I bought my daughter a 40 inch Samsung TV for Christmas. We bought it over 30 days ago. It doesn’t work. the store won’t take it back after 30 days. Samsung wants me to take it to an approved service center.

2 hours away and drop it off, then come back when it is done. That’s 8 hours of drive time for a $300 TV. The warrant it worthless.

On Friday 10 December 2021, our brand-new washer started pouring water out from the bottom of the machine. We bought it in August. I called Samsung warranty and was given a service number 4162856394 and was told since it was the beginning of the weekend there would be nothing until Monday 13th.

I called again Monday 13th and they would not have anyone available until the following Monday 20th. 11 days later at 5pm a technician from Service Quick International 855-979-8820 shows up and say’s he knows what the problem is but does not have the parts and will bring them tomorrow when he returns – sometime between 5:30 to 6:30pm.

I purchased a galaxy z fold 3 had it a week I noticed the screen has bubbles under it come to find out it has a pre installed screen protector that can only be replaced at a service center of Samsung or mail in my phone the service center is over an hour away from me and I can't be without my phone long enough to mail it in and I ask for it to be replaced ans CS says the can't which is BS I've had it a week.

I am really disappointed with Samsung. Not only the customer service is so bad, I had to wait over 2 months for my refrigerator. I know with COVID everything is delayed.

However, I ordered my refrigerator on September 24th 2021 because Samsung said they will deliver the product in a week. This is why I didn't order it thru Best Buy or any other company. Unfortunately, it got delayed to October 15, 2021.

However, when they came to deliver my refrigerator, they said they had to take it back because it was damaged. They said it will only take 2 weeks to replace for a new one. That wasn't the case. I called SAMSUNG and talked to 30 or more representatives and they said they don't know when they will be able to deliver with HIGH DEMAND.

I purchased all necessary appliances for the kitchen 1 year and a half ago it was delivered on 5/3/21. I was replacing appliances yesterday were 24 years old (only the refrigerator was broken) In a year and a half the stove top has a cracked (the customer support calls it a scratch) the refrigerator plastic nose/end broke. Now I have to pay service calls so they can look at the appliances and see if they will repair? Is that how Samsung stand by their Products? So basically if you buy a Samsung product is only good for 1 year and after that is normal for them to break and one is out of luck. Very poor quality. When the washer and dryer goes I will be sure to ho back to Kenmore 14 years quality

We have been Samsung appliance users for sometime now, and we have come to trust the quality we thought was built into the Samsung name. However, a recent purchase of a matching Microwave Oven and Cooking Range proved a disappointment. The Microwave failed intermittently starting on day one. Sometimes it would work, and sometimes it doesn’t. It took a few days of observation and we couldn’t return it immediately because sometimes it would work and sometimes not.

We informed the Service Center on and they sent a Technician to help us. The unit was checked and Tech said he will order the part, which took a week. The part arrived and Tech came to install it, but the unit didn’t get fixed. Tech said he will order another part for another week. Until now we are waiting for the part to arrive…

Oh my goodness, so many calls to Samsung and useless follow up calls from them in September through November of 2021 with no solution on how to get my ice maker repaired or replaced on the fridge that came with my home. I explained to each of the representatives that the fridge should still be under warranty (which the seller told me), but that I did not have the purchase receipt, which I later got from Home Depot.

Was told "it doesn't matter, and you're covered - we will reimburse you", repeatedly. This is because each time I gave them the serial number and model number, I assumed they looked up the fridge and saw it was covered.

We bought a new fridge (Model RF28R7351SG) for $2499 and a dishwasher (Model DW80R9950UG) for $849 from Best Buy on May 10, 2020. Before the full year was up, our fridge had unexplainably turned off at night (no other appliances shut off and no sign of power outage) and we woke to lots of room temperature food in the fridge. Because it was less than a year old, we still had the warranty and a certified Samsung repair person came out FIVE days later. Luckily we have a 15 year old fridge in the garage that still works, so we were able to move food to that location. What would we have done if we didn't have an OLD fridge as a back up?

Our dishwasher just stopped working this weekend about 18 months after purchase. Best Buy doesn't care and had us talk to Samsung.

I bought a 75" QLED Samsung new 2020 TV from Amazon. After a little over a month it developed a dark area across the screen.. I contacted Samsung as it was after my return period from Amazon. > They replaced the panel, but a new problem developed; the brightness control didnt work any longer.

