I have a s9 phone. Which will not charge, I went through my provider and was as it is under warranty it is down to Samsung to rectify this problem so I was transferred to yourselves. This was over two weeks ago and everything was arranged eventually.

All information was given that was asked. Now yesterday I received my phone back un repaired with a note saying as I haven't provided proof of ownership it will not be repaired. At no point was I asked to provide this information.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from every person I have dealt with thus far. A real lack of solutions only more problems and excuses. I bought a washing machine WW10H9600EW in November 2016. It was one of the latest models with a high capacity, an automatic dispenser for washing and softer liquids, the types of programs I would frequently use and could even be operated from my mobile phone.

I have had to call out the technicians several times since buying the machine the last time on 20th July this year because it was stuck at the beginning of the cycle where it detects the weight of the items in the machine. The engineer came and told me he had fixed it by cleaning the filter.

When I insisted that he put it on a wash cycle it was discovered that it was not fixed and he told me it needed a new computer! I paid for his visit and waited for the computer to arrive.

My phone broke down yesterday. It just stop charging. So I went to Samsung store ( I had Samsung phone) to ask if they can fix it for me. Been told its £300 so I better get a new phone instead so I did. Bought the A10.

I have asked the staff member if they can tranfer everything from my old phone to the new one somehow. Been told thats fine the only issue was that my old phone had 64gb memory while the new one its 32gb.

Still I have asked if they can transfer everything they can. Been told its ok to do it and wanted me to come back after an hour. An hour later Im coming back just to be told it will take another half an hour!!

Oh well I thought to myslef because I really needed all my pictures I had in my phone (around 8000 ). Coming back 10 mins before the store close down and what???…

Our newly purchased Samsung dishwasher was… not normal. It would only drain manually. Please note that it COULD drain, but it wouldn’t at the end of a cycle like dishwashers are supposed to do. Meaning my dishes would end up sitting in an enclosed, humid space full of dirty dishwater. (We also noticed that the dishwasher’s 60-minute wash option went on much longer than 60 minutes.) Something wasn’t right.

We spend 3k on fridge less than a year ago. It was making a funny noise. A service man come to fix it, afterwards it didnt work at all! Service from samsung has been the worst i'v ever experienced. I think Samsung evern tried to blame us.

we are a young family with 3 children. This has bn going on for over 3 weeks now! And i haven't started telling you half of it yet. Ps we evern took out extended warranty. We have found samsung terrible to deal with.

I purchased a tablet on Aug 26th fron Sam's Club in Cleveland Ohio. During the set up process I locked myself out. Shipped to the repair center on the 5th of Sept but to date still do not have tablet today is the 24th. e.

new software installed sent to wrong service center and one of the best was it is a WiFi and had to go to a different repair center. Don't all tablets use WiFi??? I am at my wits end with this and don't know what else to do?????

I have purchased a Samsung Smart LED TV on 29 Jan 2017 for 52,000 INR. This was purchased from Reliance digital,Phoenix Mall Pune. TV's motherboard and Logic board got damaged and technicians are saying to change both of them. The cost to replace these 2 items is around ,10,000 INR.

I was surprised to know how can a brand will have such issues so early? i have purchased TV seeing towards a Brand, invested around 50K however not satisfied at all with the brand due to issues seen in 2.5 years.

I called in June to complain that our stove with a ceramic top was randomly turning on. They advised that it could not happen. It continues to do this so we unplug the stove when not in use which is extremely inconvenient.

I noticed in August that Whirlpool has recalled several models of ceramic top stoves for this very reason, the burners randomly come on. I called Samsung again to ask they had received any similar complaints and to advise them that this can happen as it is happening with Whirlpool stoves.

We bought an $800 dryer brand new 3 years ago. Been in pieces twice for repairs.

First time the heating element failed. This time it's the drum seal. Other manufacturers charge less than $50 to replace this part. Not Samsung. They want you to pay $120-160. Absolutely ridiculous. I've now dropped $300 for repairs on top of the $800 to purchase.

We also bought the matching washing machine at the same time and the perimeter of the bleach dispenser is covered in rust. Both of these items are pieces of junk and another Samsung product will never find its way into our house.

In July of 2019 i upgraded to the new Samsung A70. I decided beforhand to apply for the package that included a battery pack as well as the Samsung Fit E. I contacted MTN regarding my delivery as those items were not included.

My mother's ice maker chops all ice now regardless of setting. I contacted support via chat. I was told to reset it and wait 8 hours. No change. I contacted them again, eventually got a repair ticket. Hurrah!!! Upon further review the slime dog created it as Out of Warranty without even asking me to verify the purchase date.

After just three more chat sessions and sending two copies of the receipt, they finally relented and accepted that it WAS in warrant at less than 11 months old. The first receipt was denied because while it showed place of purchase, logo, date and price, the payment type was cutoff. I told them it was none of their business how it was paid for. In fact I asked what difference it would make if I paid for it with sex!

I'm Tin Maung Thwin and I'm from Myanmar. I purchased Samsung Galaxy Watch in January 2019. In May 21 (4 months after purchasing), my watch had problem in sensors and I went to service center. Serviceman said all sensors of my watch were not working except light sensor.

He said a new circuit (motherboard) had been changed and returned it on May 31. It worked properly. After nearly one month on June 25, the same problem occurred again. No step counting, no heart rate measurement and so on.

Samsung Refrigerator, model # RF261BEAESR, 4 years old, just required repair. There was a buzzing noise which became louder over 24 hours at which time it stopped buzzing. It took 24 hours before realizing the refrigerator and freezer were not working.

So I Googled the symptoms immediately finding a YouTube video explaining the Samsung refrigerators are notorious for freezing up, the evaporator fan hitting the ice and eventually burning out unless the ice is defrosted. Of course this information came too late.

I called local service who diagnosed the issue as the same as Google search - ice build-up causing the evaporator fan motor to burn out. The service technician defrosted the ice, replaced the evaporator fan motor for a cost of $330.

My washing machine bought in jan 2019 has broken down. I had to wait a week for repair and was broken again within 30 mins. No one could come back for another 4 days which I said was unacceptable and not good enough.

Hello sir !! I had made a complain bkg I'd number 65126943 refrigerator repair service , out of waranty. I was directed to a service centre who sent two boys who didn't know anything and they said the compressor is not working and it will cost ₹9500/- I had a doubt that they were out to cheat me.

I have a Samsung Refrigerator that I purchased in August of 2018. The ice maker has gone out twice in one year. I spoke with the technician to fix it. He arrived today without the part further inconveniencing me. So this means that I as the consumer has to wait another 4 days to get it fixed.

My son’s Gear 2 watch refuses to turn on or charge. Aug 15 Samsung said sent it to them and it was under warranty. Called a week later to check and told not under warranty even thought I sent a copy of the receipt dated 10/8/18 so less than 1 year old.

Told it was a mistake and it will fixed and returned in 7-10 days. Call 2 weeks later to hear now the phone has water damage and will cost $253 to fix. There is no water damage. They sent the unrepaired watch back.

I have been trying for 4 weeks to contact Samsung about my upgrade programme, I am eligible to upgrade. I have been since august 7th. but since then I have been bounced from one department to another multiple times.

I have called to be redirected 5 times and sent to the wrong departments only to be told to start again. we are now midway through September and still nothing and still no upgrade.

My request No is-4289466668.Till date it has not been resolved.your service centre speaks to me after every 2-3 days,but no body turns up for resolving. Fridge requires only a gasket to stop leakages from freezer door to avoid formation of ice.Your men on ground don’t listen to your service centre orders.Will you look into it ?
