I am facing trouble integrating Appslyer into my Snapchat ads account. I reached out to the Appsflyer support team and everything has been working correctly. I then reached out to your support team where they sent me instructions that I had already followed and so everything was integrated correctly on my end.

I was then told that I had been directed to the right support team and I would hear back soon. That was last on March 4th. I have followed up several times and received radio silence. I am a loyal customer and we spend money on your platform regularly so appalled to be facing this kind of customer service. _5008b1xKgvT:ref ]

Permanently banned my account when I was hacked lost all my memory’s of family and friends who have passed away not helpful in the slightest anyone know a way to resolve this

I'm a user of Snapchat for 7 years, I've had the same account for that period. I woke up this morning to being logged out of my account. I tried to sign in and was logged out immediately. It said permanently locked.

I haven't done anything and I'm not sure what has gone on. But every time I tried to contact Snapchat about it via Twitter,support form, email etc I get the same answer. My email flags up as a permantley locked account so they keep responding with " we can't do anything if your account is locked" but this is not fair as my account was most likely compromised. I'm disgusted

My other phone won't work so I tried to sign into my snapchat account on my old phone but my account has been blocked and I can not use it anymore ????

Snapchat has permanently disabled my account and deleted my sisters account this is not the first time this has happened I’m really getting pissed off because of the bright yellow app like Instagram is way better with their policy’s unlike Snapchat I had years of memories with my mom and family in there I will be writing different complaints every other day until Me and my sister get our account back and I have til multiple people about this and now they are rating Snapchat w 1 star to none.

They banned my account after 6 years of owning it without an explanation, I’ve tried getting in contact more than once with Snapchat and haven’t received any response I’m at least trying get my memories downloaded and my friends contact info but not even allowed to do that, I’ve never once been flagged for anything and is most likely my first time

I contacted Snapchat via e-mail regarding the change of my phone number, due to the fact that my old device was stolen, and I wanted to log in on a new device. While logging in, I was asked for a 2FA code, which is normal since I did set up 2FA, but 2FA was enabled for the old phone number which I no longer have, and needed to change it.

Snapchat informed me that I can enter the recovery code, that was locally saved on the old device and there is no way to recover it.

Instead of helping me change my phone number for my account, they asked me to create a new account, with my new number and a different e-mail, since the one that I used for my Snapchat account cannot be used a second time, obviously.

I provided my username, my e-mail, I am even ready to provide my ID to prove to them that…

Have emailed them over five times now. They have not give me no information at all as to why my accounts have been locked. They ignored everything I have asked in the emails, they won’t even message back now: I got one account un locked for literally about 40 seconds then was blocked again.

They have not give me any reason to as why and have not even even messaged me back for ages now. Awful customer service! Can somebody please help me so I can actually get hold of them by phone or something, cheers

They are an absolute joke. I’ve had both of my accounts locked for no reason. Well they can’t tell me a reason why they have locked them at all. They say the same shitty message in the email and no one has give me any information.

I was able to unlock one of my accounts following their procedure. It was locked again within a minute. I didn’t even go on it. They don’t have a number to contact and really don’t listen to a word you say.

I would really like to make a complaint and have a phone number to contact them. Absolutely fuming as I have a lot of pictures and memories of mine that I can not now get back.

I am utterly disgusted with the way my issue has been handled. I have constantly told Snapchat that someone has access to one of my accounts which I do not have access to and I am being told they are not able to help me as the two factor authentication is on and

if i don’t have access to the recovery code I am unable to access my account. I am NOT wanting access to my account. I was them to stop the third person who has access to my account but they don’t seem to understand and just repeat the same thing to me.

So my privacy and security is breached and compromised but they cannot help? Does that make any sense ?

I’m having trouble trying to get rid of an old phone number and verify a new phone number on the account. I get a message saying “due to suspicion activity we cannot verify your phone number”. This is odd to me because I just got the phone and the new number a day ago.

When I contact Snapchat about it they ask for some basic info and I give it to them. They then proceed to tell me verbatim the same message about suspicious activity and since then I’ve not been able to get in contact with them.

