My account was hacked and the hacker was scamming any and everyone I had added. Posted stories and etc. I tried to contact support and they told me "we understand you are frustrated but we can't do anything and we will not respond to this chat anymore. Have a good day"

I had Snapchat over 10 years know never have bin asked to verify through mobile number but now it does but tried explaining to customer service I don’t rember the number from 10 years ago.. but they are not willing to help I have my kids picture of growing up over the years I am so upset about this

My daughters phone was banned with no evidence or explanation. I explained a bit in her school has been sending malicious complaints about a number of girls which has resulted in similar bans. Customer service did not help, provide any detail.

This has caused huge distress to my daughter which I have explained. Customer service has now said matter is closed and will not respond to any emails. There is no way to talk to anyone at their customer service team, it’s dismal customer service showing no care to their users despite when I had assumed they had a moral and legal responsibility to do so.

It is impossible to contact customer service. I want to pass on information to the Snapchat team to bring certain features back but I’m concerned it will never be read due to solely relying solely on automated emails. I am also concerned Snapchat team chooses not to listen to users and whenever a feature gets deleted they need to bring it back at some point rather than remove it for good.

I’m concerned coders remove the code completely rather than commenting it out, which is what they should be doing. I emailed the CEO but no response. com and all I get are automated emails. I need you to do better job with communication and to not get rid of useful features for good such as face snap animator (I’m talking about filter where selected picture synchronizes with snapper) and bit moji TV.

This applications support is dreadfully awful, not like other apps customers services this one is just terrible. A few days ago my account got locked when I entered a new country. When I tried unlocking it my account got banned for no reason?

Snapchat won’t let me login and I’m really furious I just brought the iPhone 14 pro from a shop and they won’t let me login and they won’t help me when it’s my first time logging into it and they won’t unban the device if they don’t want me logging in my account atleast unban the device so I can create a new one for my friends and family But no they want me to go buy another phone then create

Remove the ai from the friends list. Garbage app expects you to pay them to delete their shitty ai function. Fuck you snapchat.

Hi, my account has been deleted and I have a device ban, as far as I know I havent breached any terms or conditions . I have contacted Snapchat customer service who are unable to tell me the reason or assist.

I would really appreciate it if I could be informed of the cause and if this has been done in error, my account reactivated and the device ban lifted. I got a new phone 4 weeks ago which is refurbished I was wondering if it had a device ban before I started using it which has resulted in the ban.

My snapchat recently got hacked since the email address, username and phone number was changed. Anyways I emailed Snapchat support and they said they cannot help me and nor will they correspond with my conversation anymore when they didn't even help me in the first place. I love snapchat, its my top social media platform but the new AI update that they added makes me uncomfortable. I know some people like AI which is fine but personally I do not. I feel like we should be given an option to take it away without having to pay for snapchat+.

The AI being there makes me feel like im being watched and it’s annoying that it always pops up on the top of the chat feed. Like im not chatting with you so do not pop up. To summarize this I think people should be able to choose if they want an AI or not.

I don’t like the new snapchat feature My AI, it’s invasive and i don’t like it being on my chat feed where i text my friends. It’s so manipulative that snapchat has added this feature where only snapchat+ subscribers can get rid of it.

Everyone that i have talked to about this thinks it’s weird and inappropriate for snapchat to put this feature on everyone’s phone, even if they don’t want it. Me and many other people would like for snapchat to make it an optional feature that everyone can chose to have or not or i’m going to find another social media app to contact my friends as i don’t feel safe using snapchat anymore.

Snapchat permanently locked my Snapchat account for “violating guidelines” even though I did no such thing. When trying to sort it with customer care they were absolutely terrible and basically told me I can never use that account or Snapchat on my phone ever again even though I DID NOTHING WRONG.

