A worker tried to fight me at the shell gas station because she messed my order up and tried to make me pay for it. So when I asked her for her name so I could report her, she got very angry and came from behind the food bar where she was working and got all up in my face yelling at me and trying to fight me. It started running badly about a mile from the station and eventually just stopped running and I called my mechanic who sent his tow truck for me.

Every since WEX took over the Shell Fleet card their customer service department is totally unfriendly. I called today about a fee and an interest charge on a zero balance and was given a complete run around. I was told that the representative would switch me to a different department and then the connection was broken by the representative. 00 fee and interest.
Due to many previous issues such as this our Fleet Card is only used for emergencies. I would never have my company use it routinely. Prior to WEX taking over I sent thousands of dollars using the Fleet card. When I went inside I told the very unprofessional cashiers what happened and they said nothing about it. This is the last time I utilize this gas station.
