I believe this is the area where they sell donuts where they stocked them they make them in the bakery Alot of the donuts that have filling in them are less than a spoonful. Usually when you bite into a donut you have some filling 80% of a donut is empty. Dunkin' Donuts has more filling, but I like ShopRite. It's the only place I will shop. Is it because the economy?

When I first moved to Connecticut, I shopped almost exclusively at Shoprite. I am a comparison shopper.

However, following an expensive remodeling of the store in Norwalk, the prices went up so dramatically that it was laughable. Customers talk about it in the store. Milk is now $1 more than Trader Joe's. Eggs are at least $2-3 more than at Trader Joe's.

Surely, Trader Joe's has also had to deal with avian virus, but they haven't jacked up their prices! Produce, meat, everything is at least $1 more expensive at Shoprite than at either of the other stores where I now shop.

As a result, I no longer spend $150-200 a week at Shoprite, and am only shopping the specials about once a month. Shoprite will draw more customers by being less expensive. The only good part is that now, when I visit…

Purchased 2 bags of bowl and basket frozen shrimp . Took out of freezer for bbq for holiday . Were not looking very well Both bags are good till oct 2023 i eent back to shoprite bought fresh shrimp. My wife rreturned both bags of shrimp today and they will not take them back .

I visited the Emerson, NJ Shoprite at 425 Old Hook Road-Store 117 on Thursday evening at 5:45pm after work to grab groceries before heading home. Considering the rising prices in groceries I was on a budget. After placing all items on the conveyer belt and they were getting scanned I told the cashier.

I apologize I may have to put some items back, is that ok? She repeated back to me" you cant get that" I said no is it ok if they get put back. She paged another associate to come and place the items back.

I have been a loyal Shop Rite customer for over 30 years and I am so fed up with this Shop Rite that I will never purchase anything from there again. They consistently ring up the incorrect price on sales merchandise.

Every time I have gone there, there is an issue that takes precious time to resolve. In other Shop Rites if an item was rung up incorrectly, you would get it for free. At this Shop Rite, for the past three years, they have only granted me the price difference giving me the sale I should have originally received.

It feels like you need to have an extra degree in interpreting their receipts, double and triple checking every time you go just to make sure you didn't get scammed. It's exhausting and there is no accountability for their negligence.

I was in the store shortly before closing, I intended to purchase a store made product then I realize I did not want it. I suffer severely from arthritis within my hands and legs. As the cashier I believe his name was Patrick rung up mu items I asked him could I run to the bathroom really fast and he gave me permission to do so.

The salad that I didn't want was my intention to return in the same place I got it from out of consideration primarily because it was near the rest room. I put it back in a refrigerated area and proceeded to use the rest room.

I have been a ShopRite customer for 40 years. The selection of products, the service and especially the prices have earned my loyalty. Unfortunately, I am now disabled and must have my groceries delivered. 1. The Tuckahoe Rd. store in Yonkers and the Central Ave.

store in Scarsdale do not deliver, nor can I call in an order for pick up. 2. The delivery fee is far too high. 3. The one time I used this service 3 of my items were left out, 2 items that were not on my list were delivered and the delivery was 3 hours late!

Unless the delivery service IMPROVES DRASTICALLY, you have lost a faithful customer. Janice Katz

Yesterday, Monday 6/12/23 We (J. Wrest} went to pickup an order at this store as we usually . We arrived at 11:55 placed our call to bring out our order out and a women came out and proceeded to give us someone elses order.

She said your order will be out in 5 minutes. After a 20 minutes of waiting we were told our order is still being "picked" and its 61 % full!!!! I proceeded to call the manager of the store "Gary" who apologized for the inconvenience.

00 discount for our trouble. After waiting a bit longer we were told it was 81 % filled and 5 off our orders items were not available and there were no substitutes! 8 % OFF THE OVERAL ALL ORDER ITSELF!

It was now 35 to 40 minutes after our arrival.…

Complaining about the ShopRite in Williamstown NJ ! They have never once gotten our online delivery order right! Wrong items picked out , squished tomatoes, the deliveries are always messed up, never on time! Now today they took our order to Glassboro NJ ,instead of Williamstown NJ !

Went there on the 31st of may to do groceries entered the shop around 18:40 and as I was busy shopping i was rudely told to finish up they want want to close the shop, the two security guards and the lady working at the store told me to hurry they want to leave,i left my groceries there and left the store as it seemed i was taking time and frustrating them,very disappointed as they should not have let me enter in the first place,NEVER EVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN.

I emailed two complaints to store 331. The ShopRite in Cromwell about a woman named Kate that works at customer service. I watched her outside smoking marijuana and then go back to work behind the counter handling money.

My daughter had a run in with her on the same day she gave my daughter a big attitude like she was bothering her she was too busy looking at her phone.

I sent two emails to the store and have yet to receive a reply. I left my email address I do not feel comfortable leaving my phone number, as I know the customer service employees have access to the ShopRite cards that can look up a person's address.

