Have been trying for five days to have issue with my gift voucher resolved. The manager of ShopRite rosettenville thobile has tried to assist me but she is now still awaiting authorisation from head office ShopRite holdings in order to credit me for my R500 voucher ... This is frustrating and unfair

Incompetent deli workers at your bayshore location cant slice meat properly , try to stuff 2 lbs. of deli meat in a 1 pound bag, my favorite is giving me wrong product, half your workers dont wear id tags. Not to mention I've seen employees adjust there hair when behind counter cutting meat.

I purchased ShopRite gift cards through school fundraiser. I was told by the school they could be used even to purchase gift cards sold by ShopRite. I have purchased gift cards in the past with no problem. ShopRite in Wharton denied me the ability to purchase.

First I was told by the cashier the cashier manager had to approve to verify the purchase. The cashier manager told me that I would have to go to service. Service was extremely rude and said they have never allowed the sale of gift cards with ShopRite gift cards.

When I try to explain and I asked for a manager the individual became angry. The manager basically said the same thing. Questioning and went to the back to speak with the individual from service desk. When he came back he asked me again where did I purchase the cards from…

Good morning I’ve been buying cookies at you wyckoff, NJ for a long time. You replaced or changed manufacturers to Mama Mimardis gourmet vanilla cookies. There are terrible the chocolate is greasy and the cookie has no taste. Before you changed the cookies were the best.

45542688. I placed a order on 11/23/2022 @ 9:32 am. card # 471126686681. my 9th delivery order # 47549237. which gave me my 400 points to receive a free ham. my order was completed @ 5:33 pm for time delivery between 6:00pm - 7pm.

for the first time I was not made aware of my order by shopper with is common knowledge on any updates. when I finally called for information. was told I cannot get my ham because ????. with updates should have been informed. of my choice. Being 77 yrs old.

was told I must come in to pick up my ham. when have any updates made for shoppers to not get my voucher. I am a shopper who love SHOPRITE for years. Mona C Turner was going to order today.

1. I always get misinformation on anything I ask about, no matter what it is.

I was on hold for over 40 minutes just to put in an order for Thanksgiving. I was never given a response, I paid for the order, never received an email like promised, I called several times. When someone finally answered they asked me for my phone number and they said they would call me back and never did.

Went in to redeem a turkey and they said I already redeemed a ham. I bought a small ham but not for the redemption. The ham was not a Cook's Ham ,which is what it says to redeem. I did not tell the cashier that this was for the redemption. This is very unfair. Thank you Heleane

Hello, I was shopping at your Gateway Center location in Brooklyn, NY yesterday and I picked up some Apple Cider. I just tried it today and it tastes like it's already started fermenting (tastes like vinegar). I'm not in the area for a while so I am unable to return to the store but I wanted to reach out to you 1.

so you could inform the store to do a quality control check on the other ciders and 2. asking for a refund (can be a gift card to Shoprite if that's easiest. I don't think it's fair to pay over $7 for fermented cider.

Today I came to shoprite Florida to use my Voucher that I get every month from My Bank. I came with my two Kids and it was packed. The Cashier was super friendly and helpful. She asked that I go to the money market to get a Gift voucher card so I can load my Voucher.

First of all the Lady at the money market was supposed to Load it but she sent me Back to the cashier and said she should do it. When I got back to the Cashier she was shocked that the Lady from the Money Market did not Load it.

She refused qnd said I should Do It Myself. I left everything there. I am so disappointed in how this lady spoke. Something that could have taken her 2 minutes,She chose to not Assist because it's Close to Closing Time.

My complainant is about the same two employees Camille and Brittany at Shoprite 6301 Oxford Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19111. Store #402. I have called to speak to management several times but no response. On October 1, 2022 at 11:59 am, I shopped for food and paid at Terminal #9, operator 101 trans 59, after paying for my food, I could hear Camille speaking so loud, she was working on the Express Lane.

I walked over to use the lottery and saw Camille go into Customer Service Door. She immediately came out with her co-worker Brittany, who was working inside the Customer Service Area. They walked pass me and stood in the middle of the floor near the lottery machine and the second Customer service area.

I'm buying my groceries in Shoprite Atlantis store every Fridays, now I experienced bad approach by trolley manager who was harrassing me using bad language and forcing me to take out my Shoprite goods out of the trolley on my way from the shop, than my question is, how can I carrying big stuff that I bought from the shop without trolley? if I knew that there will be a big issue on using their trolleys, I should'nt have to buy big stuff from that shop, even now I'm afraid of Buying big stuff using their trolleys, I rather buy my big stuff from other shops, the way they treated me I felt small.

Hi, yester evening just after 18:30, I was at Shoprite Thabong Mall. While on queue I experienced a shocking incident whereby a young african man accidentally vomited between two till points as he was paying. A lady cleaner was called and on arrival there she gave this young man a trolley mop and paper towel to self clean the vomit.

Regardles of his condition that he was not well and still looked dizzy, she stood there to watch him cleaning. As soon as he was done I asked this lady cleaner why was she doing that to the poor guy, she told me that she was instructed by her manager.

Since you changed to Bowl and Basket Shoprite has gone downhill!! Everyone has to be sure to look at all expiration dates on milk/dairy/meat all foods.. You Never have Bowl & Basket ice cream sandwiches.. There is a limited selection of products.

Bowl & Basket is just as expensive as brand names.. Everyone I talk has same complaints. Very very disappointed..

Ok took some apples cos it on special R9,99 get by the till , it's not 9,99 anymore . Call the front end controller ( took her 6 min to get to the till , cos she is first talking to another controller) ok controller get by the till full of attitude ( asking me were did I get the Appels) OMW she go and

My wife and I were in terminal #6, cashier # 488, cashier's name Leona. She didn't speak say hello or anything when I asked if she was having an issue with the customer in front of us. Anyway, once she finally completed the transaction with that customer it was our turn. As I stated already no customer service edicate at all, which I didn't care. What I cared about is that the several large bags of chips that we had she made sure she crushed them by throwing them down on the covayor belt and then pushed the heavier items into them. I asked her not to do that because they were chips and she did it again, saying nothing to me. After we were done I told her that she had not customer service skills.

This is my 4th time yes 4th time buying bad seafood from the Orange Shoprite!! I have had to return it 4 times due to the horrendous smell it had . I usually buy from Stopnshop and NEVER had this problem!

I have kids , and god forbid someone in my house hold gets really sick let alone end up in the hospital due to their bad seafood I will be contacting a lawyer , this is unacceptable and a damn shame they ought to be ashamed of themselves

Palisades Park, NJ - my regular store had me pay for the same groceries twice due to a computer issue. I was asked to verify with my bank if first purchase was debited from my account. I did and showed the Asst Mgr of the store.

Despite that since it was not recorded in the stores account, my groceries (frozen) had to be scanned again after they were placed in my bags by me and I had to pay again. I was told by Rich Nam that if it was a double payment, it would only be charged once.

Not true, attached is my banking debit and has been debited twice. This matter has been an unnecessary aggravation to me and my husband due to the time at the supermarket and the financial burden put on our banking account.
