My slim chickens back home was amazing. But the one here on sam houston is so bad. I ordered a grab and go family meal last saturday and there was literally no food. I didnt get toast, you could fit the rest of the food into the side containers, and the chicken tasted somehow sour.

When i called the store i was told "you have to contact customer service online" and i did. But its now been almost a week and i have heard nothing back.

I showed up at 945 and the guy in driv thru said they were closed. I saidnyou close at ten. He goes yup. I said so you closed early he said yup. I go so do you close at 945 or ten he said yup.

I said so thats all you are going to say. I got one last yup. I want something done about this. Totally unprofessional with no explanation. He was very rude and condescending. It was the one on 87th st in lenexa

I showed up at 945 and slims wasnpicth black inside. I went through the drive through and the guy on speakernsaid sorry we are closed. I said you dont closed till ten. He said yes sir. I said so you close early he said yes sir.

I said bit i have fifteen more minutes. And he said im not going to open our fucking store back up just for you. Even thiugh there was another car behind me too

Tonight after work, my daughter ordered our dinner which took us about 45 minutes to finally get. I drove through the drive through to pick up the order she had placed on line because it is so hard to get out of the parking lot due to how busy the drive through is.

Once I got to the window to pick up our order the lady had me to pull into a parking spot because they had lost our order. I waited for several minutes and then decided to go inside to get our order.

While waiting on them to check on our order, one of the employees hung up the phone and yelled my daughters name and said something about her order. Apparently my daughter had called to make sure they had received her order there and to make sure she didn't accidentally place it at another Slim Chicken's restaurant.

I was in the dining room on 05/25/22 and their was a screaming match between managers (i assume wearing black shirts). They were cursing and felt very uncomfortable and seem like a fight was going to happen. Not a nice experience and we frequent there couple times a month and now will thimk twice about eating there.

I have three complain about the Slim Chicken located at 1515 Hampton Ave., St. Louis MO.

1. I had a curbside pickup. I had ordered on line and the order was confirmed. I sat for more than 15 mins in my car after notifying them I was there. I called the store and they advise yes they had the order and would bring it right out. Ten minutes later, I called the store again. Was told we someone is coming out right now with it. Another five minutes and finally, got the food. Staff did not seem at all concerned. 2. Another curbside pickup -waited over 15 mins. And call the store and was told it’s on its way out. Five minutes later, I called again and was advised that they didn’t have the order. I would have to order again. I told them no and advise that I probably would not return. The employee…

I asked for food to be dropped fresh. The manger at Tyler Texas location told me that it was already fresh which it was not because my tenders and fries were still cold .

My name is Eric King and I visited the store in Longview Texas yesterday at approximately 11am. One of the workers, a tall young man, had some type of band in his mouth. When i came to order, he took it out of his mouth and begin to take my order.

he was putting it and and out of his mouth. he also touched the desserts in the jars. while i had no issue with his demeanor, as he seemed to be very polite, please instruct management to go over SANITATION with the YOUNG staff.

he didn't seem to understand that you cant be putting your hands in and out of your mouth at a RESTAURANT.
