I have been waiting for a refund for my defective refrigerator for 2 months now and have been having nothing but trouble. I have supplied all the info. that was asked of me and still no refund. the ice maker is defective and the refrigerator is only 8 months old and paid for.

Chatted with Samsung this morning. Then called this evening. The tech support agent stated he got hung up on by the sales department. Then he transferred me and I got disconnected. Then I called back and got disconnected again. I have never been a big fan of Apple products, but I think Samsung has changed my mind.

Three hours of my life I will never get back, and more hours I am sure I will lose.

I purchased Galaxy Buds on the Samsung website in late 2020. I have NEVER used these until today (5/22/2022). When I went to set these up for use, the left bud will not work. I contacted Samsung support and did not get ANY solution or help.

I was actually transferred to a recording to complete a survey. I am an avid Samsung purchaser and I am VERY disappointed in this product and the customer service rep. I paid over $100 for these buds and got no use out of them!

We bought a Samsung package- fridge, microwave, double oven and dishwasher in November 2019. We did not buy the extended warranty as I had no money left in the budget. I also (stupidly) trusted that with brand new appliances, I shouldn’t have to worry.

The first day turning on the dishwasher had lights flashing (THE FIRST DAY). I had to have the electronic board replaced by Samsung. Since then Ive had nothing but issues. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes properly (I am very careful there is not residue on them).

And this morning (as well as many others) it leaked all over my floors to where my boards have buckled. I am at wits end. I also am so lucky to be having a repair man coming on Wednesday to fix my fridge as it has stopped cooling.

I have purchased a renewed phone which was sent out on April 29. I received an email from FedEx that my phone would be delivered on Monday, May 2. I then received another message telling me that there was a delay and it would be delivered on Tuesday, May 3.

Package according to their website said it was in Ohio. By the next day it was back in Texas and wouldn't be delivered till Thursday. It has been delayed again and it is Friday for delivery. I have contacted customer service many times and all I have gotten is rude, ill-mannered people who provide no help.

I purchased a brand new 42 inch Samsung television three months ago and it just stopped working after a month! No sound coming out of the TV at all. Samsung sent someone out to my home to try to fix it, and when they came out the television appeared to then be working OK, however a week later the sound on the television went out again.

I called Samsung customer care to see if they would send someone out again, and was told they only do that one time. So from what I can tell, it sounds as if Samsung should be replacing the apparent "lemon" of a television that I purchased via Target.

I ordered my bespoke 4 door refrigerator in January of 2022 I received it in February of 2022. My husband had issues getting the delivery they kept saying they were not available. We finally got it and realized we didn’t like the color of the panels.

But that was not a problem since you have a 90 day return for a different color policy, so we did. They had XPO come pick up the old panels, they took pictures and drove off with the panels. Samsung knows they had a design flaw and redesigned a part on their icemaker to direct condensate drips away from the ice bin. Without that new part, the icemaker chronically freezes up and won't dispense. Their authorized service wants $150 to install this redesigned part and Samsung should pay the cost - but won't.

Thursday April 21,2022. Palo Nikci, Owner of Maniputech, purchased Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 256GB and received the 128GB model. Roughly 30 minutes after receiving the item from FedEx, I realized the item received is the 128GB and not the 256GB model I had ordered for work.

One 4 seperate occassion from 4:00pm - 5:33pm EST (New York) I have been been hung up by the representatives and transfers to the automated survey at the end of the call without any notice, acknowledgement, or warning, and especially without resolving the issue which was Samsung's mistake. This has been a terrible experience. I recently purchased a 2400 refrigerator from Samsung. Within the first week the ice machine and camera were not working. I spoke with customer service and it was explained that only a repair can happen initially and not a replacement.

After two repair technicians the refrigerator still does not deliver ice. After speaking with customer service the only thing I receive is an apology for a faulty refrigerator and the wait of another technician visit. This is unacceptable customer service for such an expensive refrigerator.

Please do not purchase from this company.

Samsung Dual door oven. NE59M6850SS. Less than three years old. 00 to repair. Door locked and wouldn't open. Oven stopped heating. Two new latches and heating part. It is almost impossible to find a repair person for Samsung. Technician had to return next day because door locked again and error code showed up.