It would have been nice to at least then emailed that someone was going to address the situation. I have a hard time understanding how a company is biggest ShopRite can let…

Dear Sirs, I have stopped shopping at your stores. Because you no longer have cashiers and only self checkouts I no longer step foot in your stores. Many other stores offer both and they are getting my business. How can you be so cheap?!! Many other customers feel the same and have gone to other stores that serve their customers. On Saturday i went to buy a few items, when i got to the express till there were 2 ladies standing there, one cashier and the other one was reading a magazine whom i though she was a packer, i then put my stuff to be packed in my carry bag, they kept on chatting and they were joined by other 2 ladies, the cashier then finished ringing for me then went on chatting with the colleagues without anyone packing for me , i then

I took my sister's advice and switched my prescriptions to shop rite Stirling, NJ from Walgreens in the same town for convenience sake. I have been on this one medication for 23 years and another for over 5 years. I have nerve damage and have had surgery on my back from work, over work, I owned a landscape business.

Every time (monthly/semi-monthly) my Dr. calls in the medications, there is always a problem when Marleen is the pharmacist on duty. My Dr. has added notes, she still calls and questions him. 's choice of drugs. It is appreciated that care is given to prescriptions, but this is not that at all.

The Clinton Shop Rite has made it almost impossible to get a small cart. They have moved the carts very far away and there are only a few left. Before this these carts were so often used it was hard to get one. Why would the store do this?

There must be a reason but it has nothing to due with the consumer wants.

I tried using the chat and after explaining my complaint in detail, I was connected with a link that required me to pay $5 if I wanted to file a complaint!

I would like to tell you that the last 4 weeks your corn muffins have been so burnt that you should just throw them away also the taste is not there. We have always bought them from your store and at that time they were amazing and the flavor was unreal.

On 3/17/2023 I filed the following complaint on ShopRite’s website that was systematically rejected. It appears that certain complaints are simply rejected without even considering the complaint:

“On 3/17/2023 at 06:22 pm, I made a $48.64 purchase from your store located at Gateway C 590 Gateway Drive Brooklyn NY (Store # 289). The cashier/employee who rang up my items (Terminal: 7, Operator: 188, Trans: 209) knowingly charged me for 2 items that I did not purchase. I purchased 3 IBER OCTOPUS IN OIL ($2.19), and 3 GEISHA SMOKED OYST (S2.49) but she charged me for 4 of these items. I spent 90 minutes in the store shopping and upon checking out the cashier pulls a used tissue from her pocket blows her nose and then wipes it and continues to ring my groceries without using any disinfectant wipe or gel. There were customers behind me and at the registers on both sides of me and I did not want to create a scene and make the cashier uncomfortable so I did not say anything.

The woman who was behind me saw exactly what she did and shook her head. I had a large order and the cashier touched every single item which made me very uncomfortable. It is just common knowledge if you sneeze into your hands, blow your nose or wipe your runny nose you should WASH your hands or atleast use an antibacterial gel or wipe.

Attempted to order cold cuts from Shop rite in Colonie NY and was told I had to do it at the kiosk. I then waited five minutes because the customer at the kiosk was having issues. After ordering I was told it would be 20 minutes!!!

Really 20 minutes to get a lb of cold cuts. After waiting 20 minutes I was then told they were out of my item. There were four associates behind the counter talking. Unbelievable. I will no longer be shopping here if this is your idea of customer service.

What a terrible system and I can tell you be the looks of people after me you will be losing customers. This in addition to usually having two registers open is my reason to now go to price chopper.

I used to love shopping for groceries. Over the past few months, however, my experience at ShopRite has been downright poor. Yesterday, for example, I was struggling with the self-checkout. I try never to use them, but the lines were long, and I gave in. Big mistake.

Two managers came over, and one decided to instruct me. No. The thing to do was to offer to help, not show me everything I was doing wrong. And why would two people need to participate in that little activity?

I went to Shoprite the one on Lillian Ngoyi opposite Bree taxi rank in Johannesburg.

I was there with my sistser, bought a few things and I then requested for a cash back, the cashier with a very bad attitude told me she doesn’t have.

I’ve always requested this in many other stores but Shoprite cashiers have an attitude. We do this because out banks allows us with less bank charges for our convictions. If the store decides to not give any cash back to consumers then put signages up instead pf consumers queing for so long to receive such customer service.

I really don’t appreciate it when I have to walk outside a shop rite and hear an employ using the foulest language over and over the whole time I’m walking the parking lot. Yesterday a lady by the name of Gesina Mathebula did not assist me because the were closed, I was in the store at that time, I told her that I am pregnant and I cant stand in the queue for long, her reply was that "they" were also pragnant and they were busy since they opened the store.

It was at the kiosk and there were other colleagues /supervisors of her, they even looked at me and turned away and continued chatting, I only needed to pay only 3items with a card not cash, still she told me the were closed.

I went to Shoprite Florida to request a refund for items incorrectly purchased, i had forgotten the slip and asked for a re-print as i travelled quite a distance to get to the store, The manager and the refund lady advised they were unable to action the request and i was told to come back with the original slip.

This is a ludicrous service! Doesn't the system keep record of transaction history? Now i am forced to pay double transport again to make a return to the store!

I bought a 1 gallon milk from Shoprite Freehold location route 79 ,on the cartoon it says 12 /31/22 this milk was bad a week before the expiration date. I took a screenshot of that container of milk on the 23rd I came into the store and showed it to Brandon at the customer service he refused to accommodate or reach a satisfactory solution.
