We had and ice-maker problem and our first repair appointment was Nov. 15, 2024. 29 for parts that did not resolve the issue! It is now March 2025. The diagnosis of the repair was wrong every time because the issue of not making ice was never solved.
We want are money back for all the parts we paid for. We have been a Sears customer for decades. We are extremely unsatisfied with the service and repair. The technician’s didn’t find the problem, and just keep guessing what was wrong.
We replaced parts that didn’t need replacing: ice maker; ice bucket; computer board; and the fan. We have use Kenmore products my entire life, and now we will do what ever is needed to be fully refunded in a timely manner.
