I purchase a brand new Samsung dryer that came damage the heat of the dryer does not work. I call Samsung and they send a technician to fix the the dryer but unfortunately it did not get fix the dryer have the same issue does not dry.

Samsung decide to give me a E-coupon for refund of the damage dryer . The same day i decide to use the E-coupon some one from Samsung call me to offer me a 40% off when i purchase any item but i will have to wait 4 day to get the 40% off and they will call me to give me the discount.

A week pass and i was waiting for the call to get the discount. The next week i call to see why they have not call me to give me the discount and no one had a answer . I decide to purchase the item with no discount .

Brought a new 55” Samsung Q80A TV home on 21 June. Didn't get blue screen and prompts when it was plugged in. Called Samsung support and after 1 1/2 hrs it was determined that I needed a service call. (Didn't take it back to Best Buy because store that was 1 1/2 hrs away).

Service appointment was set for 29June. On 28 June was told that Samsung would replace TV rather than service it in-home. Then on 30 June was told that Samsung would refund the purchase price. Spent the next 30 days making numerous calls to Samsung Care being misinformed about what I needed to do to get my refund.

All in all a horrible experience. 58. 58. I believe that the people I spoke with genuinely wanted to help but were just incapable.

I bought a new fridge. When it was delivered, one of the delivery guys became belligerent, yelled, screamed and cursed me out. I felt threatened and thought i would have to defend myself physically. The fridge was not set up correctly and it was damaged. I was offered 300$ for the damaged door and the damage that was done to my house. But, i told them i wanted the door replaced, the amount went down to 150$. What an insult.

I have called several times and told them what happened several times. Every time I call back for an update and give them the ticket numbers they gave me, I'm told that number can't be found and does not work and have to tell my story all over again.

Purchased a QLED 80 TV and HW Q60T/ZA soundbar as a bundle at Bestbuy in Feb. In July the soundbar had issues, Samsung had me ship it to NJ on July 9th. They could not repair it and told me I would recieve a new on, the next model up.

Never got any confirmation email and never heard from them again. I called today and they told me they didn't have any soundbars in stock and I needed to send them my proof of sale reciept. I sent the reciept and a statement from Bestbuy indicating the current price.

The case manager said he would give me what I paid for it which was almost $200 less than what it is going to cost me to buy it now ( when I purchased it it was on sale and got the bundle discount). So, they think I should take the money and go buy something less than what I had originally…

This company has been giving me the run around since July 1st. My Active 2 watch broke and they had me send it into them to be fixed. They were not able to fix it. I have now called 1800 Samsung at least 12 times and had at least 5 different ticket numbers that they keep on changing.

There isn't one person that knows what it going on. I have spoken with case management several times and two supervisors from case management. I still have not received my refund/compensation for my watch. This is the most unprofessional/disorganized business I have ever had to deal with.

I will NEVER buy another item from Samsung again!!! I will also be reporting them to the BBB and Department of Consumer Affairs. They have been giving me the run around for over a month!!! I'm disgusted!!!

I just wanted to tell you how disappointed I am that you decided to sell me a $1200 phone that doesn't come with a charger! Seriously? All I got was a cord that is not compatible with any of the 100 Samsung chargers I've accumulated over that past 10 years buying your products! Not cool!

For $1200 I should have gotten a charger and a set of ear buds! My whole family switched to iphones but I stayed loyal to the Samsung galaxy! Been rocking them since 5! Please do your customers better and throw the charger in the box! Thank you!

All Agreed they had never experienced This type of problem. I found someone at a higher level at Samsung, who sent two Technicians from Barrett's. after about 25 minutes the person on the phone said nothing wrong with tv even though the technicians were sweating and my air Condishen was running.

vent is One and a half feet from the right side Of the tv. My tv manual says tv should not exceed 104 degrees.

I bought a 70 inch tv in April 2021 all of a sudden my TV won't turn on, I have tried new cords etc but still nothing. I called Samsung they set up the repair company 2 week's ago, the repair company called and asked what was going on, I told them and they were going to order the parts.

I hadn't heard anything so I called today and they canceled the service call because they are booked. I didn't even receive a email telling me they canceled it. So now they offered me a refund of $692 when I paid $779.

99 on their website the same tv I have is more then $692 so now I have to come up with more money to replace my tv. But they will send someone out to pick up the tv but they don't have anyone to come fix it??? Makes sense, not. I'm beyond pissed.

We have a Samsung Washing Machine at my parents house (Mr R P Chitkara) whose address is House No. 85, Sector-14, Sonepat, Haryana, Pin code- 131001, India. The fully automatic washing machine (Model WA82V4GEC/XTL) was working very fine, unless they suffered a power outage and a low voltage problem where the machine was damaged.

