To Whom concerned I want to inform of my utter disappointment with the service and feedback I got from Samsung until now. On the 6th of August 2019 I bought a new Samsung refrigerator as part of a larger electronics purchase for my new home in Yzerfontein.

The goods were purchased on a special promotion to be kept in storage until my house was completed. The goods were delivered to my storage place in September 2019 where it was kept. When we moved into our new house two weeks ago the refrigerator was unpacked from the carton in which it was delivered.

We immediately noticed that the front door had very slight surface damage and reported it to the sales person at Hirches in Milnerton who duly asked us to send photos of the fridge and the box to see if there was any evidence of damage…

You have sold me a Galaxy phone which I now know to be full of problems relating to hearing the caller and vice versa. You have continued to sell this piece of crap and when taken back to find out why it doesn't work your staff pretend they hsven't a clue why knowing full well it is substandard and continuing to be sold to unsuspecting customers. I will be contacting consumer affairs to see if I can get a refund. I didn't know I would be buying a substandard phone as you didn't bother to tell me about all the problems other people have.

Requested an email of my online chat this morning and as of yet, have not received it. In addition, a rep named Kevin was to call me back with a ticket number so that I could schedule a repair appointment.

Have yet to hear from in. Called the repair shop and found out it was given to them. Had I not called them, I would still be waiting. I’m thoroughly is gusted with your support service. They couldn’t schedule an appointment without it.

What a bunch of malarkey. I am paying for the repair myself as the refrigerator is out of warranty. Don’t understand why I have to go through Samsung to get my appliance repaired when it is not under warranty.

My smart watch was already repaired I called to get it Fix Again. The employee gave me 3 options. After I reviewed them, I called back just to find out that I only had one option. I asked to speak with a manager.

I was on HOLD for ONE hour until I got frustrated of waiting and hang up. My issue still not fixed.

I bought a samsung S10e on 12/09/19 receiving a leaflet for AKG Y500 headphones as free offer. Applied to Samsung promotions after 14 days sending photos of VAT receipt . Received email 11/10/19 requesting additional information, VAT receipt, sent by o2 guru on my behalf on 14/10/19 Email 23/19/19 from Samsung telling my rejecting my claim.

Phoned promotions and told to email clear VAT receipt again and an exception would be raised. Sent 24/10/19 Email from Samsung 08/10/19 exception refused. erous calls made to Samsung promotions and Samsung complaints department have been unhelpful and often rude.

I traded my Note9 during an online purchase for a $600 instant credit and have to send my trade-in phone within 14-days of receiving the new one. Well, I sent the trade-in phone and Samsung rejected (a brand new phone), and charged me back the $600 they applied to my purchase.

Samsung South Africa is absolutely pathetic! In March 2019 I upgraded to the new S10+ due to the fact that I have been using Samsung for the last 6 years as well as 2 years before in 2005. I had 5 Samsung phones in total, therefore I decided to stick to the brand. They just said to me that there's no ear buds left, so sorry - can't help you. This is after I applied in the given time frames for the earbuds.

Samsung SA had some offers on their products. One offer was a set of free Samsung Galaxy Earbuds and the other was screen protection insurance. I applied for both. First they failed to deliver my earbuds as a result of poor communication from their side and then my screen protection insurance application was misplaced - and they never phoned me.

I was trying to finance the new Samsung Galaxy A50 (US version), I was suppose to get $100 dollars off but for some reason the financing was rejected as a method of payment. There were phone that cost less than the one I was trying to buy and financing was offered. 99. 99.

Every time I called customer service I got the run around telling me it is an issue with the financing bank, TD Bank. When I call TD bank they tell me my account is ready to go and I should be able to use it at any time.

I started this process on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2019 and I still am no closer to getting a new phone because I keep getting customer service reps from India who know nothing about how the process is suppose to work.

I purchased a Samsung tumble dryer from Currys which was delivered on 3rd October 2019 within two weeks the dryer broke down. When the engineer attended my house he said that this was the 3rd time that he had been called out to this problem and that Samsung were aware that the dyers were faulty and that they should all have been checked prior to delivery.

