Dear samsung: in regards to Galaxy note 10 plus headphones and headphone jack. , like I did and am now so and so many dollars into 3 different headphones and 2 different adapters that ALL DO NOT WORK! Thanks to this new found apple mentality that all phone add ons and accessories have to be samsung only or you may as well shove them brand new headphones and adapters up your ass for all the good it does you and

your new phone that you are loving oh so very much! But on the bright side I'm sure apple is very happy with all your recent short comings. Figure it out already! I was happy to move away from apple but the way things are going I will have to be moving away from apple again..

I purchased a new dryer which is now 7 years old and it needs a PCB control board which I am told is now obsolete. Obsolete on a seven year old dryer dv5471aep xxa. Every electronic device I have ln my house is a Samsung product.

I am not sure how I can continue to purchase Samsung product.

Less than two years ago I purchased two Samsung smart tv’s. A 65” and a 55” one. Within a day of each other they put a message up on the screen about connecting the cable to the one connect box.

When you finally get through to a person (because of high demand). They give you a premium rate telephone number to a company they have outsourced their spare /replacement parts too. When you finally get through to them they tell you that they do not sell the required cable. And that’s it. Stalemate.

So you phone Samsung customer service again, wait again. Get given a different premium rate number, wait and it’s the same spares company just a different line. Back to Samsung. Who tell me I need a service engineer to diagnose if it’s the cable, box or hardware at fault.

Tv’s only have a one year…

Absolute trash company with impossible customer service.

I purchased (for several thousand dollars) a full kitchen set of samsung appliances from a nearby Best Buy. This entire experience has been the worst experience I've ever had for anything that I've purchased-and it's especially appalling for the amount of money it cost me.

The entire delivery experience was a mess, and I blame that on Best Buy completely. After the appliances were finally delivered, I realized the next day during set up that I was given the wrong installation kits--again, responsibility falls on Best Buy.

I have been a Samsung customer for years, I am finding that the S10+ is not worth what i paid for it, this phone doesn't even stay connected to wifi and the 4g is the slowest I have ever come across. I'm afraid to say that this will be the last time I ever purchase a Samsung product, not to mention all the pointless apps that come installed.

I had my previous mobile phone for several years, and experienced no trouble, except when it finally stopped working some months ago. Because it wasn't working any more, I asked my son, Robert, who is the one I ask for technical help, to buy another mobile phone one on my behalf. He purchased from Target Online a Samsung A20 phone. I paid $1,000 for a dryer three years ago. Thinking the name Samsung was enough warranty, I didn’t purchase additional warranty. The drum has detached from the back panel, it cracked. My family and I have been loyal Samsung customers for years, literally every piece of technology in my house is a Samsung product. I have recommended Samsung to everyone that’s asked my opinion.

However, after my recent experience I will be searching for a new company to fill my house with, I hear life’s good over at LG. We ordered a Samusing Qled Q70R Television. It arrived well packed with no damage to the packaging or the television itself. There was however a white sticker with a barcode glued to the screen of the television. We expected this to be glued with special glue which would not damaged the screen, we tried to remove it.

It was impossible to remove it in one piece and with the removal it damaged the screen. Due to this sticker there are now several small bubbles in the screen, visable while watching. We contacted the customer service in France, but the only reaction was that this was not covered by the warrenty.

On out last mail regarding this problems they did not even bother to answer. This sticker was put there by Samsung in a way that is was liable to damaged the screen. To me it seems…

Samsung never sent parts for the sound bar as was told to me and the repair shop. We were told the parts was shipped out, but was not shipped out as told . After more than two months the repair shop called Samsung and complained about the service. The repair shop called me and said Samsung was going to offer me a cheque to upgrade the poor quality of my sound bar. I called Samsung and was told I would be offered a cheque for the upgrade. Today Samsung went back on their offer to make things right for a loyal customer. I spent $500 on upgrading the sound bar. My grandsons never got to play their games or watch their movies with enhanced sound when they came home for Xmas.

They offer was made by Samsung Customer Relations department which I grateful excepted to get a better sound bar.

I sent my Galaxy s9 in twice for repairs. The phone was supposed to be fixed, not true. I sent my phone back for the third time in November 21 2019 for an exchange.. I was approved for the exchange phone 12/17/19 and everytime I call to find out the status of my phone I get an excuse why I have not received my phone.

I talked to a Case Manager on 12/30/19 about the issue. Dasha acted liked she was really concerned about the issue. I called 1/9/20 and now she refused to discuss why Samsung has had my phone for two months. There is no excuse for Samsung to keep anyone properly for almost two months .

