Have bought this product for at leat 25 years. Now that ever item you buy today has shrunk in size so has your toilet paper. So thin now that holding your hand behind a sheet you can see right thru.

No longer soft to your ass.

Scott toilet paper use to be the best. Actually was #1. Today your toilet paper is thin & we have to roll off a lot of tissue to make it thick enough to wipe ourself so that the waste don"t be on our hand.

Scott toilet paper today is not worth buying. Me myself I"m done. I won" t purchase it ever again. It use to be the best. Now it"s the worst.

I'm life time a scott customer, now in old ages and I found the quality is going down, they're thiner then ever, I'm reconsider should I try different brands of tissue instead of my royalty of the scott brand.

The last package of Scott toilet paper I purchased is so thin I can see through it. It dissolves upon use. In this respect it is more like cotton candy than tissue. I find it hilarious that corporations are skimming back to the point of lunacy on products that clearly need to have some substance.

It just goes to show, we are not involved in the equation. It is profit, and profit only.

We have been using Scott toilet tissue for more tgen 20 years ….can you tell me what happened to it it is like see through so thin it’s terrible I just bought an 18 pack from home depot and it’s really bad …if it’s going to remain like this please advise me cause it’s not cheap I will start buying another brand ..

I received toilet paper that didn’t have a cardboard roll in center or roll was squashed between toilet paper and unable to put it on my holder.

What has happened to Scott's toilet paper? I have been brand loyal for years, now I will never buy it again. It is so thin turns to mush when used. Regret buying large package feel like tossing it out. Whatever you did STOP.

I started using the 20 roll pack of Scott bath tissue and I have used 6 rolls so far and I wasn't going to say anything but all 6 rolls have the same problem. There is so much glue to hold the first sheet in place, that it goes down 11 sheets of paper.

Thus, I end up tearing them to shreds trying to get to the point where it is not fastened. I could not attach my photos I took, the files was too large. At the end of the roll, it was all bunched up and the edges looked like they went threw a shredder.

I am not getting 1000 sheets to each roll for sure. I have used Scott brand for years and never had a problem. The number inside the roll is: P10217204, the UPC is 0 54000 15029 6. I would like to confidence to buy your brand without having to fight to get the paper started.

My family has been using the Scott’s 1000 tp since I was a kid, over 20 years. Recently, I’ve noticed a change in the toilet paper. It’s super thin, rips when scrolling down the roll, and same with a wipe.

The quality has changed and I’m no longer happy with your product. I have 2 12 packs at the moment and would really like my money back or an alternative.

I spent $18 on a giant pack of Scott tissue which I usually buy and I can see clean through it. In all years did I have been buying Scott tissue? This one is the worst. It is very thin less than one ply toilet paper.

I bought a twenty pack of toilet paper and in the middle of the roll every single roll looks like it was wet and dryer and unraveled I’ve have never had a bad exspearence with this bran till now I am very disappointed in how bad it has become with this tissue thin and one ply no need to charge 20 for that quality I’m going to find another bran and I would like a refund

I bought a large multi pack and found it has no perforations to tear off. Rolls are narrower and very thin. Have used this brand my entire life. It has gone downhill. I am very disappointed. Why can't it stay the same?

My complaint is I have used Scott product for years and was very satisfied however now I still use it but found the roll are crushed and not a round shape but the thing that bothers me the most is tearing it it tears so crooked and not straight across like it always was I have no images too old and tired to take pictures of toilet paper

When drying your hands with them the towel leaves a tacky sticky feeling on my hands.

Also on my stainless steel sink and appliances they are leaving some kind of a film on them that is really difficult to get off. Do you put some kind of adhesive in your product and if so is it safe?

I’ve used your towels and toilet paper for many many years and have never had this tacky stickiness experience until the past year or so.

Scott multi-fold paper towels - Scott recently made change to them and they are HALF the thickness of the ones that I have been purchasing on Amazon for over one year. I have purchased the same Scott paper towels every month for over one year.

This past month - December of 2022 - they sent me the same box that I have always gotten, same number of paper towels, but the paper towels are now thin and half of the thickness of the old ones! SHAME on Scott paper towels for ripping off the customer and giving us half of the product while making us pay the same amount.

Have never been so disgusted with a purchase. Won’t put it out when having guests in parading. Can see thru it no perforations and absolutely shouldn’t be sold anywhere. So disgusted had to join the humongous list of dissatisfied customers .

What kind of idiots make toilet paper that dissolves when you wipe before you put it in the toilet. You have to be the biggest idiot to come up with this kind of toilet paper and to sell this stuff.

You are a joke and I will never buy your products again, and learn how to make toilet paper that's thick enough. You know how annoying it was to go all the way to the grocery store, then I buy I kid you not, 3 of your horrible rolls, then I open one to find out its thin and would hurt if I ever would wipe using that.

