This is about the 4th time I've gone to slims and they have completely jacked my order up. Tonight they got my order completely messed up, the food that I did get was COLD, there were things missing from my order and to top it off, the cole slaw was rotten and now I'm pissed. I don't work my butt off to pay for such terrible service

I came inside to dine at 11:53 order extra crispy then order was wrong prior to that No one followed back with me after I told them my order was wrong. THE Manger on Duty didn't ask me if she could cook it over. Not Ever going back.

I ordered some food at the Slim Chickens at 1600 Pine Lake Road Lincoln, Ne on 9/27/2023. Order number: 31463809759262. I paid for the meal and they dawdled and made me wait at least 10 minutes. They finally gave me the meal but gave me no drink.

When I mentioned it they said "did you order a drink I said what I ordered and finally gave it to me. I honked the horn once and completely ignored me.

Went into the store on September 14th. Dinner was fine, daughter want a milkshakes. IT took from 7:46PM to 8:06PM to get 2 milkshakes. She went back up to the counter after about 15 minutes.

Finally the gitlrl brought the milkshakes, no I'm sorry or anything. I called the manager after we had left and asked why it took so long. He said he couldn't tell me why. I told him you may have lost customers and we have both worked in several restaurants and know it doesn't take that long

I ordered 10 wings and a kids tenders meal, went through the drive thru window. After paying, at the window was told to pull forward and wait and my receipt would be in the bag. I didn't realize until I got home that I was given10 tenders instead of 10 wings and my receipt was not inside the bag.

A receipt with no pricing was attached to the outside of the bag listed 10 tenders but that is not what I ordered.

Late dinner last night at Slim Chickens in TexarkanaTexas. french fries cold and tough... chicken tenders luke warm, felt like chewing on plastic. Disappointed to say the least. Spent $32 on two meals and a cheesecake jar. I do not feel like you guys should be serving food like this. I feel like I should be reimbursed or something.

No customer service. Waited and then was told they only had one fryer. I waited inside and they kept taking orders and told no one about this issue. A 5 min order took 45. They didn’t care. Will never go back.

I am a former worker at lubbock tx university and 19th st. i put my two weeks in and she got mad and fired me. they cut my hours for no reason. the kitchen is dirty, no one does what their supposed to, everyone just yells at eachother all day its chaos.

the worst job ive worked at by far ill never eat or work there again.

About six or seven times a month II obtain my dinner From store 3405 in Callaway Florida. I don’t get off of my job in till 9:50 and Slim chickens is it close proximity so I go there for my dinner, take it out, always.

Upon arriving at the restaurant I am greeted by the cashier as always but hear the manager say “ oh my gosh, are you kidding me? He shows up at 2 till 10”. I asked the cashier if she was talking about me and was told yes.

It was rude, it was very unprofessional and it pissed me off. I work in customer service in particular the medical field and it was extremely uncalled for. While I waited for my food I heard her call someone in the kitchen a loser at least 25 times loudly.

This entire restaurant is full and NOBODY has food. Nasty famn place with food all over the floor. Been waiting 30 mins and no food in sight. They are taking orders left and right but not producing any food. Fort Smith, Arkansas.

I visited slimchickens in West lafayette,IN and my order was not right and I asked for my order to be remade. Gregg Wray was who I talked to and he was very rude and said I know the order is right I saw them make it and it was clearly wrong. And totally refused to remake my order I will not be back ever if Gregg is there I had never felt more uncomfortable in my life.

00 in food for my family for dinner and me, my kids, and my mother all got sick about 30 minutes after eating it. My son and I both could not stop barfing it up. I hate to see my small children sick like that because of eating fast food that was prepared wrong or no good.

My mother was very sickly from it as well and im very disappointed with the service and the outcome of spening almost $50 bucks for food that made the entire family severly sick. I would like a full refund and for that location to takw some serioys sanitation lessons.

The worst ive ever experienced with food poisioning.

I brought an eight piece chicken,substituted fries for mushrooms, brought an extra order of okra. The okra, and mushrooms were good, but the chicken was hard, dry, and with very little sauce on it. The chicken was nasty, I called the store with my complaint, and the manager on duty (at that time) took my complaint.

I explained to him that it wasn't all the food just the chicken. I had one other passenger in the car with me who tried one also, we both decided, after tasting one that the chicken was very dry, and hard.

So I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty, who informed me to bring it back and I could get it recooked or get a refund, he said that he got off at six o'clock, and he would leave a note for me to come in, and be taken care of.

I couldn't make it back before…

Hi, I placed an online order through the Slim Chicken app/website and it happened that I am missing (items). I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through (store), you have the authority to process the refund back to my card.

