Shell gas station located at carmel valley rd off 5 fwy San diego County, So. California I was harassed by one of for employees which I have video him pounding and hitting my company's work truck. I was waiting to receive information from my supervisor for using the fleet card and was waiting on a pin number..

he stormed out in a verbal abusive manner to myself and a female coworker. He was yelling and saying cuss words insulting me and my family, I explained the situation and he continued to be in a very abusive attitude. 00 dollars.

This is unacceptable and will be getting advice if I shall turn to legal action for harassment, abuse and negligence. I would like to receive a follow-up.

M. to get $20. of fuel. I couldn't get the pump to stop til tank was full. Price was higher than some other places but I didn't want to be driving around. I am 84 yrs old on S,S,I, and every dollar is important to me.

I complained to attendants but its like well there is nothing we can do about it. In other words you pay for a full tank and there is nothing we can do about it. The equipment (pump) is messed up and they didn't even offfered to fix it or tag it so no one else would have to pay for a full tank of fuel whether they like it or not. Am I mad? Yes!!!

This is the only gas station Ive been to that doesn’t provide customers with free air and water and the owner is rude and psychotic. He shouldn’t be in Buisness he gives She’ll a bad name. I will never return to the shell on Alameda and Newhall in San Jose Ca. Or any other shell.

There are plenty of service station owners who appreciate their customers and who don’t act like a donkeys rear.

My local Shell station at, 908 W Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL 33612, will NO LONGER be receiving ANY business from me or my family which consisted of a regular $500 a month that we would spend there every month. This is due to NUMEROUS very rude experiences with the store's manager.

The store has also lost a number of employees due to her rudeness as every employee has complained to my family and I about the way they are treated. On September 18, 2021 I used the atm machine located on the shell station property. I requested one hundred dollars, the machine responded with there was a machine error and issued twenty dollars only. When the machine issued the receipt it showed that I had received forty dollars which I had not.

I then check my account and they had taken sixty dollars from my account. I participate in shells fuel rewards program which has never been rewarding to me accept for five cent a gallon which does not mean much, because gasoline prices keep ballooning.

I do not expect much of a response if any. Customer service even prior to the pandemic was extremely poor. My expectations are now high. I need to think further as a consumer what I should do. I do not think the machine could see I was black, but…

The Shell gas station in New Lenox IL. Has a car wash that has broken down on me twice In the last 3 months both times I had to pull out of their with a truck covered In soap. To make a long story short the Woman that worked at the register Insinuated that it was my fault and she was very rude!

She did reset the car wash and reimbursed me for another car wash. As I said before this was the second time in three months that this has happened. I always fill up at shell In New Lenox IL. But because of the very poor customer service I will no longer be a loyal customer!

On Sunday night, September 5th, 2021, the city busses stopped early, and therefore I was stranded at the Westgate park ‘n’ ride, where busses board and de-board. I went across the street, and purchased some snacks at the Shell Convenience store.

While in there, I asked one of the clerks to call me a taxi cab. He did so, BUT the cab driver never showed up! This store does not have its hours posted. Therefore, I thought it was a 24-hour operation.

Much to my surprise, the door got locked at midnight. But at least one clerk was still in there. I did NOT ask to be let back inside. I did ask that clerk to make another call, because of the driver not showing up the first time.

Like a real prick, that clerk refused to help me, and told me to leave! This kind of treatment makes for piss-poor…

4480 Durango dr. Las Vegas Nv 89147. 12:45 pm Monday august 30 2021. Checker accused me of being drunk because I threw up a bit. I was not drunk. I was purchasing a wine cooler. And hadn’t had anything to drink prior.

I’ve been going to that store since it was first opened in 1999. I believe. The store clerk was rude and I’ve always been nice to her. She said she wasn’t going to sell me the wine cooler. I was shocked. I drove there.

I wasn’t slurring my words or falling over. What I purchase should not be contradicted by an employee. How very unprofessional and rude of her. I don’t know her name but she has a distinct handicap. With her walk.

I spent $10 worth of gas at the 5600 Van Nuys, CA and NO HAS WAS PUMPED INTO MY CAR. So they basically ripped me off and the manager was so not helpful!! No refund. No credit. As if I was lying.

The same level of gas I came in with was the same level of gas was exiting that stupid Shell location. So I thought I needed to drive around the block to at least start up the gas to get it going, nothing changed. 10 dollars gone.

I went to Shell like I always usually do on 2nd Street in San Bernardino CA (main cross street is H. St. I am a long time loyal customer until today. I was open pump #5 and I put $20 in gas and bought a two liter soda.

For one when she gave me the receipt the soda wasn’t on there, secondly this pump did not pump ANY gas into my car at all. I went inside and explain this to the woman. She provided my receipt and stated yes it did pump.

The pump did not again pump any gas at all into my car. Instead of fixing this she argued with me and told me I was lying, she states maybe my meter wasn’t working. My meter works just fine, I have a Mercedes benz and it is in good condition.

