This was possibly the worst “customer service” call ever. I put it in quotes because all the representative did was be rude and unhelpful in every way. I told the girl it was a bad time and I couldn’t talk, she loudly sighed as if I was inconveniencing her.
I proceeded to tell her I was going to do the extended trial when I have a minute and she didn’t like that answer and loudly sighed again. Her voice and tone throughout the whole call was extremely rude and aggressive.
I kept telling her I’m not interested and she kept throwing more deals at me. I finally had to end the call because I was in the middle of something and when I nicely said “I appreciate your time thank you I have to go” she once again rudely sighed and hung up aggressively.
