We had and ice-maker problem and our first repair appointment was Nov. 15, 2024. 29 for parts that did not resolve the issue! It is now March 2025. The diagnosis of the repair was wrong every time because the issue of not making ice was never solved.

We want are money back for all the parts we paid for. We have been a Sears customer for decades. We are extremely unsatisfied with the service and repair. The technician’s didn’t find the problem, and just keep guessing what was wrong.

We replaced parts that didn’t need replacing: ice maker; ice bucket; computer board; and the fan. We have use Kenmore products my entire life, and now we will do what ever is needed to be fully refunded in a timely manner.

Call Sears Home Service for warranty work on my sears kenmore elite refrigerator the compressor was bad. I called service and told them that it needed a new compressor. The compress in the refrigerator was from LG and there was a lawsuit over that compressor in my refrigerator.

The repair guy came I told him to repair it. 10. I said sure when it is fixed. He said it does not work that way you have to pay me upfront, and when I said no he said I had to pay a service call of 99.

I said I approved the order just come back with the parts and I will pay ypu. refrigerator that works. So then I called and said please just send me the part that is covered they said no I had to talk to LG and they said sears has to do it.

I just want the compressor ship to me that is covered by the warranty.

I purchased installation services for an LG dishwasher I purchased from Sears in March of 2023. It was finally delivered on 7/8/2023. I also purchased installation at that time. The dishwasher is still sitting in the box in my front hallway blocking it.

I have called the installation dept. dozens of times and get the same story that no contractor has taken the job. I called today 8/30/2023 and they couldn't find me in the system even after the many calls I made.

So they sent me over to a supposed manager, who said she couldn't do anything and gave me this number for the installation department for Sears: 1-888-463-7924 which turned out to be a medical emergency care service offering purchase of emergency medical care. It was not Sears Installation Dept.

I have a Kenmore Elite washing machine which required repair (order 000893541823145) The technician came on June 14, 2023. Since that date he ordered the parts for repair. At the same time, I renewed the contract that was in the name of Carlos Acevedo, previous owner of the washing machine and whose contract was due to expire soon.

Since that date the repair has been postponed again and again due to lack of parts. When calling different departments, which do not communicate because they offer me different information, they do not know where the parts are or why they have not arrived.

They also do not communicate with the service technician. I went to the UPS office and was told that some packages had been returned. I opened a claim with number 7687667. Today I am still without my washer,…

The contracted company installed the HVAC unit. The came back to measure, but have yet to complete the gas line installation. Our Rep that assisted us with the service( Nick does not return any calls, will send a text once in a while.

The installation was completed in June, The gas company completed their part, It's very unprofessional that we're getting the run around and no answers. This should have been completed and inspected at least a month ago.

On 01/26/23 a Sears/OnPoint technician arrived on time to fix my refrigerator which was not cooling (order #44375474 and #000743542707562). He reset the temperature settings as a temporary fix. Now things in my refrigerator are freezing (not good!)- the freezer is OK. I have a 'Master Protection Agreement".

The technician told me he ordered 2 new parts: #WP2198202 = Refrigerator Temperature Control Thermostat (recd. 1/28/23) #W10822278 - Refrigerator Defrost Timer (recd. 02/01/23) He said to call when I received them. I called 772-258-2070 (On Point Appliances) three times, and they never returned my call.

I'm quite anxious to have the repairs on my refrigerator completed. I also need a form to claim melted food.

Our Maytag washer barely two yrs old has been broke since11/21 the old lady I spoke had me pH forbout 40 mins that day repeating the same thing over n over when never worked for one when finalky went to have come 40 later then get email stating my appt isn't till 12/9 . 00 including warranty now.

Our refrigerator has been without freezer capability for over a month. We purchased it less than 5 years ago. We called Sears Home Repair for maintenance, and they came within 2 days. It turned out to be a faulty compressor, which had a10 year warranty. ).

We received 2 of the three parts ordered, but the third part is somewhere in limbo. It is very difficult for us to get in touch with an actual human being, and impossible to find out when this party will actually be shipped.

Meanwhile, we have no freezer capability and sketchy refrigerator room. Please help us expedite this repair so we won’t be without a working refrigerator for the holidays.

I have a master warranty on my Sears zero turn lawnmower. Sears had me to stay off of work waiting on them for 14 days and more They did not show up for the appointments nor call. Three of the appointments the tech said he came to my home and bill Sears and signed my name to the invoices.

This was a no show and my name was signed fraudulent on the invoices. I have call to report this about 14 times or more (this is no joke)but no one will help me and I still have my mower that’s not working and can’t get service Please call me this is only half of my nightmare.

$2300 and a 5 year extended warranty. After numerous attempts to fix it for freezing everything in the refrigerator section, it was declared UNFIXABLE by Sears and Samsung. That was 17 days ago.. I've called Sears twice since then and I am told the same thing: We will contact you with refund info within 5 days.

