We've bought a Samsung refrigerator/freezer 11 months ago. A month ago my freezer compartment stopped working. I've reached out to Samsung since we're still under the 1 year warranty. They've tried to tell me I wasn't covered any longer. I bought it April 8, 2020. It's only March 2021.

I asked them to do the math. An hour on the phone with Samsung customer service as he was typing up the report only for him to tell me to contact the store I bought it from. I told him I did and they referred me to Samsung as we're still covered under the 1 year.

He asked me to provide receipt, which I did. It has all the information of my purchased and when item was to be delivered. He than asked if he can see the payment method I used to pay for this.

I bought the refrigerator Samsung and it was working in my home for only three weeks. The refrigerator had an issue with the motor and the maintenance department took action to change the motor, depending on the manufacturing issue, and this took 2 weeks.

However, the refrigerator was still not working properly after one week and I called the maintenance department who informed me that there are new issues that need maintenance and they have taken the refrigerator. While it was being taken to the van, the refrigerator scratched the wall and they have informed me it will take time to resolve the issue.

Our Samsung refrigerator was issued a Service Bulletin. Our Home Warranty Company will not accept a repair order because they deem the problem as a manufacturers defect because a Service Bulletin was issued. Prior to this, the Home Warranty company sent several repair technicians to repair the refrigerator, but none fixed the problem of the ice maker leaking into the tray under the vegetable/fruit bins, and

then water leaking onto our floor, which could cause a whole house flood if we did not keep emptying the tray that collects the water. On August 12th I had service on my Samsung refrigerator provided by eeFix of New Windsor, NY. at a cost of $253.80.

The problem was that the refrigerator would not cool to the set temperature and that there appeared to be ice in the air duct at the rear of the interior. After thawing with steam, the technician confirmed that the fan, coils and duct were totally iced up. This, he explained, was because the drain was clogged allowing water to build up on the floor of the refrigerator and freeze on the coils.

ive called Samsung 6 times today. 5 times yesterday and 8 times the day before in regards to my refrigerator not cooling. condensation accumulates behind the panel and eventually becomes ice. at some point the ice will over take the fan and it will stop cooling the fridge. twice already its ruined alot of food and even caused mold on the food and fridge. when i took out the drawers for the fruit. water had formed on the bottom with mold on top. all my products are Samsung! i brought my washer and dryer. which the washer had a recall. fixed the dryer with my own money, once. the stove which is Samsung. the knob broke off. and now the fridge. This place is a damn scam! Shipped my Laptop to them with no scratches or damage to the unit. When I received a call from a woman by the name of Cristina about the cost of repair to what was causing my unit not to come on she stated that my unit had scratches all over the unit. I told her, "I took pictures of my unit prior to shipping and it was no scratches on my Laptop. On 8/102020 at 8:15am/EST (USA) I contacted the product service line to obtain assistance with getting repair for my Samsung refrigerator freezer which was not working. The refrigerator is less than 3 years old. The agent took my information and began scheduling for service.

She indicated the soonest they could schedule was for 8/12/202 and provided me with this number 706-494-6444 to call directly to schedule for service in hopes of getting in sooner. She advised that repairs would be under warranty. I disconnected and called the service number provided.

I am not sure if I am in the right place to lodge a warranty refund complaint. I have been waiting 5 weeks for my refund. I have called support (6 or more times, hours and hours on HOLD) and requested a status on my refund. I have been told the following; "6 to 10 days", "3 to 5 days", "72hrs" and "it has been approved and it will be in your account today"(that was 2 weeks ago). I feel like I am being scammed!

Hello Samsung,

I am following up a $3000 order for a refrigerator and your service staff absolutely sucks. The first person had little to no knowledge and was supposed to help, but just abandoned me to the service tree again. And the 2nd person was worst then the first, had a crying baby in the background and actually referred me to the wrong people when she tried to switch who could help me.

I spent 1 hour on the phone and got NO WHERE. You either need to hire real people who know what the hell they are doing or use better robots who can retrieve information.

This was the worst experience next to dental procedures.

Call me back so I can complain more.

I purchased a cellphone on the samsung website on Jun 30th. I received the device on July 3rd. About a week later I started having issues with the phone like kicking me out of applications, restarting on its own etc.

Dear Service Dpt We purchased a Samsung Refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, & dish washer in November 2018 at Home Depot in Avondale, AZ.The Samsung Refrigerator ice machine keeps freezing and we called a technician from Samsung to repair it.

Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator model # RF323TEDBSR/AA S/N #V35343CC401658X in Dec. 2012. Top (Upper) ice maker poorly designed. Ice maker was repaired once under warranty which lasted 3 months. Top ice maker has not functioned properly since. Numerous calls to Samsung and numerous Ticket numbers all in vain.