Instagram is way better they let me change my phone number in seconds. I still don’t understand how my number could be suspicious if it never existed until yesterday but ok.

My daughter has a SnapChat account and the username is tabbycoburn She went to log in this morning only to discover that her account had been permanently deleted. Through contacting friends she was told that there was all this illegal material and comments posted on there. She realised straightaway that she had been hacked but now SnapChat won't let her back into her own account, open a new account or even use her usual device and THEN they send emails saying "We can't help you any further"!!

My son had his Snapchat account suddenly and without warning delated today. He contacted their online system to be told he had breached their terms of use, but with no details as to what he had done. He refutes that he has posted anything that would be against their T&C's.

If I could give snapchat zero stars I would. I recent had my account hacked and reached out to snapchat in order to restore it. The emails I received were very obviously automated. I sent all the information that was requested such as a picture of my driver license and recent phone bill to prove that the number belonged to me.

Both these images were pdfs(the phone bill was the exact pdf that was sent to me from verizon). Snapchat then claimed the images were to blurry to verify. When I replied asked what image was blurry in the hope that I could fix it I was ignored repeatably.

This interaction has proven to me that snapchat is simply too lazy to deal with their customers problems.

I understand. My granddaughter and her best friend has apparently had a 100 videos posted showing beating and threats on snapchat. They are now been targeted, and 4 London schools is at their wits end in trying to prevent these attacks.

People are organising beatings, by calling up to 15-20 people to meet at a point and video or joining a beating. My granddaughter and her best friend has been battered and videoed during these fights. These video are being circulated via snapchat and others ware apparently encouraged to join in. I am begging snapchat to investigate and delete these videos.

my account has been deleted for breaching the terms and service. so ive read through it and i did not do anything to breach the terms and service whatsoever yet ive lost all my images and i can’t text my long distance girlfriend at all anymore. i have tried everything and snap has done nothing to help me.It also locked me out of all my other accounts.

Hey! I just lost my snap chat streat nearby 1100 streaks. I was out of town with no WiFi there . I requested to have my streaks back. Unfortunately they didn’t helped me out. I literally begged for my streaks.

I have filled a request to download my data and have been left waiting 5 days currently for a task that supposedly takes 24 - 48 hours. I filled this request before many friends who received their data after only 2 days.

Hello, I wish to complain about the recent snapchat filter where you can upload your face/picture and put it in the middle of a headstone. You can also state how you think you died. As a parent who saw this on her daughters phone thought this was totally unacceptable to view and wish this filter is removed.

2 of my Snapchat accounts have been locked now due to apparent third party apps I have tried everything in the little support section you have to stop this from happening and i find it rediculous. The only possible reason I can think of that my account would be locked is because I have a rooted android phone but in saying that it was rooted for over a month before my account was ever locked .

1. I feel this is unacceptable as I have no need to exploit Snapchat services 2. The services available to assist with this is next to none 3.i can't use Snapchat at all which is very frustrating as most of my friends use it and I have alot of memories saved to my account that I can not access .

I was locked out of Snapchat two weeks ago, I have never went against the snapchat rules ever, I got in contact with them regarding this as I was trying to be back on for my birthday. I would rate this app 5 stars if we were able to change our username. This issue is unbelievably annoying since I previously picked a username that I now regret. Almost every other social media app has this feature available.

There are many people that don't even use the app anymore because of this flaw. It is simply too much work for the user to make another account since they have to gain back all their followers and will lose their history.

My question is why is it that when you pay for your items with a debit card and you have to return it they will not give you back cash when the money has already been taken out of your account. Ross is the only department store that I know of that does that.

I created an account and verified my email, I can login to the account via chrome but I am unable to login with the exact same details in the app, when I try to login i am taken back to account registration where it will not accept a verified account so there is NO WAY to login to the app with a verified account and no way to contact Snapchat to solve the problem.

I see there was an issue with heart/bff emojis back in 2015. I've read that it has been corrected. Is there by chance still an issue? I'm having some crazy things happening with my Snapchat heart emoji between a best friend and I.
