Not a complaint. Did that yesterday, this Shell station 411 in Arkansas was great. Clean and very friendly clerk.

I entered the shell gas station today about 10mins ago ,an received very poor an rude service ,actually, I didn't even received service .I needed my gas this shell in Crystal springs happen to be the only shell gas I can't use any other gas in my car I can not visited this store again I would really appreciate if you follow up on this matter and run the cameras back because your employer said I throw money on counter an did not accept money I had to leave there an find another store this behavior is none acceptable

I REQUESTED 35$ WORTH OF GAS A ONLY RECEIVED 31$ WORTH, MY GAS HAND WAS ONLY AT 3/4 FULL, IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ON FULL I EVEN HAVE A REWARDS CARD...I WAS NOT ABLE TO GO IN AND COMPLAIN, 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH IN A YEAR AT THE SAME SHELL LOCATION.

I paid $10.00 for a car wash, the smell from the water in the wash was so bad I had to turn my car AC off and bake while I held my breath I almost drove out before it finished. IT WAS THAT BAD., then after the smell was so bad I had to get another car wash to get rid of the stink from my car.

On June 8th 2022, I had my car washed at a Circle k Shell station on 159th and Farrell road in Lockport IL. After I had my car washed, I noticed several tiny scratches on the roof of my car and 2 on the drivers side of my car that were not there previously.

I spoke to the attendant that day at the station who took my name and phone number to give to the manager and said the manager would call me. I received no call so on the 9th,I stopped at the station again and talked to a different attendant who again took my name and.

number to give to the manager to call me back. I received no call. I would appreciate talking to someone to see what resolution can be done about this matter. I do have pictures of the scratches if needed.

The owner pays his employees under the table and makes you work all day and night no taxes taking out there are 6 boxes piled up that haven’t been put up in the store for sales and gift cards no gift cards are being sold the rewards program does not exist there he is not on the app he doesn’t care his food and drinks are expired water in the tanks does not keep up with maintenance calls outside mechanics for service does not run sales like other shell stations do has one employee who works a 16 hour shift and

I'm sick of your shell station on university Blvd. Your employees do not give me my fuel rewards .They always cash it out perhaps they steal I don't know but I've had Enough I usually get my receipt by email but didn't receive it.

I'm in Phoenix, Arizona - today, 6/4/22, my wife and I stopped at the shell station on 24th Street and Van Buren for cigarettes and encountered a shell staff member standing just outside the entrance smoking a joint with two known drug dealers. I then witnessed one of said drug dealers selling dope right at the gas pumps and the worker just let it happen.

I witnessed this guy pull a bag of dope out of his waistband and exchange it for cash with the first car - the next 3 vehicles he actually climbed into to make the transactions. The police have been notified but will probably do nothing.

Shells employees should not be allowing drug dealers to sell on company property.

Hello, I feel I need to make a complaint about the Shell Gas Station on Harrison Ave. Centralia Washington. I utilize this particular gas station because it's one of the closest to where I live and the gas price is a little lower than most other gas stations in town.

There are two problems I have experienced there.

First, the locking tabs on the pump handles automatically lock the pumps on so I have to use both hands to manually release it, or else they keep pumping. This has caused me to pump more gas than I want to several times.

) The second issue is one of the pump nozzles has a leak and causes gas to pour down the side of the vehicle being fueled. I believe it is pump #8. I notified the owner when this happened to me several weeks ago, but nothing is being done to fix this problem.…

Shell Gas Station on Orange Avenue near Lakeside in Roanoke Virginia. Credit card would not work. It said see cashier. I went in and waited my turn and present the problem to the cashier but he did not speak much English and mumbled and used finger-pointing to go outside as other black people one after the other walks right in front of me as I was trying to get it straightened out.

Have been a Shell customer for many years. Fill up my truck at the shell gas station in Painesville Ohio 44077 on 5-26-22 at 11:23 AM. There were no paper towels to clean the windshield and the trash was so full that nothing could be added.

but you can see none had been added for a very long time. After mentioning this to the same staff member he then changed his story and said that employees call off work. your shell station at that address must have a lot employees call off. No excuse!!

I was working at the time not for shell but i went into one of the locations on North glenstone in Springfield,Mo. I went in to use the restroom and seen they had a sign on the door that said "Women and men restroom" and then the other bathroom was blocked off.

We paid for our gas at a Station at Colerain and Springdale on Thursday May 5 2022 for thirty dollars. They say we told them a different pump and someone pump our gas. The employees told us on Thursday nothing we can do about it.

Police was called and told us the manager would we take care of on Friday May 6th. We were unable to stop by on Friday and went Saturday manger not in on weekend. Stopped by today and the manager claims they have audio told different pump and why we stopping by today.

The bottom line is I paid thirty dollars no one wants to make and it right. And the staff at this sorority says nothing I can do about and the manager rude too poor service and just take my money and think it ok. This is unfornate.

I had paid for 60 dollars in gas and only pumped 43.02 when I went in to receive my change I took 2 pennies to receive 7 dollars in change in return and this is a penny jar I contribute to . I went to Shell gas station at Clackamas Oregon at I got gas on the 7th of March at 2:12. I asked for $15 of gas because gas prices were very high at that station I gave him my venmo Mastercard and said $15 I didn't get a receipt and didn't really pay much attention.

I stopped at Shell this morning on my way to work at about 5:30am for gas and a drink. When I went inside to pay, the cashier was rude and hateful immediately before I ever even had a chance to say why I was there or what I wanted.

I tried to enter the Shell at 866 CAPITAL AVE SW in Battle Creek, MI just after 11pm 12/26/2021. The left side of the entrance door had three signs on it that read: Do not pull on this door/Use other door. So I tried to open the door without all the nonsenses taped to it. The door did not open. I read the signs and followed the instructions written on them. The store was not closed. There were other customers inside.

I paid $50 for gas with my PayPal debit card. I went to pump my gas. The pump stopped pumping after $0.13! The pump screen instructed me to get my change inside. I didn't think about it... I go inside and the attendant hands me a receipt. He says my money will be credited back to my account, and that it will take a day for this to happen. There's no account anything has been credited back to my card or account or linked bank or anything. I'm able to gather from their automated system, I will most likely not be seeing any part of my $49 because it believed I was, "Given my change." Boycott Shell/7-11 gas. I purchased bad gas there and the water in the gas fried my fuel system. This is a known fact. Toyota filed a claim on my behalf and it was denied by shell/711. Now I’m out $1800 due to their bad product.

I visited a Shells location in Homestead, Florida at 1468 n homestead blvd Homestead, Florida 33030. There was a females latino worker on the night of 10/12/21 around 10:30pm-11pm. There was a White guy in front of me that spoke english the same that I did but when I got to the window she acted like she couldn't understand my speaking.

I always get gas and other items from Shells I did not like when this woman told me that she doesn't like African American people. Those personal issues should not even be spoke of on a job that is a big corporation.

That was not professional while being on the clock of a corporation. It made me feel bad that I had to experience this.