We raised an online customer complaint and a technician by the name of Vaneet, Mobile No. 82955 85105 attended the complaint as per my complaint logged with Samsung. This person had visited our home and has done some repairs, however the machine is not fully repaired as the main panel is damaged.

I have filed three claims on my Samsung refrigerator, model number RS27T5200, S/N 0B2G4BAN402272E. The issue we are having with our refrigerator is; the ice maker not making enough ice for just daily use for me and my wife. We have to go out to buy ice when we have guests. The ice maker has been reset three times and it only makes very little ice. I am truly disappoint in the tech support I received from over 7 different personal within a 24 hr period. It started with me being unable to retrieve messages from voice mail. stopped the process. I phone Spectrum to see if I could get some help.

They couldn't and gave me a number to reach Samsung tech. Around 3:43 Jul 9, 2021 I explained to tech the problem I was experiencing. He wanted to go inside my phone using Smart Tutor and backing up my files.

After several attempts the tech was unable to resolve the problem. He wanted to research and get back with me within a couple hours. kept getting message Samsung had timed out with too many emails/attempts. He then forwarded me to another tech which still couldn't clean the problem.

Purchased Samsung 4k un55nu6900 Oct/ 18. Sound died summer of 2019. Sound died again a few months later. Now the picture has dark areas on both sided ,about 20 %on each side. Just purchased a new Samsung clothes washer. Model Number WA50R5200AW.

The problem is that it has a low frequency harmonics issue. When it is operating it makes a low frequency beat that is very similar to what you feel when there is a car several cars away with very powerful bass. It goes through you and is very annoying. in fact, it almost makes me nauseous because of the frequency and pulsations.

Imagine someone outside your home with a stereo system in their car that is able to vibrate you. That's what it is like except it is more drawn out and the pulses are longer in duration.

Not sure if this is a unique issue with this washer or if they all do it but I need to contact Samsung because every wash cycle leaves me with a slight headache and nausea. Never had a washer that did this…

I am extremely disappointed with my Samsung refrigerator (Model No. RF263TEAESR) which I purchased at Lowe's in January 2019. The ice maker started freezing up after only 18 months. We have to use a hairdryer to melt the ice about every 3 weeks.

I saw online where many, many people have complained about this issue, but yet you will not do a recall.

Also, the main freezer has been freezing up for the last several months. The setting is where the booklet says and it continues to freeze. I am sick and tired of having to take everything out of the freezer in order to clean out the ice and wiping everything off before putting it back. It's exhausting!

I am a loyal customer for Samsung with all new models of your 65" Smart tv, Galaxy 21 phone.

I purchased an accessory bluetooth keyboard for ease with the smart tv and typing on the S21 phones small keyboard.

I got all my kitchen appliances from Samsung about 6 years ago. My stove model # NX58H9500WS has knobs that are poorly made. They are made out of plastic therefore they break very easily. I have had to replace them 3 times already.

They are very expensive and not worth replacing them especially being that they break so often. If I add up the cost that I have to keep paying for these knobs I might as well get a new stove. I feel that since this was an expensive stove and the knobs are made so poorly Samsung should make them out of steel or some sort of metal and they should either replace them at no cost or at a much cheaper cost.

I purchased a z-flip Samsung phone a whole back, the phone stated cracking at the place it folds, I talked to sprint, the carrier with whom I have my phone with, send the phone in, they charged my insurance even when it wasn't my fault for what happened to the product and they replaced it with another one, same style, the Z-flip.

Purchased a Samsung S7 tablet on 05/21. Now, for at least a week the screen goes black and it shuts down. It happens very frequently an when it does come back all the info I've been working on is gone.

Our new phones broke after only 5 moths. Both my phone and my husbands. After not having them for a month, they both went to Texas for repair. My husbands phone came back to us, it still doesn’t work. They did not repair it.

They have lost my phone. We are elderly, many medical problems. We need our phones! This has been the worst customer service we’ve ever had. We are not being helped at all. Samsung is horrible, I’ll get the word out!

I purchased a samsung galaxy a20 cell phone over a year ago. The device has a proximity sensor to keep the settings from changing when using the phone. It didnt work. While on the phone i had complete apps uninstall calls being made while phone was in my pocket or case.

The phone has a trusted location setting to keep it unlocked when in your trusted location mine being my home. It has not worked. About 1 out of 30 times it might work. Samsung is near impossible to get support from.

When you do get the right dept in my case the issues were not solved. Google chrome will not update nor has it for over a year. I schedule apts for support but only 1 time have they contacted me. I trued text support.

