Dishwasher works fine. Every two months I lose use of it for two days while an over sensitive water sensor thinks my dishwasher is flooding. It is not. It takes two days of no power to reset it for another two months.

With a family making dishes, this is extremely frustrating. I have a Samsung Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, TV, Blueray Player, Phone. This may sour me on all future purchases away from Samsung because the only solution they offer is to do what I am doing.

YouTube tells me to yank out the sensor, but I am not very comfortable doing that. This situation is unacceptable.

I took my Samsung Gear 3 into the Sumsung Westfield Chermside QLD, on the 28th of Nov to be repaired I had been told it would take within three days to be fixed plus an additional 3-5 days to be delivered to me up in Townsville the location were I live. I had told the employee that they might have the old address on file so he got me to update it on the spot at that store, then we both confirmed it was going to Townsville NOT Northmead NSW. After CHATing with 2 technicians at 2 different times, I very clearly explained my problem, which is that I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY PHONE. The link both of them gave me clearly said that I had to access my phone.

I brought a new Samsung Galaxy s7 from Tracfone company , after activated the device getting heat up so fast and phone lock , I returned to company , got replace phone, got same problems after activated ,the phone is heat up so fast almost burn my hand , and shut down afraid will explode fire can not use anymore .

My wife, Connie and I went to Samsung shop in Westfield at 1:00 pm on 2nd of Dec 2019 and asked for assistance about the problems of my wife's Samsung Note 8 for repair which was bought in Feb 2018. The guy, Josh though we were going to buy a new phone and he was so enthusiastic and he turned to long face when he found we wanted their after sale service.

We were in the queue before talked to Josh because we didn't make appointment. he impolitely told us that he needed to send our phone to service centre and we agreed, but he said he was not free to proceed his paper work because he would have an appointment with other customer at 2 pm.

I purchased a complete 4 unit kitchen set inc dishwasher, micro wave, stove and refridge from Best Buy store # 5546 Boca Raton Fl on 5/17/2017.

The fridge ( model rf28k9380sr/aa serial # 08ej438j200084x ) completely shut down August 7 and I called Samsung Tech Support 888 - 899-7604 August 8 2019 requesting support. They had me call National Factory Services 800 486 1970 to schedule a repair tech appointment.

Hi, I had terrible experience with the samsung customer service. I bought my samsung book 2 trusting i took a great decision but the only after using it for 4 or 6 months my book 2 screen went black i am 100% sure i havent ever dropped it but

then when arranged a repair with samsung Repairs they checked it thoroughly there were not a single scratched but then they later on called me saying that it would charge $650 to repair it like seriously i havent even paid my full payment for the book 2 as i bought it in installments. I would really appreciate if they would repair it at no cost or may charged a bit less paying $650 better i get a mac as my brother had 1 but there was issues they fixed it easily at no cost.

I have had an issue with every Samsung product I have purchased. The TV I purchased had defective capacitors in the power circuit. after 18 months it turned off by itself. Got so bad I wasnt able to turn it on.

customer service said its out of warranty. Too bad. The $3000 refrigerator I purchased , after 12 months the ice maker stopped working. after searching on the internet I found out this is a Problem of class acttion proportion. The Samsung phones I have take half a dozen swipes to answer a phone call.

The Samsung robot vacuum doesnt ever know where it is and runs around the floor randomly. (The advertisement says it scans the ceiling and computes its route from that data... ). I am sooooo done with Samsung.

My washing machine was taken by your company for service and a small water leakage. In last 15 days machine had taken by QDigi services two times but every time machine comes back with new problem and now it leaks heavier than earlier.

Paid RS 3500/ and mental stress , instead of rectification they give more problems to machine. VERY VERY POOR Samsung.

First when I was told a supervisor would call me back, no one did after I have spent hours on the phone with representatives. I finally called back after a week. My family of 7 and I have always had various Samsung phones for years and have been very happy with them.

