Stopped to fill up at Shells on Taylor Road in Montgomery, Alabama. 99 a gallon. I asked to enter my rewards number. He refused, because he said they just dropped the price. 99 a gallon than I can use my number.

I told him that not fair to me as a customer. After back and forth I told him to let me pay for $60 I gas and I will just contact the corporate office. It took him awhile to turn the pump on.

Extremely dissatisfied because I only use shell gas and have never had this problem before.

I would like to complain about an employee at a store I work at in Cypress, Texas. The store number is 873. My manager there his name is Sajeel Pavik. He is not taking this person's non work ethics in review. This employee continues to take one break an hour on a 5 hour shift. He deliberately walks away from the register without informing any other employees of his disappearance. He takes 3-4 bathroom breaks 20 mins at a time each time and also, he is on his phone the whole time he is on shift. I, myself and other employees have witnessed this and we are all fed up. So I felt the need to report him.

My complain is about three Shell Garages around Johannesburg here. (1). Pan Africa, (2). Bramley and (3). Wynberg. My vehicle use diesel and mostly V-Power nothing other than that. The problem always when visiting to top up my vehicle, you ask the attendant the price to fill but all the time it exceed with cents to rand.

I Ed Feneide shop at Shell Station in Westport Washington, and was accused of theft. I then heard a picture of me had been blown up and taped to the entrance of the store for a month. Everyone I know and everyone I don’t know saw this and believe I stole from the store.

Manager will not allow the clerks to sell any lottery tickets until after 9 AM in the morning this happens Monday through Friday the other day it was 10am she still didn't count the tickets.

I closed my business account in March. I have a credit on the account and have been trying since April to get the refund. I called April, May, June, July and now August. I just spoke to Ryan in account receivables and he told me no refund had been issued and i would have to wait AT LEAST 2 more months for the refund to be issued. This is such a poor business issue. The Shell located at 10711 N Sam Houston E Pkwy Humble TX 87396 has very rude attendance in it. I think it is individual owned because they are not wearing Shell shirts which is why they can feel like they can be rude to Customers, bit they are using the Shell name.

Your 24 hours gas station employees are not being supervised or monitored because I’ve witnessed contours times of emloyees keeping doors locked and a closing during business hours avoiding business. I recently tried to pump gas a the location on the corner of Whites Creek and Buena Vista in White House Tn. The pump accepted my card and said it got approved but would not pump so I went inside and asked if the could manual turn the pump on and they were acting very sketchy and acted weird then said go back out side and try it again.

4 days ago at a local Shell gas station I fell in their parking lot. No one in the store came out to help me. And they have cameras inside the store because I've seen them. I have been reported by shell energy for a default payment that I never owed thereby ruining my credit history, after ringing the office and emailing the office about the non existent debt, I was reassured it's been sorted last month only for shell energy to report me for default payment... The gas station at 3621 San Pablo Dam Road in El Sobrante Ca 94803 has a broken air pump the past two times I got my gas there. This is a public safety issue and I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.

I have contacted the city of Richmond business licensing to report this issue. This is a new station that is being run terribly. This is the second time that I had paid $100 to fill my tank and the air pump is broken.

When asking the station attendant about it, they were rude and said I should get my gas somewhere else. I don’t think businesses like this should be able to operate.

7101 1/2 W Fuqua St I received bad gas from this location on 06/08. My car was in the shop 3 weeks getting damages repaired that my husband and I had to pay out of pocket. This shell gas station was notified THE SAME DAY of this issue.

I have been given the run around by several cashiers, I was given a phone number to reach the owner who has been absolutely non responsive to all phone calls, voice messages, and texts. No one on location will provide my husband or I with the number to corporate office or for their insurance so we may be reimbursed our expenses of almost $2300.

I visited the Shell Circle K in Rocky Mount, NC on 6/14/22 around 12:07 pm, to purchase gas and a gift card. I purchased gas and the card card in one transaction with my debit card. At the register the worker charged my card for $65 total, when she tried swiping the gift card to activate, the system would not allow.

She then called a coworker for help. Per the coworker, the store could not allow purchases for a gift card with debit card, cash only. This worker named Tobias told me I would need to contact my bank for a refund because their system had already done so.

This I did not agree with because the receipt I had in my hand clearly showed a $60 purchase for a gift card that I did NOT leave the store with. I contacted my bank to start a claim for an incorrect purchase.

I was pumping gas on part number three at the Shell station on I 55 at Marion Arkansas. The covering of the concrete appeared to be torn back. I had on sandals and two places poked in my big toe and began bleeding.

I tried calling the station three times to no avail. No answer each time. I don’t plan on doing anything at this time but I did go home and clean my toe and put antibacterial ointment on it and bandaged it.
