I opened a new Sephora credit card and received the bill late. I paid the bill in full. I called the credit to explain the situation and make sure the late fee was not charged. The representative was rudest person I have ever dealt with.

He would not listen and accused me of talking over him. Once he was finished speaking I asked for a supervisor. He interrogated me why I want one. He accused me of being rude and refused to connect me to a supervisor.

I hung up on him as I did not have time to argue. I closed the new account since I will not use a bank that cannot train their representatives to be kind and understanding. I don't need a lecture.

He was not even understanding. " Sephora should use a different bank than Commentity. Call made around 4:20 EST on July 26.

A Sephora Caucasian employee at Tysons mall told my youngest daughter (African American) who is a YouTuber to STOP recording herself, not customers , not other employees. My daughter had filmed herself in this store many times & only herself buying Ny items for her make-up channel.

We always spend $250-$300 in this particular store, NEVER was told to stop & it’s a Sephora RULE not to record. How can be when many Make-up YouTubers do this. I went into the Sephora at the Westfield Mall in Arcadia, CA to exchange a foundation and the sales representative suggested I call customer service to perform the exchange because that foundation was only sold online. I called your customer service line on April 29th and spoke to a representative regarding the exchange of the foundation I had purchased the week of the VIB sale.

I advised this representative that I wanted to exchange the foundation for the correct shade and that I had not returned it in store and purchase the correct shade online because I wanted the 20% VIB discount I received during the sale to apply to the correct shade of foundation. I was at the store in the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton Florida. 00 worth of product. The cashier was incredibly rude trying to explain why my card said "rouge" but that was not my status. She rolled her eyes at me and continued to be disrespectful.

I asked to speak to her manager and got the same treatment. I was very upset there was no one that cared about me as a customer or tried to smooth over the situation. I think both the cashier and manager should either go to training or be fired!

If that is how Sephora treats good customers then I will take my business elsewhere.

I have found a wonderful product at sephora and I have tried to find similar else where and yes I will go else where. i have never been asked if they could help me and have spent along time looking for the product only to leave empty handed on occasion.

I am in my 50s take care of myself, being that I don't look like am a teen or in my 20s so there is no service. If you are those ages of course they are more than happy to serve you immediately and this was at more than one store.

You need to fix Immediatly you are missing out on a whole demographic and no I will not order online as that does not fix the problem

On March 25th, 2023 at around 12pm I was at the store “Brickell City Location” and had problems finding some products. I came up to a few employees but all of them seems like they where busy. Finally, I came up to one of the managers her name is “ Chanel” asking her to help me find some products. Her answer was super rude and and unethical. Manager “Chanel” said she’s busy and can’t help me and if I’ll try to argue with her I’ll be out of store.

This is not the experience you’re looking for entering the store, all I was trying to do is to ask her to find me someone who can help finding products but all I got is unprofessional and rude behaviour. This is so unprofessional and unpleasant experience, I’ve never in 10 years left Sephora store with such bad service.

I went to Srphora in Ft Lauderdale today. The River Market strip mall on N Federal Hwy. I wad on my lunch break ans bought a blush. The sales associate, U did not get her name. She had reddish pink urban hair was rude to me.

Tells me the line starts in the back and I should wait there. Then when I approached the counter to be checked put , she walked away from me. I asked to speak to rhe store manager and was told she wasn't in today.

I said to this sales associate that I have money to spend like everyone else and she was very rude and dismissive. She offered a Hal asked apology but I will never shop on that store again. hire better people.

I recently visited a Sephora store in Torrance California. Located on Crenshaw Boulevard and Pacific coast highway. As I walked into the store not one sales person acknowledged me. There was at least 4 sales people on the floor and maybe 2 other customers in the store , so it’s not like they were busy.

No one asked if I needed help. I was there for about 10 minutes hoping a salesperson would acknowledge me. No such luck. I walked out. Maybe corporate needs to train your employees on customer service.

I have had 3 of my orders vanish into thin air and I contacted Sephora customer service and they told me that they cannot help me because I have been helped twice before. And one of the times was with the same orders that I never received.