I have used Scott brand toilet paper for 25+ years and every couple of years I notice its changed again and again ... smaller rolls, thinner, terrible scratchy paper and on and on. You thought people would not notice?? I can literally SEE THROUGH IT...

My recent purchases of Scotts bath tissue have been disappointing. The rolls of tissue are now thinner that they have been in the past and are so thin that they tear very easily, even when the sheets are doubled or trippeled. Something needs to be done we are tired of breaking out

I was raised using Scott brand toilet paper. The last package I bought is horrible! It is so abrasive! Definitely cannot continue to use as toilet paper. Maybe for sanding spackling on wallboard or scour burnt on pans, cleaning grill grates or sanding woodworking projects.

I always bought Scott tissue toilet paper because it was the best! I don't know what happened but generic toilet paper is now better than Scott! Your toilet paper is so thin you can almost see through it! Forget about using to wipe after using the bathroom because the paper gets all torn up and is useless!

I use a lot of paper towels and look for brands ON SALE I found a good price on Scott paper towels a few weeks ago I DO NOT LIKE THEM -compared to other brands. They are too thin BUT my major complaint is the perforation is not intense enough— therefore they tear UNEVENLY!! I could use ones that are thin for some things—- But when they tear unevenly it is a wasted product..

Hi I've been purchasing Scott Toilet Tissue for many years. My last case of 20 was ABSOLUTELY horrible. It was the worst toilet tissue I have ever used. At 15/20 dollars a case this is unexceptionable. The toilet tissue is so thin we need a quarter of a roll to clean ourselves. I'm VERY disappointed.

I have used Scott toilet paper for years. I haven't used it in a year or so due to the higher price of it. I did however find it on sale and got some. To my surprise, this has to be the WORST toilet tissue I've ever used.

It is so thin that you can see through it. I isn't absorbent and all and you have to use so much of it for one wipe it is ridiculous. I am so sad by what I've seen from the time I used it before.

Please bring back the good Scott Tissue. This stuff is a joke and you should pull it off of the shelves. I normally never complain about much but this stuff made me so mad that I just had to contact you.

Hello, I buy the 36 roll, 1000 sheets bathroom tissue package. The perforations are not working and the paper tears randomly. What can be done please?

Need to use 20 sheets in comparison to 4 sheets of any other brand. Use several sheets to start roll, sheets glued together , not easy to start roll.

I ordered toilet paper from the company they took my $ and then haven't gotten back to me. I'm providing for my grand parents and aunt and uncle. They are all old and everywhere is sold out. My uncle has a heart condition my grandpa has a hip replacement.

I can't find the basics for them so I chose to order through this company online and they cant even get back to me.

After buying this product I'm very disappointed in it Scott's is now way as good as it was you can see right through the tolit paper. Sure the price has gone up but the quality is horrible.. will no longer be purchasing this

I bought a bulk pack and at least one of the rolls doesn't have any perforations to pull off individual pieces ! Is that rare ? For the past 50 + years I have been loyal and satisfied. I'm not upset.

This is the worst paper product I ever had. I purchased it at our local BJ store. After about a month of usage, my drain plugged up. I got a plumber to come and clear the clog and discovered the paper was the source of the plug. Unlike other toilet paper which breaks down when soaked in water, you product retains its form and act like a towel which gets tangled and clogged my drain. it cost me $100 to clean my drain pipe. This product is dangerous and should be removed from the shelve or come with a warning. Don't you test your products before shipping to your customers?

The 1000 sheet roll of toilet paper is so thin it rips when pulling. What have you done to the quality of this product? I hsve bern using only one ply Scott zToilet paper for over 80 years and know for sure you are making it thinner. Others have also noticed. You are lising customers

I don't want to make a complaint, however I did open the package of Scott's toilet paper rolls and when I went to hang the paper up, something moldy dropped out of the toilet paper roll. It looks like a rotten stem from a pumpkin basically.

It freaked me out and after taking a picture, I threw it away. Didn't know what else to do.

I certainly will not buy this again! My son picked this up at a Lowes. I had told him to make sure it was not one ply. I do not see this anywhere on the package (27 rolls). It does not absorb, actually you ha ve t o use more of it because of that.

I do not have a septic system maybe if you do it would be okay. I thought Scott was a good brand name and I guess my son did too. I have stopped using this and we have bought another 2 ply brand.

I am disappointed with Scott Comfort plus toilet tissue. as it seems to fall apart when using it., and therefore have to use so much more.

I have used this product for years because it was good on my septic. But now in the last year I see that the sheets are a lot thinner and will not rip at the perforation. Bad quality product now.