I have now spent hours on the telephone going backward and forwards between Samsung and Currys - Samsung saying that Currys needed to deal with a refund and Currys saying that it was Samsung - this is the second time I have had problems with Samsung products and the last time it took me over a year to get it sorted out and I had to go to Trading Starndards in the end which is what I have done this time as although the dryer was collected…

I can not redeem my bonus earbuds online for my new samsung s10+ note or my new samsung s6 tablet. And the only help I can get is after attempting to do it online more then several times is being on hold for way to long and still not getting anywhere.

If samsung is going to do these promotions to give customers incentative to purchase their products shouldn't it be an easier process to redeem promotions or is this what samsung wants so as they don't need to follow through on there promotions. Oven door exploded, I was advised that oven door would be fitted when engineer came out, he arrived last Thursday 31/10 looked at cooler and said he be back to fit door more than likely Tuesday 5/11 once he had the part. Today is Thursday 7/11 and no one even bothered to let me know I would be waiting until next week only I made phone call myself this morning..

My complaint can't be described in less than 100 words. I have been trying to get a replacement phone i sent into the repair center july 17, 2019. I asked for it to be sent back amd it was lost by UPS.

Then they found the box said it was improperly packaged by Samsung. The claim has been approved denied approved and still I have not been sent a replacement. Customer service has told me to wait and nothing happens. Told I'd get a call back and won't get a call back.

This has been escalated many times and still nothing has resolved thw issue. I feel this is between UPS and Samsung of who gonna pay for it. Why am I the one being inconvenienced. Customer service is below poor. I'm so unhappy with the service of your team.

I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy watch last year for Christmas. now I have nothing but trouble out of the watch. It won't log my runs. Yes,,,I ha e dine the updates and everything else but send it back to the factory to-do a factory reset.

I spoke with a representative 2 weeks ago to send it back to the factory he promised he would send me a shipping label to send the watch back. Two weeks later and I haven't seen the label to send the watch back.

I will never buy another Samsung product. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with the watch and the company.

I recently purchased a Samsung counter Depth black stainless steel refrigerator, in August of 2019. I was just starting a total remodel on my kitchen and when it was delivered, my kitchen was completely gutted. I had the delivery guy put it in my garage and I left it in the box and did not un-package it until I knew it could be moved to the kitchen when it was ready.

We had quite a few delays and finally yesterday (11/4/2019) we were able to take the refrigerator out of the box and move it into my kitchen. When we took it out of the box, we saw the bottom left door was dented.

Purchased a watch which was defective, send it to Samsung for repair and found that there were several things wrong with the watch. Samsung send the watch back couple weeks later and still the battery die in 3 hours. We resend the watch for them to tells us it could not be fixed and will send us a refurbish one or a refund.

Mind we pay 375 dollars for the watch that was use 2 days and they offer a 150 dollars refurbish. When talking to customer care whey were clueless and rude saying things like "it does not matter you call before and we do not give you a refund just because you ask for one".

I am filing this on-line as a first step to register my complaint. I intend to send correspondence to the president's e-mail address, and, if necessary, I will contact the home office in Korea. I returned my Galaxy watch LTE version to the service department in Plano Texas two times, starting in July, for poor battery life and a refund was initiated and approved by case management on 10/7/19.

Then I erroneously got a replacement watch and returned that, at the direction of Samsung support, also to Plano Texas. 00 by no later than 11/5/19 which is 21 business days from the 10/7 approval date. Went to Samsung Olympic Park today 5/11/19@around 11 am and spoke with an Indian manager not sure of his name but may I just say he had absolutely no Customer skills what so ever... " then as my husband was still talking he proceeded to walk away and close a door behind him.

Had to wait 2weeks for washing machine repair. Had to continually contact company for information. Repaired 29-10 broke down again 3-11. Called service centre and was told I would be contacted immediately with repair details at 09-40 today, Now 11-45 and nothing.

Unless this is resolved today I have no choice but to use an independent engineer and send bill to Samsung.