Defective 75" $4,000 OLED purchased 4 months ago , uncoordinated repair setup, communication between Samsung and Repair Company cost me time and money. Tried calling tech support the tech that should have been helping me was very rude and short with me and told me that the issue wasn't her problem and hung up on me before I even got to tell her what the actual issue was. I call again a second time and get the same person before I even get anything out she cuts me off and laughs and goes "oh you again what's the chances" then

I recently called Samsung repair because one of our phones broke after being dropped. It has been fixed and is on it's way back. The problem is that when I checked my UPS app to find out the estimated delivery, I noticed a notification within the app about 30% off for first responders.

I clicked on the notification and saw that first responders also were able to get a free repair of their phone. I called Samsung to see if I could get that deal since my husband is in Law Enforcement. I was told it was too late since the order and repair was finished.

If you are going to have a special, such as this one, then customer service should let the customer know it is available, otherwise why even have it. Unless it's to make the company appear caring without actually having to do anything.

Purchased a samsung 43 inch smart tv. Just as covd19 affected south Carolina my tv started to turn on and then off by itself. I could not get geek squad since the store was basically closed. I waited a few weeks and was able to get a tech to look at.

He had parts ordered and received but could not install due to Samsung could not give the okay on the weekend. Today may 13th the tech cam back got per mission and changed the circuit card. Ribbon cables to the new screen.

But when powered up the screen was shattered. There was NO indication on Theodore any damage. Now I have to wait again for another week or more. With all the parents had to replace and now another week why was my complete tv replaced with a NEW TV.

just hope you don't have any issues with them. Their customer service staff if horrible, possibly the worst I have ever dealt with and I have years of retail experience. In three calls I have been "getting transferred then instead have gotten hung up on.

I ordered a 55" TV for a new home I'm moving to in 10 days. I asked first if I could delay shipping to the new address (which is unoccupied) until my move and was assured that it was possible by using FedEx's "manage delivery" feature to delay delivery.

However, when I received the FedEx tracking number and attempted to delay delivery, FedEx told me that Samsung had restricted my ability to make delivery changes. I called Samsung to find out that they did, indeed, do that because someone has to be there to sign for the delivery of an expensive TV.

They didn't seem to care that no one lives at that address at this time. The only solution is to make FedEx deliver the item (and try 3 x) before returning it to Samsung, which will refund my money and I can start the entire process over again…

I sent my cell phone via UPS to Samsung repair center on February 18, 2020. They never received it. After tracking the package, UPS admitted they lost my package and issued a claim to Samsung for it. I have been on the phone over 15 hours total with Samsung trying to resolve this issue.

UPS advises that I have to resolve this with Samsung since UPS has paid the claim to them. I have been told several various stories by Samsung. They asked for a bill of sale for the phone and I provided that.

Your Samsung dryer failed after only having it for one year. It started making a lot of screeching noises. Had it fixed so I thought but that was not the case. One and half years later the dryer started with the same screeching sounds. When I used it.

Ever time I used ,the machine made the loud screeching noises. The repair man replaced drum rolls because they were out of round, so he said. But that did not correct the problem. So I had to purchased a new dryer but not a Samsung.

I only owned the Samsung for a total of 3-4 years. How ugly is that your company makes a lousy product. I give you guys an " F" and no stars for the products made.

I purchased a dishwasher that lasted 2 days before throwing an error code. I called the service center and they advised they would contact me back with a repair date. 3 days later, they advised they would have to replace the unit.

I started that process and after a week was told it would have to be a refund only because Samsung did not have the model that I bought on 01/31/20. Home Depot later advised they could have it in stock on 03/13/20.

Samsung then offered to ship a replacement dishwasher to my home only to advise me the following day that a refund would be the only option. I have a Galaxy Watch which was purchased 18 months. Recently the battery ran out of charge and I could not reboot the watch. The watch was taken to Samsung's Carousel Store on Saturday, February 15, 2020. I was required to show proof of purchase which was provided.

Purchased a refrigerator from lowes,,,have had nothing but problems,,,,takes forever for Lowe's to take care of issues,,,door handle repeatedly loosens,,,and the inner deal on the large door keeps tearing,,,and it is only my husband and myself,,,and we are very careful!!! And after purchasing the extended warranty most things aren't covered, we are still told we have to wait extended periods of time for parts,,,,very unhappy customer!!

Samsung Complaints Department, The Brick, Better Business Bureau, CBC Marketplace, Various social media sites 14 February 2020 BUYER BEWARE Bought this Samsung refrigerator from 'The Brick', paid in full, waited over 2 weeks for delivery, had it only 2 weeks & it stopped working, spoiled all our frozen food & some perishables in the refrigerator part.

Contacted 'The Brick', said we had to contact Samsung. ) Finally they agreed to have a local appliance service business contact us. Local appliance dealer upon examining it determined it was the Compressor. Said he would order part. A week later appliance dealer phoned to say part would be in couple days.

Those couple days passed, we contacted repair…