Induction cooktop not working. Ran troubleshooting procedures as provided by Samsung, to no avail. Called Samsung support to schedule service call. , just not our specific units serial number. The PROBELM, the serial number is on the underside of the induction cooktop which means we have to remove the cooktop from our counters (as non-professionals) in order to get the serial number just for Samsung to schedule a service call request.

meaning any damage or impact to our property ends up being on their effort vs. something us "lay" owners would not mess up. Highly frustrating and tells much about the company; product focused NOT customer focused. arghhh.

If I could give less than a one star, I would. Samsung sucks. The customer service is poor. I bought my brand new washer/dryer set in July of 2021 and here we are almost April 2022 and still no resolution!!!

As a loyal Samsung customer, all phones I buy are Samsung from j-3 to s10. I paid $1200 for the flip z because it's a waterproof and one of the most durable phones. Within 2 months it starts leaking from inside the phone by the crease.

Bought a brand new z flip 3 in Aug. 2021, it broke through no fault of my own Jan. 2022, inner lcd break by their techs reasoning and they say it's out of warranty.... so I was held hostage for a phone company for buying a product and paying to have it repaired while it was verified to still be under 1 year warranty of a clear internal defect...

I placed an order on February 7th, 2022. I was lied to by the agent who I placed my order with she offered me a 5% discount off the price of the phone and an additional $50 off the price of the phone as soon as it shipped.

She never follow through, I thought the phone came with the charger I found out on the 15th that it did not. I called because the phone was supposed to be delivered around that time and it wasn't and was talking to a man it's Samsung and he told me the phone did not come with a charger give me a promo code oh, he ordered the charger for me a $40 wireless charger I have gotten the charger already and

On first year warranty refrigerator would not cool. Continued service calls could not fix/failed to show up entirely. Samsung insists on more service calls going on a month of no fridge. It took an outside bender 30 minutes to open the panel and replace a couple of parts.

Samsung refuses to reimburse the $644 it cost to fix their “on warranty” appliance after 3 weeks of trying. A horrible experience.

We purchased a French door Samsung refrigerator and after it was installed it was then deemed to be defective. As such it was returned. Samsung told us it would be 6-8 weeks delay before we would have a new refrigerator?

We told them we have a 10-year-old daughter and couldn’t be without a refrigerator for nearly 2 months? A supervisor called us and told us he found a replacement refrigerator for us and it would be installed in only one more week’s time.

We received an email offering us free installation because of our inconvenience. The second refrigerator was then delivered but they refused to install it! I have been working on this for months. I was sold an overseas phone by an authorized dealer that has since gone out of business. My first complaint I was promised my overdue update of an S 2 Ultra. After I mailed in the Note 10 Slim which I did.

I bought a brand new A52s last dec 15,2021 at Samsung Sm City Pampanga. And the phone shut down at jan 02,2022. This latest upgrade is terrible. My phone contacts no longer have alphabet on right side. I hate the new calendar and can not find a way to get my classic calendar back. Why are you always making changes without offering an option to keep the the original format.

Samsung Pro agents Lied about the accommodations. Opened a service ticket on Feb. 5, 2022, Service technician lied about providing support and closed my service ticket. Samsung agent promised accommodation because of the incident. Waited 2 days and Samsung did not reach out to me.

Called back Samsung pro agent, they told me that the agent lied about the accommodations and they will not provide accommodations. Samsung then opened another service ticket I waited 3 days service center cannot do home service because of covid.

Samsung opened another service request ticket and service center cannot provide service. Now Samsung wants me to work with the service center that has lied about the repair. What kind of service does Samsung provide?

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator and it has been problems. Samsung sent technicians 3-4 times, but they said they could not repair it. Samsung finally agreed to exchange my refrigerator in early Jan and approved the exchange of it.

However, Samsung called me to inform the disability of exchange. They approved the second exchange on Feb 4, but they repeated the same process as they did in Jan. I have been dealing with the same issue for four-month since October.

