Bought a Galaxy S10E 9 months ago. The included Earbuds stopped working a couple weeks ago and are still under warranty. I contacted the company to get them replaced, and they sent me an older pair (the kind included with the S8). I contacted them again to explain, and was told numerous times over the course of three hours that these were the same earbuds (they are not). Finally after speaking with a supervisor I was told they would have someone contact me within 72 hours regarding the matter and that the correct Earbuds would be sent. Lo and behold, no contact for over a week. Called again, was told that they couldn't do anything to help me.

I called customer service today regarding the back sensor on my galaxy watch. +. I don't understand why the cost for something that is still under warranty. 00 charge. ) After 1 hour and 19 minutes of wasted time I got nowhere with repair of my watch.

While being transferred to the repair department I was "cut off" or hung up on. Come on Samsung!!! It is really frustrating to buy a device for a higher price and not even have it last for more then a few months!!! however no more!!

I need a new cell phone, but now considering an Apple!! Which I can't believe I'm saying!! Is there anything I can do to get my back sensor cover fixed without having to pay for something I did not abuse in wearing?

My parents (80 Years old) purchased a soundbar. The thing quit working and still had 15 days before the warranty was up. They took it to the store where it was purchased and the store has been trying to assist them in getting it repaired.

They have called AND emailed Samsung to get a mailing label. Samsung is UNCOOPERATIVE. The soundbar has been SITTING, waiting on a label for TWO WEEKS. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

“Dear Sirs, I am writing to complain about the defective Samsung washing machine, S/N 01GD57AM801095Pthat we purchased from your distributor, the Home Depot. I have called your warranty service line several times and as they are fully aware, since installing the brand new washer on January 2, 2020 the unit has had multiple problems and we have not been able to use it for more than two consecutive days.

When we moved from NJ to Florida 4 years ago, I purchased 4 new televisions for our home. Unfortunately, they were all Samsung products. Three were "smart" tv's and one was a regular TV. The smart TVs were not worth the money since they continually lose the signal and stop in the middle of a Netflix movie.

The "dumb" tv was for our bedroom. The other day while it was on, it started to scroll through all the channels as if it were re-programming the signals through the cable, but it never stopped. It would go up to the 900's and then start at channel 2 again.

I called Samsung tonight, and the agent tried to get me to reprogram the remote. I was on the phone with her for some time without any success.

This will be 3th time going to a MTN shop to swop my Samsung A30 for a new one. I would like to complaint your customer service assistant staff, her name is Ms Lai from customer service center butterworth penang Malaysia ( her h/ p +6012 4950986) her service is badly, not friendly, not responsible at all and lousy service. I brought Samsung A50s mobil 4 months back. 2 days before it switched off automatically even if charge was there. I connected charge and indication suddenly went up from0% to 48% and I switched on. Now I got battery capacity only 5 to 6 hrs.

I bought a S8+ phone a couple years ago and after a few months the charger stopped working, it was replaced the first time and the second time the charger did the same thing. After being busy with work and borrowing someone else's charger, I called a little over a year later and samsung wouldn't replace their broken charger because it was out of warranty. So they caused a broken charger and wouldn't replace it and now I'm out of a charger.

I sent my phone for repair under warranty due to lines appearing across my screen. Samsung in UAE refused to repair because they claim there are clear dents on the phone. I have checked my phone and there are no visible dents to the naked eye.

These are just excuses not to fix my phone. The phone has always remained in its protective case. Please forward this email to CEO in Korea because Samsung in UAE are not honoring Samsungs warranty commitments. I have been a Samsung user for many years and this experience has been a terrible disappointment which may result in me reluctantly buying iPhone next time.

I have problems to find a technical manual on my fridge rt32**, a button is jumped inside and there no place to ask for, they want to send me a technician, which I must pay. In internet I was impossible to find a proper manual.

After visiting a Samsung service centre we were told we needed to pay $30.95 to replace a battery in a 16month old smart watch. We received a call to tell us the motherboard, battery and lcd needed to be replaced, totally nearly $500. When I asked if they would meet me part way as the watch was only just out of warranty I as told to call customer service and they would t refund the fee despite no repair being compete.

