00 we had to pay for the appointment was not refunded either, was told the ticket was cancelled and the refund would be issued called on October 17th, was told the refund was not issued and someone would call in 10 minutes, but no one could explain to me why.
an hour passed so I called Samsung Smart Care back. asked to speak to the person who keeps telling another person a refund would be issued, the person, got on the phone, was very rude to me and hung up on me.
