My son bought me a Samsung gear fit2 Pro for Christmas (2018) from Macy’s dept. store. After having the watch for 6 months, the band completely broke off. I never was rough with it and never even showered with it on.

I tried a few different watch bands, but they would not stay on (kept falling off). I called customer service and was told they would fix it or replace it. Then I get a repair bill for over $70 (which never mentioned the band).

I was told by the customer rep that it was a software problem. why is it out of warranty? Then I’m told it’s hardware. I said your watch is defective to break off like that!! Then I’m told it’s labor. What a run around.

All purchased from BESTBUY: bought fridge, broke within 5 years, purchased second fridge. Purchased stove, convection broke within 18 months. 00 to remove a coin. 00 in gas. (info/receipts available). 00 in gas and the repair person used my vacuum cleaner to clean up.

I have spent thousands of dollars buying 2 fridges, 1 was un-repairable, I had to buy the second fridge to replace. The washer cost hundreds of dollars to repair for a 20 minute drive to my house and to take out a coin, a 15 minute job.

The convection oven is still not working because I cannot afford hundreds of dollars in gas and repair work to reconnect the wire on the motor in the oven. Now in September 2019 the Samsung dryer is not heating the air to dry the clothes.

New slide in range was delivered on September 5, 2019. It is to be installed in a new kitchen counter not yet completed so has not been used. The box showed no signs of damage, upon taking the outer box off of range a dent was noticed in the right corner of the bottom slide out drawer.

We called Costco since they sold the range and they talked to Samsung who agreed to send out a new draw face under case # 146248. Now on September 12th we get a call from Samsung that they will not send drawer, that it must have been damaged in transit and will not be replaced unless we pay for a new one.

Also Samsung said they do NOT have any service in this area and basically we are on our own! Thank heavens for Costco, as the are sending out a new range to replace this one for a dent in a drawer!…

I bought a pair of galaxy buds on the 25th of August, by the 26th one of the buds had stopped working, I did the online chat on the 27th and they had me send them back, I did so on the 29th. I contacted Samsung because I have an AT&T phone on the next plan that is a Samsung A6. I had misplaced it and when i found it I could not remember the gmail or password that was synced with the phone. Therefore making it USELESS.

I was told by a Samsung CSR that i would receive a shipping label via email. Return the phone with a charger and Samsung would reset it for FREE! I sent phone in and got an email with a bill for $102 stating the phone had been reset and the screen that had a small crack was fixed.

I have made 18 attempts to obtain a resolution to my ongoing issue with my Samsung refrigerator. The compressor went out in it on July 4th and it was covered under warranty. The issue with my refrigerator was initially brought to Samsungs attention on July 5, 2019.

It took nearly 3 weeks for them to replace the compressor, with a large one that my fridge was not equipt to handle, which in turn caused the entrire fridge / freezer to break down. Called Samsung parts department for two days. They do not answer , and when I leave my name and number they have not attempted to call me back. I can not find a water filter to fit our refrigerator. I have tried compatible filters and Samsung filters and they do not fit.

It appears they have changed the filter and they no longer fit properly, because they now have a lip at the top of the filter that makes it to big. Please assist in getting us a part that works.

I sent a Note 7 back to Samsung in April using the pre-paid label they provided. After 3 weeks I called to see where my check was, hey told me that they had received the product but that it hadn't been signed into the warehouse.

Spent $2400 on fridge, broke 2 and a half months later. Two techs out and last one told us it had been repaired before we received it. Back and forth with your company and Lowe's almost a month later and we still have no fridge.

I want to get my fridge which is under warranty replaced. It initially broke on 8/4/19. Worked for a couple of weeks then failed on 8/26/19. It was deemed unrepairable on the 29th of August. I called several times and never got past a front line person.

Purchased a 27 inch monitor for my computer at the first of the year from Lazada. Got it and it worked fine for 5 months, started acting hinkey and just stopped working in July. The monitor was taken in to a Samsung service center in Chiang Mai, where it was told the problem was our fault and it would take 4,000 baht to fix.

No other information was given as to why it was my fault. It never was dropped wet or moved more than inch or two for occasional dusting. Oddly the person in front of us was told the same thing. But why under a years warranty was it my fault.

I've been purchasing all my recent phone and accessories from the samsung app. Its tied to samsung financing td bank. This last order I put in will not go through due to being not approved. d. bank and my account is up to date with more funds then needed.

I don't see why it's not approved through Samsung. I also contacted Samsung and was told that there was nothing they could do and have no reason why my purchase isn't approved.

Purchased a refrigerator two-three months ago and once we got it home & set-up the icemaker did not work. Upon checking into warrenty, we were told item was under warrenty and that the icemaker would be repaired free of charge.

Received call stating a Samsung serviceman would contact us to set up date & time to come to home & repair refrigerator. Approximately two-weeks later we received a second call stating there was not a Samsung serviceman in our area so the refrigerator was going to be replaced - would be shipped to our address.

Another week passed and we received another phone call from Samsung stating the model we had purchased was not available (in stock) so Samsung was going to reimburse us $1,274 for the refrigerator. THEN we are told we must CUT THE CORD on refrigerator and…
