Being a fan of Samsung products, I purchased Refrigerator RS554 NRUAIJ (591L Side by Side FF Shinny River) on 27 Aug 2017 from Bismi Appliances Ernakulam (Invoice no. 1038780) as attached. Unfortunately, in less than a year, it it got defective. It took few months to get it repaired as the spare part (learned as its control Board) was not available and had to be brought from the company. ( You may refer the service order number 4266634954 dtd August 2018). Though the defect was reported a couple of months earlier, it was not attended and got cancelled as I was not available when your service men called. However, it got repaired under Warranty depriving me the use of refrigerated for several days.

This drier is 3 years old. Internert is full of complaint for the same reason that my drier stoped working yet all samsung did was give me a phone number of a service that is 1 HR drive although they know what the problem is( very common) and
told me also that I can call any technician I like. This is a joke samsung. I made a mistake of not looking at the internet before buying. If I have time I will publish my feelings against sumsung where ever I can so people know what to buy.

Ordered washer and dryer from there website. Wouldn't go through on my dicover card because it was a big transaction, had to verify it was me. Once i did that i spent an hour going back and fourth with Samsung trying to get them to get the payment to go through.
I even had a dicover agent on the phone and samsung representative and still nothing. My dicover people said it was on there end why it wasnt happening cause they see it popping up and then canceling right after. Samsung kept saying cancel and reorder...

I bought a galaxy 3 tab in April last year, for 100 000 rupeesIt was down a few months later within one year, could not start. I gave to Colombo service Center, they said It is a mother board problem and repaired free. The person at the counter told me that the finger print sensor may not work sometime later. If so, bring it back. When I took it back, now they say, I have to pay 50 000 rupees to replace the display. I spoke to your company here in Srilanka they said they cannot do it as it is beyond warranty period. I gave complaint about my refrigerator on 21 Oct 2019 till now they are not responding properly. They did not send any message regarding the complaint nor the service men is coming to resolve my refrigerator's problem. I am tired off calling them.

I loved this watch! 3 weeks ago, after swimming practice it stopped charging, so i went to the official service (Israel- Suny Communications ltd) after 2 weeks i had informed, that the watch is full of corrosion inside, and to repair it, will cost approx 160 USD... Refrigrator not working. Its repair many time from Bathinda samsung care centre, but after repair after some days its again and again not working. 2 times refrigrator gas was filled but after 7-10 days its again same problem.

We've purchased several appliances from Samsung. The induction stove has cracked and the touch sensors failed shortly after. The interactive fridge that is supposed to display photos, memos, etc is completely useless after their April 2019 update. I've spoken to many representatives at Samsung Customer Service to no avail.
I will be reaching out to the VP, C-Level folks with formal complain. This needs to be shared on social media because their appliances are completely useless and way overpriced taking into account the fact that they don't perform half the promised functions.

on 27/10/2019 I took my samsung gear iconx (2018) for inspection at a samsung service center (55 Abbas El-Akkad, St, Nasr City, Cairo Governorate), where they refused to inspect the product for faults claiming that it is not their responsibility since they don't sell this product in Egypt.
I have mentioned the international warranty of Samsung and they denied upholding such a warranty as they don't sell the product, and as I bought my product while I was on a trip overseas.

We bought a Samsung 4 door flex refrigerator approx 2 years ago. This is our 2nd repair. On oct 3 19 we woke up and water covered the kitchen floor. We have an extended warranty. 2 hours on the phone with over 5 people.
Finally a date was set a week later by a and e repair. The window was from 12 to three. The guy shows up at almost 6 pm. He looked at the refrigerator said he had to order parts. Today repairman came said all the parts not here.

Our washing machine is less than 3 years old. We had to have our first one replaced under a recall for a faulty drum. Now we have an issue with sludge and mold accumulating in the bottom of the drum under the cover- see the photo attached.
This is absolutely disgusting and is leaving mold flakes all over our clothes. I have contacted samsung and they have told me that this is our issue as our machine is out of warranty. We have self cleaned our machine on a regular basis and the fact that this is what is in our machine is not right.
I have seen 100’s of complaints on line by others with the same issue. I plan to file a class action law suit against samsung for the issue we as well as other are experiencing and the lack of response to remedy this issue.
10/21/2019 - This is an attempt to receive my refund from Samsung. My name is Robin Olds my case numbers are #4151432179 and # 4151155083. I purchased a Samsung watch for Christmas 2019. The sensor covering on the back of my watch slipped off of the senor.
I contacted Samsung and send the watch in for repairs through a local UPS store. The watch was repaired and sent back. about a month later the sensor slipped off again. I was informed by Samsung to send it back again I did they said it was repaired and sent it back.
