Wished I could rate them a 0. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Brand new $400+m microwaved delivered 07/14/2021. Exactly 15 days later(Samsungs return policy is 15 days), our microwave literally blew up. Dead. 15 DAYS OLD.

Called Samsung and was told that we had to file with the Warranty Department first. I did, ticket created and email sent with the date 07/29/2021. I inquired about just getting a new one and was told, I had to do the Warranty first, have a tech come out, if deemed non fixable, then we could get another one.

Purchased refrigerator Nov 22, 2019 from Lowes with an extended 5 year warranty. Freezer door on left side fell off when the door was pulled open on June 21, 2021. Lowes notified me the warranty does not cover the door repair.

This kind of terrible customer service reflects very poorly on your company and products. I may not get any satisfaction but at the very least you should know what a poor business partner you have in Lowes. And you have lost a customer after purchasing many of your products over the years.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Me and my husband both are from Hattiesburg, MS. We purchased a dryer from a company here called Cowboy Maloney's. We hadn't had the dryer a whole year yet ,so it still had warranty on it.

I got up one morning to do some laundry and discovered that the dryer was smoking so we called cowboy Maloney's to see if they could send someone out to make repairs. They instructed us to call call Samsung because they didn't handle the repair part of it Samsung repaired there own appliances.

com in Nov 2020. The oven had a problem soon after. Samsung scheduled a repair but the shop canceled saying we're outside the service area and they could not find another repair center in our area. Samsung finally said they'd exchange our unit but today called and said there are none in stock and no ETA.

com for delivery in five days but $350 more than we paid in Nov. They said they'll refund me so I can buy a new one at the higher price. I feel they should give us a refund and a credit for the price difference since it is a warranty replacement.

Several friends bought one on our recommendation but now I feel Samsung is not standing behind their product. One repair center in Denver Metro? Really??

Refrigerator bought on July 3 and the freezer door did not work correctly. Allied customer service a total of 10 times with 20 hours on the phone trying to solve problem. Asked for supervisors 3 times to which I was hung up on and did not receive a call back.

Promised a new refrigerator but none in stock. Offered refund that would not cover a new refrigerator because I bought it on sale. Lost food due to frost because freezer Door did not close correctly.

Finally repaired on Aug 17! No apology from company for lousy service and rude agents. Trying to send in for compensation for food lose but won’t send Because wrong email. y excellent customer service company would offer a monetary compensation for all the hours spent trying to get this resolved.

French Door Refrigerator ice maker stop working after 4 months, again in next three or four months. After repair Samsung expert/technician water connector- discharge stop working. Again call samsung schedule service , took three times after ordering different parts, NO luck!

SAMSUNG NEEDS TO acknowledge design flaws that allow the digital temp display to show normal safe temperatures yet in the refrigerator temperatures are 10-15 degrees F. higher. For the last 4 to 5 months I have called your toll free # to get a technician to come to my house. They have visited me 3 times and have changed my TV front panel twice.

However I keep having the same problem, the screes goes black suddenly. This has happened since I started calling Samsung 4 to 5 months ago (you have all this information in your records). After I have called Samsung, they have assigned a ticket # for the service, and the company in charge of the repair in this part of Florida, USA, is Lakes Electronics.

I purchase a Samsung front loader washing machine 9 years ago. From day 1it always had troubles balancing on spin cycle. It would try for 20 minutes to rebalance load. Each time tub and machine would bounce all over the place.

Sometimes it worked and other times we would just have to take things out and hand ring them out. I looked on internet and everyone is have same problem. It just stopped draining so I went and boight an LG So nice to see it work properly.

I have a Samsung phone and love it but will never buy a Samsung washer again and tell everyone I can.

However after using the oven for approximately 13 months. I received an error C-31. After. calling Samsung and speaking with them for two or more hours they decided they would send out a technician. The technician replaced the motherboard. I used the self cleaning feature on the range two weeks later and the oven gave the same code.

Another technician came out replaced the motherboard again. He advised me no to use self clean as it was a known problem with over heating the motherboard. As I explained in the first part of my review . I really like the stovetop so I did not use self clean again.

I bought a Samsung washer and dryer set 11 months ago because my 9 year old washer and dryer were unreliable. My dryer would not heat up or shut off unless unplugged. Phoned to have repaired 6 weeks ago. Repair man has been here 3 times.

( time lost at work to wait for him) and dryer now doesn't shut off at end of cycle. Woke up last night to dryer still running an hour after cycle 'ended' and smelling hot.

First time using since repaired. Phoned Samsung and told that service man will have to come back and try to solve problem again. More time off work!! He said parts are already close to $1000. More than paid for dryer and still is a piece of unreliable garbage.

Will never feel safe running this dryer again. I know one thing for sure I will never purchase another Samsung product again…

In 2016 my husband and I bought a stainless steel kitchen appliance package for our newly remodeled kitchen(dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove). since then we have had nothing but issues. I bought a brand new Samsung Top Loader Washing Machine with my Lowes Credit Card from Lowes on 8/17/2014. It was recalled in 2016, so in November 2016, we had a technician come out and "fix" the issue with the recall, put new stickers on the cycle, etc.

The washer started leaking at the beginning of June 2019 and then stopped working. It has been making a very loud noise for months when spinning and it moves really bad during the spin cycle but its level on the ground.

The issue was EXACTLY the same as what the recall was for in 2016. Samsung Customer Service told me because the washer was a RECALL, I would actually get a FULL Refund. ice maker quit working within a month. They sent a part to local repair guy how then installed and it didn't fix the problem. I have called Samsung service no less than 15 times spending at least 8-10 hours on the phone with different people.

Got approved for a replacement fridge which then they could never find a suitable replacement so then got approved for a refund and sent documents to follow to receive my refund. Getting this done was 7-9 month process. which I did along with signing a disclosure statement.

this process took another 4-5 months. Did it all jumped through ever hoop and now I have a huge flipping paper weight and no money. lets start a class action suit there is literally thousands of us

I bought Samsung washer Dec 2. Never worked correctly. In February it would not start. Technician said it needs a new motor. He also said machine will keep breaking down; this model is junk he said. I called Samsung several times.

I was told machine has to be fixed until it is unfixable. I said I don't want it fixed. Give me my money back or replace machine. They did not satisfy my demand. A technician came March 6 to replace motor.

I bought a Samsung convection microwave in 2013. It started giving an e32 just after 2 years. I repaired it with the genuine samsung part de9600837a and it worked but nearly every year I got the e32 error and had to replace the part.

The part needs replaced again but samsung in their wisdom discontinue making the parts after 5 years. This is not the only instance of this problem with this model CP1395EST. Others have experienced the same. So its a manufacturing fault.

A replace fridge was delivered 2/9/2019. Refrigerator was installed when we noticed dents in the door. Contacted customer service samward day and several day and three other days. Customer service stated that nothing would be done because i should have refused delivery.

I had a Samsung microwave for 9 years which stopped working, after I had it unplugged for 1 month when I was out of town. I called service, they. wanted to know the model nr. (SMH8165W) They send out a technician.

He pushed the buttons, looked at his computer and told me there are no parts for the model anymore. Charge appr $80 and with in 5 min he was gone. They should never have send a technician if there are no parts available.
