I have a s9 phone. Which will not charge, I went through my provider and was as it is under warranty it is down to Samsung to rectify this problem so I was transferred to yourselves. This was over two weeks ago and everything was arranged eventually.
All information was given that was asked. Now yesterday I received my phone back un repaired with a note saying as I haven't provided proof of ownership it will not be repaired. At no point was I asked to provide this information.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from every person I have dealt with thus far. A real lack of solutions only more problems and excuses. I have a customer reference which is 2122847279. I expect to have some clarity as to how this has happened and I will be considering looking…
