You offered me a 20 cent reduction on gas per gallon on April 17, 2023. I accepted it, your notice said to purchase the fuel on April 24 2023. That witch I did on my credit card. 38 a gallon.

After the purchase you sent me a text recipe of the stated amount. I called to find out why I didn't get the 20 cent reduction in the price. The woman I spoke to looked up my account supposedly and said the purchase was not present.

Background: I had a Shell Mastercard Account that was closed over 10 years ago due to being compromised multiple times! Never got anymore cards to activate. Then in December 2022 someone, not myself, activated an account, #5185-5302-5921-4724, in my name with my current address.

Unknown if this is my past account or a new account but since I didn't open the account, someone must have used my info from somewhere and opened an account. I have called multiple times to report this FRAUD and make sure the account was closed, to no avail.

I recently start this job like about a month 1/2 but I find it a little strange that they don't pay overtime to their employees.

They have been giving me my pay in envelopes when I had applied, I had requested for me to get direct deposit & wrote it down. They told that wasn't an option and that we get payed every 2 weeks. Horrible Service:

Service is horrible at this location. I have given them chance after chance to get it together but today was the last straw. There’s never receipt paper in the pumps. Cannot make selection from pump due to continuous malfunction. Always have to go inside to pay, and once paid, pump does not work. So I had to go back inside only to be told to move my vehicle twice before I could get to a pump that actually worked. Bad experience. While I was pumping, another female customer pulled up and had the same issue. She was so frustrated that she started venting outside at the pump assuring that she will N E V E R come back to that location again. Location is convenient, but service is the worse.

On 03/15/2023 I pulled a brand new Hyundai up to the pump at station #57544372501 at 935 York RD Townson MD 21204. When I lifted the pump handle and selected fuel grade the pump sprayed gas all over the side of the new car and the ground.

I have run into this problem a lot over the years and I'm getting tired of all the places I go that the same thing is happening. The spring, that holds the metal piece that allows you lock the handle up while fueling, is missing .

As you know the handle is held open so that when you are fueling your vehicle and get close to the amount you have to release it manually causing you to pump more fuel than you planned. the opposite happens when you pre pay.

This is by far the worst Shell transaction I have ever encountered. Out of all of the years I have been coming to Shell this was by far the worst experience ever.

This complaint is against shell station at 1301 Jamestown rd, Williamsburg , VA 23185. This is a shell service center, we had tires mounted and balanced here, the tires were mounted incorrectly, and we were told we could balance later.

After a heated argument, we got tires un mounted and mounted correctly, yet still, not balanced. You have a great inspector, but the mechanics are going to kill somebody with there incompetence. They charged $170 to mount tires and we want our money back, i will be contacting OSHA, and the Better Business Bureau, so no one gets hurt.

Having researched the different gasoline products I have elected to use the SHELL gasoline for the past several years.. I am fortunate that I do not have to drive too far in order to fill up my tank as there is a Shell petrol Station 2 miles away from my home.
