Now it says expedited delivery date Oct 1 2019, I contacted eCommerce by phone and chats on numerous occasions asking why the delivery date changed to Oct 1st, and I was informed the date has not changed, yet the phone did not arrived on Sep 4th, I called again and

I purchased a new, top of the line range in July. The porcelain top has pitted. When I contacted the warranty technician, I was told that it was considered cosmetic damage, and therefore, would not be covered under warranty. I have not had the range long enough for the damage to the top to be anything other than the result of a defective piece.

I am very displeased and will not purchase from Samsung again.

On Thursday evening we took a new Samsung phone to the kiosk at Fountain Gate. My son had forgotten the password before even using it . The male assistant recommended us to use another kiosk upstairs called Haiou saying they could fix on the spot , and cheaper ,which we did after a week the phone was returned as they decided they couldn’t fix it and suggested we take it to Samsung.

I would just suggest your assistants don’t recommend people to take there phones elsewhere when they come for help.

My Samsung washer was part of the class action lawsuits. I have been speaking to customer relations and they sent me an acceptance letter which I filled out. At first I faxed this letter back to them and then called to see if they received it and they said no because they do not use that fax number that's at the bottom of the letter so

they told me to email the letter along with the pictures they requested, which I did. So then I call back and I was told by a manager that they received everything they needed and it was being transferred to their finance department to start the refund process.

The man I spoke with told me I would get an email from the finance department in 2-3 days giving me an option of a check to be sent out or direct deposit. So none the less I have not received that…

My brand new, but fault, mobile (S10e) was returned back to the warehouse on 20 August and I am still waiting for either a replacement or a refund. When I have tried to make contact to check progress, I have either failed to receive a response or have been lied to by Samsung staff. It’s been quite a shock from a company that I believed had high standards.

I bought washer/dryer pair 3 years ago, washer has been worked on one time. It is now shot! Dryer worked on once and still going. I'm very disappointed as i expected many years from this nice pair. We take care of things, not been abused in any way.

Anything short of replacement would be worthless. I'm just so tired of quality names being so below average! This time i washed a very light load of grand daughters clothes. It filled full of water, exlarge. Then stops on spin. Sooooooo aggravated!!!!!!

5hp inverter type split aircon because Phil Samsung management cannot be contacted but are shielded from direct customer complaints thru call centers and no published tel nos and email address to be able to contact them directly. It had been down since July 19, 2019 until today, Sept 4, 2019 with latest Phil. Reference No 428910236.

We were initially required to pay P6,150 as 50% Downpayment for 1 pc Evap PCB & 1 pc Condenser PCB coz they don't carry past model spare parts (sic). After paying the balance & installation, said PCB's conked out again.

We bought a Samsung electric range slide in 5.8 cu ft with Tuscan Stainless steel from Home Depot two years ago. We bought an extended three-year warranty. After two years when we turned on the oven cleaning feature the oven went dead, the control panel went dead, and the door lock won't open.

We called the warranty number. We were told "this is a common problem". We spent a total of 4 hours being transferred to 5 different individuals in different departments. If have called different numbers Home Depot has given us, but haven't yet gotten Samsung to repond to our left messages. It has become clear that Samsung will not honor the warranty.

Dryer door glass cracked. Samsung send out an authorized representative to assess the issue. Representative stated its a defect. Took pictures and video. Customer service called 2 hours later stating that it was physical damage. In no way is that what representative stated.

I had purchased a Samsung AC on 25-5-2010. The AC is having problem from last 2 months. It had lost its cooling effect. Gave a complaint to Samsung call centre on 9-8-'19. The Service Order No. given by Samsung is 4288278026.

The Technician checked the AC on 10-8-'19, and reported that the PCB board is burnt out and it has to be changed. A new PCB had been procured by Samsung. The Technicians tried to fix the new board to AC on 16-8-'19 and on 21-8-'19, but they didn't succeed in fitting it to AC.

I purchased a Samsung gas range oven from Best Buy. After a few months and stopped working, Samsung said they were going to send someone out to fix it they set up a date and time I took a day off work so

Approximately two years ago I bought a high-end screen 65KS95000, which I loved (and love) so much!