1) impossible to reach a person when there is problem. We are locked into an automated phone system. 2) once you assign an appointment (with no regard to dates requested. 3) you flood me with confirmations daily which include warnings about charges for not cancelling or rescheduling. 4) you repeatedly and unilaterally cancel and reschedule confirmed appointments after I have waited half a day for you in one instance, and on the morning of a triple appointment after confirming I would be the 4th or 5th stop.

I have lost 3 work shifts and spent countless hours working the phones .

My fridge has been broken for almost TWO MONTHS now.

Sears had 3-5 technicians come.

The first few techs said my fridge is not cooling so I need a new compressor. The tech said they will order the compressor but they didn't.

One tech even said that they fixed the fridge on the crinch site.

Another tech came a few days ago. All he did was ask what the problem is, check out the fridge then tell us our fridge has to be on 24-48 hours for him to fix it.. No one told us we had to do that.

Then he wanted us to sign a paper which we refused because the guy didn't even seem like a legit technician. Looked like a beach hobo with a shirt, shorts and sandals plus his hands were shaky and he had bad English.

We have been waiting over 3 weeks for someone to come out and look at our ac system to see why its not working 7 contractos later that are in there network finally show up and diagnose the problem but now can't do the work on it so now I have to wait again for them to try and find someone.

My ac is broke I have a 3 year old and pets that are sitting in a 90 + degree house which is bs. My deductible was paid on July 5th and still waiting. Someone fro. Corporate should do something bit I dont think thats going to happen.

Had Kenmore elite fridge. Sears home services came out to repair 4 times . first time service call. 71.

Third service call, installed new compressor. Next service call 4/15/22. Tech kept finding more and more problems. Needs another compressor, evaporator, filter dryer, service valve, and finally a new condenser assembly, plus labor. 96. 96. Tech Dakota started the process, and then informed me a plumber would be required.

At this point I declined the services. Sears home services still charged my card without any refund. To me this is stealing, theft, etc. Anytime you try and get a person to fix the problem, only recordings not real people.

I scheduled an appt to fix my dishwasher and the received a confirmation that the technician would come between 1:45p and 3:15p. The technician arrived at 1pm according to the text and I was not home yet. I called the sears home service line every hour trying to get someone to come out and each person said that I would hear from the dispatch team within the hour as to when the technician would come.

After calling every hour and speaking to a different person each time, at 5p I was told that it was too late for anyone to come and I could call and reschedule. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was no one to talk to except to the dispatch team and they had been notified but no one had talked to me, the customer.

I had an extended warranty on my Electrolux washer. It needed repair. got another text the day of changing it to 3/11. Rescheduled again for 3/14. Techs finally showed on 16th. The repairs required a new inner drum and outer drum plus the spin basket.

These old parts are in huge boxes on street in front of my home. I don't know why techs didn't haul them off when they finished repairs. I have been trying for 3 days to get your people to get them moved but no one seems to know who is supposed to get rid of these.

We thought about getting a home protection plan but if this is the way Sears operates there is NOWAY I would use your company for anything

Purchased a refrigerator from edenton NC Sears through why not lease it. Refrigerator was paid off per them on oct 4 2021. Got a phone call today from a debt collector, alliant capital stating I was placed in collections for over$600 for refrigerator.

I’ve never received a letter from them, they refused to send one. Contacted edenton Sears, was basically told it was my problem take it up with collection agency.

February 17, 2022 Dear Sears Service Dept. Today your service technician determined my clothes washer needed two parts which will not be available until February 28, 2022. When I called for a service appointment I put my credit card on file for billing after the service technician provided an estimate and paid in FULL when he was here. 45 as NOT PAID.

We have tried many many times to talk to someone about fixing a washer. All of the parts have been delivered and still waiting. The warranty will soon expire and they are stalling time to do the repair. When I talk to representatives and schedule an appointment they don’t show or call.

We have had two no shows. Appointment s we’re scheduled between 8-12 pm. The techs tells us that the appointment were scheduled after lunch. We have a life to and can’t wait all day for a repair. Will Someone please call us and get it right to do the repair .

Refrigerator delivered is not in working order. The door to the freezer compartment is not attached to the freezer compartment. The advertisement showed the unit with the door attached to the freezer compartment. I have been transferred a dozen times and waited for hours.

No one at SEARS follows through. 4. ft. Silver Compact refrigerator on October 27. Order #9103440845. I cannot install the door. A technician should be sent to do the installation. So far, no luck at all with getting competent ressponse from SEARS.

I made an appointment with Sears Home Services to repair my refrigerator which had completely lost its cooling capabilities. The appointment was 2 weeks out because they were very busy. I used Sears because the refrigerator is a Kenmore. The service agent, with whom I made the appointment, told me the Service technician would arrive between eight and noon on August 30, 2021.

I received an email confirmation from Sears the day I made the appointment.  Today, I waited patiently from 8am to Noon, no one arrived. I contacted the service department and they told me there had been a glitch in the appointment scheduling process and the next earliest appointment is October 2, 2021!!!

8/20/21 was the 3rd time Sears came out to fix my Kenmore Washer. The repairman left, I started the washer and no water went into washer. I immediately called Sears Service and asked for the Repairman to come back and told them he just left and what was wrong.