I purchased the s10+ in May. I have had to replace the screen twice because of a cracked corner. At the time, the phone had a Zagg screen protector as well as Otterbox case. Best rated. Samsung will do nothing to back the product up.

I have never had issues of a cracked phone until this one. My family and I will not be buying another Samsung product and will spread the word around. Very disappointed in the money Ive had to put out over a lousy phone screen and in Samsungs service to loyal customers.

I am hoping you can help me with getting the headphones that were part of the promotion for the Note 9. I did everything that was asked of me and received an email on 5/23 stating that I would get them finally after a year of calling the customer service dept . I then received another email stating that they would be sending them because the claim was never approved after all the information was sent in on numerous occasions. I have owned a Samsung washing machine for over 10 years now, recently I was made aware that my machine was part of a safety product record so I sent in my model and registration number by email to Samsung New Zealand and was confirmed that my machine was part of the recall and I was entitled to a full refund or a replacement machine.

Two days after receiving confirmation for a full refund or machine replacement I was emailed by Ryan Wu (Samsung Project Officer) that my machine had already received a refund from another customer and was told Samsung owns the machine now and wants to pick it up. I have had 10 years continuous ownership of this machine and have never gotten a refund for it or replacement for this faulty machine.

Ordered above for new samsung galaxy a20 on Wed 27 November. Paid £3 99 for delivery before 10 30am Thursday 28 Nov. Received message frm Samsung dpd approx 9 30 Wed am to say further to my request to now have item delivered on Friday it will be delivered on 29 Nov.

I bought a washer on October 28th 2019 and I bought the warranty It has not work since then. Your people have been out so many times I lost count. And they found some parts missing but putting them on still didn't fix it.

Now we are exchanging it for another one. The is that on October 22 2019 They told me it would take 7 to 10 business days. It's been 7 business days and today they text me and told me that it is going to take another 7 to 10 business days before the truck can come out and exchange it. This is unacceptable.

I have a Samsung Smart Tv- Un32EH5300 . Recently it continues to lose internet connection. Nothing wrong with the internet provider. Tried all solutions on the internet nothing worked . Disconnecting the power on tv and plugging back in works temporarily.

I tried reaching Samsung by phone but recorded message wait there would be a charge to get help . Hung up . 00 charge to sign up for trial assistance. Started to sign up but did not fully complete . 00 for 0 assistance.

Poor Customer service ! My sim card was cloned, different software was downloaded to my phone. I changed the number but I did not do the reset on my phone. When I realized it is the issue with the phone I went to samsung and they fixed it.

Meanwhile I was log out of all my emails. Everything was changed. I ordered a tablet in that time. I called to changed my email and to reset the password and I was told that I cant do that. I gave all the information.

We called Samsung service because we were not getting enough ice from our ice maker. We were instructed to operate a "lever" which does not exist in our fridge. They elevated our concerns to another department and we received a call where they took a look at our fridge via mobile phone. We were told that ice should be produced every hour!! ... and would we like to have a technician come over? Purchase s10+ and Gear 2 smart watch from Bestbuy. Both got issues . The watch turned off and never worked again. Phone never connected to Android auto or fast charged since we bought. Sent them to Samsung. Bot were diagnosed with water damage which is ridiculous as they were never exposed to water/humid outside of day to day usage.

Customer service is very unprofessional and unreasonable. Will be taking them to court and never buy Samsung again.

I bought a 55" Q7 Samsung TV July 2018 and know it has a vertical blue green line running through the picture. It is only warranted for a year. I would not recommend anyone buying a Samsung TV if it is going to crash just out of warranty. Not a happy costumer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted samsung 18th November 2018 to get a copy of my purchase receipt for insurance purposes. I was sent the receipt on the 19th November 2019, 1 year later. And the receipt was not mine. The receipt was for Ana Comerzan and it had all her details and also the details of her device on the receipt.

Not only have you not solved my query ( I do not need this anymore) but you have breached data protection regulations.
