Dear Sirs,, Samsung Egypt has the worst CS & maintenance team ! You are talking to robots, not human beings !

Our Samsung refrigerator RT50K6340SP which we bought less than 3 years ago, suddenly stopped cooling ! Even for 1 bottle of water. We called the CS hotline, they sent someone who said this is well known default in this model & they need to change the board & thermostat. He gave us an appointment & came & changed them & promised it will work.

It started to cool after 24 hours, we said it's fixed. Traveled for few days to come & find all food got rotten & again, no cooling !

We called again & i added to the complaint that the motor seems is not disconnecting & asked for another visit to do tests & measure the fireon to identify exactly the problem cause for 1 month am throwing…

My S9+ got a moisture in the usb port warning. (It was 95 and sunny out) I looked online and saw it was a common problem and tried a factory reset. It didn't work. So I called customer service. The representative said "Let me check if this is under warranty, ok go to this place for the repair." I come to find out it is not under warranty, and will cost $106 to fix it. Given that I work from home and need the phone to work, I said fine fix it, I'll just call service back. When i called service back I was informed that the place they sent me was a third party and there was nothing that Samsung could do about the cost even though the initial service rep mislead me on multiple occasions.

I purchased an S9 at the Tmobile store here on Eastern in Henderson NV. last May 2018. I was told the S9 had a 2 year warranty ( 1 year in store and 1-year return to the manufacturer ). I would never have spent $1,000 on a phone that would only be protected for 1 year. I the company who made it wouldn't stand behind their product I wouldn't want to buy it.

Last month I went into the TMobile store with my phone having a malfunctioning Micro Card reader. Bought a dryer 5 years ago, stopped working contacted samsung repair, needs a new mother board, but it can not be ordered because samsung does not make that model anymore. I am stuck with a dryer that can't be repaired!!!!

I did not know samsung makes disposable dryers!!!!! Called customer service and essentially they told that is life and you have to deal with it, this is outrageous, I have phones, televisions samsung, but now this is it!!! No more Samsung for me.

I’ve been having trouble with my stove since I had it after 11 months. When I first called they just told me I was not used to new technology that I would get used to it and it would be fine.

The stove was constantly overheating and not cooking properly. Now my back element and motherboard has burned out Samsung has promised me to replace both I do have paperwork on it. Now have reneged On that promise.

Your update took all of my company apps and either reset them or they never came back.

I had to re-do all of my settings down to the click of the text keyboad.

Purchased a side by side fridge 2 1/2 yrs. ago. Bought the extended warranty from Lowes. About 3 months ago I noticed the area under the water cup placement area for water/ice was starting to rust. I contacted Lowes and was told the warranty did not cover outside surface repairs.

How can you make a product that by its definition is to disburse water products and have it rust? This does not make sense. How can you pay so much for a product and have the front ruined by rust after such a short time.

I just bought a 75 inch Samsung tv my toddler hit the screen with a toy. There was no damage seen until you tried to turn the tv on. I called Samsung and told them exactly what happened. They told me it was covered under in home warranty and gave me the direct number for their authorized technicians which is dish.

Called them told them what happened they also told me it’s covered under in home warranty. Person came to my house and said nope Samsung won’t fix it. I have emails plus recorded calls of them saying it’s covered. Now I’m fighting to get it fixed plus their customer service is awful!

this is my new stove I bought in February the oven has barley been used and the coating on the actual oven is peeling off. I’m thirty one years old and have never seen an oven do this. The stove has never been cleaned besides a wipe down with a paper towel and baking soda after the peeling started.

Samsung warranty says it’s physical damage and not covered, even though nothing has been done to physical damage this oven. I just want to warn others to stay away from Samsung stoves because they are junk. My family who has supported Samsung in our house will now be moving on to a different company who actual cares about their customers.

I purchased a new Samsung S7 cell phone recently and while I have encountered a few issues, I have solved all but one.

And received this robotic reply. pasted below. This reply, word for word reply is posted one each review that wants Smart Things uninstalled or disabled.

I stated that I can Force Stop but cannot uninstall nor disable. Response states can disable. I have to go to apps under settings to force stop. So on the same page there is a Disable icon which is non functional, so the reply telling me to go to APPS, then Smart Things and Disable is insulting, as if I can Force stop, then I would disable if the icon functioned. When I force stop … the app just restarts shortly afterward on its own.