They said they would send a technician back and he would call. This was 930am. At 230, no one called. Sears service told me the same thing. At 5:00, and again at 6:00 and found out they had no intention of sending a repairman back out.

The soonest they could schedule one was next !!!. This is very poor customer service when the problem was caused by the Service Tech! Sears obviously does not care about customer service or satisfying their customers. Especially when their technicians cause the problem.

No wonder they are going out…

I ordered a refrigerator from Sears June 18, 2021. The delivery date was June 24th, but was immediately change to July 1st, then July 22nd, then July 29th, then changed to just delayed. On August 2nd I cancelled the order and was told 3-5 business days to get my refund.

Money was not refunded and I was then told 7-10 business days to get a refund. I just got off the phone with Sears, (8-17-2021), and was told it would be another 3-5 business days to get my refund. I want my money back.

i have your home warranty and have been paying the monthly fee for a number of years. My current complaint is with our dryer. It stopped working in April and we called for help. A service technician was sent to look at it on April 29.

We paid the $75 fee. We were then told they need to order a part. That I will get a call back. NO call back so I called on June 21 and was given # 11341451. I was told to be patient.

On June 27 I was told that parts are being ordered. and that I will be getting a call back. On July 5 - I did a chat and was again told parts are being researched. On July 20 I get an email stating that they must decline coverage because coverage does not apply to structural components and that the technician reported a washer failed.

I have a washer with a warranty. I have had issues with the machine since May. The technician came in twice and replaced the actuator and the suspension rods. The machine is still having the same issue I had when I first called them, which is it gets to the rinse/spin and stops dead, full of water.

I had Technitian Leonid repaired my AC Kenmore system. The first day it fail. I was charged $540 for the visit. I call Sears back and they send Leonid for a second time. He claimed the thermostat needed to be fixed. 00.

I needed the AC working so i put the charge in my credit card. I dont accept this charge, it is outrageous. When I called the Customer service group today, I spoke to Reeze, he can not do anything. He can not get a hold of a manager nor can he enter a complaint for me.

00 McCulloch steamer, it arrived quickly, but, the today I plugged it in and it blew a seal immediately. The steam blowing out of the pressure guage is NOT how this steamer works, I have had one for 3 years that recently died.

I contacts sears on chat, apparently it was a "marketplace seller", though my order was placed through sears and my confirmation emails came directly from Sears, and it will take 48 hours to "get back to me" and my "item can NOT be returned to the local sears store"! I called your repair department and the maintenances contract had expired. I lost food and I didn't want to through with yall harassing me like your company did in 2018.

This Sears technician has been to my house to fix my Bosch Dishwasher 7 times, FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. Seven Visits, with 3 weeks in between each, adds up to at least 21 weeks and each time, no working dishwasher.

Then, add to that, this last visit was cancelled 3 times in a row! Today was my 4th attempt to get him to even show up. I have been inconvenienced by Sears, having to wait at home for service over 10 times and this all began in July 2019!

Each of the first 3 times he came, he had to ‘diagnose’ the problem, and then order parts and return to install them. He mentioned the control board several times during all of these visits, but apparently did nothing to fix it.

I have a Sears Master Protection Plan warranty on all my major appliances. My washing machine broke back in May. Since then I have been getting a run around between phone numbers. The one everyone keeps telling me I have to call, does not answer.

5hours total; disconnected and hung up on 4 times. Was told to call 800-927-7836. When someone finally answered, after another 1hr 20min hold, I was told that that claim was still processing and top give time but would not tell me how much time. This is Aug 11.

Not so much the worker but all the years I have had my warranty on my products I have always had a sears tech. Now I get a third party company. I have been w/o my washer going on 1 month.

On 7/10 I was told it was fixed. Man left I started load washes no spin. Told to call if problem. Did so at 8 am told can not get service until July 16. Sears c/s had told me to call to get on cue asap did not offer to make any arrangement for me .

Service person has already been here 3 times but he was not a sears tech . 00 to keep my appliances under warranty. I am in a fixed income. I was raised on Seats products and chose to continue. I am now wondering why.

If you are no longer going to have techs from sears please do not want more warranty $$$.

I have a warranty protection plan with sears that includes medical notices. The A/C went out the end of May 2020. Got a tech out on June 15th (after repeat calls for earlier time) Tech showed he was very courteous and spend fair amount of time checking all possible reason then ordered parts.

At that time he said no one is scheduled in area till July 9th. To call for earlier appointment when parts are received. I called and was told nothing could be done for time , asked for supervisor, was told "everything is on my computer nothing can be done".

Called next day very polite lady suggested I call daily and that it would be sent up to escalation , again due medical, NOTHING has changed other than heat with index of 100+ that is affecting those in the house adversely. Sears no longer cares…

I have a Craftsman compressor that is under warranty and the motor failed. I contacted the Sears in my town where I had purchased it and they told me to contact the warranty repair facility who handles all the repairs.

I did as requested and they told me to bring the motor into them, which I did approx. 2 weeks ago from todays date. I called them last Monday and they hadn't even started processing this issue but yet I have been without a compressor for that long.
