This was possibly the worst “customer service” call ever. I put it in quotes because all the representative did was be rude and unhelpful in every way. I told the girl it was a bad time and I couldn’t talk, she loudly sighed as if I was inconveniencing her.

I proceeded to tell her I was going to do the extended trial when I have a minute and she didn’t like that answer and loudly sighed again. Her voice and tone throughout the whole call was extremely rude and aggressive.

I kept telling her I’m not interested and she kept throwing more deals at me. I finally had to end the call because I was in the middle of something and when I nicely said “I appreciate your time thank you I have to go” she once again rudely sighed and hung up aggressively.

I love Sirius but this interaction has me…

bought a new car and the existing account for my 2019 was going to be closed but instead they closed my daughters account and say they can not correct their mistake. They are so busy talking garbage to you that you want to scream.

It is easy you reopened the account closed in error and continue with the contract. They do not listen

When I contacted customer service and asked to cancel my account, the chat rep would not let me cancel. He was ignoring my responses and seemed to be stalling, just keeping me on the line for no reason. It took my repeated requests and over 15 minutes of my time was wasted because of their selling tactics.

Don't think I'll ever go back.

I'm very disappointed. When I entered into a contact with Sirus XM, I sign up for automatically renewal. It was my understanding that I would only pay my previous contract. I was unaware that I would be billed a monthly rate after my year ended.

This was not the case with my other car and I had no problems like I'm having now. I didn't notice for 4 months that Sirus XM was billing me at a monthly rate instead of yearly. In the past when I signed up for automatically renewal, all was taken from my account was the yearly amount.

Again, I was very disappointed that Sirus XM didn't disclose their terms verbally. They didn't call me like they been during in the past.

However, I understand why now. They were getting a higher rate from me. This was an expensive lesson.

I am sick and tired of listening to so called dj type people which I dispise. I have Xm to not have to be exposed to people run their mouth Like commercial radio .. if I wanted to tolerate stupid people running their mouth, I would not be paying for Xm .

If this policy is not terminated, I will terminate Xm radio. Get the message people, I am not the only person which will terminate their Xm service. I can blue tooth and or use cds. The only person which I can tolerate is Pat Boone so get rid of the dribble mouths or I will get rid of you.

I just had a rep from Sirus contact me to offer an extension of my three month trial. I left her go through her script before kindly declining the extension and she was immediately pissed! She very coldly muttered have a good day and hung up on me.

Even if I was considering it, I definitely would not subscribe now. That was very rude and unprofessional!

99. 99. 95 or something close to that. This is what bothers me it should have been immediately put back to my checking account not my Sirius xm account. I feel like the process to get ahold of you guys about the charge was difficult.

I’m on a fixed limited income and feel it would be worse for you to inform people when their promotional period is ending. But you taking money I didn’t account for your charge over drew my checking account and cost me an additional $30.

I’m not happy about this out come and hope you take this complaint and improve how you conduct business.

I bought a new Genesis Gv 70 which had a 12 month Sirius XM demo included on the purchase price. I traded in a Ford Edge which had 3 months remaining on its service contract. I attempted to rollover that 3 months to the new vehicle so I would have 15 months of Sirius XM.

What the tech did was delete the 12 month demo and replace it with the 3 months from the traded in vehicle. Eventually I ended up with a 3 month demo. All these changes were made while I was on hold.

A supervisor tried unsuccessfully to get the 12 month demo the car dealership had included in purchase price of vehicle but without success. Now I need to see if dealership can fix this problem created by Sirius XM personnel. Totally unbelievable

I have called their customer service line twice on this matter still in resolved. For close to 7 months they were double billing me. It all started when I added an additional car to my account. They gave me a price for both for one year. Made first payment. With my bank card.

So they continued to bill that card for the amount we agreed on. And also bill my discover card for my original subscription at full amount. They gave me a credit of $52 because the girl on the phone said that’s all she can give.

And that someone from the billing sept will reach out and give me the credit for the rest. Which is $300 and change. Needles to say no one has ever called me back either of the two times I called.

Recommend you remove Brett Favre from Sirius XM. After viewing reports how Favre took government funds away from low income Americans in the state of Mississippi to build a volleyball facility is unethical, immoral and cruel. He is wrong and should not be rewarded with the opportunity to broadcast his show on Sirius XM.

I use Sirius XM on my car with the Android Auto App. This app greatly limits the stations I can listen to even though I have paid for so much more! Why is this happening, and can it be corrected? It feels like paternalism and censorship from the Android Auto App. Why do you allow you service to be reduced in this way? It annoys customers.

I provide a complaint . I told them that my wife gave back her car. I asked politely to cancel and give my wife back full payment for this month. They only said they would prorate. I asked about best deal and they give me a much higher price. 99 a month.

I also found deal for 3 months free w/o putting credit card on the system. This person wasted my time. What they were doing is switch and bate. p. I know also you offer a no charge Amazon showcase 10 for signing.

Sirius XM steals from customers! I asked Sirius XM to transfer seven remaining months of subscription on a car which was totaled and no longer exists. Sirius XM would not transfer the subscription from my totaled car to a new car I bought which had a 3 free month subscription given to me by the auto dealer. I guess Sirius XM is so poor they can't afford to give their customers the service they are entitled to for the amount of time to which they are entitled.

I will not be renewing.

Note how every reply from Sirius XM is the same reply produce by a robot. It's emblematic of the type of company Sirius XM is in fair dealing with customers. Got a problem? Talk to the hand.