The policy states that it can take up fo 21 days, so what`s the problem? This is bad customer service all the way around . I will get help to get my phone!

Sumsung S9 unable to detect sim after aoftware upgrade. Have chexk with my telco and there was no problem woth my phone line. Called sumsung and the officer advise to go sumsung service centre to check on phone after all failes diagnosis.

Went to sumsung service centre at singapore westgate. Phone was brought to technician. Within minutes the officer came out and said motherboard faulty. Brought the phobe back, inserted a new sim card in and it happen that it was my sim card problem.

I would like to complain about the wrong information that thw technician has given. I could be charge a boom if i agree to change the mother board!!!

My Samsung Series 7 Smart TV has had the functionality of the product reduced by the removal of apps/features without notice. I am referring to the apps for catch-up TV. Previously I was able to use this service and now find that they are no longer working and supported by Samsung for my TV. Some of these apps appear to load but when I choose a programme to watch, the TV goes to a black screen. I bought the Samsung dryer DVE45N5300W model 8/31/18. Shortly after the 1 year marker, the dryer started to malfunction, barrel would run with no program initiated, only option to open door or unplug to stop. If we mess with the controls it sometimes runs in the normal cycle mode, but definitely a safety issue as the barrel would run on it’s own throughout the night with no program. I had numerous phone calls with Samsung as it was just over a year old when problems started to occur, and thought Samsung would support their product. 1. 11/23/19-11/27/19 Samsung initially agreed to service the dryer through Dish in-home service, paying for parts and labor, but then later determined Dish In-Home Service would not service my area.

My phone (note 10+) malfunction November 2,2019. I called Samsung and followed the instructions that was given. I sent the phone to U BREAK I FIX center and they could not fix the phone so Samsung sent a replacement. The replacement phone could not be activate on the Sprint network.

I had to go to a Sprint cooperate store so they could explain to Samsung that the phone could not be activate. Samsung finally accepted the issue and I returned the phone to Samsung and they claimed they fixed the phone and returned it with the same issue.

I had to talk to case management for countless hours for them to agree to exchange the phone. I returned the phone and they received it 11/25/2019. Now its 1/6/2020 and I still haven't received my replacement phone. I call them daily and Samsung case…

2126540290 I have a smart tv. Recently, on pressing the smart button, I began to receive a message SMART HUB IS BEING UPDATED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER followed by an error message WEAK OR NO SIGNAL. After a remote management reset (which was only successful until the next time the set was switched on) and two further suggestions by e-mail I was finally told, in a telephone call to your remote management team, that in order to get the app page, I needed to wait a full minute after pressing the smart button.

This was never the case before. The page simply appeared immediately. So what you have achieved in ‘updating’ my software, without the courtesy of advising me, is to downgrade my system. It is as if you forced your way into my home and damaged my property.

How can you justify this?…

I am beyond frustrated with the service and response that I have received from Samsung. My ticket #4151858367 for an unrepairable Samsung refrigerator s/n 0ALR$BBJ501315Z.

It has been weeks since my Samsung appliance broke and I still have not been able to replace it. Every time I call, I am told it was take 3-5 business days for the next step in the escalation process. I have not had a working refrigerator since before Christmas and customer service is rude. Supervisors are not any nicer or helpful. I have lost hundreds of dollars in lost food and have been immensely inconvenienced, especially during Christmas and New Year’s hosting family and friends.

I cannot believe my appliance is unrepairable after only 2 years. It took 2 weeks to diagnose it unrepairable and another 2 weeks…

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator in 2014 and have had so many issues from day one. The service center has sent multiple people out to fix things and we continue to have problems. In September of 2019 Samsung agreed to compensate us for the product and we still don’t have a check - but apparently it is still in the accounting department.

We will NEVER buy another Samsung product and we tell everyone we know not to buy Samsung

I had an issue with my Smart Tv. com. They signed me up to a membership that I didn't want and tried to cancel. Just Answer have since charged me $66 for membership. Even having to file a complaint through Hissing Kitty is an example of poor Customer Service.

I spent 2500 on a Samsung TV. I also purchased a Samsung sound bar and Blu ray DVD player at the same time. I would like to say that the TV is utter crap and the customer service I have received from SAMShite is diabolical.

My 2500 TV has allowed 15 flies to enter the TV, directly on to the screen, so basically I am watching dead flies constantly. When I contacted Samshite they refused to admit that this is a design flaw and that I live in highly populated 'fly region' and this was bound to happen.