After 3 attempts to fix that via subbing out parts, they agreed to take the tv back for a refund. They picked the TV up 2 weeks ago, and they still havent arranged for my refund.. Ive been told it has been accepted and is in the final process, but after giving me various time frames to have received the refund, it still hasnt happened.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in trying to have customer support. The technician did not know ANY of the answers to the questions I asked and I was put me on hold several times while I waited. I finally hung up and he called me back 3-4 times to try to help me, but still didn't know the answers even then. In desperation, I finally just hung up.

The issue I was trying to resolve is that I had my Samsung smart watch repaired and it was returned to me on June 23rd. I paid $ 125 to have it repaired. Last week it didn't charge and still won't charge. I wanted to send it back because I thought for sure it would be still under warranty. However, I was told that it only had a 90 day warranty.

I bought a Samsung fridge . The order was placed on sept 6, 2021 with delivery date of oct 13,2021. On Oct 12th I was notified that the delivery was rescheduled to oct 26th . Again it got postponed to Nov 2nd.

I called samsung and they said to send it in, in September it was still working. 2 weeks later "a phone" was shipped back with a letter saying it was not fixed. Zero stars for terrible customer service and not being able to fix my dryer under warranty. Received calls for an appointment to be rescheduled several times for over 2 weeks. No one ever came but they are claiming that some parts for repair are missing.

I bought a samsung washer and dryer pair last December. I had the units delivered to the new home, but didn't move into the home for 2 months. I then started using the pair, to find after a month or 2 of use, the dryer made this horrible noise.

The noise was so long, it could be heard throughout the entire house even with the laundry room door closed. Its an ugly metal scraping/rubbing sound that almost sounds like an airplane about to take off. I called the store I purchase it from and was not helped.

I was told that unless I have 2 repairs on the dryer for the exact same problem, they would not consider helping me do anything with the unit. I played along and have had at least 4-5 calls for the same noisy problem.

I purchased all Samsung home alliances in July and requested to get delivered on 9/26/2021. My kitchen was under renovation, so I did not open all boxes except the refrigerator. When I opened up the box on 10/12, which was 16th day since it was delivered to my house, the cooktop glass was broken, and shattered.

I immediately called Samsung for the replacement and the agent accepted and gave me a confirmation number.

Have a Samsung Tv and bought a Samsung sound bar that worked for a while then the sound went out of control. Tech said I need a new remote bought it and that didn’t help sent the bar back they returned it and couple it and that did work sent it back they returned it saying it was a foreign made unit and can’t be repaired.

The cell phone tech pros department have and continue to be dishonest. Ive asked on 5 different occasions if my phone is compromised and can you help.? Twice a supervisor left me on hold for 30 mins and never called back.

My last call she lied about an email and they lied about initializing a 48 hour monitor. If you can't tell me my phone is compromised, then say so but don't waist my time.

I purchased a Z Fold 3 from Samsung's website. I bought the phone, the watch and the ear phones. The protection was offered so I took it. I have a tiny Crack on the front screen & they say I bought two pair of earphones & no coverage.

Honestly I spent 4 hours being put on hold and being transferred before being Disconnected TWICE. Samsung's customer service is confusing, slow, unorganized & backwards. If I ran my company like they do I would be bankrupt. I am 6 hours into this with no resolution.

I purchased galaxy watch 3 month ago for my wife. The watch Supposed to be waterproof. I also have the same watch. We both jumped in the pool To swim lapse. My wife's watch completely died but mine was working fine.

Samsung debited my account, for a trade which was send to and received by Samsung. FedEX proof of delivery shows this.

I have been trying to resolve this for almost a month, with no luck. Al I find is I am repeating myself to the next customer call center rep over seas somewhere.

I was able to get the case escalated to an executive, but now they have dropped the ball and are no longer responding to me.

I have Samsung note 20 ultra 5g bought on Aug 2019. The mobile started not detecting the mobile networking from March 2021.

I have contact Samsung to diagnose my mobile issue from Mar 2021 to till date the issue is not resolved.

1. First Service : March 12th 2021 at UBREAKIFIX at Naperville, IL --> mentioned no issue with software and hardware. But mobile is not detecting the networking. The issue is not permanent though, always it goes off and comes back after some time. It happens every day atleast 20+times. I have missed many important calls too. Because i am unsure when the network goes and comes back. Same SIM Card is working well in other mobiles like IPhone, ZTE, Motorola.

This company is the worst. w update destroys this phone. The keyboard does what it wants when it wants, inputs all sorts, wrong letter, wrong words, it pops up on ever screen. Every single word becomes a typo with this POS.

