I bought a Samsung TV which does not work. Samsung promised to send an 'invisable' lead which connects the TV to the seperate Samsung box... Still no lead sent. I called Samsung again and the lead was cancelled for no reason..

I have a Samsung refrigerator, model RF323TEDBSR. A component (DA67-03331) attached to the freezer door handle broke. I thought it would be a part I can purchase and would be pretty easy to repair. To my utter surprise, I found out that this part is not available as a separate component. In a couple of web pages, they suggest purchasing a brand new door just to get this part. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

Now that the handle is off, I see what a bad design this door is. I can't believe Samsung would make this part out of plastic. Worse yet, this moving part is not replaceable. No more Samsung products for me.

My complaint is about the Manager of the Cardiff queen street store. My phone had a fault so i took it to this store to see how they could help. I first met the Manager who wasn't very interested and passed me onto gerraint who was amazing, he listened explained i would need to leave my phone to get it checked out which was fine.

All the time i was there the manager saw other customers and was very rude and uninterested. They told me it would be cheaper to buy a new one than have it repaired. I took it to O2 who sent it away and gave me a new one. Samsung service for you.

com, I brought a 22CF Family Hub French. RF22K9581SG ion 11/29/2016. I have had 5 repair people that either SAMSUNG or BEST BUY have sent to no avail. I have been without the use of my Refrigerator for 2 months.

The cooling system is not working. After the fifth repair person said that they could not fix it because he was not certified. What's is so mind-blowing is that they sent the same repair person twice? Now mind you I brought the extra warranty, so I would not have to be this inconvenience.

Now Samsung tells me that they would give me a refund, I asked them what good a refund do if I don't have the refrigerator that I brought. So then they said that if I want an exchange that I would need the receipt which I supplied to the rep.

My Samsung robot vacuum has been in for service since July. It was originally repaired during the warranty period but had the same exact problem when it was just out of warranty. It’s 10/17 and it still has been returned.

I was told it was in a “gray area” and it needed to be tracked. ” I don’t want it back! It doesn’t work. I have explained, to deaf ears, that my husband and I live on disability and can not afford to invest in a product that doesn’t live up to its advertising.

And again, it’s been THREE months. I have all the emails and letters I have sent I case anyone wants to see them. Do the right thing and refund my money!!

I am extremely dissapointed that your Samsung Promotional Support Team have not contacted me about the email I sent to them on 15th October about the Samsung headphones that have not been delivered to me. DX Delivery have not delivered them but the tracking info on their site says they were delivered and signed for on 10th October.

This is impossible as I was in Scotland all last week and nobody was here to take delivery. DX do not respond to my 4 emails and if you phone you just get a message saying send an email. I asked your promotions team to help me with this but have not had the promised response.

I spoke to one of your tech guys about my Galaxy T585 not talking to my Samsung series 6 (43) television. Apparently I cannot use blue toothed which I find incredible. I can get all my other devices to talk to the tv Samsung and non Samsung.

We managed to connect via smart view. So I can now see what is on the tablet appears on the tv. So that is something. Your tech handed me over to your tv support tech. I did not understand a word he said. He then put me on hold for 20 minutes without saying a word. He pretended to not to hear me. So I hung up. Really just because I did not understand him and said so I was ignored.

We switched from Sprint to TMobile and both my husband and I bought new Samsung S10 phones. After about a week and a half, people started to tell me that they tried to call me and got a busy signal right away.

I called a tech support number and went to TMobile 3 times. Nothing worked. I was told that they could get me a refurbished phone. So, I pay for a new one and my only option was to get a refurbished phone?

Hello I bought your new note 10 plus on 28 sept 2019 in Israel. After 8 days of use the phone vibration stopped working. I took it to samsung's service center and after a day I got a brain new phone.

Hi dear Sir,

I am so stressed with the customer service and the solution provided to me by Samsung Australia.

I purchased A50 from Good Guys Australia which initially I liked it so much. I used the phone for two months and the phone broke down. The microphone and the speaker stopped working. Both microphone and the speaker did not work intermittently which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience.

Although I got it fixed twice by Samsung store (in both cases technicians provided a temporary solution), the problem keeps happening. I talked to a case manager and she refused to talk to a technician and the sales manager who witnessed the issue. I purchased a Samsung washing machine in April this year. Now has the code 5c. The web site gives a telephone number. The customer care staff issue a job number. Told me to wait for the engineer to call. Can't sit about waiting for a phone call. I called him.

He tells me November is the earliest appointment. I'm not available the first week. The appointment is for 13th November. A month without the machine and a month less on the warranty. Totally unimpressed. Terrible service.

I have a RF263TEAESR refrigerator that has been a problem from the time we got it. *The ice makers won’t dispense ice if the icemaker filter is installed, so we had to remove it, *The ice maker frost over and blocks the ice from dispensing so it has to be cleaned out weekly.

*There’s a barking sound for several minutes before the ice drops, like it’s struggling to release the ice. I’ve called Samsung several times. They tell me what I can do to fix these issues but none work. How can Samsung put junk in their appliances and not stand behind the problems?

I’ll never buy another Samsung appliance.

I bought a samsung 55" tv in April. It replaced a sony 55" that I had for 19 years with no problems. Only reason I had to let it go was because it finally did go out and they don't make the parts for it anymore.

So I went with Samsung. Right away I started having trouble with the sound going out. I had to turn it off and back on to get the sound back. It wasn't a big deal to me as I live here alone and it only inconvenienced me.

But in Aug the picture started going out. I had to do the same thing. Then it was a problem I thought the TV was too new to be doing these things. I went to Walmart to exchange for a new one.

39. I did not finance, I purchased outright, It is hard to hear out of them and I have experienced difficulty with adjusting etc. I contacted the 1-800-726-7864 to get customer support and they requested a copy of my receipt.

However, did not have my receipt so I contacted the store on 10/10/19 and they advised they were able to provide the transaction from that day, but I would have to come to the store to get it. I purchased a Note 7 in 2017 right after, the Note 7 caught on fire. I reported the issue to Samsung Corp. I was asked to submit proof of the purchase of my Note 7/also was told they would compensate our loss.

The worst experience I have had with any level of customer service. Bought a 4 piece kitchen suite which included a smart hub refrigerator months ago. This refrigerator has been down in for nine (9) days now. Samsung has no support system available to get this unit up and running.

Technician came out yesterday on day eight (8) and could not rectify the issue. I have been told today that it will be another five (5) days to have someone out to me again. Needles to say my GE fridge in my garage which has served me well for years is running flawlessly with no issues.

I had nothing but rave reviews to say about Samsung considering that my 6 TV's in my home are Samsung. God forbid if these. are supposed to have any issues. I am in awe that a giant as Samsung can represent itself as ludacris…

Firstly call centres should be based in the UK as call handlers are very hard to understand. On the 08/10/19 I rang Samsung explaining my dryer required a rubber sea/ gasket located by the lint filter. I was put on hold. I was then told an engineer would not call & they would send the rubber seal/gasket to my address I asked who do I complain to as an engineer should call & fit this item. I was again put on hold but was not transferred to anyone. I was then told by the caller I needed to send a photo of the item required.