They refused to refund me my money or replace/mend the TV. I have 4 other sets (Toshiba, Sony and Panasonic (which is 11 years old), none of which have a solitary fly inside there screens. I am furious with Samshite and I and all my family and friends will not be buying Samshite ever again.…

I upgraded my Note 8, for the Note 10. I chose the Note 10 instead of the Note 10+ because I didn't care for the bigger screen size, since I have the S6 tablet... plus the larger phones don't fit in small, compact pocketbooks.

I waited to unbox my new phone until I received my new phone case, to ensure it was kept protected. I was so excited to finally unbox my new phone, and when I went to open the sim card slot, I couldn't find a slot to place my SD micro card.

I looked for answers online to Google, as to where locate the SD card slot was, only to find out there is not SD card slot on the Note 10!!... Why would Samsung not have a SD card slot on the Note 10, but keep it on the Note 10+, as well as the S series phone.

(That's one of the main reasons I stick with Samsung over Apple).…

I am not getting the service I am expecting from Samsung. 0, my sensors suddenly stops working. Waited for the One UI hoping that it would resolve the problem, apparently, it didn't work. Sent it to a technician but they told me that they need to change the motherboard and pay a hefty amount of price.

Is it my fault that my sensors are not working because I updated the software? If I knew this beforehand, I wouldn't have gone through of updating it. It's been a year since I used my S3 watch.

I purchased a QN65Q60RAF from Costco. It was delivered yesterday. I opened it today to set it up and could not get the remote open to install the batteries. This is my 5th Samsung TV. Compared to the other remotes this one is cheaply made and badly designed.

I tried EVERYTHING to get it to slide open. I even cracked a nail. I called Costco Concierge and they transferred me to Samsung. I explained my problem to the first person I spoke with and he offered to send me a new remote, but he could not process the request without the serial number, and the TV was still in the box.

So my Samsung account was hacked today. I was finally able to gain access to my account long enough to take off the remote access to the account. Once I was able to accomplish that I changed the password again.

The hacker and I kept changing the password and kicking the other out. I got a push notification that my location history, call log and messages were downloaded. I'm not sure what else they got and I can't seem to find out.

Anyway that's not my complaint because this happens in this day and age. My complaint is that Samsung will not tell my the location of the login of the hacker. If it was out of country I would be more at ease because it would be random.

Called about adapters. 1sr rep. said no problem just send in bill of sale and we will ship it out to you. When I called back to send it in, I was old by the supervisor Lovely that there was nothing that they could do and there would be a cost.

She could not transfer me back but gave me another number. I called agian and was told that they couldn't do anything because my phone was out of warranty and for mr to call the accessory department. When I called that number, there was no answer.

I am very upset I spoke to se real people and no one could help me but instead I was sent to another number/person. The customer service was absolutely horrible.

Purchased a Samsung electric range mod# ne59m4310 in Nov 2018 will not keep temp correctly have contacted Samsung repair they have sent service techs two separate times but no correction to problem will not keep correct temp. Now say they want sales receipt a year later after purchase from Lowes, just keep stalling and will not repair or replace. My Microwave oven, Model MG23F301TAK stopped working. It is out of guarantee, but I wanted to know possible malfunctions and price of possible replacements before considering buying a new microwave oven. I contacted the technical chat line with these questions but the Samsung representative answered that it would have to be checked by a service engineer.

We received a Samsung refrigerator Model RF28R6201SR on Oct 2, 2019. Everything on the unit was fine except the ice maker was mixing cubes with crushed. The water and cube dispensing was OK. Samsung repair from Rochester NY replaced all the ice maker components on Dec 2, 2019.

Shortly after the ice maker has been making an annoying groaning sound at various times . Before these parts were replaced it did not make any noise. I called the rochester Samsung service center on Dec 17th to have a tech come out to replace these defective parts.

I have not received any call back so I recalled today. I could only leave a message. If that does not fix the problem we may reluctantly ask for a refund thru Home depot and replace the whole refrigerator. probably with a different brand.

After 7+ hours on the phone with technical support, customer service, and case management, I was finally able to reach a manager who still tried to give me the easiest option for Samsung to settle my issue. I sent my HMD odyssey+ VR headset in about a week ago and got an email stating that they will give me a refund.

The issue is that I still want the headset and there is no longer a sale (when I bought it it was about half off) for which I can repurchase it. My first call to Samsung lasted about 5 hours with about 4 hours of being transferred and put on hold.

I have been a Samsung customer for many years now and that ended today. I just spent 4hrs on the phone with nothing but agents that could barely speak english and had no desire to fix my issue. They first blamed google, which was a wild goose chase.

Them called back and was told many many time I can't fix that issue. Was never given a single work around for the problem, just I can, we can't. I will be returning this chromebook, switching my phone to apple and buying a new TV.

I will never own another Samsung product and will never refer them to anyone, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