On. Along customer drive their only solution was to replace the watch and seem concerned I was upset that I had to replace a $500 watch after 16 month.

They pick up the phone but the responses are robotic, no warranty no help.

We purchased a Samsung 10 On Thanksgiving. They put a screen protector on it for us. We followed the instructions to not place in a purse or pocket for 24 hours. It has never fit properly, dust and other stuff was under it.

Called the store and was told they guarantee it for a week. Told the sales person that she is the one who put it on and it has never fit properly. They agreed to replace. Well it is doing the same thing, Have there been other people with this issue?

Twice my Samsung tv has stopped working properly. The 1st time, a week ago, after more than an hour on the phone with service people, it began to work. an hour and a half and they could NOT get it working properly.

Messages sent to Samsung last week resulted in replies saying they'd be in touch in two days. Never happened. This is a TERRIBLE company with an AWFUL product!!!!!

Samsung never gives me a straight answer when I call. I bought a washing machine that doesn't wash clothes. They sent out 2 technicians from 2 separate companies and the technicians both said there was nothing wrong with the machine.

The techs said that they get complaints all the time about Samsung washing machines not washing clothes properly. Samsung refuses to give me an exchange on the machine after they told me that they need to send out 2 techs from different companies before they can make a decision like this.

My experience with the piece of garbage I purchased from Samsung has left me with nothing but distain for Samsung. It is obvious from my items poor design that Samsung was aware of the failure mode I experienced, but did little to address it.

Refrigerator literally broke in back draining into drain pan that was overflowing. Could not see the the damage it was causing until I stepped onto my water soaked bedroom carpet. It had drained onto the floor under the refrigerator under a wall unto the bedroom carpet.

Had to replace floor in bedroom . Called SamSung and they gave me instructions to send pics and estimates which I did but, never heard back from them. When i called them back they told me that the time between the occurence and the sent items was too long.

I am actually so frustrated now with this promotion as I really feel it is a scam, I am going to attach the messages I am getting from Vodafone as they are not willing to issue anything else. I will also attach letter I did receive from them, and the confirmation I received when I bought.

Range model NE59J7630 is known to have a common and wide spread problem with the display panel failing. After a period of 6-12 months of use, the display will begin to flicker and display random garbage. The Samsung Customer forums are filled with customers asking about this issue and seeking help.

I would like advice about recovering some of my purchase cost for a Samsung SM-J737VZKAVZW phone purchased in October 2018. It had many keypad problems that could not be solved.

The Verizon support staff could not solve these problems. The Samsung support staff directed me to a local service center. The problems persisted and once again I took it to the local service center. Factory resets were performed each time. Finally, the support staff determined that the phone should be sent back to Samsung for a factory repair.

In August 2019 I switched to T-Mobile and a cheap Alcatel phone. I had intended to switch back to using the repaired phone. In numerous phone calls to Samsung, I was unable to learn if the repaired phone would appear to be a Verizon phone or an unlocked phone. At the end…

My husband and I purchased a Samsung double wall ovens last year. The unit was less than 10 months in use and is now NOT working. We contacted the place of purchase and had to wait a week before someone came to look at it.

Then we’re told the part would have to be ordered in which we haven’t heard anything about that yet and that will be a week tomorrow. So I have a $3700 Appliance that’s less than a year old and it’s out of use!

This is totally unacceptable and I am outraged! Totally ridiculous for this to have happened! Not a happy customer! Unless something miraculous happens, I will NEVER buy another Samsung product!!!

I am having problem with water running down the back side of the freezer and freezing. I call customer support and was told that I need to level my refrigerator. I have had 4 refrigerators setting in the same spot for years with not one problem other than getting old.

If it was obvious that it's leaning in one direction I could understand, it's not. The agent is telling me that it has to be (perfectly) level. My refrigerator is 10 month old. I can see some 90 year old guy crawling around on the floor trying to level it.

I can only assume I need too return it to Home Depot and purchase another make. Thank you SAMSUNG,

Ordered an S10 Samsung Galaxy on December 29 2019 and paid it in full immediately. Got an email saying delivery Jan 14. Jan 14 came and went- no phone. No email with update.