I have been purchasing Samsung Galaxy since 4 years ago, this is my 3rd phone. I have issues with the Galaxy S9, with the volume; I cant hear phone calls, I have to use the speaker. I contact customer services, they told me to send the phone in the mail in order to fix it, and they will send me a UPS label in my email.

I did receive the email and I click the UPS link didn’t open, error message appeared. At this point I don’t have phone and the problem hasn’t been resolved. I had spend thousands of dollars in Samsung phone and don’t last a year.

If I don’t get this problem fix, you will loose a customer.

Went to the Roosevelt Field Company Store. Wanted to purchase the warranty for the Samsung Note 10+. They couldn't do it. Took my phone and asked other associates to help. Got back the phone and my screen protector was scratched damaged on the bottom.

They denied that they did not damage it. Very upsetting because I bought the Note 10+ from that store last week brand new. Not only did I not get the warranty, they also damaged my screen protector on my new phone. Very upsetting.

My 65' 4k high definition model 6900 tv completely stopped working after 3 months. The electronics company I purchased the tv from said I had to take it up with Samsung. I went through the process and created a service ticket.

When nothing happened with that service ticket I called and complained and they created an "escalated" ticket number. 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard from Samsung about scheduling a repair or replacement. Their repair/replacement department doesn't take incoming calls. HOW CONVENIENT FOR THEM!

I purchased a refrigerator 3yrs and 8 months ago, only to have it break. I got a Samsung authorized repairer to come out and have a look at the fridge, only to be told that the part was no longer available, and my fridge was unrepairable.

As a consumer I would have never brought the fridge if I knew that this was going to happen. After going back and forth (over a week) with Harvey Norman and Samsung, the authorized repairer contacted me to tell me they have found a replacement part.

This matter could have been fixed in a reasonable time frame, and without all the dramas it has caused myself and my family. I am very disappointed with my experience with Samsung

on 14-3-19 I purchased a double door fridge RT28N3083S9 from the dealer T. V. After about two months, I found that the automatic defrost system of the fridge, especially in the freezer cabin is not functioning. Ice cubes would form in the cabin and when the door is opened heavy mist is formed.

In the food section cabin as well the defect is found. I promptly reported the complaint through the dealer. So far the defect is not resolved. Three or four technicians came. I honestly believe the fridge has a manufacturing defect.

I bought my stove 6 months ago and they want to charge me $350 for repairing the burned cables in the back of stove. When at first they agreed to cover it. I will take the appliance back to home depot for a full refund of the 6 items that I bought.

99$ for an extended guarantee. 99$ extended guarantee. Once again it was repaired many times. My last requests have gone unanswered by the Samsung ticket system (Repair Ticket: 4149427213 is one of many). Now I am going to be out of pocket again for and extended guarantee.

Two fridges within 3 years is not an expected life for an appliance,this is an average of 19months for the first one with multiple repairs and 18 months for the second one with a repair and no response to other requests for repair by Samsung. I should not have to be out of pocket for replacing an appliance that is only a few months old.

I’ve spent over 15 hours on and online trying to resolve a refund issue since 08/19/19 each time I’ve spoken to a representative I’ve been given a different answer and tonight I was on hold for over an hour once representative came on he too give me a different answer. I requested to speak to a supervisor he said that I would get the same answer that he just gave me l asked for supervisor l placed on hold again he came back to line to that supervisor would be with l was placed on hold for 30 minutes the representative then

told me that all the supervisor had left for the day because they were closing soon. When asked for his name he said have good evening and hung up on me. I’ve worked in customer service for over 30 years and I’m very respectful to others in customers.

We bought a Samsung washing machine (with an extended warranty) in April 2019. In July, I wiped a smudge by the labels of the washing cycles with a dampened-with-water cloth. The labels were coming off on my microfiber cloth. Getting service was an issue.

When we called to have it repaired or replaced (the part, not the machine), we were initially told it wasn't covered. We complained, so Samsung sent 2 repairmen with a new panel with labels.

However, they had a panel for a different machine in a different color. We spoke to one while the other called in a request for a new part (or so they said), then they told us that they weren't authorized to order the new part--only the owner could do that.
