Dear Samsung - Head office,

I recently (3 months ago) bought a samsung Heat pump technology dryer. I paid a lot for this dryer but am unable to use it for my bedding / large clothing laundry because the laundry gets tangled up into a ball and remains wet and creased up. I have been contacting Samsung UK for a resolution to this problem but so far, they have implied that I am not using the machine correctly? I have been using dryers for the past 25 years from different manufacturers and models without having this problem? Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a fridge that after three months of operation started making cracking and popping noises. I called customer service and was given a reference number. The technician came and tried to fix the problem. However, the problem persisted.

Then I received a text message to ring Samsung with my reference number handy. On the 4th of October I spoke to Nell who thought I wanted a refund for the unit. Hello, I sending this email because I am so shocked. that XfinityMobile has left me without any cell phone service for 4 days now. My bill was completely paid off and they shut off my phone service and told it would take Samsung 5-7 days to unlock my phone so I could get phone service again.

I have purchased many Samsung phones, TV's microwaves etc. I will no longer purchase anything from your company, I buy only LG or Apple since you do not have a policy in place that prevents people with serious health issues like myself being without any phone service.

Service repair ticket 4151162669.

Your Riverdale, NJ, repair facility (CVE) has had my Galaxy Tab S 8.4 for 19 days (13 business days) and still no word on when the repair will be complete.

I've tried calling the facility direct but all i ever get is voice mail.

I've talked to your very helpful Depot Tracking personnel more than a dozen times, and although everyone is very nice, nothing whatsoever has been done to expedite the repair.

At this point, I don't know what to do about this problem. I don't understand why someone can't just call the facility directly and indicate the need to expedite the repair.

It's not a complicated repair. A new battery and charging port. An experienced repair technician could do it in less than 30 minutes.

Samsung dual fuel range. Bought it two years ago and have never been happy with it. Over two months ago the unit put itself into self cleaning mode (or wiping the control panel put it there). We only knew it when we noticed the heat coming from the unit.

By the time we noticed it the control panel had failed and gone black. There was no way to turn it off or stop the self cleaning process so I turned the power off to the stove. We called Samsung and they contacted a local service company who came out and examined the unit and ordered two control panels, one on the front of the stove and one on the back.

I dropp by service center to repair Battery and power kit of my old tablet(2014 version) and they delivered my tablet to a repair center. since then I got a phone call from a repair center and the repair fee was $230 so I suprised and requested my one back without repairing but after for a while they suggested down to $100 suddenly so I agreed to pay the money for the repair.

but 10 days later, I've got email from Samsung Exchange and Refund Department, Samsung is unable to offer any accommodations due to the parts are no longer available and send back to my home. but I didnot yet received my tablet even 10 days passed since I got the email.

I AM SO IRRITATED.

I was going to trade in my TAB S4 so it deducted $250 from the new device making the device $399.99 instead of $649.99 ORDER #:D17SH6E0A6 I opened the device and it had a STUCK PIXEL in the center. I purchased a dishwasher on July 11, 2019. I took delivery 7/10/19 while installing I found the kick plate was missing. I called samsung customer service on 7/11/19, I sent a copy of the receipt and was told it would be sent to me.

It has now bee 3 mos. I have made numerous calls. Resent the receipt, been told my claim was denied, told it would be shipped in 5 to 10 days. Told it could take uip to 14 days to process.

Told it would be expedited. Told again it was denied because it was out of warranty, told I waited too long to file a claim. Told again it was expedited I would receive it in 5 to 10 days. I just want my part that was omitted.

I made a complaint to the Samsung Customer Care 18001237155 on25/08/2019 and they forward my complaint to Shree balaji home appliances contact no. 9625572525 and they send a technician contact no. 7011068317 on 26/08/2019 he came and fill some gas and charged rupees 3000/-.

Next day it stop working and I call him he came and do something and he left. After next day we found that water are coming to the down compartment and the down compartment switch is not moving low or high.

Again we call to the customer care no. 18001237155 on12/09/2019 and the technician came and do some adjustment and said the switch need to replace and it will cost rupees 2500/- . I told him that switch was ok and functioning properly but he was not agree and left.

I have a NOTE8 that is a few months out of warranty. I was repeatedly told that Samsung would repair my phone at no cost to me. I could not send the phone back as I was leaving town in a few days, so the customer service rep told me to go to my local UBREAKIFIX , call the Samsung number and provide them the UBREAKIFIX ticket number.

I spend 2 hours on the phone while at UBREAKIFIX and Samsung kept saying the free repair was entered into the system while UBREAKIFIX could never see it, so could not fix it free. Turns out that the Samsung rep must have setup the warranty for service if I sent the phone back, but not for UBREAKIFIX.

My complaint is about the service center employees.

First day I called they said someone will call me on a thursday 8 to 12 pm, mind you I asked for a morning appointment, the day of I want to comfirm it and get told they will call you in 10 to 15 min. , now I have to wait until the 12 on a Sat to get work done on a washer from Samsung on warranty.

You tell me what is wrong with this situation, and that is to just wait for them to call to tell you when they are coming, whoever they are. When asked could I have the number of the service that is coming to my house so to make sure and to confirm that THEY know about the appt.

I called Samsung twice today about a white dot on my screen. I’ve read online that apparently Samsung is infamous for this. Call #1 was useless because I was not in front of the tv. Call #2 was equally useless because I was told my tv is out of warranty and there’s no service techs in my area.

I don’t know about you but I expect a tv to last more than 3 years. And I expect help if I ask for it. If I have to buy a new tv it will not be a Samsung and I will start a social media campaign to discourage anyone from buying one. This is ridiculous.

A cheap part could keep a customer happy and keep that customer for years.

Purchased Gear IconX earbuds in January. Within 2 weeks, one of them quit working. Was able to return to AT&T for replacement, as it was within 30 days. Got 2nd set. Same issue after about a month of use. So now outside of return window at AT&T, I have to call Samsung.

On July 27th, 2019, I contacted Samsung for connectivity issues with my Samsung Galaxy 8+ phone. I was asked to visit the local repair center 'ubreakifix'. I took my phone there and they informed me that the motherboard needs to be replaced and suggested to contact Samsung again as they can't do those repairs in the local store.

They were also surprised as to why I was sent to the local store as the technical support employees at Samsung know how to resolve such issues with the galaxy s8 + phone. I love my galaxy S8, but Samsung's complaint process appears to be a BS process designed to force you to give up. The issue I sent brought a response that said customer service could not understand my issue, that I needed to provide more details even though I had used ALL of the limited space provided.

When I tried to provide additional detail to their blow off response, the only email address provided was rejected. As it is time for a new phone I will search for a manufacture that is accessable to their customers. No phone is perfect so customer service needs to be available.

Even poor customer service is better than NO customer service.

We recently had a problem with our samsung french door refrigerator. It started with a noise, then after a few days, frost started to build up inside the refrigerator and the temperature started blinking. After a few days, it wasn't cooling well anymore.

We called samsung support for them to send someone to look at it. Since our warranty has already expired, we paid $80 for the trip and diagnostic, $80 for labor, and around $150 to replace a part. This repair has a warranty of 90 days.

About 2 weeks after that, it started making noise again. I tried to chat with samsung support so they can send someone again since we still have a warranty on the service. Bought a 82 inch samsung tv in Jan. 2019 6 month later i noticed ,what i call ghost images and a pixel out. Samsung sent someone out and they could not figure out what was causing it so they said it was a bug infestation (bull crap) and when i called the tech he said "I don't know what they're talking about ,he never said it.
