good to go. So they don't replace the product, they tell you to do a hard reboot and that worked for 3 months and then 3 months later until the year manufacture coverage is over then it happens again and you are screwed with a defective phone!

Of course who buys a phone that is 800,00 plus dollars to think that the performance will take a nose dive after less than a year? I have always used Samsung phones and products since they main streamed. My microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and 4 of the 5 cars that I own are Korean based products.

Without a doubt Samsung is the worst company that I have ever done business with. Customer service is located in the Philippines and due there language, they are extremely hard to understand. It has taken me over 5 hours and 3 attempts to order a galaxy 5 watch.

I have been hung up twice. I finally was able to get the watch ordered after speaking to a supervisor. They screwed up the delivery address and wanted to add additional charges. I will never again order a Samsung product.

I plan on switching to Apple for phone and watch products in the future.

To cut this this story short i'm one of the customers of samsung who bought this line of french door fridges and didn't have customer support on the problems arising with the unit. The company would send techs whos's sole responsibility is to replace the ice maker.

I could bear without the icemaker, what i do care is food spoilage brought about the erratic sudden change of fridge temp and of course they will slap with technicalities of your unit not under warranty. Just a shame that my late moms fridge surpassed the model, w/c proves durability and a brand that stands on its name.

All i have is pity for the engineers who came up with this model of fridges just reflects on how samsung values their customers.

Samsung approved my Samsung A32 repair under warranty on July 12,2022 ticket # 4166135967. This repair promised return 7 to 9 days max. Today is August 16. I have phoned about repair 6 times. Call times 30 to 90+ min each.

Even spoke with Supervisors and Managers in Repair who promise specific McCall backs and repair ship dates which were all lies! I have not gotten an email or return call since July 12th. I asked a replacement phone if you can't return mine repaired. Nothing is done! I am angry. Who takes responsibility?

Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Sears online. I hadn't had it for 1 year. Issues began. My purchase is on my bank statement and I have an text regarding the delivery but for some unknown reason Sears can't locate my purchase. I find that odd.

The first repair person from Sears came and looked at the machine and said it was one issue. When the 2nd Sears repair person said it wasn't that issue. It was a Samsung tub defect he has seen before. Then I was advised to contact Samsung, so I did.

I purchased a refrigerator 8 months ago and on July 7th the compressor went, I contacted their support line and had to demand a supervisor before I could get them to give me a replacement. I was told it would be about 10 days and I would hear from the trucking company to set up a date for delivery.

Two weeks went by and I called again looking for status and 50 minutes on the phone I was told the replacement was approved but it wasn't entered into the system properly so we started all over again and again was told I should hear in 7-10 days. Waited a week called again and still couldn't get an answer except now they said 5-7 days.

I called your help line for help with my tv having sound but no picture. Raj answered the call and was rude and condesending to me . i have enough of his attitude and asked to speak with anyone but him.

He said he tried 3 times to get a superviser to no avail. I then requested a call back from said superviser and did nit get that either. So i tried your online texting help. That was no better Zubair kept me on hold for almost 2 hours.

The only response i could get from them was to please be on hold. The customer service i recieved was very poor. I believe they ahould both be fired as no one should be treated like that when they are just trying to get some help.

I purchased a Samsung galaxy z3 flip phone on April 29th, 2022 from T-mobile in Lebanon, PA. T-mobile pushed this phone as durable and reliable. Upon using the phone for about a month and a half (July 14th) the screen where it folds started rI de-laminate and all touch screen functions no longer worked.

I sent the phone in and they repaired it under warranty and I had it back with a total turnaround time of 5 days (inconvenient but whatever). So upon using it , the same thing happens (July 26th). So I call customer service and they say send it back, we will repair it.

00 for the repair (should have been covered under warranty just as last time). So now this is all within 90 days of original purchase. 5 hours over the last 3 days and my phone is still sitting in there repair center.

m in morning, I heard the loud explosion sound in my room. So I jumped out of my bed to investigate the sound, only to see that my Samsung 65” TU7000 Crystal UHD TV had done exploded. I mean the top of the tv, side of tv was split wide open, smoke everywhere in my room.

I had my kitchen remodeled and decided to go with a Samsung full kitchen package. Since then, I’ve had to call customer support multiple times! Worst customer service EVER. Purchases new Samsung washer on 5/31/22. On 6/27 called customer service as I could not do cold water wash. Was given a repair date of 6/29 and then found out this was a TENTATIVE date and machine would not be service until 7/7.

I purchased my A71 brand new a couple months ago. This week it can no longer connect to the mobile network. After the second trip to my carrier to fix this, they told me it is a known issue and cannot be fixed. They said I would need to contact Samsung for a replacement. Samsung sent me to 2 different service centers claiming they could fix or replace it, but both service centers told me the same thing my carrier did, and both said Samsung already knows this.

The only solution from Samsung is to mail them my phone, and a technician will determine if it can be fixed or replaced under warranty. I'd rather give zero stars but that isn't possible. I purchased a refrigerator through Samsung online and was told June 3 for delivery. The shipping company confirmed and gave me a date of June 3 between 4-8pm delivery. Then on June 3 I got an email saying schedule your delivery and the next available date was June 8.

No reason why no longer June 3 other than it just arrived at the shipping company and they have to check it over and into their system. I said you all contacted me yesterday that it was "in" but I guess not.

Really need someone to figure this situation out. My side by side fridge which has had issues since a week into having it, many issues, and has been unsuccessful at being properly repaired. The family hub screen still freezes, clicks menu buttons on its own, the fridge has froze my food when on the exact recommended settings, and the freezer is making sizzling noises.

They have tried to repair the fridge screen 3-4 times each time not successfully, and now my screen isn’t even properly in place. I would now request a replacement of this fridge as it is not the product I purchased.

I purchased a brand new family hub over 2,000 not a broken one. Please get a replacement to me ASAP.

I bought a Samsung refridgerator in Canada two years ago. The freezer stopped freezing about 3 months ago. I have researched the problem and it has to do with extra condenstion leaking into the bottom of the Freezer. It does not matter how many times you call Samsung, how much you complain.

You will get little to no help with the problem. Customer Service has been trained to keep passing the buck until the consumer gets tired. I purchased a Galaxy Z Fold3 on launch day. The phone worked fine until about march when the inner screen started to peel. I sent the phone to Samsung for repair and it took one week. Two weeks after I got the phone back from Samsung, the fold on the screen broke by me just opening the phone, I never dropped the phone nor damaged it.

I had to send the phone back to Samsung because local vendors cant fix this phone. After a couple of days, I received a bill from Samsung stating that my warranty is voided because the screen is broken but they can't tell me how the screen broke, just that I have to pay.

call samsung they want us to mail phone into be fixed since under warranty and just do without a phone for 5 business days. we have always used samsung and was pleased with any customer service experience however that has changed.

I hope there is a class action lawsuit against samsung since they made a faulty product and can't replace it.

Ordered 2 brand new galaxy s22 ultra in the exclusive online colors. Received both phone and returned both phone. Samsung states that they have not received both phone only one, which is ridiculous since both ohines were in the same box.

Now when we call to find out what is going on with our complaint we get the run around and are told that they will expedite the concern. This has been going on for 2 months now and they have not done anything to resolve the issue other then charge us for the full price of one of the devices.

When I ask about calling the receiving area they tell me that they don't have a number and that it is all done online through their system. When I ask to have someone call me back they don't. They have hung up on myself and my wife on numerous occasions.

I called to get help in receiving a Return authorization code and was put on hold 3 different times and after 10 to 15 minutes was hung up on. I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours and everytime I call back I have to go through all of the questions all over again.