It doesnt stay connected to wifi, call audio sucks people say they cant hear me when its connected to the Samsung buds i have. They have had to flash my phone 2 times it didnt solve a thing. It over heats, multi window crashes.

This is review isn’t for me it’s for my mom because it’s ridiculous that twice now my mom has been paying for her warranty on her phone every single month and when the screen stops working on her we’re given absolutely nothing. Before that we spent days speaking to representatives and spent HOURS on holding waiting to speak with someone only to be told we don’t have insurance on the phone when we’re still being CHARGED it and still receiving emails congratulating us on our premium care payment.

the representatives were no help and this is twice we’re told after a few months that we cancelled our subscription when NO ONE did and they couldn’t tell me how, when, or why it was cancelled. After days we ended up fixing the repair on our own and received no help!

I was sold a piece of crap washer made by Samsung. The washer was only a year old when I started to have problems with it. My washing machine is an ESSENTIAL appliance in my home and as for having it repaired I received nothing but a ran around for having a technician come to my home for a repair.

Our 70” 3 month old tv quit working and we have been trying for over a month to get it fixed while still under warranty.. Customer service is horrible! We have created 4 tickets and still no tv.. We ask to talk to a supervisor and we never get anywhere with that either..

We bought Samsung because it was supposed to be a great name brand.. I’m finding out other wise.. The tv was great when it worked. I just think 4 tickets and 1 month is a very long time to wait for service!!

Purchased a S21 Ultra on 1/26/21 and received a $250 Samsung credit. On 2/23/21 I used the credit towards a Galaxy Watch3 through the Perks at Work Samsung Website where they were giving a $150 EPP discount and $150 rebate.

Final watch cost was $150. There was a glitch with the pricing at checkout. 79) though the watch was only $150. I called Samsung customer service about it and they told me to proceed and they would refund me the difference since this was an error on their end. 79 and $100 credit.

I purchased a Samsung Active water jet washing machine it lasted a year and a half paid $700 . It was a large capacity top loader clear lid. I did not get the extended warranty. Our Samsung Referiger has been broken almost a month ago in Las Vegas. The Ref. number is 700-450-1642; Ticket # 4160677646, Samsung has sent their different technicians three times and change the compressors but still not working. They gave us the information that we can change a new Unit if it is not replaceable.

our compressor is under warrant for 10 years and it is still valid since the refreiger is 7 years old. Today, Samsung texted us that it can't be replaced and offered us USD 850 but we refused as the information given to us is to exchange the new Unit.

I called the Refund Dept Marjore and get the Email I can make a formal complaint about this case, To ensure the complaint can reach the top level of manager, I decided to look for another way to make this formal complaint to the…

Every appliance in my home is Samsung! March 2021, I replaced an older version of a Samsung television. I purchased a Series 7 4k Ultra. I have had numerous problems including connection. My request is to have Samsung upgrade the television to a series 8, I am willing to pay the difference. Their solution is to have me call every week for a reboot and spend countless hours troubleshooting. At this point I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. The item is only a few months old, it is clear that Samsung is not willing to stand behind their product manufacture warranty. A very unhappy customer!!

purchased a Samsung fridge 4/2021-delivered 6weeks later 6/2021. 8/1/2021 fridge would not cool/freeze.

Finally service was provided on 8/12/2021. On 8/13/2021called cust. svc to apply for re-imbursement for loss food/spoilage. Person i spoke with (heavy accent) rattled off what I had to do to receive food compensation, I had no idea what he was telling me, I'm not computer literate, The next day I called wanting to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold for 15 min, I was told they were trying to find an address I could write to to receive food compensation.

I am on my 2end Samsung tv am done with Samsung I want my money back from a refund we been fighting with customers service for over 1month we don't want a coupon for another Samsung tv we spend over 1200.00 and now customer service only wants to give us 702.00 cash does that seem fair. I thinking about putting this all over the internet and are news about how Samsung ripping people off and maybe even getting a lawyer

I bought a Samsung refrigerator a few years ago when I retired. I didn't want to have to worry about a major appliance again so I went with Samsung. The quality of the icemaker is of very low quality and plugs up all the time.

I have had it worked on several times by certified appliance techs and it is still crap. What kind of company cons people into buying such crap. I would hope it was tested prior to release for sale and still you took my money knowing it was shit.

So just a quick note to let you know that I will not buy another product from a company that will sell such a low quality product to its customers. Not a phone , a TV or a Samsung of any kind, you cannot be trusted to give me a quality product that my hard earned money deserves.
