Hello We went to a shell gas station. A few a day after getting gas the car would not start. We believe that we received bad gas from your station in Swansea mass. The car was working fine til we filled up At the gas station we have taken the car to a mechanic .
I think there maybe an issues with this gas station.

The weekend/week night cashier is very slow and too chatty with the customers or friends she knows. I’m a regular customer there and she is by far the worst cashier ever. She’s always on the phone and the store is always messy.
If the phone rings a transaction she will stop what she is doing and answer the phone. Very frustrating when is all you need to do is get gas and you’re in line for 10 minutes and there’s only two people in front of me.
I tried to get diesel at the Shell 208 Charter Colony Midlothian VA. I tried to call but got no answer. The gas nozzle was too small and it wouldn't allow me to refuel since it didn't depress the cams on my fuel opening to open and allow the nozzle to enter. This was the first time I used this location and I had received a $50 reward card and wanted to use it up.

I am a manager of a gas station in south haven. I went to the shell on Coloma rd. In Riverside Michigan around 3 am on May 16,2021. I parked on the right side of the building. My wife got out of our truck and quickly scurried over beside me. She said she thought the person parked next to us in Green truck was dead. So of course I went to check it out. Knocked on window. The guy in truck jumped. So i continued my journey into store. The other male(blonde,white mask) employee was at the register. He was really polite.

Shell gas station at 4th and Lander in Seattle WA. Clerk said tire air machine was working and gave me eight quarters change from two dollars. I put the coins in the machine and nothing happened. " That is a lie and there was NOT an "Out of Order" sign on the machine.

On 2/15/2020 I purchased gas, chips and drink, I used my shell gas, this was the last purchased I did. Then on 2/18/2020 I started getting text messages about purchases on my shell card that resulted up to $145 dollars, I immediately contacted shell to let them know these are not charges.

I have been purchasing my gas from the Shell station on Hwy 81S and Masters Blvd. in Anderson SC for over 20 years. Those days are over. The last 3 times I have tried to purchase my gas from this station my experience has been horrible.
You cannot pay at the pump on several of the pumps because the payment area is covered up with instructions to pay inside. Several of the pumps are SLOW. I tried to purchase $30 in fuel. 75, I had pumping gas for over 10 minutes.
I stopped the pump and went inside and the people running the station just looked at me and said OK. No big deal I guess. This is not my first time experiencing this. I have given this same station multiple chances and nothing is done about it.

I unfortunately got a flat tire and pulled into your Shell location in Maplewood. I attempted to add air to my tire to no avail. I called roadside assistance to help me but the entire time your gass station attendant only stared and smoked cigarettes while I a single woman traveling alone at 9:30 at night sat and waiting.
