I went to Samsung Pavilion today to enquire abt something. The Samsung IT support guys at the counter were playing online games with each other and was very engrossed in their games (about 3 of them) I stand there waited for them about 2 mins.

one of them feeling guilty quickly come to help. My question: Are they allowed to play online games during their working time? It give a bad impression to the customer.

Hello,

I bought s9+ 9 months ago but I started having problem with this device. After 4 months it started getting heated up as well as whenever I charge it the charging make it heat up. And after 7 months it started getting freezes up. It started getting stucked. The touch of this phone stop many times when I use it. Bought Samsung refrigerator in Black Friday sale on Home Depot on line sale. Had issues with dent it has , I needed to return. Samsung service center first tried to convince me to take with compensation which is not acceptable to me, then they offered to replacement of parts.

I had been waiting for long time to deliver, so I and my family needed to buy right that moment. So, we tried to return. After many many attempts, they finally agreed to accept return. 28 th. Then again, they didn’t call me to confirm pickup windows.

Had to call over an hour waiting their answer, finally got an answer as they will come to pickup between 2-6 today. Our family is is out of country for holidays, so needed to hire someone to stay at the house for pickup.

Then until 6;30 pm , no one showed up, of course…

I received a set of Galaxy Earbuds 2 months ago as a gift. I just charged them up and tried them. They are terrible. I made all kinds of adjustments on my phone and it never got any better. I called the Samsung support number and explained this.

I was told the only option was to send them back for a replacement{which I dont want} . but I needed the receipt. I explained again for the 5th time that this was a gift and I had the original box but no receipt.

She said no option then. This stinks. I also have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone and TV which are both due for replacement. I am now strongly considering going to different company on both. I dont think you will answer this email or do anything- I have read the reviews on your dealing with complaints and they are just dismal.

I purchased a chromebook for my daughter for Christmas and got it on sale about a month before Christmas. I bought a protection plan from the store to add to the one year warranty I was supposed to have with the device.

After opening on Christmas morning we discovered that the screen was cracked and display distorted I tried to return it to the store I got it from they refused because it was longer than 15 days (I was not aware I only had 15 days to return) so I inquired about my warranty which I was told only if the tech can prove it was a manufacturer defect will it be covered.

Our (my Wife's) Samsung Galaxy S8 mobile phone's case swelled to the point of splitting the case open. We took it to Samsung agent and was told that it would be covered by warranty because the battery was in a sealed unit (water proof).

Samsung service however, did not honour their warranty on our Samsung Galaxy S8 Mobile phone. Instead, they lied on their correspondence back to us (and to the ombudsman) accusing us of replacing the battery with non-genuine and of using glue on their internal components etc.

My wife and I bought the Samsung the electric flex double door range on February 9th 2019. As soon as we started using it, the temperature is 50 to 60 degrees lower than the digital read out in both the top and bottom oven.

we had the service guy come out for 4 hours testing it. They came and put in in and said it will be fine. It is still doing the same thing. When I set the oven for 350 degrees and wait until the digital read out says its 350 degrees, I put 3 oven temperature devices in the oven and all 3 read 200 degrees. y it new.

I was told that my watch will be repaired by 16h00 on Tuesday the 26th of December 2019 when I went to collect it on the 26th of December I was to told that they are doing the checks and loading updates and that I should come back in 30 min. Hey Im using a samsung galaxy j6 for the last 18 months it had so many complaints in the meantime. And i did take it to its serive centre for uts repair works. I did pay for its works and its complaint came internally and most of the time it was the microphone idk when or how it happens this is the 3rd or 4th time this is happening, my phones microphone is not working.

This is the worst phone i used when i brought it it was for 18000rs now its jist 10000. I wont even get a good resale value for this. Very bad product and im fed up of changing its mic

I got out of hospital after getting and infection. I had to have life saving surgery . Im now at home unable to work or leave with a nurse coming everyday our vaccum that is a couple of months old broke its basically brand new.

When i contacted samsung they did not care or offer anything to clean our house while our vaccum got taken away. We have no money and i cant live in a dirty house cause i dont want to get sick again samsung is terrible

I think it is a disgrace that most washers and dryers last 8-10 years. We purchased a set of Samsung W/D front loaders 3 years ago . They have been nothing but trouble . We have repaired the dryer once, again it has quit , will not heat.

Our washer will run for hours , sometimes eventually spin out other not so much . We have purchased Samsung television in the past , we loved them . W/D has been very disappointing. I am an RN who had to retire and go on disability due to injury while in the Army and also having Multiple sclerosis.

Initially I ordered two phones on 11/30/19, both Samsung S10+ for $699.99. The first order that was placed was cancelled. I spoke to customer service on 12/15 (Rilwan Customer Service Supervisor) and he told me that I would receive a price match if I ordered the phone within 14 days and chose Samsung financing. I did so today and I was told by John (Supervisor) that I would not receive a price match as promised by Rilwan. I did everything that I was told to do and I did not get what was promised. I am very frustrated because I have called several times and every time I get told something different. I feel as if I was lied to in order to get a sale. Is there anything that can be done? I bought S8 plus from the Samsung shop in central Milton Keynes on 27/07/2017. Just last week the handset stopped working. I took it to your shop and they told me that the motherboard is faulty and is beyond economical repair.

Since I bought this handset which I paid £779 I have well look after it. there is not even one scratch on it. Is your product supposed to work for just over two years only? I want you to take this issue further.

Worst customer care . Even less than one star ,but no option here. In two months this is the second time facing same problem When I called customer care for refrigerator repair they told engineer will come by 8pm That engineer also called me at 4pm and said he will come .

I notified Samsung via chat and phone call that the item I bought was missing the charger. They decided to waste two hours of my time and asked me to contsct the big box retailer about a replacement. They even insisted on doing a three way call which was the lady hung up on.

I spoke to Marvin in customer service who accused me of losing the charger to get a new one. Mind you, this is a CHARGER, not the actual device which is expensive. I then asked if they sold the part separately just to get the device working and they said they do not sell it.

So, as you can see, these are the original products of Samsung and are mounted on the wall by Samsung's authorized services.

As you've seen, that wire was attached to that piece of plastic and ripped out of it. This structure was built according to which standards. I do not know. 5 years old. As soon as the television went down, the children could be under or next to them.

I message the issue, I hope a rapid replay. This is purely a production and design mistake. I think it should definitely be solved by Samsung. Otherwise, I am ready to carry the issue autorizied courts in Turkey

I will be the first to say that my Samsung Refrigerator, French door is 10years old, but I expect refrigerators w=that I spend that much money on to last at least 15. Even though I think there are a few things which could have been designed better, the reason I will have to replace it prematurely is because of rusting in the door below the ice/water dispenser.

I can only surmise that water leaks from the ice maker/dispenser to the inside of that door,leading to rusting at the bottom of that door. Not only is it unsightly, it is a danger when I have my grandson here as he likes to play with magnets on the fridge.

2018. 2019 the handset fallen and the display screen was broken. 2019. 2019. Again visited the same service centre for making complaint about the not working of the screen. 2019 paid Rs 4141/-. 2019 the replaced screen is not working and i went to the same service centre from chennai.

However i could not checked the problem due to non availability of the technician and i have been asked to show the set authorised service center at porur, chennai. Today i had been to the service centre and checked it.

They have informed that display has to be replaced with new one for which i have incure additional amount. I have contacted customer care in which initialy attended by mr prasad follwed by survisor ms Rajitha and informed that the estimate cost will be Rs 4800/.