I was at the shell station today on Asheville Highway next to Dairy Queen with my fiancé. He went into Dairy Queen with some friends and I went into the bathroom. There was a women clearly very distraught in the stall and multiple people were inside the bathroom trying to get her to come out. I was in there worried about this woman and trying to help. The manager and an employee came in there and was laughing and telling her they were calling the cops. I was trying to make sure she was ok. I asked the woman if she was with someone and what car they were in- She told me so I went outside and found him. He came inside and told her the cops were coming and the left her there. I have used shell for at least the last 5 years and have never had to do this. I came to the location in Christiana, TN and was required to give the cashier my license and credit card just to turn my pump on.

Obviously I won’t know how much I need to feel my tank before hand so I just needed the pump on. No other shell has required this from me. On top of this, the cashier was very rude about everything.

She was eating at the counter while I was trying to talk to her and almost wouldnt let me put my rewards in. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very glad I don’t live around here.

My boyfriend went into this shell at 8:30 to put gas in my car. We agreed on $20 and he went in to buy 2 waters and 20 bucks on pump 5 but the guy only charged him for the waters.

He told me before he started pumping the gas and said he could pay with his debit through the pump machine. When he tried to take it out before $20 the pump wouldn’t come out the car with the handle up.

Long story short is having to wait for my receipt for 5 minutes while the employee slowly helped one person and chatted away after I requested my receipt as soon as I walked in....she told me to wait while she slowly helped the one customer....when she finished it took her all of 2 seconds to print my receipt and hand it to me. Store address (3130 se 36th ave. Ocala fl 34471) It was approx 11pm at night. I pulled into the shell and proceeded to get out of my car and was greeted and treated with the upmost disrespectful employee I have ever seen or had to deal with!

She was smoking something at the time no I could not see what it was but the smell was dreadful!! And her attitude was even worse! She said every rudely that if I didn’t move my vehicle from taking up two spaces she wasn’t going to allow me in the store!

I informed her that I just needed some change and she said “you aren’t getting shit”.. “I’m calling the cops.. I asked why she felt that was necessary and she couldn’t give me an answer she just walked inside and locked the door.

As it seems to the common practice at this station in High Springs Florida to not have paper receipts available at the pumps. training training training or hire less stupid employees at the station. but sadly this station isn't get any better.

Shell gas station is getting approval for customers gas amount but not returning their deposit hold to the customers. 00 hold was placed my card. 00 dollars back on my card. It's so sad that a company large as Shell corporation would constantly steal from customers.

On July 3rd I went to the shells gas station 119 bruckner blvd Bronx, Ny. I pumped gas and drove away, after a while my car stopped and I had to call a tow truck. My car ended up in ACURA dealership and they found samples of diesel gasoline.

I tried going back to the gas station and ask for footage and more information and they seem to be giving me a hard time. Diesel gasoline could’ve been mixed with regular one so I need answers. Is gonna cost $2,100 for damages.

6650 Smithville highway misunderstood my husband's accent and placed his gas on wrong pump. Another car pumped the gas and charged my husband again for the gas. No customer resolution was granted. No deficit to the till for a mistake on the cashier's part.

station doesn't provide workable winshiel cleaning cleaner/squeegy (same tools for over one year) and wash bucket is empty of water. Printer isn't able to print at pump and I usually need to go inside to retrieve. Im also awaiting response from Shell Rewards.

Miami, FL 33172.I tried to use the gasoline pump but I only charged $ 125 at my Credit card with the Aut. # 545116 at 11:33 am and I could not use it, I notified the station and they did not want to attend me, in my state of Cta. the gasoline charge that I did not consume appears.

I ask that the refund be made and that I pay in another transaction $ 50 in the same place.

Shell Station located at 16th Avenue , Laurel, Ms, charged my checking account an extra $58 on a $27 dollar fuel purchase. I did not authorize it, I was not informed about it or nothing. They claim to return it within 72 hours, I have no guarantee of that.

Makes me wonder how many are being done this way and using other peoples money. My Bank does not show that my money is available to me. Maybe a class action lawsuit would be best to make this practice go away.

I would like to complain about a Shell service station at 536 Kentucky Drive Mount Sterling Kentucky 40353. The problem is I go in there and people are constantly trying to push me to buy bongs, pipes, Delta 8 THC and anything they can to make a quick profit.

I wanted to report a shell gas station here in 8535 US 64 MEMPHIS TN 38133. Yesterday 5/25 around 5/25 i put on full tank of gas on the said station, and right after that my car engine lights starts blinking and my car begins to stutter.

So i brought in to the pepboys car repair and they told me to bring it back the next day, so idid, after the repair they said that it was a bad gas that causes the problem. I have the gas sample from my tank.

And the report paper from the repair if you wanted me to send one. I hope you guys can help me about this.

Station located at 1127 Eola Rd in Aurora Il has pumps that will charge at midgrade price although 87 octane selected. It has happened before. I thought perhaps I selected wrong grade. Nope I made sure I selected 87 octane yet pump went to 89 octane Makes you wonder about pricing inside store as well.

I will be getting my gas elsewhere in future