That's why I'm here asking for assistance since I am not able to call your support line.

Unfortunately this is my second time at this specific location where I encountered an issue the first issue it just had to do with the food quality it wasn't fresh my fries were cold and my chicken strips were a bit hard but I didn't have time to go back being that I was on my lunch break I did reach out and somebody contacted me however the way that they contacted me was a bit unprofessional, being that they reached out to me by text message I've never ever had that before.

I’m complaining about the Helena store. I think it’s pretty sad how they bring in a new GM named Patrick and he wants to cut everyone’s hours and change everything? There’s been people working there since the open! And he wants to cut their hours and make all these changes?

Also his wife is now a manager there too? How is that even fair to the loyal employees?? What happened to people being able to move up in the business instead of sending people from out of state here that have never even worked for the company??

I also thought it was illegal in Montana for husband and wife to work together let alone working the same hours. Nepotism at its finest.

I would not want to work ever at some chickens ever again on 19th Street in Lubbock Texas I used to work there and just because of a rumor that I did not say I was treated wrongfully my hours were cut my pay was cut they hired somebody to try to get me to quit or fire me I've been being bullied all the time and they wrote me up twice for the same thing even though I didn't do anything they try to sue me for something I didn't even do and they were just not nice to me over there they blame me for stuff I didn't do the manager Alfonso was super mean to me just because he was insecure he thought I was talking about him when I was not and

4th Street Lubbock Texas. Drive thru. Lisa K. 42 for 3 regular sides and kid drink, when questioned about the price, became rude and condescending. The situation was rectified and I was charged the correct amount by another person, but with the window closed, I could hear Lisa K. mocking me.

I ordered fried pickles, and had someone pick it up for me. The fried pickles were extremely salty. I had 3 of my coworkers try one each to see if maybe it was just me, but they all said the same thing.

The inside of the bag was a little too wet from the pickle juice. When I went in person to try and get a refund or exchange for something else I was told I had to wait on the manager Laura to come and assist me.

Laura was too busy conducting job interviews. I had waited long enough and had to get back to my job. I do not understand why any of the other personnel were not able to assist me with my issue.

This is my first time ordering Slim Chickens and I’m a little disappointed for the price! They did not fill the sides even half full?! I paid over $5 for a little tiny portion of Mac& cheese! The food tasted good and my mushroom side was full.

I also had a side of potato salad and that wasn’t even half full either. I got it delivered as a treat since we don’t eat out much and I’m not sure I’ll be doing that again!

I ordered my food at 5:10 pm. As of 5:40, I had not received my food. The person that I dined with received hers as we paid separately. About 5 customers came in after and received their food.. I asked the cashier about my food but still had not received food.

I finally asked about my order and informed five people came in after me and received their food and also asked for my money to be be returned. My refund receipt says Devon C refunded my money. About 3 employees were present and no one apologized.

I’m very dissatisfied with entire experience.

Stopping at Slim Chickens on N. Gloster, Tupelo, Ms for the first time since opening here. Whoever the girl that was at the drive thru. She asked to take our order, we asked her could we have a minute, being our first time there.

I frequently eat here with my family. I’ve always asked for no garlic butter on my toast and it has always not been a problem but today the manager or assistant came out and tells the cashier I personally would not allow that!!

I heard her and I said I’m sorry did I hear u say you aren’t going to allow that? If that is the case I can leave and take my business elsewhere I was appalled by the way she spoke to her coworkers and the way she handled the situation was poor on her behalf.

We like to eat here but we will not be coming back.

Yes we've ordered from some chicken several times before we have said the potato salad the potatoes are hard the chicken strips that we have gotten in the past or bigger these were very small we didn't get any bread the manager of the store called instated I'm sorry but we don't make our potato salad here and we get our chicken from someone else that's totally an acceptable

The table next to us had been waiting about 20 minutes and got there food before us and we were here first. The ketchup bottle on the table was dirty. The man who took our order had dip in his mouth.

The bathroom had trash on the floor. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned off. We have never had to wait this long for food here before.

Me and my 6 year old stopped at the Muscle Shoals location. We arrived about 5 minutes before opening. As we was sitting in drive thru waiting a man came out the back door he said we don’t open till ten I said yes sir I’m aware we are just waiting.

I asked and was told you food was very good so I drove just to try it. I got to the drive thru at 9:35 pm 9-7-2022 . After waiting in line I got to the drive thru order spot.

Okay so I’ve been working with slim chickens for a while like since they opened… I helped set things and place and move around … but the main reason why I am coomplaining is because I was just recently fired over nothing … I was accused of not coming into work everyday when I was the main employee that did and ran everything … I’m just letting you guys know that the business up here in Minnesota Mankato is horrible !