I also received 2 of my orders with 2 missing products and again customer support said they cannot help me because I have been helped twice previously! I have been a loyal Sephora rouge customer for well over a decade!

Not to mention I have spent $3,877 in the last 45 days!! And this is the customer support I receive and get told that they can’t do anything to help me because I’ve been previously helped. What kind of customer service is that?

Had a terrible experience with a cashier at the Union Station Sephora location in Toronto - customer service was terrible as she was rolling her eyes as i was returning a product within the 60 day window. She was talking back to me as I was pulling up the receipt on my phone stating she can’t issue a refund if she doesn’t see how I paid?!

Do we not have Sephora profiles for them to see? My purchase date was December 25 but she was trying to put my refund on a gift card until I corrected her saying it should be a full refund. Front line workers who don’t even know their own return policies should not be the face of your company.

Employees followed my friends and I around. Overly much I’ve been followed before but this was just unnecessary. We walk in and immediately 2 employees note us. We were followed by one lady really closely she was at the end of each aisle.

I kept looking back and she’d be hiding behind a shelf or immediately look like she was doing something else. We split up and when she realized she couldn’t watch us all she asked someone else to follow us as well.

As my friends and I were discussing what to do next they both stood behind us and when we turned around they both looked up at the sky as if they were “busy”. Visited the store in NY on 11/26/22. Bought product but was skeptical. Salesperson said we had under end of Jan 2023 to return. We live in Indianapolis. Tried to return first of January, would not take back. Called NY store and talked to manager ISIS on 1/12/23.

They didn’t add the product I went on line with Customer service I sent them prof same they didn’t do anything. I had in the past. Some I got stolen packages I didn’t live in a nice neighborhood either. Pandemic hit so because of that they said they did refunds they couldn’t accommodate me do any refunds or send the product.

I realize it’s difficult to get help these days but I entered your store on fifth Avenue and 47th St. in New York City to buy a hair care product and as I perused the store I was disgusted to see all the lipsticks completely down to the nub missing pencils , dirty displays all in all a store in an obvious disarray with plenty of employees walking around doing nothing.

my guess is either you are closing the store and don’t care or the people you have hired are very poorly trained. I love Sephora and I thought someone in corporate should know that this store on fifth Avenue is a completely disgusting mess. Very sad to see.

I would almost classify it as a hygienic health hazard.

It is very disappointing that your insider members who have their birthday at the end of the year (like me December 27) are penalized because you don’t have any birthday gifts left. I feel like every members should have the equal opportunity to choose a birthday gift.

I went to 2 stores in Quebec City, 1 in Ottawa and 1 in Gatineau as well as the online website and NONE of them had the tatcha birthday gift. Even one store in Quebec City confessed to me that they ran out of all birthday gifts of any brands many days before!!

I am a 70 yr old woman who recently went to my local Sephora store located in the Cape Cod Mall, Hyannis, Ma 02632 My intention was to update and refresh my beauty face makeup. I debated between two brands, Charlote Tilsbury or Nars.

I was looking for some professional advise but the few salespeople to be found were not helpful unfortunately They preferred to hang out behind the registers and chat with the other employees Another problem was the total lack of cleanliness in quite a few of the samples along the different aisles and various brands Pretty nasty!

After seeing this I no longer wanted to make purchases in this store I will stick with Ulta Beauty which is always and consistently clean , helpful, professional and personable.

Not sure wnybthe Millbury Ma store is so difficult. Kits on sale with additional 20% off for members. 00 with a sale price of 75 and the additional 20% girl at Register stated the 75 qas the additional 20% and do did the manager.

I went in-store to exchange two items I received as Christmas gifts. I filled my basket, prepared to spend beyond the credit I would receive for the items I was returning. Please note the only reason for exchanging the items is because I already own them and it’s rare that I finish up a cosmetic product, so I don’t need duplicates.

The Sephora system highly flawed, it is not integrated. The phone system and online system is an absolutely nightmare to deal with. I went to place an order online order, which, then I discovered my Sephora credit card was expired.

Called the member services hoping to fix this issue and get an order placed through customer service. I had a $15 Reward that the system just took or it vanished, tried to fix this issue. To cut a long story short, five calls later they are not able to help me or resolve my issue.

