I opened a new Sephora credit card and received the bill late. I paid the bill in full. I called the credit to explain the situation and make sure the late fee was not charged. The representative was rudest person I have ever dealt with.
He would not listen and accused me of talking over him. Once he was finished speaking I asked for a supervisor. He interrogated me why I want one. He accused me of being rude and refused to connect me to a supervisor.
I hung up on him as I did not have time to argue. I closed the new account since I will not use a bank that cannot train their representatives to be kind and understanding. I don't need a lecture.