Samsung customer service pretends that they care about their customers, but they always speak what they need. This is insane that I am suffering from the same problem for four months.

com. I had the worst experience with Samsung's home appliance online order and delivery service. I ordered a washer and a dryer back in December 2021. The order shipped quickly but the washer was damaged upon arriving. Customer service told me to request a refund of the damaged washer and order a new one instead.

I purchased a refrigerator through Costco. The service, delivery and installation were fine.

HOWEVER, at the bottom of the refrigerator you had a safety tape. I can only assume it was to protect the bottom from scratching or other damage. This strip DID NOT come off. It required an hour of scrubbing with an abrasive sponge, a can of WD40 and a putty knife.

As a result the bottom of the refrigerator is scratched anyway. It was a horrible design. This will be the last Samsung product I will ever purchase and I will make sure all my friends and family know about my experience,

Ordered a refrigerator and they use XPO logistics to ship and install. After weeks of calls and trying to get my order xpo finally brings it and it’s so badly dented in along front left side and door it was not usable!

They you get stuck re ordering and wait time starts over from beginning but now your paying the bill for something you don’t have and the warranty is running along with the return time if you ever get one that you can accept with out physical damage… now another one is sitting g at xpo hub and I’m told they have no delivery date available!!

Not acceptable business practice, I’m sorry I ever ordered from Samsung!

I just called customer service. Man was RUDE and hung up on me. I have bought Samsung Galaxy phones for myself and my husband for many years now but I can tell you this - I will be turning our phones in for IPhones!

An automatic update wiped out everything on his phone. I had to take it back to Verizon. They could not even fix the problem that your stupid update did! Samsung can take these phones and shove them!

I sent in a Samsung Fold for a screen issue, under warranty on Dec1, 2021. Heard nothing further then received an email from Samsung that the phone was delivered and returned to me on Dec7th,2021. Sounds good except my video door bell did not record any deliver and the door bell was never rung. There was no phone.

I notified UPS and Samsung and unless I call, I get nothing except they are 'investigating' . I have never been called nor can you get a straight answer from anyhow. You can't even get to UPS since the moment the tracking is entered it says the shipment is on the way and disconnects.

I paid Samsung $150. I sent in the receipt to show that I paid a Samsung technician $150. I Samsung Technician came to my home and picked up my defective TV but did not deliver the new exchange television. I’ve spent over two months, 11 hours of phone calls and have had my 12 tickets escalated to managers.

The last three managers promised that I would have a 75 inch 4K 2021 television delivered and then all I was waiting on his logistics to schedule the date. I still have not received exchange television. The model number that I was provided is UN75AU800DFXZA .

It would be impossible to write all my problems with Samsung and just how bad this experience has been. I feel starting at the end first might be a good place. At 3 PM today I was told the rep was placing my info on his supervisors desk and to expect a call within an hour.

4 hours later I decide to call back and not only did he just decide not to call me he had canceled my ticket and was sending the phone back unfixed. This is at least the 6th time I have been promised a call back that never happened.

You s21 phone has a major issue where it stops seeing the sim card. I have owned 2 now and for the majority of the year I have owned them they have not worked. I am now going on a one man war against Samsung.

I am not paying for any product of yours that II have financed. Good luck coming…

I called Samsung because my 70” Smart TV stated turning itself off and on and there was no picture. It was within warranty still by 2 days. The customer service assured me it was in warranty. They put in a ticket with a repair company in my area.

After 6 days and me leaving multiple voicemail messages with the repair company no one ever contacted me. Then Samsung canceled the repair due to “no response “. When I called Samsung back they said now it was not under warranty anymore.

I explained that it was when I put in the order and it was the repair company that never responded. “Dennis”, the customer service client said he would put it in as under warranty. When I called the service provider they said it wasn’t under warranty, and I would be charged.

Horrible Customer Service. Warranty claim for 75" Samsung Frame TV. Customer service rep unfriendly and useless. Wont fix the TV now even though they have been to the house to inspect. Wont provide a replacement nor give a proper refund in order for me to go and buy a new 75" Samsung Frame.