I had purchased a samsung washer from home depot a month ago. The washer stopped working on its own. The home depot advised me to call samsung which i did, they decided to send someone out to take a look at my washer who lied and stated my washer was infested with roaches and how detergent was placed in the wrong area.

Samsung was called again and sent out a 2nd person who stated that the information the first person stated was wrong. The reason the washer stopped working was because the computer board stopped working on its self. The gentlemen could not fix it due to what the previous person stated on the report in order to request the part.

first I had to get assistance in order to be able to pay, because the site kept crashing... the live chat said I had to go on secret mode to be able to do so!!! WHAT?! And that was just the beginning! Then...

I bought a extended warranty on my Samsung stove or range and the glass top cracked. Lowe’s said they wouldn’t cover it I would have to get with your repair center I did I sent the pictures and they said they would cover it one time only.

The said the repair person would have everything on him to fix it. The repair person came out started taking pictures same a Lowe’s did and said Samsung wasn’t, covering it it was damaged. I have purchased the QLED TV (QE657FNAU) in L’viv (UKRAINE) - that was the most expensive TV in the shop. Whilst purchasing, we were told that if something goes wrong, broken, etc. the TV will be immediately replaced as its price is $2500.

In 28 days after the purchase, it got broken. A long stripe along the screen appeared on the TV. TV stopped working. Needless to state our disappointment. Then, we called on the hotline of the service center. But we were told that the TV will not be replaced, only repaired.

Honestly, for this price I don’t want to use the repaired TV after less than 1 month of purchase. Is their any way to replace it with the new one or get a refund? Needless to mention that the seller refuses the replacement.

I sent my gear watch to have a new battery put in. That was approximately 3 weeks ago. I was told that it would cost $49. I agreed and thought it was taken care of tomorrow but after a week I had not heard anything so I called to check on it.

I recently bought this house that was totally remodeled. All new Samsung appliances in kitchen, still under warranty. The refrigerator makes a loud whining high pitch noise when running. The noise drives us out of the kitchen. I have had three different service men come and listen to the noise.

I scheduled an appointment for a recalled repair on my clothes washer. After waiting for 5 hours I called Samsung. I was informed that the service company (dish network) was experiencing technical difficulties. I should have been notified. They then gave me a number to another service company-that was going to charge me for the recalled repair.

Thank goodness I called back and got a wonderful man named Louie. He figured it out for me and help set up a new day for the repair. Very disappointing that Samsung knew the technician was not coming today and never contacted me.

In March this year, I purchased a Samsung mobile phone at Woolworths, Emu Plains, unfortunately, through no fault on my behalf the phone is broken beyond repair. I do not have the receipt. This is the third Samsung phone that I have purchased, and I have had nothing but problems with them.

The Fridge is 1.5 years old and the compressor went. An appliance repair person verified already. It is a warranty item from Samsung. Its been 3 weeks and phone calls everyday. Not ONE repair person they assign will replace a compressor.

At this point I am requesting that Samsung replace the defective refrigerator. Please e-mail me at snowflake39@comcast.net or call me at 914-419-1729.

A compressor should not go on a fridge less than 2 years old & if you insist on having your repair people look at it, at least make sure they are qualified to fix the issue prior to them calling me.

your case management department is lousy there hold time is ridiculous I have stayed on hold for at least 4 hours you all need a better system we need a better way to get In contact with case management we need a direct number I,m owed a refund it has been over 14 days all I want is my money that is owed to me

So just wanted to let everyone know not to buy the Samsung S10 (or any samsung product for that matter.) Have had the phone for 3 months and it quit charging. Sent it to samsung and they said liquid damage on the charger port due to "EAR MOISTURE" or Weather/Humidity (I don't live near a ocean) . Funny thing is, this phone has not been near liquid. After chatting with tech support they basically gave me the middle finger and don't care. Chat log:

Support: After checking the ticket our technicians found liquid damage on connector and indeed the case is pending wating for payment of $291.19, unfortunately we are unable to revert our technicians decision after the evaluation. ^Chris

Me: So they said it was caused by "ear moisture" or humidity so what you're saying is this phone is ip68…