I I probably won’t even shop with them for a long time because I moved and I don’t live near a store, which to me is much more simple.

I did an online order and had to picked up in the store. This process was suppose to convenient. I had go wait 10 in line because the sales associate couldn't figure out the lady in front of me order.

Then when he finally got to me He couldn't find my order so that was another 5 minutes then he said let me see your ID again. The finally find my order. All of this I could've shop for my items and checked out by the time he finish doing my pickup order.

Hello I have returned an item, last month but I was not getting my return back. Upon contacting them after a month from they replied that I item I sent back was "empty" and thus they won't refund my money back.

Mind you I have been a customer of Sephora for years now and I have personally dropped off the return label with the box with the unopened item. They have said the carrier company is not at fault as the box seemed it was not tampered with.

I have been transferred to 5 different people and the best they could offer me was a $15 credit, in exchange of my $50 purchase. 50 might not be a lot for people but I am a student that works part-time and that is my hard earned money.

I purchased KVD Tatoo liner. I had sampled the product in store and liked it. Brought it home, verified my credit card purchase and threw out receipt and bag. Retained box product came in.

First time I tried to use, product was dry. Read box which emphasized storing tip down. I did this and attempted a second use last Saturday, the 10 th. Product was still dry. Called store and was assured, even without receipt, if I had the product and box,I could return under my loyalty account.

I went into a Sephora store for a birthday present the salesgirl said they don’t have any and hadn’t had for several week. I asked can I get maybe a sample of something in place of it. She said no.

I’m a loyal Sephora customer for many years. Each year on my birthday I look forward to receiving my gift. I was at a Sephora store yesterday in the Rockland Mall in Montreal. There were no gifts available I would think in a case such as this, that they could provide me with something else comparable in the store. They would not.

I live in the Uk and whilst on holiday in Palma Majorca I bought Colour Block Liners one in Grey and one in Brown. I am very disappointed in the lack of durability when applied to the eyelid. I have tried both Liners and on both occasions I found that I had to re apply the liner several times a day.

I have tried to contact your company here in the UK but to date have been ignored. This is my first ever purchase with Sephora and the customer service up until now has fallen far short of what I expected.

Today I was followed and harassed by two of the sales associates at my local Sephora. I came in for the Black Friday sale since I was in the area. I just received a bonus check this afternoon from my employer and decided to splurge.

I selected a few expensive palettes I know I wouldn’t normally select for myself. Instead I was met with criticism. I was told those were out of my price range and they persisted to follow me around the store and communicated on their headsets.

To whom it may concern, Today I had a horrible experience with customer care I spent 2 hours in a call and nobody was able help. I was trying to make a purchase online since I have 20 dollar reward and there's good sales.

I couldn't process the transaction because my Sephora card is expired and I haven't gotten a replacement. I had to explain to 4 different people the situation and they trying to help complete the purchase which wasn't possible but in the process they took away my 20 dollar reward and now I didn't buy anything and don't have my reward.

I Recently Purchased a kosas lip pencil in a store in NYC . I did not open the package until I returned home to South Carolina. When I did open the box, The lip pencil was damaged and unusable. I called Sephora “customer service” online hoping to quickly get this resolved.

Yesterday I went to the Sephora’s located inside Kohl’s on St Charles Rock Road in Saint Louis. I was the only customer in the store at the time, which was between 2:30 and 3:00. I saw something that I had been looking to purchase, but it was in the travel size.

There were three sales associates behind the register standing there just talking and I asked if they had this item in the full size. One of the sales associates pointed to the far corner of the store and said it was under that sign over there and then went back to her talking.

Needless to say, I walked over to where she had pointed and didn’t see it, so wandered around looking for it. At no time did any one of those three sales associates walk over to help me or ask me if I had found what I was looking for or anything!

On 9/14 I visited a Sephora in Burleson, Tx .. At that time I purchased Estée Lauder Double Wear. After coming home and wearing it I realized the color was too dark. I paid on a bank card. I was asked my phone number 3 times and she said they didn’t ave it? Weird?