Bit moji TV is no longer available. This feature was very meaningful to me and I used this feature a lot so it was so not worth deleting this feature. I literally feel upset about this. Please please please bring back this feature.

updates that snap does only make the app worse.

firstly the billion of unskipable ads there are is insane. you can't even enjoy snap stories without seeing 10 ads in the span of 2 minutes.

secondly, putting the filters at the bottom of the screen after you take a snap? what is the purpose of that. you are able to still swipe for filter but why must they be in circles, at the bottom on the screen.

instead of having a blank snap to text or to draw on, we have circles. The space that can be used now is very limited. I strongly belive it should go back to strictly swiping to find filters so that there are so accidental screen taps which lead to unwanted filters.

thirdly (personal issue) but I'm not able to see any of my stickers or the date. only cameos, which I did not make, and emojis.…

The bit moji TV feature is no longer available. I’ve been using this feature a lot and I am very disappointed that this feature is removed. On discover, when I type “Bitmoji TV”, is does not display in search results (as shown in image below).

Please please please bring this feature back. I hope developers didn’t delete the code for this. If developers remove a feature, they should comment out the code rather than delete the entire code in case someone requests to bring this feature back.

Even though this feature may not be popular, it would have been worth keeping it since bit moji TV is very meaningful to me.

Permanently locked out for no reason

my account was hacked and locked. on the app it says temporarily locked but on the website it says permanently. i contacted customer service and they have been extremely unhelpful. they tell me the same thing everytime “ we can’t help you “when i know they can!

they did it before when i got hacked so what’s the difference this time! it’s the exact same situation. they are being so lazy and unhelpful . i need my account back. this isn’t my fault that it got hacked and locked!

My Snapchat is not working from past 1 week while i have cleared my catche and logout my Snapchat account and reinstall the app as well but nothing happend so at the end i reset my phone too but it doesn't working it is still hanging while i opened it immediately it closes and i can't capture snaps and if it captures sometimes Snapchat doesn't save them and hangs this is so

I rarely if ever use my Snapchat and I have been banned. My son also had his banned the same day. He has never posted anything against the community policies, and they don't respond or try to even work to fix the problem. Very frustrated and irritated.

I've had my Snapchat account for 9 years now! and all of a sudden i got logged out from my account and can't log back in as it keeps sending a verification code to my old phone number. me and a lot of other people have had a complaint about the new bitmoji update we think it is unnecessary for you guys to change is its very ugly.

Lost my phone and tried to login to my account on my new one. I know my username, password, have access to my email and everything but have access to my old phone number. It wouldn’t let me login because I could verify my old number and support did nothing about it just sent the same automated email over and over stating it was in their users privacy, all I am asking is to update my phone number with my account so I can verify.

I was hacked and the person that had done it was posting photos on my story which got me banned, i emailed snapchat repeatedly and they didn’t do anything to help me other than send the same email over and over and i had waited days for a reply. They won’t even help you get your account unbanned and unlock your device because they don’t take the time to read your email properly and just say the same email over and over.

They don’t take the time of day to listen to your issues that you have been having with snapchat as they only care about themselves and their wage.

I have been emailing the Snapchat Support team about my daughters account being compromised and nobody is responding to me. We want to prosecute whoever posted racial slurs while pretending to be my daughter - we need the information urgently.

I had snapchat for just over 3 years, I used it regularly to keep in contact with friends I have no other contact with and making many memories. this year my snapchat was deleted and terminated. I had no explanation and no way of contacting you guys to get more information, there was no warning or anything.

I think it is despicable that there is no phone number to speak to someone directly or to discuss what went wrong even worse is that this is happening to many people and many people are devastated that they had complete faith in this app and used it to make so many years worth of memories for them to just vanish in seconds.

Snapchat made it insanely difficult to re-sign into their app after forgetting my password due to inactivity for a year. I don't use it much, but I wanted my old account back. Turns out it's easier to just sign up for a new one than to try to reset a password. Hitting those dumb picture squares one can hardly even see on a small phone screen, then re-checking emails every five minutes to find a new verification code because you hit the wrong picture square and snapchat decides you're an "iffy" sign in attempt.. trying to go back and forth on a phone to check emails for new verifications, then going back to the sc app to find it's changed its page on you and suddenly you have to redo the whole thing.. what a pain in the ass!

Snapchats support is absolutely awful. i was locked out of my account for absolutely no reason that im aware of. i downloaded twitter specifically to speak to Snapchat support and they sent me a page that i had already looked at.

when i asked for more help, i got no response. i can't log back into my account even though it says its temporary. this is INCREDIBLY frustrating.