NissanConnect mobile app hasn't worked for a few months. many consumers have been complaining. Tech Support has not corrected the issue. Web site - when a consumer wants to cancel or change packages there is no option to do so forcing the customer to call Customer Service the reps were poorly trained constantly putting the customer on hold.

It took 45 minutes and 2 reps to change my package. Unacceptable!! I escalated the call to a supervisor she gave me 3 months of free service which I appreciated however the call center needs an overhaul and major changes need to be made quickly.

As a former call center manager, there were call metrics in place, reps were highly trained, when there were technical problems, the issues were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I am requesting that…

When we purchased our new Lincolns in 2016, we received six months of Sirius XM radio for free. In addition, we received a six-year subscription to SiriusXM Traffic and SiriusXM Travel Link. We continued on with the radio option. After getting ridiculous increases in our fees each year, and having to have a call with Sirius to get them back to a reasonable range, we finally discontinued our radio services this past March 1st.

Frankly, had they increased us to an absurd amount we would have never even thought twice about continuing. But once we started thinking about it, we realized we really didn't need it for any amount.

However, when we discontinued our radio, Sirius elected to cancel all of our services including the six-year subscription to SiriusXM Traffic and SiriusXM Travel Link…

In 2019 I leased a vehicle (2019 Mercedes-Benz C300) that stated (on the sticker) that there is a FIVE year LIVETRAFFIC subscription included with my agreement.

In addition, there is also a 6-month TRIAL subscription included with my agreement.

During the course of me having the vehicle, I chose to (just recently) discontinue the radio part of my subscription. These are separate subscriptions. I know this because when my 6-month radio trial ended, my LIVETRAFFIC was still in tact.

I called in right before my free trial (my bank card was entered to start the free trial) was to end and subscribed to the monthly platinum plan (i switched to my credit card). I started the monthly platinum plan in June 2020 and have been charged on my credit card each month since then.

96 per month since June 2020 for ANOTHER subscription. Apparently- whatever agent subscribed me to the monthly platinum subscription from the free trial never canceled my free trial which then started billing for a completely separate subscription. How long do I have to listen to Alicia Keys on ch. 48? I am over just hearing her and her influences. 48 is my favorite channel to hear various artist that we don't hear on regular radio. This is a big disappointment.

Where can I hear the music that I am use to hearing on heart and soul. ANNOYED!!!!! Not everybody likes Alicia all day. Sometimes but not all day!! I felt annoyed of constantly hearing her and decided to investigate. Bring the real Heart and Soul back or the alternate channel.

In November 2020 I purchased a new 2020 Ford Edge equipped with navigation and 5 years of Travel Link provided by SiriusXM. I contacted SiriusXM via chat and after some back and forth the agent advised me I could get Travel Link back for $8 a month.

I told her it was supposed to be for 5 years and she told me that was my only option. I then filed a complaint with them and several days after the chat I received a phone call from someone named Davjd in the complaint resolutions department.

He confirmed that my Travel Link was turned off and he would look into it. " I advised him that Travel Link wasn't dependent on my having any entertainment package. He said I know but apparently that will make it easier for them.

Tried to renew service again. I have had multiple vehicles with XM for years. My subscription was set to renew so I called to renew. I paid around $130 a year (which is high based on some special deals I’ve seen for like $60 a year)

I was told I had a balance of$40 for a week or two of service because my subscription had expired. Spoke to 4 different people about helping me with the balance. Refused. I was told I had to put a card on file to receive service. I’ve never had to do that before. I’ve always paid in full for a year.

I used the chat line today to ask a billing question that I couldn't find an answer to on the website. I also asked about applying for the military discount. I was given a number to call since the chat line rep couldn't address that.

After calling and being on hold I was told that they had given me the WRONG NUMBER and would have to connect me to a different department. On hold again, then when finally connected was told WRONG DEPARTMENT, that this was advanced tech support.

Then they put you through their cancellation department - more time on the phone since they don't want you to cancel.

Subscribed off and on for years. Currently off. What it will take for me to put my car and truck back on: #1 Customer service in USA. The ones in India can't comprhend what I'm talking about and I can't understand them.

#2 A locked in reasonable rate, no auto renewals on my credit card. I would pay $7 a month or so. We don't drive our vehicles enough for the current rate. #3 Be able to cancel subscription online, not spend an hour on the phone.

I received a promotion for an Amazon Echo Dot through my Sirius radio account. I in error, ordered two Amazon Dots. When realizing this I cancelled my order. I tried to reorder just one Dot but my promotional code would not work, even though it was not redeemed.

I called Amazon to see if they could honor the code they in turn stated I need to call Sirius for this matter. Amazon has sent me an email stating that my promotion code was not used and that I did not receive my Echo Dot (see attachment).

I called Sirius and explained my case Ref # 190318-017670 to Brenda McDonald. She told me in order to get my promotion code (which was not redeemed) I need to change my one year offer that came with the promotion code to a six month plan and then I could get new code.

0n 02-07-2019 I phone called SIRIUS 1-855-802-7155 to order a sxsd2 SIRIS XM portable speaker dock boom box. I explained what my order was & got only an approx... five minute sales pitch to purchase everything else I clearly did not want.

After two or three no thank you's we finally got to my order. I gave my sixteen diget VISA card numbers and the expiration date and the three diget security code on the reverse side. 99. Then she wanted me to give her my complete birth date.