Two days i send a text receive text asking my name then nothing. I sat 2 hours yesterday…

Our new Samsung TV has never worked properly. Samsung has looked at it and even sent it and the soundbar to be looked at this causing Amazon to decline refunding it because Samsung held it past my 30 days!. 12, 12 customer support calls and one home service and it still sits there.

Samsungs repair tech stated it looked like I was sold a refurbished TV. Google not Samsung continually avoids this. 63 years old and this is the most bizzare situation. Working for one of the three major news networks I will remove both off our vendors list and we will no longer buy from them in my specific area. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a Samsung Side by Side refrigerator at Home Depot at the end of February 2021. Two (2) months later it developed a very loud and intense clicking noise which created a concern about leaving it on for fear of an electrical fire.

Home Depot naturally deflected this to Samsung under their general warranty. After fumbling through two customer service assistants with less than a command of the English language, I was finally able to get some service scheduled. Although somewhat timely for a service call, the visiting tech changed out the mother board and replaced ice maker component and additionally damaged the interior liner of the freezer in the process.

The condenser fan was replaced twice and is acting up again, the water line freezes up and doesn’t dispense water, the ice maker is frozen the door shut and won’t dispense ice! I’m seeing this as a defect in the product and so many other people having the same issue!! This makes me really sad after all the money I spent in this appliance!

On may 13, 2021 I purchased a Samsung Gapacy S20 Fe and received it on Friday last Week... Then decided over the weekend it wasn't the phone for me...I was going to order the Z flip instead but they were not in stock. I purchased a note 20 on april16,2021. Two days after said purchase the spen quit working. Two days after that the battery will only charge to 50%, and only past an hour. Then yesterday the sim card went out. I've called every day for two weeks.

Have requested supervisors, and am always given an excuse. Then when I talk to customer support. I get blown off, hung up on, and sometimes the representative will just sit there and say or do nothing! But, constantly telling me to do their job for them.

During that time, my oven became a hazardous Appliance, which led me to call our gas company, who then called the fire department.

On January 01 2018, I bought Samsung Energy Star Refrigerator Item# 854-0474F / Model # RF25HMEDBSG/AA at the JCPenney Store in Killeen, TX. Unfortunately your product has not performed well because the Ice maker is frozen constantly, about four time a year.

I am so saddened by the service I received. I love my Samsung tv and watch. But unfortunately the horrible service I received with my Samsung phones, Yes 2 phones, Has ruined my love for Samsung. I gave up after two Samsung note 20’s and switched that phone to an iPhone.

Because of my love for my watch we tried to keep the Samsung 20+5G. And boy was that a mistake. My problem is with the Samsung French door fridge. It leaks water Into the drawers and also leaks out onto the floor. it also doesn't hold the temp at what it is set consistently getting up to 45 or 50.

I keep insulin in one of the drawers & twice had to throw them out because they go bad at the higher Temps. I also lived with a non working ice dispenser for years. I had it fixed once & the tech told me this was a common problem & would happen again.

In summary Samsung technical support team has deemed my range unrepairable, ticket # 4158698234. The range is under warranty. The offer your executive customer service member made was for the purchase price plus applicable tax. My issue with this is that I purchased over $7000 in Samsung appliances at a single time; therefore was provided a product rebate per appliance.

The offer made was for $1520 plus tax. 89. The original invoice from the retailer shows this amount. I believe this is fair as I will have to pay delivery on my new range, approximately $100, as well as losing out on the range extended warranty I purchased.

I bought a Samsung oven less than a yr ago and they won't honor the warranty. Tech came out and stated he could not determine the issue but Samsung still will not repair/ replace!

audio problems. Sent someone out to check. Told there is nothing they can do. Have shown them video of the problem, they agree there is the problem and can do nothing to help.

I have purchased a TV set 55 inch LCD ultra curved on MAY 13-2020, unfortunately on 03/2021 as sudden appearance of black shading on the screen occurred. Upon communicating the maintenance service in Egypt, their response was as follows: -They set a maintenance visit on 18/03/2021 to check the defect on the screen.

- Then they requested me to send them a video for the defect. - Then they informed me that the maintenance visit is canceled since they assume that the defect appears to be form my usage, and it requires a complete change in the panel.

If i could give a 0 for the rating i would. I purchased a Samsung Note 10+. I purchased April 2020. And my samsung not to much later. I had to send them both to be repaired. The watch has a crack on the back and the phone wont turn on.

They sent me back the watch and did not fix it. I have insurance on both. Never asked me about what I want to do with the watch . Just sent it back to me broken and not able to use will not work. Bad very bad service.

But what more disturbing is I never got my Note 10+ plus back. They lost it and decided not to tell me, never. Till I called 5x. I paid alot of money for these items and was going to trade my note 10+ for the newest note.

I think I may just call a lawyer. I lost alot of business without my work. I am very very upset with the service or…
