I purchased all Samsung home alliances in July and requested to get delivered on 9/26/2021. My kitchen was under renovation, so I did not open all boxes except the refrigerator. When I opened up the box on 10/12, which was 16th day since it was delivered to my house, the cooktop glass was broken, and shattered.
I immediately called Samsung for the replacement and the agent accepted and gave me a confirmation number.
However they never reached out me for the delivery, so I call Samsung again on 10/17, and the agent said it was canceled because I called them after their 15 days warranty. I tried to set up the service request, which I thought it was ridiculous, but that's the only way to receive any type of service.
