The shell station on Stanley Street in Stevens Point WI, the pumps are running so slow it take 15 minutes to put 6 gallons of gas in your car. They have no paper towels out side to wipe hands and the windsheild wash station is useless if the squeegee is froze in water. But the biggest problem is the pumps and this has been all winter so far.
Customer service is very poor. I have tried to register my card at their web site for 2 months without being able to do so. 20 calls to Customer service an no results. But I get a lot of I am sorry ,but no one that can resolve the problem.
They do lie and stories re: the problem are all over the board. My suggestion is to not get the citibank shell card,and use some other gas station

My disabled daughter put $20 of gas in her car at the above station on Nov 21st. For some reason her ATM card would not go through. She went into the station and they ran it again. She then realized she was double charged.
